7th.

we

the
economic
and
development

of
regulatory
services.

items

are
coming
in
front
of
us
for
tomorrow.
Item
number
one
is
a
license
for
olive
and
lamb
eatery
item
two
is
a
license
for
cosmic
bean
dispensary
item.
Three
is
a
license
for
the
lyndale
Tap
House
item.
Four:
is
our
changes
to
the
2020
license
fee
schedule?
I'll
note
that
a
number
of
licenses
have
gone
up.
Some
have
stayed
the
same
essentially
most
of
the
ones
that
were
$100
or
less
did
not
see
the
increase.

did
ask
staff
to
take
a
look
at
one
issue
that
was
brought
up
to
us
at
committee
and
I
have
not
heard
back
from
staff.
Should
I
not
hear
back
from
them,
I'll
be
moving
to
delete
that
increase
from
the
report
tomorrow.
Item
number
five:
his
liquor
license
approvals
and
six
is
gambling
license
approval.
Seven
is
gambling
license
renewals
a
number
eight
is
accepting
grants
for
projects
in
the
city
from
deed
and
the
Met
Council's
TBR
a
account.

housing
policy
and
development
committees
coming
forward
with
seven
items
at
our
next
meeting,
which
I
think
is
on
Thursday
this
week.
The
first
three
are
land
sales,
all
three
of
them
in
North
Minneapolis.
The
fourth
item
is
a
resolution
authorizing
approval
of
issuance
of
tax
exempt
multifamily
housing,
we're
of
a
new
entitlement
bonds.
This
is
for
the
Madison
apartments.
The
fifth
item
is
a
resolution.

That's
approving
the
Hennepin
County
Housing
and
Redevelopment
Authority
financial
assistance
for
the
2019,
affordable,
incentive,
housing
incentive
fund
there
are
eight
projects
are
getting
funded
through
the
county.
The
sixth
item
is
approving
the
creation
of
a
single
room
occupancy
shared
housing
pilot
within
the
affordable
housing
trust
fund,
and
the
seventh
item
is
a
staff
direction
having
to
do
with
the
city,
financial
assistance
for
short-term
rental
housing
proposals
happy
to
take
questions
on
any
of
those
items.

25th

forwarding

our

that
the
committee
will
be
meeting
and
our
regular
meeting
right
after
this
at

and
we
may
we'll
probably
likely
be
forwarding
one
additional

for
consideration
and
that's

passage
of

resolution
for
a
lodging
tax
rate,
adjustment
and
I'll
stand
for

the
