Thank

The

has
five
items
for
this
full
committee.
The
first
is
the

A
D
You
very
much
vice
president.
There
were
two
items
that
the
executive
committee
took
up.
The
first
was
the
reappointment
of
the
director
for
civil
rights
and
we
voted
to
move
that
nomination
forward
and
referred
to
the
council,
so
that'll
be
coming
up
with
the
council
meeting
I
think
with
the
intention.
Then
the
council
will
refer
it
to
the
appropriate
committee,
which
we
can
decide
to
do
and
it's
Peace
Committee,
I'm
sure
and
anyway,
that's
what
I
think
the
plan
is.
A
I
Cerny
city
engineer
for
the
city,
Minneapolis
Public,
Works,
Department
I,
am
here
requesting
authorization
to
enter
into
an
easement
agreement
with
the
Federal
Reserve
Bank
of
Minneapolis
for
a
portion
of
the
Cedar
Lake
Trail.
As
you
can
see
on
the
screen
or
in
the
attachment
with
the
RCA
Committee
action
report,
the
property
is
currently
owned
by
Hennepin
County
Regional
Rail
Authority.
They
are
in
the
process
of
going
through
a
sale
through
the
Federal
Reserve
Bank.
They
have
a
closing
date
of
April
2nd.
D
I
Council
vice
president
councilmember
Gordon.
Yes,
we
are
getting
a
permanent
easement
on
both
pieces.
The
the
the
smaller
of
the
two
provides
access
to
the
street
level
through
what
used
to
be
known
as
a
zine
alley
and
going
further
towards
the
river
is
the
access
or
that
the
point
that
connects
to
West
River
Parkway,
both
of
those
areas
are
currently
covered
by
a
permit
with
hetra
Hennepin
County
Regional
Rail
Authority
and
would
be
covered
with
the
Federal
Reserve
Bank
going
forward.
Okay,.
A
Thank
you
for
that
presentation,
miss
Ernie
and
with
that
I
move
to
authorize
the
trail
easement
agreement
with
the
Federal
Reserve
Bank
for
a
portion
of
the
Cedar
Lake
extension
trail.
All
those
in
favor
say
aye,
any
opposed,
say,
nay.
That
item
carries
and
with
that
we
have
dispensed
with
our
full
agenda
and
this
meeting
is
adjourned.
