transportation
Public
Works
community.

part
two
of
the
irregularly
scheduled
meeting
which
is
going
to
continue
to

the
consent
items
of

committee

on
a
consent
is
the
contract
amendment
from
with
formation
studio
for
Nicollet
Mall
art
item
3
is
the
contract
amendment
PCI
roads
for
water
main
renovation
and
impor
is
the
agreement
with
the
Walker
Center
for
art,
sculpture
and
the
Vinland
parking
facility
item.

is
the
easement
agreement
for
sanitary
sewer
improvements
on
the
details
listed
in
the
action
item
forward,
accepting
conveyance
of
existing
Sanergy
series
who
are
improvements
or
actually
those
are
series,
1,
2,
3
and
4,
and
then
for
item
5
of
this
action
of
consent.

We
move
approval
of
the
updated
recommendations
on
the
revised
RCA,
which
adds
additional
parties
to
the
agreement.

city-owned

ordinance

that
public
hearing
for

I'm,
a
principal
professional
engineer
in
the
transportation,
engineering
and
design
division
of
the
Department
of
Public
Works.
This
is
a
public
hearing
and
request
for
City
Council
to
authorize
the
conveyance
of
city-owned
land
to
the
adjacent
property
owner.

This
is
regarding
a
ruffler
triangular-shaped
parcel
of
land,
the
southeast
corner
of
11th,
Avenue,
south
and
5th
Street
itself,
which
the
city
owns
and
fee
title
and
which
used
to
be
occupied
by
a
portion
of
fifth
Street
that
portion
of
5th
Street
has
been
removed
and
the
City
Engineer
has
determined
that
that
parcel
is
no
longer
needed
for
municipal
operations.
The
owner
of
the
joining
property
timeshare
systems
has
offered
to
purchase
the
property
for
the
appraised
value
of
a
hundred
and
fifteen
thousand
dollars,
and
the
Planning
Commission
has
recommended.

City
Council,
through
its
zoning
and
planning
committee,
should
vacate
that
portion
of
city
right
away
corresponding
to
that
parcel
request
before
you
is
to
authorize
the
proper
city
officials
to
convey
the
property
by
executing
a
quick
claim
deed
to
timeshare
systems
for
the
price
of
one
hundred
and
fifteen
thousand
dollars.
