A
A
I
won't,
but
I
do
for
exactly
I
don't
know,
but
anyway
ignore
that
all
right
welcome
everybody
unless,
unless
you
had
something
that
you
really
wanted
to
just
bring
up,
that's
not
on
the
agenda
this
evening,
I
think
we're
okay
to
just
jump
right
in
is
everybody
okay
to
do
that?
Maybe
we
save
a
little
time?
A
Okay,
all
right,
so
we
have
basically
on
our
agenda
tonight.
We
have
some
updates
from
lana
that
for
the
poet
laureate
work
group,
that's
been
working
fast
and
furious,
and
then
action
learning
team
updates.
If
there's
anything
going
on,
I
know
that
the
teams
have
been
meeting
them
that
there's
some
end
of
your
stuff
happening,
some
updates.
On
my
end,
just
with
exec
and
some
questions
I
have
for
you
that
I
don't
necessarily
feel
like.
A
I
need
final
outcomes
from
our
conversation
this
evening,
just
want
to
check
the
temperatures,
and
then
I
wanted
to
just
comment
on
the
departing
commissioners
because,
like
are,
we
gonna
do
some
fun
and
then
the
work
plan,
the
draft
discussion
and
everything
is
like
really
kind
of
first
right
now,
some
people
are
a
little
bit
more
solidified
than
others,
but
just
so
you
know
we'll
just
take
a
look
at
that,
because
I
want
to
be
able
to
bring
these
drafts
to
our
to
our
general
meetings
so
that
we
can
kind
of
standard
span
track.
A
Okay,
so
that's
kind
of
the
method
to
just
famous
so
lana.
Do
you
want
to
get
started
and
just
tell
us?
What's
going
on,
I've
been
getting
the
emails,
and
I
appreciate
that
you've
been
everything
moving
forward
in
such
a
great
way
so
what's
happening.
That
would
be
awesome.
C
Good
timing
for
exec
tonight,
because
we
just
had
another
working
session
this
afternoon
at
1
30.,
so
that
was
nice.
We
welcomed
in
one
of
ahava's
poet,
contacts
sean,
so
he
came
into
our
discussion
today
for
the
first
time.
So
it's
nice
to
see
some
new
community
faces
and
where
we
stand
right
now,
is
we're
a
week
out
from
the
public
hearing
for
the
committee.
C
So
we're
ready
to
finalize
our
drafts
of
the
letter
that
we
want
to
read
for
mac's
work
in
support
of
a
poet
laureate
initiative,
so
that
was
all
things
that
are
currently
shared
in
our
teams
under
I
started
a
little
folder
in
the
general
tab.
That's
all
of
our
poet
laureate
draft.
What
we're
going
to
be
planning
to
read
is
experts
from
the
why
a
poet
laureate
document
that
jack
so
graciously
created.
C
C
So
we're
finalizing
that
draft
document
before
signing
up
for
the
public
hearing,
because
we
need
to
also
attach
those
supplementary
documents,
and-
and
so
we
want
it
as
a
pdf
form
instead
of
one
where
it
can
be
edited,
we
want
it
to
be
a
clean
and
polished.
Look,
that's
reflective
of
what
we're
going
to
read
and
present,
but
as
it
stands
right
now,
I'll
be
signing
up
for
a
speaking
slot
to
represent
our
work
group
and
another
person
that's
currently
joined
in
from
the
loft
literary
center.
Lucia
has
agreed
to
be
another
presenter.
C
C
You
know
feedback
from
the
community
that
it's
it's
a
big
ask
on
time
to
both
be
in
a
work
group
and
to
present
at
public
hearings
when
it's
a
volunteer
basis,
so
we're
trying
to
be
respectful
of
everyone's
time
going
forward
and
ahava
has
been
doing
some.
Some
really
great
work.
She
was
able
to
give
a
little
bit
more
thought
leadership
on
it
this
week,
so
she
set
up
a
gmail
account,
but
she
set
it
up
for
our
arts
commission.
C
So
maybe
we
can
continue
to
find
ways
to
use
that
across
our
enterprise
instead
of
just
for
poet,
laureate
tracking-
and
she
also
did
some
some
fancy
graphic
design
work
for
us
for
an
announcement
that
we
could
do
on
facebook.
So
now
that
we
have
those
two
things
kind
of
linked,
I
reached
out
to
council
member
fletcher
and
cvp
jenkins
after
the
meeting
today,
with
just
an
overview
of
where
we're
at
looking
forward
to
next
week
to
see
if
there's
any
feedbacks
or
questions
before
we
post
or
move
forward
on
that.
C
So
I
think
we'll
we'll
give
it
a
day,
and
I
have
an
ask
out
to
marry
two
to
see
if
everybody
from
the
commission
standpoint
can
get
access
for
facebook
posting.
I
think
jack
and
I
have
it
now
and
mandy-
I'm
not
sure.
Maybe
you
might
already
have
it
too,
but
I
know
ahava
does
not,
and
she's
she's
been
a
forward
forward
thinker
on
graphic
design,
so
I
think
it
would
be
good
to
have
her
looped
it.
I
have
access.
C
Well,
we're
similar
in
that
I
think
it's
always
good
protocol
to
check
in
with
mary,
as
I
have
you
know,
been
trying
to
ask
on
timelines
because
you're
more
familiar
mary
about
city
initiatives,
it
might
go
up
and
be
posted.
E
Yeah,
I'm
not
that
worried
about
your
breaking
rules
mandy,
but
I
just
don't
think
you
should
promote
yourself
on
it.
But
besides
that,
I
think
it'd
be
fine
and
I'll
add
a
hubba
lana.
I
think
when
mac
uses
the
gmail
address,
I
think
you
should
copy
tina
on
the
emails
that
way
we
won't
if
some,
if
we
ever
got
a
data
practices
request,
we
wouldn't
be
accused
of
like
not
having
copies
of
the
emails
and
that
they,
you
know,
you
know
what
I
mean.
C
Sure
I
mean
as
long
as
tina
doesn't
doesn't
mind.
You
know
kind
of
seeing
messages
that
she
doesn't
have
to
respond
to
I'm
happy
to
put
program
in
like
an
automatic
cc.
E
E
C
What
about
use
of
this
for
tracking
responses
for
from
the
community
for
both
and
because
we
set
it
up
so
that
we
have
a
facebook
post
and
then
it
says
you
can
respond
to
the
post
and
comments
or
you
can
email.
This
address
is.
E
E
I
think
we're
just
going
to
need
to
be
aware
of
the
fact
that
if
we
get
a
data
practices
request,
we
should
harvest
stuff
from
that
mailbox.
C
C
Okay,
I
can
you
know
the
only
people
who
have
access
is
set
it
up
and
she
shared
the
she
shared
the
password
information
with
myself
and
with
joan
okay
right
now,
it's
the
three
of
us
I
mean
I.
I
see
a
reason
that
we
couldn't
expand,
that
if
you
want
access,
if
tina
wants
access,
if
another
commissioner
does
the
idea
is
that
there'd
be
one
place?
That's
not
a
personal
inbox.
I
could
see
a
lot
of
other
uses
for
it.
I.
E
C
You're,
all
in
the
thick
of
it,
mary
thanks
for
your
time,
so
I
think
that's
that
the
primary
steps
are
getting
ready
for
the
public
hearing
on
the
budget.
I'm
trying
to
solicit
some
additional
feedback
from
council
member
fletcher
and
cbp
jenkins
if
they
have
any
thought
leadership
on
if
they
want
to
bring
it
up
in
a
newsletter.
C
I've
also
reached
out
to
golgoon
and
liz
about
putting
it
in
a
future
newsletter
for
arts
culture
in
the
creative
economy.
It
wasn't,
they
didn't
have
room
for
it
at
the
end
of
october,
because
I
you
know
we
emailed
right
before
and
they
had
a
pretty
thick
and
heavy
outline.
You
know,
and
I
think
there
were
a
lot
of
questions
about
who's
going
to
administer
the
program
like
how's
it
going
to
work.
C
A
Great
managing
that,
because
I
think
it
like
gets
people's
heads
pop
up.
I
think
too
quickly
to
just
be
like
no,
no
we're
in
dialogue.
We're
gonna
work
group
together
we're
moving
things
forward.
Decisions
will
be
made
collaboratively
so
really
good
job.
So
is
that
going
to
come
out
then
in
the
november
newsletter?
Is
that
cbd,
okay,.
C
You
know
that
that
we
don't
have
the
answers
to
who
will
administer
the
program
and
that
we
were
just
you
know,
kind
of
in
the
proposal
phase
of
getting
it
into
the
budgeting
process.
You
know
fingers
crossed,
we
can
push
it
forward
and
it's
for
like
this
year,
but
our
team
talked
today
too
that
we're
we're
in
the
long
haul
for
it
right.
C
A
C
A
C
So
there's
a
public
hearing
for
the
budget,
the
first
one
is
scheduled
for
november
16th
at
1,
30
and
so
and
when
you
sign
up,
I
have
the
link
of
where
you
can
sign
up
online
to
be
a
speaker
like
we've
done
before,
with
previous
support
letters
that
we've
read
for
the
creation
of
the
new
department.
It's
the
same
process,
but
you
have
to
attach
documents
that
will
go
in
the
public
record
and
will
be,
you
know
visible
to
all
council
members.
C
C
You
know
how
much
of
the
budget
we've
landed
on
a
on
a
total
for
forty
thousand
dollars
for
the
ask,
which
is
you
know,
the
hopeful
figure,
and
if
we
don't
get
it
all
from
the
city,
then
you
know
we're
willing
to
go
to
other
other
enterprises
and
other
financial
resources
to
try
to
get
that,
because
we
want
to
make
sure
that
artists
get
paid.
So
you
know
things
like
writing
that
in
and
having
it
in
the
public
record,
I
think,
will
be
a
really
positive
step,
but
we're
going
to
be
polishing
them.
A
Very
smart,
it's
really
fun
to
watch.
You
navigate
this
process
to
lana
and
like
just
all
the
learning,
that's
coming
like
it's.
It's
really,
I'm
just
really
enjoying
like
how
you
are
sort
of
moving
things
forward
with
the
pieces
that
you
can
with
an
amazing
amount
of
patience
and
focus.
So
it's
so
anyway,
just
kind
of
giving
you
some
gratitude
here
for
doing
all
of
that,
and
you
know
let
us
know
if
there's
any
support
that
you
feel
you
need
from
the
from
the
rest
of
your
colleagues
here.
A
I
know
you've
asked
for
some
connections
to
poets.
I
know
I
had
a
little
social
gathering
and
I
invited
the
one
that
I
had
mentioned
to
you
and
he
was
unable
to
join.
I
thought
it
would
be
awesome
to
be
able
to
talk
about
it
in
person,
but
that
didn't
happen.
So
I
can
still
you
know,
reach
out
via
email
and
telephone
and
stuff
like
that
and
see
if
there's
some
folks
that
I
can
just
even
just
let
them
know
what's
happening.
A
Maybe
there
isn't
a
specific
ask,
but
just
be
like
hey
you're
gonna
see
this
people
ask
you
about
it.
You
know
steering
back
to
us
and
let
us
know
if
you're
interested
and
stuff
like
that,
so
and
I
think
that
we
can,
if
you're
comfortable
too,
when
you
provide
updates
for
the
rest
of
the
commissioners
to
let
them
know
that
you
know
that
this
may
become
a
little
bit
more
visible
if
it
does
come
out
in
a
newsletter.
A
If
it
does,
you
know
with
the
public
hearing
and
stuff
like
that,
as
it
starts
to
like
see
the
light
of
day
that
if
they,
you
know,
get
questions
that
you
know
we're
going
to
be
welcoming
that
you
know
the
exchange
of
information,
even
as
a
lot
is
unknown,
so
that
just
might
be
a
good
thing
to
let
everybody
know
that
they
can
circle
back
if
they
get
questions
from
folks
and
stuff
like
what.
E
A
Or
what's
happening,
or
what
are
you
guys
doing?
I
feel
like
people
know
that
you
know,
but
you
just
never
know,
and
it
never
hurts
to
like.
Just
you
know
feedback
in
this
moment,
so
cool.
Thank
you
anything
else.
Does
anybody
have
any
questions
about
poet
laurie
at
work,
awesome,
okay,
great
job!
All
right!
Are
we
okay
to
move
into
just
the
whatever
the
updates
are
and
just
knowing
that
this
is
kind
of
separate
from
the
draft
work
plans
which
has
been
kind
of
the
work
from
our
last
meeting
until
now?
A
So
if
you
don't
have
anything
except
for
what
you
know
that
we've
updated
our
draft
plans,
that's
totally
okay,
but
I
just
wanted
to
make
space
for
any
updates
that
are
happening
that
are
separate
from
that.
So,
let's
see
I
have
listed
your
policy,
so
I
feel
like
I
want
if
you
have
any
other
updates
that
you
want
to
provide
just
on
anything,
that's
happening
outside
of
the
work
plan,
work.
C
I
think
the
work
plan
discussion
has
been
the
forefront
of
our
last
policy
meeting,
but
I
did
just
want
to
say
that
you
know
I
think,
there's
a
lot
of
nice
opportunities
for
the
year
ahead,
for
some
overlap
overlap
with
some
of
the
other
action
learning
teams.
You
know
for
work
with
like
access
and
engagement,
especially
we
were
talking
about
where
the
poet
laureate
work
group
lives.
Is
it
its
own
separate
like?
C
So
nice,
nice
collaborations
ahead.
I
think
I'm
I'm
feeling
really
positive
about
that.
I
think
that's
reflected
in
our
work
plan
and
I'm
not
sure
you
know
if
we
can
find
a
way
to
save
some
space
for
that
for
the
other
action
learning
teams
as
well.
A
It
does
feel
like
a
heavy
enough
of
an
initiative
that
we
should
all
be
our
work
plans
should
all
be
reflecting
how
we're
going
to
be
supporting
that
initiative.
That
makes
a
lot
of
sense
to
me.
I
feel
like
there
may
be
three
areas
that
I've
been
thinking
about,
that
kind
of
speak
to
that
same
like
that,
there's
a
through
line,
and
so
the
poet
laureate
work
certainly
could
be.
A
Maybe
the
public
art
advisory
committee
might
not
have
as
much
of
play
in
that,
but
you
know
that
might
be
the
only
one
that
doesn't
because
I
agree
with
you
that
policy
and
access,
and
certainly
exec
ii
could
all
be
working
towards
goals
that
support
that
initiative.
A
I
think
that
the
development
of
the
department
is
something
that
should
be
showing
up
in
work
plans
across
all
of
our
groups
and
then
the
last
item
I
think,
should
be
dei,
so
I'm
not
sure
how,
but
just
like
having
a
dei
type
of
a
goal
through
in
your
you
know,
just
prioritizing
that
in
some
meaningful
way
for
2022
and
those
are
the
three
things
that
I
sort
of
have
in
my
notes-
to
bring
up
about
work
plans.
A
But
again
here
we
are
talking
about
work
plans
again,
so
we
should
keep
it
moving
mandy
do
you
have
any
access
and
engagement
updates
for
us
that
you
want
to
share.
D
I'm
not
sure
that
we're
prepared
to
share
yet
we
have
something
cooking.
We
have
something
in
the
fire
and
mary's
helping
us
cook
it
up
for
the
last
meeting,
but
I
think
we
just
needed
to
chat
and
decide
right.
Jeff
like
we're
not
prepared
to
reveal
the
big
reveal.
F
F
D
A
That
will
help
me
when
I
craft
this
agenda,
so
I
can
make
sure
that
they
have
time
and
then
I
thought
that
we
were
going
to
create
a
time
limit,
but
is
that
how
are
y'all
feeling
about
that?
For
the
guest
speaker.
D
F
D
A
Let's
say
15
minutes
because
it's
worked
out,
though
I
mean
even
as
even
with
angela
really
she
gave
us.
You
know
a
lot
more
time.
We
pulled
it
off,
so
we're
just
a
few
minutes
over.
So
okay,
so
15
minutes.
If
you
want
to
just
hold
that,
I
think
that
will
be
helpful.
I
do
I
try
to
kind
of
time
out
the
agenda,
but
it's
always
a
roll,
the
dice
kind
of
a
thing,
but
we
get
lucky
a
lot.
So
we
will
stick
with
that.
A
If
that's,
okay,
okay,
so
the
capri
theater,
is
our
guest
I'll.
Put
that
at
the
top
of
the
discussion
for
the
next
for
our
meeting.
Is
there
anything
else?
So
you
just
you're
in
flux,
you're
working
on
december
and
you'll
have
updates
for
us.
When
you
have
them
and
that's
fine,
we
don't
need
anything
sooner.
A
Okay,
all
right
cool
public
art
advisory
panel.
I
am
stepping
down
from
that
group
and
it's
kind
of
a
weird
thing
to
do,
because
it's
so
in
my
wheelhouse,
but
at
the
same
time
there's
so
much
amazing
work
happening
there,
but
I
am
wanting
to
be
more
present
for
the
policy
team
because
I
feel
like
it's
going
to
be
an
interesting
year.
I
just
kind
of
want
to.
A
I
guess,
be
a
little
bit
more
focused
as
a
commissioner
now
that
I
don't
have
like
my
work
hat
to
think
about
as
much
so
I
think
that
that
could
be
a
little
bit
more
interesting
this
coming
year,
so
that's
kind
of
where
that
decision
is
coming
from
and
mary
has
been
extremely
gracious
and
allowing
me
that
decision
and
assuring
me
that
if
I
needed
I'll
she'll,
let
me
know
so,
is
there
anything
else
you
want
to
add
any
just
update
wise
public
art.
A
I
know
we
have
an
event
coming
up
that
you
should
have
received
via
email
about
the
artist
talk
as
well
as
the
kind
of
the
public
event,
but
anything
else,
mary.
E
Sorry,
I'm
having
trouble
with
my
mute
button.
I
must
be
channeling
mandy,
so
we
have
this
event
on
december,
2nd,
it's
invitation
only
so
please
respond,
because
we've
of
course
invited
more
people
than
we
could
fit
in
the
room
and
we're
trying
to
fly
lokovid
stuff.
The
goal
of
this
event
is
to
just
really
get
the
word
out
about
the
art
to
curators
and
arts
media
people
primarily,
but
we
wanted
to
invite
the
commission
and.
E
E
On
the
list
I
have
some,
I
felt
really
comfortable
about
the
balance
until
the
all
till
I
ended
up
with,
like
12
people
from
the
walker
and
the
mia,
so
I
feel
a
little
like
I.
I
could
use
them
if
you
know
some
bypoc
arts,
reporters
or
arts
reporters
that
focus
on
bipod
artists
or,
if
you
know
some
local
curators
of
bipac
artists
and
they
may
already
be
invited,
but
please
don't
hesitate
to.
E
Let
me
know
because
if
they
haven't
been
invited,
I
would
really
like
to
kind
of
balance
out
the
haves
and
have
nots
in
the
room,
because
you
know
how
it
people
can
dominate
conversations,
and
we
want
that.
We
want
a
really
diverse
and
rich
dialogue
in
this.
At
this
event,
so
I'm
trusting
tristan
is
moderating
and
I'm
trusting
him
to
be
able
to
do
that
too,
and
I'm
also
sitting
like
a
little
devil
on
his
shoulder
telling
him
he
has
to
do
it,
but
and
I'm
very
excited
about
the
guest
list
for
this.
E
E
The
maybe
introduce
the
mayor
so
but-
and
I
want
you
all
to
come
to
the
celebration
too,
but
I
think
the
the
dialogue
hopefully
will
be
rich.
It's
going
to
be
a
challenge
for
tristan
to
facilitate
a
conversation
among
like
15
artists.
A
Great,
do
you
mary
want
to,
let
me
know
a
if
you
have
anything
for
the
general
mac
agenda
for
next
week.
I
don't
know,
don't
have
to
do
this
now,
but
just
send
it
to
me
via
email
and
then
be
if
you
want
to
provide
this
update
next
week
to
the
group.
E
Yeah
I
would
like
to
do
it
it'll
be
a
little
less
blunt,
but
I
would
like
to
do
the
update
and
that's
the
only
thing
I
have
is.
I
might
also
be
asking
for
volunteers
for
the
10th,
so
that
might
be
a
good
time
to
we're
thinking
we're
going
to
have
like
you
know,
17
artists,
it's
going
to
be
pretty
easy
to
get
like
300
people
at
the
event.
E
A
Awesome:
okay,
okay,
I'm
just
trying
to
kind
of
see
the
notes
as
we
go,
so
I
can
make
sure
that
our
gender
looks
right.
Has
everything
everybody
wants
on
it?
Okay?
Is
there
anything
else
for
public
art
as
far
as
updates
are
concerned?
Okay,
well,
good
job,
putting
pulling
this
together
in
such
difficult
weird
times
like
that
sounds
like
you're,
getting
an
a-list
roster
and
it's
wonderful
to
be
able
to
recognize
the
artist
for
this.
A
You
know
multi-year
effort
and
I
hope
that
you
also
are
recognized
in
this
moment,
and
I
know
you
said
that
happens
organically,
but
I
just
wish
what
I
just
hope
that
happens,
because
I
know
it's
been
a
lot
of
work
so
anyway,.
A
F
Yeah,
a
very
quick
question
so
for
the
the
10th
is
their
rsvp
for
that
or
just
for
the
the
second.
A
Okay,
all
right,
then.
The
next
item
is
just
I
mentioned
that
I'm
stepping
off
public
art
and
going
to
be
more
faithful
and
showing
up
for
policy
and
advocacy
moving
forward.
The
next
item
is
retreat
to
do
it
or
not
to
do
it.
Hey.
A
Yeah,
I
will
be
mentioning
that
in
the
updates
for
the
general
meeting.
If
that's
okay,
I
think
that
what
would
be
really
nice
would
be
to
have
an
item
line.
Let
me
know
what
you
guys
think
about
this,
but
that
opportunities
and
it
could
be
the
convention
center
panel
and
the
public
art
advisory
committee-
seat
just
kind
of
lump
those
together
and
then
we
can
give
really
quick
descriptions
about
what
each
of
those
opportunities
are.
Does
that
sound?
Okay?
A
Okay,
okay,
all
right!
The
next
item
is
just
the
retreat.
My
feeling,
I
don't
not,
I
I
don't
know
if
I'm
just
like
got
some
leadership
fatigue
going
on,
but
my
my
gut
tells
me
that
everybody's
kind
of
working
like
reasonably
hard
with
each
other
and
collaborating
in
their
subcommittees
and
their
different
groups
and
our
different
work
initiatives
that
I
just
I
don't
have
if
I
gave
it
more
thought,
I'm
sure
I
could
develop
this
collaboratively
with
you
all,
but
I
don't
have
goals
and
outcomes
in
this
moment
for
a
retreat.
A
A
The
biggest
goal
is
to
get
these
work
plans
done
and
to
give
the
lift
that's
needed
to
the
poet
laureate
initiative
to
you
know,
figure
out
this
end
of
year,
access
kind
of
have
you
know
the
access
group
sort
of
helping
to
facilitate
a
bit
of
a
celebration
and
and
putting
that
together
for
us-
and
I
know
they're
doing
that
and
like
getting
people
involved.
A
So
it's
kind
of
like
I
feel
like
our
plates,
are
kind
of
full
and
it's
all
good
and
really
important
work
and
that
maybe
a
retreat
would
serve
us
better
in
quarter
one
to
be
like
I
don't
know
how
do
we
you
know?
Is
there
anything
we
missed?
We
are
because
there
are
collaborative
opportunities,
we're
not
looking
at.
Maybe
maybe
the
retreat
is
solely
about
filling
vacancies
like
maybe
it's
all
hands
on
deck.
We're
gonna
get
we're
gonna.
Take
care
of
this
problem.
That
is
ever
persistent
and
we're
gonna.
A
A
Okay-
and
I
so
the
next
item
then,
is
similar
the
year
in
review.
I
don't
think
we
need
to
get
that
done
this
quarter.
I
think
we
can
do
that
quarter,
one
which
could
be
really
cool.
I
know
that
a
lot
of
people's
annual
reviews
don't
happen
before
the
year
even
ends.
A
I
know
we
kind
of
well
some
of
the
thoughts
we
had
around
it
was
that
we
could
present
it
with
our
draft
work
plan
and
with
our
like
here's
who
we
are
as
we
candice,
but
they're
elected,
but
that's
a
lot
of
information.
We
only
get
people's
attention
spans
for
so
long.
So
I
don't
I'm
not
trying
to
kick
everything
down
the
road
for
lack
of
interest
or
or
feeling
that
it's
got
some
value
for
us.
I
just
feel
like
it's.
Their
things
are
more.
A
A
We
we've
never
done
a
urine
review
before
by
the
way,
and
so
this
is
kind
of
a
new
idea,
and
it
was
kind
of
my
hope
that
someone
would
maybe
be
inspired
to
pick
it
up
and
that
someone
may
still
be
me
to
just
get
something
put
something
together
and
then
ask
for
some
help
and
delegate
and
sort
of
lead
that
process
of
just
making
like
a
one
sheet
that
highlights
all
of
our
accomplishments
but
yeah.
I
feel
kind
of
indifferent
about
prioritizing
it
in
this
moment.
Does
anyone
have
any
thoughts.
C
I
think
quarter.
One
sounds
like
a
great
time
to
reflect
on
the
year.
I
think
it'll
also
give
us
some
more
time
to
compile
feedback
from
departing
commissioners.
You
know
we
were
doing
some
action
steps
on
getting
feedback
from
past
experiences
and
that
might
help
us
for
moving
forward.
So
I
think
quarter.
A
Okay,
thank
you.
Next
item
is
departing
commissioners
hi
tina,
I'm
not
sure
if
you
can
help
me
out
with
this.
I,
when
I
think
about
this,
the
name
that
jumps
out
at
me
is
lisa.
Midday's,
nine
year
term
is
ending
and
I'm
like,
there's
something
nice
for
her,
it's
kind
of
like
when
we
said
goodbye
to
melinda
last
year.
A
It
was
like
this
is
a
person
who
has
been
here
for
a
very
long
time
and
it
was
even
more
complicated
last
year
because
we
were
still
in
like
on,
like
the
throes
of
the
pandemic,
were
like
even
scarier
at
this
time
last
year.
So
not
that
they're
not
scary
now,
but
I
think
we
have
a
little
bit
of
a
handle
on
it
so
last
year
I
think
it
was.
A
I
may
not
be
remembering
this
right,
but
I
feel
like
janae
and
I
put
some
things
together
or
something
am
I
wrong,
and
then
we
did
like
a
online
kind
of
a
card
experience
that
they
got
like
the
a
few
minutes
before
it
was
like
scheduled
that
populated
in
their
email
like
half
an
hour
before
our
meeting,
and
then
we
did
like
a
round
robin
with
everybody
kind
of
saying
kind
words
and
we
had
dropped
off
like
a
black
lives
matter,
candle
from
like
a
vendor
from
the
chameleon
shop
or
whatever,
and
some
other
swaggy
things.
A
It
was
just
like
a
cute
little
like
thank
you
bag
that
wasn't
too
over
the
top.
I
don't
know
like
who,
besides
lisa's
stepping
off.
I
guess
that's
my
next
question.
I
think
she
may
be
the
only
one
that
I'm
aware
of.
C
A
A
Lisa
is
we
can
talk.
We
can
talk
about
this
later.
I
don't
want
to
take
up
too
much
time,
but
just
some
thoughts
she's,
like
she's,
a
really
amazing
sort
of
cocktail
chef
where
she
like
makes
really
super
fancy.
Fancy
fancy
fancy
cocktails
and
has
like
this
bar
filled
with
all
of
these.
A
Was
very
creative,
so
I
don't
know
if
we
would
maybe
want
to
get
her
just
everybody
throw
five
dollars
at
like
a
gift
certificate
to
some
swanky
like
place
where
she
could
buy
bitters
and
stuff
like
that,
or
something
like
that
maybe
or
I
could
just
go
and
buy
a
few
swanky
cocktail
things,
and
maybe
some
flowers
and
just
ask
y'all
to
pitch
in
a
little
bit
five
seven
bucks
or
something
does
that
sound
reasonable?
A
B
Okay,
is
that
okay,
yes,
I
was
just
gonna.
Ask
real
quick,
no
david
smith
is
also
his
seat
is
expiring.
I
don't
know
if
he's
planning
to
reapply,
I
haven't
why.
B
Okay,
all
right,
so
we
just
need
to
follow
up
with
him
and
crystal
because
I
have
not
received
their
applications
yet
do.
A
A
Okay,
sorry,
I'm
just
catching
up.
Do
you
want
me
to
drop
these
in
the
chat?
The
kind
of
the
updated
work
plans,
the
giraffes
okay,
executive
committees.
Draft
work
plan
is
really
chill.
A
I
didn't
if
anything
I
scaled
it
down,
and
I
didn't
okay.
So
here
I
don't
know
why.
It's
all
bold!
I
apologize,
but
it's
basically
what
we
do
we
meet
once
a
month.
A
We
will
be
charged
with
kind
of
leading
the
process
for
the
2023
work
plan
following
year,
and
I
think
I
might
rearrange
these
so
that
they
make
a
little
sense.
As
you
read
them,
we
have
to
see
it's
our
job
to
seat
all
of
our
commissioners
on
various
alts
or
whatever,
like
make
sure
that
happens,
and
I
was
going
to
mention
that
jack
is
not
on
an
alt
right
now.
This
is
an
aside,
but
he's
been
doing
a
heavy
lift
for
the
poet
laureate
initiative.
So
I
sort
of
am
like
whatever
that's
awesome.
A
He
jumped
right
into
that,
but
we
might
want
to
think
about
that.
Just
just
throw
that
in
the
side
of
your
brain.
We
don't
have
to
do
it
right
now,
but
it's
something
to
consider
so
seating
commissioners
on
alts
and
what
that
really
means
is
sort
of
like
because
we
all
serve
on
on
different
groups.
A
If
we
have
a
new
commissioner
that
wants
to
talk
about
what
that
alt
is
working
on
or
who
those
members
are,
or
just
give
like
a
little
orientation
that
we
would
make
ourselves
available
to
encourage
any
new
members
to
make
those
choices
by
giving
them
a
little
extra
time
so
that
responsibility
falls
on
our
shoulders.
A
We
could
add
in
here-
and
we
have
in
the
past,
that
with
any
new
commissioners
that
were
responsible
for
assigning
a
buddy,
that
whole
process
has
been
very
gray
and
it's
just
been
a
really
informal
and
we
haven't
had
very
many
new
commissioners.
Sadly,
so
we
haven't
really
had
the
need
for
that
process,
but
we
could
add
that,
in
our
exact
plan
that
we
would
maybe
revise
that
process
or
we
look
at
it.
A
That
would
be
a
special
project
that
this
group,
this
particular
group
I
could
see,
might
consider
doing.
Am
I
moving
too
fast?
Does
anybody
have
any
feedback
and
I'm
kind
of
just
sort
of
burning
through
it?
A
Okay?
The
next
item
is
that
generating
a
plan
with
clearly
defined
outcomes
to
execute
for
a
retreat.
I
said
in
quarter
four.
We
could
move
that
up
being
that
words,
we've
struck
it
from
this
year,
but
I
feel
like
that's
this
groups
to
think
tank.
What
what
we
might
want
to
focus
on
for
a
retreat
and
how
we
would
design
it,
and
I
would
have
you
lift
a
bit
with
that,
but
I
would
want
I
would
want.
A
I
would
look
to
you
all
to
consider
like
what
would
be
the
outcomes
for
extra
time.
In
addition
to
our
subcommittees
and
our
general
meetings
and
then
of
course,
we
always
are
responsible
for
advancing
our
monthly
mac
agendas
for
the
year.
A
So
that's
the
really
important
thing
that
we
need
to
be
doing
every
month
and
then
the
last
one
is
that
we're
supporting
each
other
and
our
colleagues
in
completing
their
work
plans,
which
I
think
we
do
in
our
respective
subcommittees
anyway,
but
that
like
if
we
saw
that
there
was
a
need
that
this
executive
group
would
come
together
and
say,
listen
access
doesn't
have
enough.
People
like
you
have
to
kind
of
think
about.
You
know
what
I'm
just
so
totally
making
this
up
but
like.
A
You
know
some
reason
that
we
had
to
make
changes
and
we
need
to
provide
that
leadership
and
guidance
that
that's
something
that
we
would
do
so
do
you
all
feel
comfortable
with
this.
I
think
that
it's
like,
I
said
it's
in
draft
form
and
I
think
it
could
use
a
little
tweaking
and
I'm
happy
to
do
that.
Is
there
anything
that
we're
missing?
A
One
thing
that
we're
missing
is
those
three
key
items
that
we
mentioned
at
the
top
of
our
meeting,
which
are
poet,
laureate,
dei
and
department,
development
of
the
department,
and
I
question
those
items
if
it
isn't
more
overarching
that
we
support
the
subcommittees
in
doing
those
things.
But
I'm
not
sure
I'd
be
willing
to
hear
your
thoughts
about
that.
A
Focuses
for
2022
as
the
exact
team
so
like
even
saying
that
those
are
the
three
things
that
we
want
to
make
sure
that
our
teams
are
prioritizing
is
like
a
job
in
of
itself.
Do
you
know
what
I'm
saying
so
like,
for
example,.
C
B
C
A
That's
a
good
idea
and
I
feel
like
this
is
the
feedback
I
always
get.
It's
like
just
start
to
like
put
these
pieces
together,
so
they're,
not
their
own
thing.
Okay,
that
sounds
great.
Does
anybody
else
have
any
other
feedback?
Does
this
look?
Okay?
If
I
clean
it
up-
and
I
send
you
guys
a
draft
of
it
again,
you
can
give
me
your
feedback,
but
is
everyone
feeling
like
this
is
like
I
guess?
Most
importantly,
are
you
feeling
willing
and
able
to
commit
to
this
as
our
work
plan
for
this
group?
A
A
Do
we
want
to
move
on
to
the
policy,
because
I
know
lana
worked
on
this
and
has
received
feedback,
which
is
awesome,
so
I
will
just
drop
that
in
the
chat
and
you
don't
have
to
read
it
if
you
don't
want
to.
But
if
you
just
want
to
give
us
some,
maybe
high
level
mana
about
what
you're
thinking
for
your
group.
C
Sure
I
mean
I
think,
the
the
prioritization
of
that
watching
the
transition
plan
as
closely
as
possible
with
the
new
department
is
really
going
to
be
a
guiding
force
for
our
work.
So
I
think
we
tried
to
save
some
space
in
room
for
what
that
will
look
like
to
come,
but
also
you
know,
including
things
that
we
really
want
to
see
to
see
come
to
fruition.
C
One
of
those
ideas
before
we
got
so
inundated
with
new
department
fund.
We
were
actually
working
with
talks
with
mary
in
the
city
on
you
know
revising
some
policies
that
need
a
little
bit
of
a
refresh,
and
I
thought
that
was
really
exciting
work
for
a
three-year
plan.
E
Actually,
I
have
draft
policies
from
the
portable
collection
that
have
come
to
me.
The
panel
read
the
first
draft
this
week
and
gave
me
some
feedback
I
feel
like.
I
want
to
get
some
internal
feedback,
not
a
lot
of
internal
feedback,
but
I'm
especially
still
trying
to
figure
out
what
is
the
role
of
the
department.
That's
responsible
for
buildings
in
this
policy
since
we're
hanging
art
in
buildings.
E
So
I
wanted
to
bring
a
draft
to
the
policy
committee
after
I
got
a
little
more
feedback
from
staff,
so
I
think
I
might
want
to
come
to
like
your
december
meeting
and
then
and
then
I
then
I
will
probably
bring
it
to
this
internal
city
committee
for
review,
bring
it
back
to
the
panel
for
review
and
then
bring
to
mac
for
review,
but
I
feel
like
they
still.
E
They
need
a
little
help
before
we
bring
them
forward
to
mac
for
sure,
but
I
mean
they
need
to
go
to
the
panel
a
second
time
I
think,
but
but
even
the
policy
committee
I
feel
like
it
could
it
could
use
a
little
more
help
internally
before
we
bring
it
to
you.
C
A
Awesome
awesome,
I
would
say,
then
the
only
thing
lana
that
we
might
want
to
bring
back
to
our
group
when
we
before
we're
final
is
how
dei
is
weaved
in
here.
How
do
we
articulate
that?
So
I
think
that
would
be
our
last
challenge
to
try
to
do
otherwise.
I
think
that
this
is
really
tight
and
thoughtful.
C
A
Okay,
cool
all
right:
I'm
gonna
move
on
to
public
art,
really
quick
and
we
don't
have
it.
Let's
see,
I
did
not
receive
feedback
from
the
group
david
and
mari
and
that's
fine.
A
I'm
gonna
be
helping
with
this,
even
as
I'm
stepping
down
just
because
I
want
to
get
it
to
done
so
there
aren't
a
lot
of
changes
with
this
either
from
the
previous
year,
because
this
group
funk
has
a
really
specific
function
so
meeting
the
first
wednesday
of
the
month,
continuing
to
move
public
art
approvals
to
consent
agenda
with
the
new
criteria
and
processes.
A
I
did
note
that
so
there
may
be
some
buttoning
up
with
that
too,
that
we
want
to
consider
about
just
making
sure
that
the
I
know
that
that
work
is
in
influx
and
that
it's
been
moving
forward,
but
you
know
just
to
know
that
maybe
they
take,
maybe
they
take
it
also
from
where
it's
at
so
it's
something
to
consider
working
with
the
director
of
public
art
on
public
art
policy
updates,
and
so
I
think
I
might
articulate
that
a
little
bit
more
nuance
to
say
that
they're
not
the
lead
in
this,
but
that
you
may
at
times
wish
for
their
feedback
or
vice
versa,
or
they
may
do
some
draft
work
like
mary
speaking
like
it's.
A
The
policy
team
I
feel
like
needs
to
be
immersed
in
this
as
well.
It's
really
important
but
mary,
you,
maybe
you
can
probably
help
me
wordsmith
this
number
three.
We
can
take
that
offline
too
and
then
number
four
is
just
assisting
to
enroll
mac
members
to
participate
in
public
art
review
and
selection
panels.
A
A
And
then
I
also
just
I
noted
in
here
that
there
should
be
a
dei
goal
here
and
then
the
development
of
the
new
department,
how
to
articulate
that
and
again
mary.
I
don't
mean
to
like
lay
stuff
on
your
shoulders.
But
I
just
think
your
insight
about
how
the
public
art
advisory
committee
also
is
going
to
have
any
kind
of
a
role
in
the
department's.
E
A
E
B
E
E
Have
everybody
review
it
a
few
times
right,
not
just
except
for
maybe
the
commission,
but
both
the
policy
group
and
the
panel,
but
it's
like
because
they're
both
subcommittees
of
mac
in
a
way.
B
E
A
Well,
it's
good
that
we
talk
about
how
this
shows
up
for
real,
because
it's
like
a
work
plan
is
not
helpful
or
useful
unless
it
actually
stimulates
like
real
dialogue
that
we're
gonna
be
doing
so.
I
think
it's
fine
like
I.
I
would
love
to
see
the
policy
group,
because
I
think
that
there's
so
much
opportunity
like
being
in
a
more
of
a
leadership
position.
A
E
A
Help
the
criteria
for
the
yeah
so
yeah
that
there's
going
to
be
crossover-
and
you
know
lana
said
like
there's
we're
going
to
be
collaborating
a
little
bit
more
because
we're
going
to
be
depending
on
each
other,
to
advance
these
plans.
So
it's
all
good
good,
stuff,
okay,
so
my
job
is
really
to
try
to
do
some
clean
up
in
aisle
nine,
with
some
of
the
mess
that
I'm
making
here.
But
it's
all
me
trying
to
figure
out
like
what
is
really
gonna
make
sense.
A
A
F
Yeah
we're
feeling
good
about
it.
We
we
went
over
it
a
couple
of
weeks
ago,
so
we'll
we'll.
If
we
can't
get
it
to
you
in
the
next
few
minutes,
then
we'll
we'll
just
send
it
to
the
whole
group.
So
you
can
look
at
it
this
week.
So
and
then
you
can
comment
via
email
and
then
we'll
we'll
make
revisions
post.
That.
A
Yeah
that
sounds
great,
and
then
I
I
thank
you
and
that's
perfect,
and
so
my
last
question
for
everybody
is
these
work.
Plans
are
like
they
kind
of
inspire
a
lot
of
dialogue,
which
I
love
and,
I
think,
is
important.
A
Should
we
approach
our
meeting
the
same
way
just
like
looking
at
the
drafts
having
one
whoever
is
comfortable
speaking
from
each
group,
giving
a
high
level
and
then
inviting
any
feedback
and
then
just
kind
of
keep
it
moving?
Does
that
sound
okay
to
do
because
really
what
happens
next?
Is
we
get
a
final
draft
right
and
then
what
happens
after
that?
Is
we
say,
that's
what
we're
gonna
do
for
2022
when
we
raise
the
glass
and
right
so.
C
A
A
That
you
want
to
include
I'll
make
sure
to
send
that
tomorrow
and
then
send
me
anything.
You
have
you
know
by
friday
morning,
so
tina
can
get
that
on
limbs
and
I
think
what
we'll
do
is.
If
this
is
okay
with
you
tina,
we
will
send
out
the
agenda
for
the
meeting
and
the
work
plan.
The
draft
work
plan
so
that
everybody
has
a
chance
to
like
peek
at
it
before
we
meet.
Does
that
sound
good?
A
Yes,
okay
and
you've
already
sent
out
those
invites
to
the
public
art
event
to
the
commission.
Am
I
right
so
we
don't
need
to
do
that
again
or
you
can
you
can
decide
if
you
want
to
do
that
again,
when
you
send
everything
on
friday,
okay,
okay,
okay
and
then
I'm
just
gonna
think
about
what
we're
gonna
do
for
lisa
and
that's
what
I
have
lana
what
you
got
just.
C
E
A
A
We
got
it:
okay,
cool!
Is
there
anything
else?
Anybody
else
had
great
meeting
by
the
way.
Thanks
you
guys,
it's
always
so
nice
to
meet
with
you
anything
else.
Anyone
needs
or
or
wants
to
mention
all
right
enjoy
the
rest
of
your
evening
and
so
nice
to
see
you
yay.
This
is
fun
like
we're.
Getting
a
lot
done.
It's
really
fun
to
be
a
part
of.
Thank
you
thanks.
