A
Okay,
all
right,
so
the
first
item
on
our
agenda
is
the
review
of
rupert
quinla
mary.
Did
you
still
want
to
just
chat
about
that
briefly
or.
B
I
think
we
just
all
wanted
to
talk
about
this
briefly,
because,
during
the
discussion
about
mac
writing
a
letter
on
something
mac,
hadn't
met
about
or
acted
on,
you
know
we
are
all
going
scratching
our
heads
going.
Okay,
how
could
this
happen
given
what's
happening
with
open
meeting
law,
so
his
mac
cannot
take
an
official
position
on
something
unless
mac
has
voted
on
it
and
mac
can't
vote
it
on
vote
on
it
unless
they've
had
it.
B
Unless
they
have
had
a
meeting
and
discussed
it
right,
and
so
you
know,
I
think
lana
really
did
a
good
job.
Finessing
writing
the
letter
without
a
mac
meeting
happening,
and
you
know
she
made-
I
mean
she
wrote
the
letter
and
there
was
no
clear
mac
position
in
it
really,
and
so
that
was
that
was
good.
I
think
now.
One
of
the
advantages
of
the
new
calendar
for
the
ordinance
is
that
mac
will
actually
be
able
to
discuss
it
at
your
upcoming
meeting.
B
If
you
want
to-
and
I
know
that
you
are
planning
on
testifying
at
the
public
hearing
and
now
there
are
two
different
days
of
public
hearings.
I
think
we'll
go
and
we'll
talk
to
you
about
that.
But
in
terms
of
open
meeting
law
you
could
again
take
an
official
position
and
whoever
testified
could
say.
B
A
I'm
adding
it
to
the
mac
agenda
for
next
week.
I
think
that
tina,
it
needs
to
be
included
in
the
materials
that
are
going
to
go
out
with
the
consent
agenda
items
as
a
pre-read,
and
I
am
writing
it.
So
we're
gonna
have
to
look
at
this
agenda
at
the
end
of
our
meeting
here.
Just
go
through
it
make
sure
that
very
dense.
At
this
point
it
tends
to
be.
A
B
That's
what
I've
been
trying
to
do
for
the
last
several
months
is
help.
You
word
the
recommendations,
so
someone
can
move
them
because
I
think
there's
a
lot
of
time
in
the
meeting
where
people
are
confused
about
what
they're
moving
and
then
you
know,
it's
not
uncommon,
for
you
to
say,
recommend
approval
of
blah,
blah
blah
blah
and
then
sometimes
in
the
meeting
you
come
up
with
conditions
like
this
is
not
uncommon
for
a
public
art
project
right
on
condition
of
staff,
approval
of
the
blah
blah
blah
it.
B
B
You
know
so
so
that
I
think
is.
It
would
also
be
good
in
the
meeting,
and
maybe
this
is
something
that
the
secretary
could
even
do
right,
although
I'm
trying
to
help
you
do.
This
is
kind
of
as
people
talk
make
a
list
of
the
concerns
that
are
getting
raised
right
and
if
it
seems
like
there's
consensus
about
those
concerns,
then
add
those
as
conditions
or
as
additional
recommendations
right.
The
most
common
one
is
with
public
art
design.
B
It's
with
on
the
condition
of
staff,
approval
of
something
that's
bugging,
you
right
right,
and
so
I
think
that's
just
but
just
in
terms
of
open
meeting
law.
To
remember
that
you
can't
take
a
position
when
you're
meeting
with
council
members
or
with
the
media,
unless
it's
an
official
position
that
mac
has
taken
right.
B
Just
because
you
joan
have
an
opinion
right,
doesn't
mean
that
it's
the
opinion
of
mac
and
so
and
it's
it
com,
it's
hard
when
you're
doing
things
like
writing
emails
supporting
things
or,
but
you
really
have
to
distinguish
between
those
two
things.
A
B
One
option
is
always
to
schedule
a
special
meeting
right
right.
You
need
three
days
notice,
but
you
can
schedule
schedule
a
special
meeting
if
you
want
to-
and
you
know
the
agenda
has
to
be
posted
and
that
kind
of
thing,
but
okay,
so
so
that's
just.
I
think
that
we
just
all
agreed.
We
wanted
to
have
this
conversation
because
there's
been
a
lot
going
back
and
forth
in
emails.
A
I
appreciate
the
attention
to
this.
We
see
you
had
your
hand
up.
C
I
think
I
got
my
question
answered,
so
this
is
a
little
bit
different
than
the
city
of
st
paul
doesn't
put
mary.
It
sounds
like
you're
saying
we
can't
have
an
email
conversation
about
this
stuff.
We
always
have
to
bring
it
to
the
floor
of
a
map
meeting
and
have
an
official
recorded
conversation
about
it
and
then
form
our
position.
C
So
that's
good
for
me
to
know
just
to
watch
how
the
conversation
goes
as
as
we're
emailing
to
be
careful
about
that,
so
that
whatever
conversations
we
have
are
public
and
they're
they're,
duly
noticed,
and
and
all
that,
that's
the
warning
that
you're
giving
them.
B
B
They
have
had
some
things
come
up
in
recent
months.
Where
that
you
know
it
has
they
haven't,
been
able
to
get
things
on
an
agenda
and
people
have
asked
them
their
opinion
and
it's
like
well,
you
either
need
to
meet,
or
you
can
only
have
an
opinion
as
a
person,
not
as
a
commissioner
and
again,
if
lana
moves
forward
and
talking
to
the
media,
about
the
ordinance,
then
that's
again
lana.
Is
she
still
here
yep.
A
Yep,
that's
great.
This
is
all
a
good
reminder,
and
we
I
mean
we
honestly
do
the
entire
time
that
I
have
been
on
the
commission.
We
do
have
to
revisit
this
every
few
months,
just
because
we
have
different
people
coming
on
and
off,
and
it's
just
a
good
reminder.
So,
if
we're
going
to
speak
on
behalf
of
the
mac,
that
has
to
be
a
aligned
voice,
that
has
a
public
transparency
and
how
we've
come
to
these
decisions.
So
thank
you
for
that
reminder.
Is
there
any
other
questions
or
concerns?
A
That's
just
a
good
point
of
hygiene.
Okay.
The
next
item
on
the
agenda
is
the
poet
laureate
initiative
and
all
I'm
going
to
say
about
this,
although
I
just
gave
us
a
quick
update,
if
he
doesn't
mind,
is
that
in
my
meeting
with
council
member
fletcher
to
discuss
the
stabilization
support
for
the
arts
that
happened,
you
know
about
a
month
and
a
half
or
maybe
a
little
bit
longer
ago.
A
For
the
city
of
minneapolis
and
that
they're
interested
in
the
minneapolis
arts
commission
helping
them
with
this
and
how
that
manifests,
I
am
unsure,
but
I
he
asked
if
he
could
meet
with
us
to
just
discuss
the
opportunity,
and
so
I
invited
him
to
come
and
speak,
and
I
did
not
put
that
on
our
draft
agenda.
I
was
just
reminded
and
I
think
tina
we
have
to
confirm
that
he's
actually
coming.
So
I
think
that's
kind
of
the
next
step.
We
just
got
to
make
sure
that
he's.
A
You
know
I
did
tell
him
the
date
and
time
and
he
said
he
held
it.
So
I
have
every
reason
to
believe
that
he
will
be
coming,
which
will
be
great,
so
we'll
just
hear
more,
there's
not
a
lot
more
to
know.
But
jeff
did
you
want
to
just
comment
on
or
we
can
wait
till
later
in
the
agenda
too
about.
I
know
you
had
a
really
good
conversation
with
black
table
art.
E
Yeah
I
I
talked
to
joan,
and
she
said
it
was
okay
to
mention
two
black
table
arts.
I
talked
to
keno
and
we
had
a
good
conversation
about
a
lot
of
things
that
I'll,
I
think
we'll
cover
later.
E
But
the
poet
laureate
was
one
of
the
things
that
I
just
mentioned,
that
hey
it's
early
stages
and
hey,
but
you
know
start
to
give
us
some
thought
and
he
was
very
excited
about
that
and
he
said
hey
whether
it's
helping
with
selection,
whether
it's
once
the
person
is
selected
like
having
an
event
at
his
as
place,
they
would
do.
They
would
they'd,
be
very
interested
in
doing
any
type
of
support
in
any
type
of
role.
Once
you
know
once
it's
kind
of
flushed
out.
E
So
I
mentioned
to
him
that
hey
some
council
members
might
be
attending
the
next
meeting
and
there
might
be
talking
a
little
bit
more
about
it
and
he's
interested
in
being
a
guest,
and
thank
you
tina
for
sending
him
invite
today.
So
he
he's
planning
to
he
and
maybe
one
other
person
I'd
be
planning
to
be
a
guest
at
at
the
meeting
on
the
16th.
A
Sure
that's
great,
so
then
I
think
we
do
have
a
couple
of
takeaways
here
and
tina.
I
don't
mean
to
load
you
up,
but
I
think
it's
confirming
fletcher's
coming
and
then,
if
he
is
then
letting
him
know
either
way
or
you
know,
if
that's
necessary,
if
it
maybe
if
he
isn't,
then
a
lot
of
them
can't
anymore.
B
A
A
Hey
next
item
is
updates
on
the
letter
that
we
sent
to
city
council
and
the
I
have
not
received
a
response.
I'm
not
surprised
by
that.
Nor
am
I
upset
by
that.
I
think
we
had
our
canvassing
sort
of
round
and
we
went
through
that
and
had
some
success
and
sent
our
letter.
I
don't
I
I'm
imagining
that
our
council
members
were
not
surprised
to
hear
that
we
would
send
them
a
letter
with
our
you
know,
kind
of
our
opinions
and
lana.
A
F
I
haven't
heard
any
communication
from
council
members
either,
but,
like
you,
I
think
that's
an
anticipated
response
in
a
very
busy
time.
You
know,
I
trust
that
the
letter
was
received
and
I
think
it's
good
to
move
forward
that
you
know
we
have
a
position
of
support
and
thank
you
mary,
too,
for
the
open
meeting
law
review.
I
think
that
will
come
into
play
for
future
communication
so
that
we
can
be
even
more
ahead
of
things,
but
I
felt
really
good
about
sending
the
letter
out
even
with
no
response.
I
think
it's
being
taken
apart.
G
Goku
hi
everyone,
so
I
think
thank
you
bye
by
the
way
for
the
letter,
I
think
it
was
well
timed.
G
We
paid
attention
to
it
and
I'm
hoping
it
had
influence,
although
I
haven't
heard
anything
either,
but
really
a
question
to
maybe
tina
here
is:
did
it
get
included
as
part
of
the
public
record
for
the
arts
ordinance?
So
we
did
a
presentation
to
the
council
making
recommendations
to
establish
a
department-
and
I
was
reminded
by
the
city
attorney
that
letters
of
support
should
both
go
to
council
and
be
included
in
the
clerk's
link
so
that
it
becomes
part
of
the
record.
G
Think
so
well,
I
was
susan
trammell
who
told
me
needs
to
be
included
and
I
don't
have
the
link
available,
but
I
do
know
there
is
a
link.
If
you
want
to
me
to
send
it
to
you,
I
will
look
for
it.
G
Otherwise
it
may
be
just
as
simple
to
ask
the
city
clerk
we're
trying
to
tell
as
many
people
as
possible
to
send
the
letter
twice
once
to
the
official
link
so
that
when
we
do
the
public
hearing,
people
can
go
in
and
see
those
letters
because
what's
happening
is
these
letters
are
going
to
elected
officials,
but
then
no
one
knows
who's
saying
what
so
we
need
to
make
sure
that
that,
whether
it's
in
support
or
not,
we
have
that
information
publicly
available.
B
So
well
good
and
I
have
a
question
so
I
think
it's.
I
think
that
mac
will
probably
do
something
similar
after
this
meeting.
Do
you
want
both
whatever
they
do
at
the
next
meeting
and
the
last
letter
to
be
in
the
public
record.
G
Well,
as
I
don't
know
what
the
next
letter
is
going
to
look
like,
I
think
the
one
that's
currently
being
done
as
it's
been
already
sent,
and
then
I
don't
know
if
there's
going
to
be
any
repetition
or
I
just
I
guess
I
don't
know
I
I
I
feel
more
comfortable
if
the
mat
gets
to
vote
on
the
opinions
in
the
letter
and
therefore
you
can
confidently
say
this
is
the
this
is
the
position
of
the
entire
committee.
G
So
I
guess
my
answer
is
put
this
one
in
and
put
the
other
one
in
later,
especially
if
it
has
that
type
of
language
in
it.
A
Okay,
anything
else
for
item
number:
three:
okay,
maybe
goldblum.
This
might
be
a
good
opportunity.
I
think
I
don't
have
this
clearly
spelled
out
in
this
agenda
for
exec,
but
just
I
know
you
wanted
to
give
us
some
updates,
but
being
that
it
relates
to
the
letter
and
the
centralization
efforts.
Do
you
want
to
just
provide
us
yeah.
G
I
can
share
with
you
the
timeline
if
that
helps,
we've
been
working
with
the
clerk's
office
to
determine
the
timeline
of
the
public
hearing.
I
think
that
would
be
an
important
piece
of
information
to
share
with
with
mac
members,
and
I
can
send
you
a
super
calendar
view
of
it
after
this
meeting.
G
If
that
helps
just
to
make
it
clear,
but
on
the
16th
of
june
it's
going
to
be,
let
me
see,
there's
going
to
be
a
notice
that
goes
to
kobo
and
essentially
I'm
trying
to
read
sorry
small
writing
from
the
clerk's
office.
G
So
the
I
would
recommend
that
the
public
hearing
that,
if
matt
chooses
to
attend,
is
the
one
on
the
21st,
because
that's
the
final
date,
where
we're
going
to
be
doing
the
presentation,
so
the
staff
presentations
on
the
21st.
That
would
be
an
ideal
time
for
you
all
to
follow
and
make
whatever
comments
you
want
to
plus
anybody
else.
G
G
Send
it
after
this,
because
it's
it's
in
a
calendar
format
that
doesn't
fit.
I
try
to
put
it
into
the
chat,
but
it
doesn't
form
that
well,
okay,
that's
great
yeah!
Thank
you
so
that
that's
what
we
have
the
ordinance
as
mary
has
already
commented
is
out
on
people
can
look
at
it
and
that
you
may
want
to
know
that,
where
I'm
also
working
on
a
date
to
share
it
with
key
state
stakeholders.
G
So
I
think
I
mentioned
this
to
you
joan
in
an
email.
So
what
we've
done
is
given
the
tight
turnaround
time.
We've
we've
looked
for
people
in
the
community
and
organizations
that
have
a
stake
in
some
of
the
work,
so
with
invite
where
we
have
art
space,
for
example
involved.
We
would
like
to
invite
them
to
this
hearing.
G
Excuse
me
to
a
meeting,
not
a
hearing,
just
a
meeting
and
just
to
inform
folks
but
first
of
all
point
to
the
ordinance
and
let
them
know
that
your
illness
is
out
there
and,
secondly,
to
provide
a
meeting
where
they
can
come
and
ask
questions
and
and
then,
if
they
want
to
provide
letters
or
want
to
decide
to
show
up
and
testify
at
the
public
hearing
we've,
given
them
the
information
and
the
timeline.
G
So
this
is
for
us
to
share
information,
there's
no
guarantee
that
their
input
will
be
will
be
taken
by
any
of
the
authors,
but
we
at
least
wanted
to
make
sure
that
people
knew
it
was
there.
So
we
have
a
a
sort
of
a
page-long
list
of
folks
we're
inviting
I
mentioned
joan
that
it
might
be
an
opportunity
if
it,
if
it
made
sense
for
members
of
the
arts
commission
to
attend-
or
you
know
just
to
kind
of
articulate.
G
A
G
Yeah,
so
this
is
a
this
is
essentially
a
meeting
that
will
invite
folks
too,
and
I
think,
just
as
in
the
past,
the
arts
commission
has
worked
with
acce
on
initiatives,
arts,
commission
members
can
show
up
and
say
we
had
a
conversation
about
this,
and
this
was
our
our
decision
and
share
that
with
the
community
too,
so
that
people
are
aware
that
that
you
have
been
processing
and
tracking.
G
G
Yeah
yeah
yeah,
there's
a
side
note
there.
Tiko
yang
is
leaving
our
office
acce
and
it's
just
added
a
whole
nother,
smooth
complication
to
the
work
that
we're
doing
so.
A
F
A
Okay,
all
right,
thank
you
for
that
update
and
thank
you,
mary
for
dropping
the
ordinance
link
in
the
chat.
So
I
encourage
you
all
to
check
that
out
and
we
will
include
it
in
our
our
email
to
commissioners
for
the
general
meeting
for
everyone
to
do
as
a
period
so
and
then
we'll
look
at
those
dates,
and
I
don't
know
I
know
lana,
maybe
you
and
I
could
just
touch
base
if
you
would
like
or
maybe
even
call
a
little.
B
B
B
A
I,
like
I,
like
that
idea.
It
is
nice
to
be
able
to
encourage
feedback
and
open
feedback,
but
I
think
people
really
do
appreciate
some
framing
and
some
thinking
you
know
this
is
kind
of
what
we're
thinking
type.
You
know
we
can
do
a
little
bit
of
that
ahead
of
time,
perhaps
lana.
A
Maybe
we
do
find
a
time
to
meet,
maybe
even
just
a
15
or
20
minute
time
next
week,
monday,
tuesday
or
something
just
so
that
we
everyone's
kind
of
prepared
to
have
the
conversation
and
we're
just
a
little
bit
ahead
of
it.
Does
that
sound
okay.
G
And
I
I
may
suggest
also
that
I
check
him
with
danielle,
as
you
know,
she's
one
of
the
attorneys
working
on
this
to
make
sure
that
I
have
language
to
share
with
the
policy
committee
on
what
so
I
don't
want
to
set
you
guys
up
where
you
you
want
to
edit
it
you
do
your
edits
and
then
it
is
it's
not
accepted.
G
G
So
I
just
want
you
all
to
know
that
I'm
saying
that
to
everyone,
because
it's
the
first
time
I've
done
an
ordinance.
So
I've
not
had
that
experience
before
mary.
Maybe
you
can
as
you've
done
them
before
you
can
advise
on
that.
But
there
are.
There
are
limited
places
where
where
changes
can
be
made,
but
that
said
it
doesn't
mean
to
say
you
shouldn't
read
it
and
you
shouldn't
give
your
opinion
on
it.
You
absolutely
should.
B
There's
there's
also
two
things
that
mac
can
do
as
a
result
of
this
discussion.
Right
matt
can
send
written
comments
and
mac.
I
think
mac
is
planning
and
speaking
at
the
public
hearing
or
one
or
more
of
the
public
hearings
right,
and
so
you
know
how
do
those
things
relate
to
each
other?
Like
is
the
person
in
the
public
hearing
reiterating?
B
What's
in
the
written
document,
you
know
what
I
think
so
having
the
policy
committee
flesh
some
of
that
out
and
then
I
think
one
other
things
you
talked
about
in
past
meetings
are:
are
you
going
to
recruit
people
to
support
that
position
in
a
written
in
in
the
hearing
and
also
testify?
A
I
I
mean,
and
more
so
than
any
other
moment
in
my
life,
so
I
don't
mean
to
make
light
of
it,
but
you
know
what
I
mean:
okay,
that's
great,
well,
lana
and
ahava,
and
myself
and
lucy
after
today.
If
all
goes
well,
we
will
all
maybe
just
make
a
little
time
to
touch
base
early
next
week
is
the
plan?
Okay,
thank
you
and
golgone.
Please
send
any
supporting
materials
that
you
wish.
Please
send
them
ahead
of.
A
G
Yeah
we
have
a
team
meeting
tomorrow
morning
and
I'm
intending
to
share
that,
because
everyone,
the
the
lawyers,
need
to
look
at
it
to
make
sure
I'm
not
making
things
up
so
once
they've
reviewed
it,
it
will
go
to
you
and
it'll
be
the
same
guidance
document
that
will
go
out
into
the
community
as
well
yeah
and
one
other
thing
I
may
just
want
to
say
is
that
don't
be
surprised
that
the
ordinance
doesn't
mention
money,
because
the
process
for
financing
the
department
is
an
entirely
different
process.
G
A
H
So
that's
good
and
jeff
will
probably
speak
on
this
a
bit
when,
when
he
kind
of
gives
us
a
bit
of
an
update,
but
he
has
been
planting
the
seed
and
all
the
wonderful
conversations
he's
been
having
so,
hopefully
we'll
get
more,
and
I
think
with
the
strategy
that
we
came
out
with
today,
with
the
for
the
for
kind
of
what
we
want
to
reach
out
to
for
the
rest
of
the
community
until
december,
we
are
going
to
just
keep
getting
more
and
more
people
that
want
to
join
us
because
we're
awesome
so
yeah.
H
A
Yeah,
I
think,
that's
I
think,
that's
actually
accurate.
It's
like
it
took
us
a
long
time
to
get
to
the
point
where,
like
okay,
let's
interview
these
people-
and
I
apologize
for
that
delay,
but
I
think
then
we'll
hopefully
I
mean,
I
think
both
of
their
applications
look
interesting
to
me
and
I
think
that
there's
also
a
ward
representation
prioritization
that
we're
considering
right
now
that
I
am
not
aware
of
the
diversity
of
these
applicants
and
we
don't
ask
that
point
blank
in
their
applications.
So
there's
no.
A
I
don't
know
how
to
speak
to
that,
but
I
I
am
excited
that
we're
getting
some
more
representation
potentially
with
these
applicants
that
we
do
not
have
so
that's
a
good
thing,
which
I'm
glad
about
so
more
to
come
and
yeah
exactly
all
right-
and
I
did
I
do
have
you
down
for
updates
about
that
on
the
agenda
that
we
will
approve
a
little
later
on
so
okay
awesome
and
of
course
we
continue
to
push
out
the
application
date
month
after
month
after
month.
Tina.
A
Thank
you
so
much
for
being
really
dutiful
about
this,
and
I
know
that
we
are
extraordinarily
picky
about
who
serves
on
the
commission,
and
I
appreciate
that
we've
upheld
that
we
really
want.
We
were
willing
to
wait
to
get
the
diverse
representation
that
we
wish
to
prioritize.
So
just
thank
you,
everyone
for
your
patience
and
that
it
requires
us
to
do
a
little
extra
lifting
with
fewer
folks
so
but
we're
doing
our
best,
and
I'm
super
excited
about
your
updates
with
access.
So.
A
Application
itself-
yeah,
I
don't
know,
I
don't
know
who
has
access
to
the
facebook
as
an
admin.
I
know
I
do
yeah.
A
A
Do
you
think
that
might
be
something
that
you
could
just
mandy
if
you
could
assign,
or
you
with
your
group
could
decide
who
would
just
speak
to
mary
about
what
that
would
entail
and
what
kind
of
you
can
and
can't
do
or
what
that
process
is?
If
you
could
nominate
someone
from
your
group
to
do
admin
on
facebook
and
then
what
they
can
and
can't
do,
I
think
definitely
pushing
out
the
open
seat.
For
the
commissioner.
Positions
is
fair
game.
A
B
A
Calvin
tom
me,
I
don't
know
how
I
got
lumped
in
there.
Somebody
added
me,
which
is
fine
and
I'm
happy
to
utilize
it
and
maybe
use
it
to
add
somebody
else.
There's
always
those
little
sticky
parts
about
your
friendship
connections
and
who
you
can
you
know
so
we'll
figure
it
but
yeah.
The
action
item,
I
guess,
is
just
for
access
to
nominate
someone
to
get
admin
status
and
then
meet
with
mary.
Okay.
That
sounds
good
with
everybody.
Okay,
great
any
other
questions
comments.
A
A
E
A
A
It's
something
that
our
former
chair
had
shared
with
us
as
part
of
the
bush
foundation's
leadership
kind
of
foundation,
how
babe!
So
it's
an
action,
learning
team
and
it's
kind
of
a
fancy
way
of
saying
committee,
but
it
also
leaves
room
for
people
to
not
necessarily
identify
as
experts
in
these
areas
and
to
be
in
a
position
to
do
work
to
for
it
to
be
a
working
group
and
for
learning
and
sharing
to
be
a
very
welcome
culture
within
each
of
the
price.
Yeah
great
awesome.
Thank
you.
A
Okay,
the
next
item
on
our
agenda
is
the
just
work
plan
updates.
I
think
that
I'll
move
I'll
burn
through
our
exact
ones.
I
you
know
right
now.
We
are
a
lean
machine.
We
just
added
a
another
exact
position
which
we
really
really
needed.
I
feel-
and
I'm
excited
about
that,
but
of
course,
there's
still
there's
still
some
positions
open,
so
I
don't
know
if
we
go
back
to
commissioner
midig
and
say
hey
any
chance.
You'd
want
to
come
on
back
for
the
last
little
bit
of
your
tenure
here.
A
I
I
kind
of
welcome
that,
but
I'm
not
certain
that
she
is
wanting
to
come
back
so
I'll
pick
that
up
I'll.
Just
if
I
have
your
blessing
to
just
inquire
about
that
with
her
another
person
that
I
would
love
for
us
to
consider
would
be.
Commissioner
brinkman,
I
think,
could
be
a
really
cool
addition
to
exec,
but
I
know
that
she's
doing
a
lot
of
work
for
access
so-
and
I
know
commissioner
silky
jones
did
consider
it
and
decided
to
to
not
move
forward
on
those
sections.
A
That's
fine,
just
kind
of
throwing
stuff
out
there.
So
if
you
all
feel
like
you
have
someone
if
you
can
cultivate
that
you
think
might
be
good
for
exact.
Please
do,
but
you
know
you
don't
have
to,
but
those
are
kind
of
my
thoughts,
any
other
questions.
A
Totally
yeah,
that's
great
and
again
anybody
can
sit
for
a
meeting.
I
mean
everyone's
welcome,
but
you
know
anyone
can
come
to
the
exact
meeting
and
be
a
guest.
You
just
don't
have
voting
power,
but
so
if
someone
is
curious,
someone
is
exact
curious
and
they
just
want
to
see
how
it
goes.
Our
our
biggest.
You
know.
Our
biggest
item
for
this
particular
group
of
people
is
really
agenda,
setting,
which
is
quite
a
big
task.
Okay.
So
it's
it's
an
interesting
task.
It's
a
big
responsibility.
A
It's
a
lot
of
information
to
corral,
but
of
course
we
do
a
lot
of
other
things
too.
So
if
you
know
we'll
see
so
anyway,
that's
what
I
have
to
say
about
that
next
is
access
commissioner
bedbury
or
commissioner
swinton,
who
wants
to
give
your
updates.
H
Yeah,
I
mean-
I
think
I
think
jeff
has
a
lot
of
of
things
to
talk
about
as
far
as
our
guest
speaker
on
wednesday,
so
I'll
just
give
an
overview
of
what
we
were
talking
about
today
and
then
I'll
give
it
to
him
and
he
can
get
into
the
details
of
it.
So
we
discussed
actually
having
guest
speakers
for
the
rest
of
the
year
and
also
we
did
want
to
try
to
do
our
artist
forum
panel
that
we've
been
trying
to
do
for.
H
I
think
this
is
year
three
now
so
just
tentatively,
if
you
have
anybody
in
mind
to
come
and
like
our
plan
is
every
other
in
person.
If
we
could
start
that
in
august,
if
people
feel
comfortable
to
get
together
in
person
and
have
somebody
host
it
an
arts
organization
host
it
so
for
july
it
would
be
a
virtual
guest
because
I'm
guessing
we're
still
going
to
be
virtually
meeting
in
july.
We
haven't
heard
anything
either
way
right.
H
H
But
I
think
that
would
be
a
fun,
a
fun
location
to
try
to
kick
off
our
in-person
event
and
then
september
having
a
guest
at
our
meeting
either
if
it's
still
virtual
or
in
the
new
space
that
we
have
and
then
october
crystal
brought
up
all
my
relations
gallery
and
she
has
an
n
and
that
and
maybe
doing
an
and
our
meeting
there
and
then,
of
course
we
were.
H
I
know
we
did
it
in
december,
where
we
had
food,
I'm
not
sure
if
we
have
a
budget
to
be
able
to
do.
You
know
a
reception
afterwards,
but
if
not
even
hosting
this
in
the
space
and
inviting
the
community
that's
involved
in
that
gallery,
I
think,
would
be
powerful
without
and
then
possibly
doing,
our
artist
panel
in
november
and
then
maybe
having
a
big
year-end
party.
H
No,
I
don't
say
party,
because
we
have
a
lot
of
work
to
do
but
december
and
maybe
having
an
inn
at
the
hennepin
theater
trust
building
posting
it
there
and
the
reason
why
we're
thinking.
That
is
because
then
we
can
invite
all
the
organizations
to
come
and
sit
in
on
our
last
meeting
of
the
year
and
get
their
perspective
on
things
so
that
we
can
plan
for
2022
and
then
and
then
so
we
don't
have
to
specifically
do
it
in-house.
H
In
somebody's
space,
we
could
invite
it's
more
neutral
ground
for
everybody
and
then
potentially,
maybe
doing
the
november
artist
panel
event
in
the
new
space,
if
mary
or
gogun
think
that
there's
a
location
that
could
host
a
panel
discussion
with
the
artists
that
have
worked
with
the
city
in
the
past
and
invite
artists
who
are
potentially
wanting
to
work
with
the
city
in
the
future
and
having
it
in
the
new
space.
With
all
of
that
wonderful
art
that
was
just
put
in
and
jeff
had
a
fantastic
idea.
I'm
gonna
reveal
your
idea.
H
Sorry
jeff,
it's
so
good
to
have
like
a
tour
of
the
space
with
the
artists
and
that
panel
discussion
event
because,
as
we
mentioned
on
our
call
this
morning,
like
we
would
love
a
tour
ourself.
So
it's.
B
A
This
yeah,
that
makes
sense
like
maybe
we
have
our
meeting
like
before
you
know
places
do
that
too,
like
we
have
our
meeting
time
and
we
get
our
work
done,
then
we
could
maybe
help
the
city
with
the
big
public
event
and
be
ambassadors
that
welcome
folks
and
you
know,
just
be
helpers
in
a
way
yeah
and
then
maybe
have
a
little
private
vip
thing
afterwards.
That's.
H
A
H
So
so
we
kind
of
tried
to
strategize
throughout
the
year
so
that
we
can
start
working
on
our
virtual
guests,
our
in-person
guests
and
then
our
hosted
our
hosting
guests.
But
then
also
want
to
bring
up
the
fact
that
we
submitted
a
budget.
And
I
don't
know
that
we've
heard.
If
we
have
one
or
not.
B
So
yeah,
but
you
haven't
heard,
but
you
know
what
you
still
have
a
budget
for
mac
meetings,
that
of
money
that
was
deposited
in
the
coordinator's
office
for
mac
meetings
a
million
years
ago,
okay,
yeah
there's
a
so.
I
think
we
could
also
I've
been
reminded
that
you
need
to
spend
that
so
I'll
forward
that
information
to
joan.
But
I
think
I
might
have
almost
a
couple
thousand
dollars.
A
I'll
have
to
work,
so
I
would
say
mandy
that
those
stipends
remain
the
same,
so
what
we
had
agreed
upon
previously.
I
think
we
can
continue
on
with
I.
I
don't
know
it
off
the
top
of
my
head,
but
there's
like
I
think
it's
150,
I
think
you're
right,
so
the
stipends
remain
the
same.
I
think
what
we'll
probably
want
to
look
at
is
just
like
if
we
decide
to
have
some
social,
more
social
type
activities
that
we
might
want
to
just
plug
up
some
money
to
purchase
some
things
to
support
that.
H
C
A
Catered
yeah
steps
like
just
operationally
speaking
is
tina.
Could
you
please
reach
out
to
the
clerk
when
you
reach
out
with
your
laundry
list
of
questions
like?
Could
you
just
say?
Is
there
any
conversation
about
in-person
meetings
for
commissions
or
unless
you
already
know
because,
like
we
could
plan
all
this
stuff
and
then
we
could
just
get
shut
down
still
right.
D
There
is,
I
have
a
meeting,
I
think,
on
the
23rd,
a
lawyer
or
someone
from
the
attorney's
office
is
going
to
speak
to
us
because
they
came
up
at
our
meeting
about
two
weeks
ago,
and
so
the
discussion
is,
we
are
going
to
have
to
start
meeting
in
person.
But
what
does
that
look
like?
And
and
who
has
to
be
there?
Things
like
that?
So
I'll
have
more
details
after
the
23rd,
but
we
are
moving
in
that
direction.
But
I
just
didn't
want
to
bring
it
up
because
I
don't
know
a
lot.
A
Anyway,
I'll
get
mary,
we
went
down
this
road
like
last
year
when
we,
it
was
not
so,
but
it
was
like
just
come
in
and
come
in
the
building
and
just
sit
in
the
meeting
space,
and
you
just
need
one
person
on
site
and
we
so
we
kind
of
rolled
through
a
lot
of
that
really
really
complicated,
weird
sort
of
rules
about
that.
But
we
can
figure
it
out
if
we
can
meet
and
personal
like
if
it's
not
just
the
one
person
method.
A
Let
us
know-
and
I
think
that
that
would
warrant
a
agenda
spot
on
our
next
exact
meeting
for
sure
whatever
it
is
that
you
find
out
about.
So
I
would
say:
mandy,
don't
maybe
don't
get
too
far
down
the
road
with
your
planning
until
we
know,
but
I
like
that,
you're
plotting
it
out
and
you're
making
and
helping.
B
H
Okay,
yes,
that
when
then
this
girl,
the
squirrel
house,
we
did
that
right.
So
that's
kind
of
what
the
december
meeting
would
be,
inviting
everybody
to
address
their
concerns
so
that
we
can
take
that
away
for
planning
for
planning.
Time
too,
that's
great,
that's
awesome,
and
then,
with
that
said,
I'll,
pass
it
over
to
jeff
to
talk
about
rojo,
but
that
means
that
we
should
be
getting
in
touch
with
tina
on
how
to
get
them
their
stipend.
A
I
wonder
if
it
would
be
helpful
to
just
I
have
a
recent
w9
from
rojo
and
if
I
can
just
approve
an
invoice,
is
that
that
make
life
easier?
I
don't
know
I
mean
I
guess
we
can
take
it
offline.
If
you
want.
B
H
B
A
E
Thank
you,
yeah
two
things
in
on
rojo.
They
have
agreed
to
come
on
the
the
16th
I
had
them
started.
E
I
told
them
5
30
a
meeting
with
christopher
on
friday,
and
I
want
to
just
go
over
just
kind
of
ground
rules
and
just
things
I
have
not
mentioned
anything
about
stipend,
so
I
mean
if
we,
if
we
know
before
that,
if
not
surprised
you
know
here's
some
money
so
but,
but
you
know
the
the
the
the
back
and
forth
has
been
about.
E
You
know
him
telling
a
little
bit
about
the
organization
and
then
I'll
also
just
kind
of
talk
to
him
about
you
know
the
potential
of
you
know
having
some
of
his
members.
You
know
investigate
the
you
know
being
part
of
the
mac
and
how
can
we
better
interact?
E
So
that's
what
he
wants
to
do
so
that'll
be
a
good
conversation,
and
especially
I
also
let
him
know
that
if
one
of
the,
if
the
councilman
a
council
member
will
be
part
of
of
the
meeting,
because
I
think
that
group
would
be
interested
in
that
so
and
so
that
was
one
thing
second
thing
and
last
thing
was:
I
did
talk
to
kino
evil
for
at
the
black
art
black
table
arts
cooperative
and
we
went
through
a
laundry
list
of
you
know
of
things
to
kind
of
talk
to
her.
E
I
went
down
to
his
place,
met
with
them
just
to
really
introduce
myself
and
talk
about
what
the
commission
and
what
the
commission
does
he's
very
interested.
We
talked
about
the
poet
laureate,
which
I
already
covered,
the
you
know
we
we
also
talked
about
having
a
meeting
at
his
at
his
space.
He
was
up
for
that
and
we
also
talked
about
the
and
I
don't
know
if
it's
filled
yet
mary,
but
the
panel
arts
spot
and.
B
E
He
had
he
had
some.
He
had
some
thoughts
on
on
that
on
a
potential
person
for
the
for
that
position.
So
good
conversation,
it
was
really.
I
framed
it
up
as
a
start
of
a
conference.
Many
conversations
that
we
could
have
and
interact.
You
guys
don't
follow
them,
follow
those
guys
on
instagram
they're
doing
a
lot
of
neat
stuff.
I
mean
they.
They
really
are.
I
mean
I'm,
I'm
I'm
I'm
always
impressed
with
the
activity
level
that
they
have
at
their
space.
E
They
they're
they're,
really
using
that
that
space
well
they've
had
just
to
give
you.
You
know
just
one
last
thing:
to
give
you
a
little
bit
about
them.
They
have
88
members
already.
You
know
you
know
so
they're
doing
well.
They
have
like
last,
like
two
weeks
ago.
They
had
like
a
bonfire
where
they
had
people
do
poetic
readings.
They've
had
writing
courses.
E
You
know
you
know
at
their
space.
They
have
a
lot
of
things
that
they're
thinking
about
in
the
future.
For
the
youth
you
know,
so
this
exciting
group
to
you
know
kind
of
meet
with,
and
it
was
a
good
conversation
and
joan
lastly,
joan
he.
I
mentioned
your
names,
oh,
I
know
her
yeah,
so
he
was
excited,
so
he
didn't
realize
your
position
on
the
on
the
commission.
So
good
yo,
good
conversation,
though
I
said.
A
I
seriously
cannot
thank
you
enough
for
reaching
out
to
him
and
for
getting
out
there
and
meeting
with
folks
jeff,
that's
what
it's
all
about.
So
thank
you
for
all
the
time
and
effort.
It's
gonna
pay
really
good
dividends
for
us
and
hopefully
for
everyone
involved.
So
that
is
super
great
update.
Really
thank
you
and
thank
you
access
group
for
all
of
the
thought:
leadership
that
you're
bringing
and
getting
us
out
into
the
community
and
getting
us
listening
to
people
and
understanding
the
work
that's
happening
in
community.
That's
great,
okay!
A
So
the
next
item,
then,
is
policy.
I
think
we
did
touch
on
this.
Just
for
updates.
I
think
lana
we're
gonna
set
up
a
check-in
monday
or
tuesday.
Wait
for
golgoons
framing
information,
read
the
ordinance,
that's
kind
of
our
homework
and
if
lana,
do
you
mind
kind
of
sharing
with
ahava
like
this
is
coming
and
here's
kind
of
the
summary
and
then,
if
there's
anything
else,
you
have
to
add.
F
C
A
Yes,
you,
yes,
please
do
that
everybody!
Everybody
follow
suit
too,
as
you
can,
this
summer,
okay,
great
anything
else,
lana
that
you
needed
to
add
or
wanted
to
add.
A
Okay,
as
far
as
public
art
updates-
my
apologies.
I
was
unable
to
attend
this
month's
meeting.
I
think
it
might
be
one
of
only
two
or
three
I've
missed
in
this
whole
time.
So,
but
it
was
a
big
dense
one.
So
there
are
items
on
the
consent,
agenda,
they're,
really
fantastic
projects
that
the
team
has
been
advancing
for
a
very,
very
long
time.
I
really
encourage
you.
Tina
will
share
the
links
for
the
consent
agenda
items
mary.
Is
there
anything
that
you
just
especially
want
us
to
know?
A
B
Also,
the
big
conservation
and
maintenance
agenda
item
was
this
this
month,
and
so
you
know
the
long
and
short
of
that
is
of
course,
there's
a
ton
of
graffiti
out
there
this
year,
just
like
you
know
this
city
is
having
you
know
the
the
graffiti
the
staff
that
work
on
graffiti
are
reporting.
You
know,
like
record
graffiti
highs,
you
know,
so
we're
not
surprised
with
a
lot
of
people
haven't,
had
anything
to
do
except
we're
hanging
out
outside
for
the
last
year.
B
So
I'm
also
joan
I'm
meeting
with
mari
tomorrow
about
curry
park.
So
if,
for
some
reason
she
wants
it
off
the
consent
agenda
I'll,
let
you
know
thank
you.
A
A
I
really
really
appreciate
it.
I
see
all
the
hard
work
that's
going
into
it.
So,
okay,
next
item
on
our
agendas,
I
think
of
I'm
ready.
It's.
G
A
To
approve
our
mac
agenda
so
I
just
dropped
it
in
the
chat
and
we're
gonna
burn
through
this
in
the
next
two
minutes.
A
Hopefully
we
can
come
to
a
consensus,
but
I've
been
taking
notes
and
I've
been
making
changes,
as
we've
been
talking
so
we'll
start
out,
of
course,
with
announcements,
introductions
and
updates
I'll
lead
introductions
I'll
ask
people
to
be
brief.
We
do
have
a
really
dense
agenda.
I
think
we
have
to
strike
something.
So
that's
probably
what
we
have
to
do.
A
I
also
want
to
include
in
the
updates
the
creative
response
fund
community
well-being
grants
that
galoon
is
reading,
that
open
call
for
artists,
so
I'm
gonna
position
that
there
after
we
go
through
all
of
our
introductions,
if
that's
okay
with
everybody
and
then,
of
course,
we'll
do
corrections
for
minutes.
A
We
have
consent
agenda
items
one
through
three,
as
we
just
mentioned
mary
mentioned.
So
please,
look
at
those
materials
they'll
be
sent
to
you.
I
guess
we
can
send
them
as
early
as
tomorrow,
probably
more
likely
thursday
and
guessing
with
all
the
other
things
that
need
to
kind
of
happen,
or
maybe
even
friday,
but
please
please
review
them
briefly.
If
you've
been
briefly
and
then
the
discussion,
I
think
section
is
where
we
need
to
kind
of
just
figure
this
out.
A
So
the
rojo
collective
is
the
first
item
on
the
agenda,
we'll
we'll
start
out
with
them
jeff
did
you
give
them
a
time?
Did
you
promise
them
an
amount
of
time?
I.
E
I
told
them
15
minutes,
but
I
mean
I'm
talking
to
him
on
friday,
so
if
it
needs
to
be
less-
and
I
can
tell
him
a
you
know
basic
start
time-
I
think
I
just
told
him
our
meeting
starts
at
5
30.
So
that's
all
I've
told
him
so
far.
A
A
All
right,
no
and
then
let
him
know
too
that
we
will
be
doing
introductions
start
at
5
30,
so
that
tends
to
take
five
to
ten
minutes
also,
so
his
start
time
will
probably
be
more
like
5
40,
but
if
he
could
come
at
5,
30
that'd
be
great
because
it'd
be
nice
for
him
to
see
who
we
are
and
okay
great.
Thank
you,
okay
and
we
have
danielle
next
all
right.
Thanks
mary,
we
have
danielle
next,
with
updates
on
the
art
stabilization.
A
G
Sure
either
so,
as
I
said,
there's
been
a
lot
happening
in
the
city
related
to
budget
and
regardless
one
of
us
will
be
there.
A
I
can
do
that
all
right.
The
next
item
is
the
update
on
the
letter.
So,
commissioner
ellsworth,
I
think
it's
just
as
brief
as
you
were
today,
the
letter
was
sent.
We
have
not
received
any
feedback
questions.
You
know.
I
think
that
it's
just
a
really
quick
item.
If
it's
okay,
if
you
don't
mind
this
okay
and
then,
then
we
have
fletcher.
If
he's
coming
the
poet
laureate
initiative,
I'm
gonna,
maybe
we
tell
him
he's
just
got
five
minutes
like
we're
gonna
I
mean
he
doesn't,
there's
really
a
lot
to
say.
A
He
just
needs
to
tell
us
what
it
is
and
what
it
is
that
he
imagines
that
what
role
he
imagines
the
map
plane
and
then
I
think
we
have
to
pick
it
up
from
there.
We
could
probably
talk
about
it
for
a
really
long
time.
It's
an
important.
It
could
be
very
important
that
we
give
much
more
time
to
it.
The
next
time
we
meet,
but
I
think
for
now
it's
just
a
what's.
He
thinking
what
what
are
he
and
jenkins
thinking?
I
want
this
to
look.
A
The
next
item
is
the
ordinance
review.
I
have
the
link
there.
I
want
also
tina
if
you
could
in
the
email,
if
you
could
put
it
in
the
kind
of
like
the
homework
for
everybody,
that
this
is
a
pre-read
and
we
want
people
to
take
a
look
at
it.
In
addition
to
the
consent
agenda
items
that
would
be
really
great
and
then
there's
that
recommendation
to
approve
the
ordinance.
Of
course,
we
can
adjust
that
when
we
need,
if
needed,
but
hopefully
we'll
be
somewhat
prepared-
that
way.
A
Vacancy
updates
we're
going
to
make
the
announcement
that
we
didn't
formally
move
commissioner
thompson
to
exec
and
policy
and
advocacy
that
the
application
has
been
extended
that
we
interviewed.
Maybe
we
have
good
news
mandy,
I
don't
know
we
might
and
then,
if
you
want
to
give
just
a
quick
like
hey
access
is
really
you
know,
working
this
out
and
we'll
have
more
updates
down
later
in
the
agenda.
A
Okay
and
then
we'll
do
work
plan
updates
I
have
in
here,
and
we
keep
on
pushing
this
to
the
next
month,
and
I
just
I
don't
know
what
to
say
about
it.
But
commissioner
mansfield
is
interested
in
in
a
bipac
subcommittee.
That's
separate
of
all
of
the
other
committees
that
we
have.
I
wonder
and
jeff
I
hate
to
put
you
on
the
spot.
A
I
know
that
we
sort
of
kind
of
we've
moved
this
and
tabled
this
because
we've
had
to
for
lack
of
time,
but
I
wonder
if
it's
a
conversation
with
you
and
I
and
mari
and
anyone
else
that
might
be
interested
if
we
can
just
set
up
some
time
to
discuss
and
maybe
take
it
off
of
our
agenda
for
a
general
discussion
unless,
unless
you
all
think
that
it's
like
it's
been
bumped
enough,
and
maybe
we
just
need
to
give
it
some
time,
even
though
we're
have
a
dense
agenda,
I
don't.
E
I'm
fine
with
meeting
offline,
I
mean
for
whether
it's
on
the
agenda
or
not,
I
guess
mari,
would
I
probably
won't
hurt
her
weigh
in.
A
I
can
do
that
so
basically
I'll
review,
the
bylaws
and
then
I'll
just
see
if
there's
a
time
that
works
jeff
with
you
and
mari,
and
we
can
just
say
like
what
would
be
what's
the
best
advance
was
because
I
don't
want
to
ignore
her
wanting
that
to
happen,
but
I
also
just
want
to
recognize.
You
know
that
it's
it's,
those
are
some.
It
needs
a
little
more
discussion.
A
Okay,
thank
you,
okay
and
then
just
talking,
I'm
just
gonna
give
one
more
push
for
the
open
seats.
We
do
have
a
vice
chair
and
one
at
large
position
yet
on
exec,
and
then
I
think
I'm
gonna
pull
updates,
because
I
don't
have
really
besides
that.
So
then
the
next
is,
commissioner
bedbury.
Do
you
want
to
do
updates?
Would
you
like
jeff
to
do
them
for
access
for
work
plan
updates.
H
E
Sure
yeah
yeah,
if
crystal
doesn't
I
will
yep.
A
Okay,
okay,
I
put
down
brinkman
for
now,
but
I
can
change
it.
Okay
and
then
policy
lana.
I
think
you
can
give
an
update
with
you
know
what
we're
doing
for
the
public
hearing.
The
ordinance
kind
of
you
know
your
if
you
want
to
add
any
any
additional
information
for
anybody
about
what
we
discuss
here,
although
we
do
have
the
ordinance
review
piece
kind
of
doesn't
make
sense
to
have
that.
Maybe
should
we
do
the
ordinance
review
after
our
work
plan
updates,
so
it's
segues
nice
for
you.
F
B
B
B
A
A
B
A
I'll
just
give
him
a
heads
up
to
be
kind
of
on
standby.
For
that
role
being
that
we
have
large
items
on
consent
that
if
it
gets
pulled
we're
going
to
be
looking
to
him
right,
okay,
okay,
I
think
that's
it.
I
think
we're
I
think,
we're
good
again.
We
have
well.
We
have
eight
items
on
our
agenda
for
discussion.
H
Can
I
guess
something
sure
if,
for
some
reason
we
don't
have
the
poet
laureate
conversation
with
jenkins
or
with
yeah
pleasure
sorry,
could
we
give
rojo
the
extra
five
minutes
back
just
to
feature
them
a
little
bit
more?
If
you
think
that
since
we've
combined
the
a
couple
things,
maybe
there's
space
sure
just
a
just
a
suggestion.
B
A
A
Maybe
we
just
include
that
maybe
tina
do
you
want
me,
I
can
help
with
the
email.
Maybe
this
email
should
come
from
me,
but
I
might
ask
for
your
help
like
just
because
there's
there's
significant
amount
of
homework
and
the
discussion
is
gonna
be
long.
So
people
just
know
like
feel
free
to
munch
your
dinner,
but
I
want
to
try
to
make
it
nice.
A
Okay,
thank
you
for
staying
late,
really
appreciate
it.
This
is
really
exciting
that
we
have
such
a
vibrant
and
robust
agenda.
Go
team.
Awesome
thanks.
Everybody
have
a
beautiful
evening.
Have
a
wonderful
vacation
we'll
see?
Okay,.
