pairing
members

the
board
giving
an
update
on
an
appeal
of
a
board
item.
The
board
denied
an
expan
larger
than
normal
accessories
accessory
structures.
It
was
an
accessory
dwelling
unit
at
2827,
18th
avenue
south
the
board
had
denied
their
requests
for
additional
square
footage
beyond
the
maximum
676
square
feet.
They
appealed
that
portion
of
that
to
council
and
at
the
the
last
biz
meeting
it
was
the
appeal
was
denied
and
the
board's
decision
was
upheld.

to
full
council
I've
only
seen
in
my
entire
career
that,
where
they've,
even
they

never
changed
that
decision
at
full
council,
but
I've
seen
one
where
they've
sent
something
back
due

new
information
occurring,
but
this

other
than
that,
the
the
committee
is
the
public
hearing,
the
second
public
hearing
and
they
almost
like
they've,
invariably
accepted
that
one
time
adopted
the
the
findings.

the

recommendation

importantly,

applicable
conditions
will
be
listed
in
the
same
section.
