https://lims.minneapolismn.gov/
A
Welcome
everyone
to
this
regularly
scheduled
meeting
of
the
public
health
environment,
civil
rights
and
engagement
Committee
on
July
15
2019.
My
name
is
Philippe
Cunningham
and
I'm,
the
council
member
for
the
4th
Ward
and
the
chair
of
this
committee
with
me
at
the
diets,
our
council
members,
Cano
Schrader,
council,
vice-president
Jenkins
and
council
member
Johnson.
Please
let
the
record
reflect
that
we
have
a
quorum
and
can
conduct
the
business
of
this
committee.
Colleagues,
we
have
five
items
on
the
agenda,
all
our
consent,
so
I'll
read
through
them
and
make
a
motion
to
approve
them.
A
So,
first
up
we
have
authorizing
a
contract
with
Samia
Hassan
in
the
amount
of
three
thousand
dollars
for
youth
violence
prevention,
organizational
capacity
building
under
the
2019
blueprint
approved
Institute
item
number.
Two
is
accepting
an
increase
of
$700
in
reimbursement
funds
from
the
Washburn
Center
for
Children
to
cover
professional
services
for
the
2019
urban
Scholars
Program.
Item
number
three
is
approving
the
following:
City
Council
appointments
for
three
unexpired
two-year
terms,
beginning
in
January,
1,
2018
and
ending
of
2019.
A
So
I
will
move
approval
of
these
items.
Are
there
any
questions
or
comments
from
my
colleagues
all
right?
Seeing
none
all
those
approvals
signify
by
saying
aye,
all
right,
those
opposed
say,
nay,
the
eyes
have
it
and
those
five
items
carry
seeing
no
further
business
before
the
committee.
We
are
adjourned.
