Thank

Let
the
record
reflect.
We
have
a
quorum.
We
have
only
one
item
on
our
published
agenda
today,
in
addition
to
our
reports
of
committees
that
have
met
his
cycle.
That
item
is
our
regular
report
on
the
contract.
Awards
amendments
approved
over
the
last
couple
of
weeks
by
the
ad
hoc
work
group
established
for
the
American
Rescue
plan,
act,
related
expenditures
or
the
arpa
dollars.
Staff
doesn't
have
a
presentation
as
usual
for
these
particular
items,
but
is
on
hand.
A
A
Not
seeing
any
I'll
direct
the
clerk
to
go
ahead
and
file
that
report
welcome
councilmember
I
just
want
to
note
for
the
record
that
she
has
trained
us
next,
we
will
receive
reports
from
the
standing
committees
on
matters
to
be
considered
by
our
full
Council.
This
Thursday
and
we'll
begin
with
business
inspections,
housing
and
Zoning.
That
committee
is
chaired
by
council,
member
Goodman
and
I
understand.
Councilmember
Ellison
is
going
to
give
that
report.
Thank
you.
C
Yes,
thank
you,
madam
vice
president,
both
the
chair
and
vice
chair
are
not
able
to
make
it
to
cow
today.
So
I
think.
As
the
Biz
committee
OG
Falls
to
me,
the
business
inspections,
housing
and
zoning
committee
will
be
bringing
forward
five
items
that
it
is
recommending
for
approval.
One
is
approving
the
2023
license
fee
schedule
with
no
increase
from
the
current
2022
schedule.
Two
is
approving
a

you

hear
any

it
off
the
whole
time?
Okay,

is
my
understanding
that
there's
an
a
handful
of
South
Side
council
members
who
are
working
hard
on
that
issue
to
bring
some
kind
of

the
you
know
hopefully
can
work
best
for
community
