council,
vice-president,

out

town
today,
so
they're
not
able
to
attend,
but
we
are
a
quorum
and
can
do
the
city's
business.
There's
a
pretty
lengthy
agenda,
35
items.
So
we'll
begin
with
the
four
items
from
the
City
Attorney's
Office
all
executing
various
agreements.
With
the
legal
settlements
from
the
city
coordinators
office,
we
have
a
bid
from
avi
Systems
Inc
for
upgrading
playback
systems,
finance
and
property
services.
Department
brings
forward
a
capital
long-range
improvement
committee.
A
Appointments
for
two
individuals,
information
technology
department
brings
forward
the
wireless
Minneapolis
community
benefits
account
for
rainbow
Terrace,
neighborhood
and
community
relations
department
as
a
gift.
Acceptance
for
city
staff
travel
expenses
to
Sweden,
accepting
a
gift
of
approximately
twenty-five
hundred
dollars
from
the
US
Department
of
US
Department
and
various
Swedish
entities
referred
from
the
community
develop
and
regulatory
services
committee.
We
have
a
contract
men
with
blue
sky
veterinary
services
contract
amendment
with
dr.
Camille
ardell
for
veterinary
services.
Those
are
both
for
the
Minneapolis
Animal
Care
and
Control.

have
the
fiscal
year,
2015
emergency
solutions,
grant
service
funding,
recommendations
from
the
health
environment
and
community
engagement
committee.
We
have
the
agreement
with
the
University
of
Minnesota
School
of
Nursing,
an
agreement
with
Winona
State
University.
We
have
a
contract
amendment
for
wetland,
habitat
restorations
ecologically
for
the
Greenway
project
and
a
grant
from
blue
cross
blue
shield
of
for
that
Greenway
project
grant
from
energy
foundation
for
energy
benchmarking
services.

is
the
co-operative
greement
with
Hennepin
County
and
a
contract
amendment
with
minger
construction
for
Hennepin
lyndale
sanitary
sewer
improvement
project.
We
also
have
the
grant
grant
agreement
with
minuscule
Mississippi
watershed
management
organization.
This
is
for
the
24th
street
southeast
infiltration
infiltration
project.
We
have
a
donation
from
minneapolis
downtown
council
for
peavey,
plaza
plantings.
This
accepts
the
donation
from
minneapolis
downtown
council
for
plantings
at
approximately
fifteen
thousand
dollars
a
water
service
line
repair
project.
This
is
an
assessment
cancellation
for
a
property
we
have
the
public
works,
consulting
pool.

is
the
consulting
pool
that
that
we
could
issue
rfps
to
solicit
proposals
for
2017
through
2020
projects,
bid
for
metal,
seated
gate
valve
low
bid
for
sing
for
lime,
sludge
holding
tank
repair
and
a
bid
for
grip
chambers
is
accepted,
low
bid
from
contact
engineered
solutions.
