Let
the
record
reflect
that
we
have
a
quorum.
We
have
the
consent
agenda
before
us.
There
are
six
items
on
today's
consent
agenda
item.
One
is
authorizing
a
maintenance
agreement
with
the
Metropolitan
Council
for
public
artwork
at
2125
West
Broadway
item
two
is
accepting
a
grant
from
the
Minnesota
Department
of
Health
for
the
Health
Equity
Network
program.
A
Item
three
is
accepting
a
grant
from
the
Minnesota
Department
of
Human
Services
for
opioid
response
work.
Item
four
is
approving
the
use
of
opioid
settlement
funds
for
a
full-time
employee
in
the
health
department
to
assist
with
opioid
response
programming
item
five
is
confirming
an
appointment
to
the
Homegrown
Minneapolis
food
Council
and
item
6
is
setting
the
public
hearing
for
the
February
5th
for
February
15th
to
consider
the
mayor's
nomination
of
Damon
chaplain
to
Commissioner
of
Health.
Is
there
any
discussion
on
these
items?
C
Thank
you,
chair
of
Utah
I'm,
wondering
if
perhaps
you
or
councilmember
Ellison
could
just
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
artwork.
That's
going
up
on
2125
West
Broadway.
E
Madam,
chair
I
am
Mary
Altman
I'm,
the
public
Arts
supervisor
for
the
new
Department
of
Arts
and
Cultural
Affairs
Madam
chair,
councilmember
rainville.
This
is
not
a
new
artwork.
It's
been
up
for
many
years.
This
is
actually
just
a
maintenance
agreement
with
the
med
Council
for
a
portion
of
the
artwork,
which
is
a
bus,
shelter
and
it
basically
puts
in
writing
what
our
handshake
has
been
since
the
artwork
was
constructed.
D
Think
I've
probably
said
this
before,
but
Mary
Altman
is
actually
was
my
introduction
to
the
city
for
the
you
know,
for
our
project.
That's
going
to
be
going
up
actually
really
soon
so
great
to
see
this
agreement
and
always
good
to
see
you
in
chamber.
