A
Minnesota
1973
from
Ethiopia,
so
I've
been
around
there
for
the
last
40
years
and
a
lot
of
things
have
changed.
I've
had
when
this
building
Fred's
got
blue.
Where
take
hours,
do
you
spend
much
time
in
like
the
downtown
area?
Oh
yeah,
yeah
I
got
my
phone
from
AT&T,
so
I
got
tables
and
phone
things
I'd
go
to
eat.
There.
Seven
is
one
of
my
favorite
I
like
bridgford
Budweiser
yeah,
my
family
comes
with
go
to
Mars.
A
You
know
sometimes
I
go
there
to
listen
to
music
from
First
Avenue
to
the
different
clubs
on
there
go
to
the
college
there,
because
I,
coach,
kids,
that's
Metro,
State
the
ideas
at
skyway,
I'm
very
familiar
for
Dorsey
and
with
me
before
so
yeah.
Right
now,
I
take
the
train.
It's
easier
jump
on
a
train
and
I'm
there
as
far
as
I
know
downtown
that's
supposed
to
be
for
people
for
that
citizens.
Together,
it's
been
like
that.
That's
why
people
downtown's
were
built
to
be
any
country.
A
I,
think
the
downtown
Minneapolis
has
become
a
little
bit
unfriendly
to
the
common
regular
folk.
I
truly
believe
that
it
used
to
be
much
more
citizen
friendly,
I,
don't
know
how
they
can
change
it
back,
but
too
many
big
glass
houses
down
there,
sir
Jony
six-pack,
can't
go
downtown
anymore,
because
a
lot
of
things
are
very
expensive.
A
lot
of
comfortable
things
could
happen
where
people
can
gather.
Like
you
know,
in
this
neighborhood,
for
example,
people
can
go
to
the
caboose
the
joints
that
the
Palmers,
where
neighborhood
people
get
together,
because
prices
are
reasonable.
A
Let's
maintain
some
sense
of
neighborly
atmosphere
well
as
downtown.
It's
not
very
neighborly
I'm,
not
City,
Planning
I,
don't
know
what
they
were
thinking
when
they
were
doing
that.
Downtown
Minneapolis
is
like
downtown
for
the
whole
metro
area,
so
I
think
they
should
have
had
advice
from
the
neighboring
communities.
How
many
people
attend
those
meetings?
You
know
how
do
you
make
those
meetings
more
comfortable
where
people
feel
represented?
You
know
they
have
to
engage
the
homeless.
A
People
have
pushed
to
one
corner
and
have
to
be
in
that
brings
pressure
and
then,
when
they
come
out,
you
monster
some
of
the
homeless
places
where
people
live
there,
not
as
clean
as
they
should
be.
They
don't
get
served
like
the
Red
Sea,
guys
downtown.
You
know.
Life
could
be
made
more
pleasant
instead
of
pushing
people
to
the
curb
and
expect
them
to
perform,
as
well
as
everybody
else,
I,
don't
know
what
the
problem
is,
but
I
know
that
these
are
the
differences
and
things
that
I
think
needs
to
be
addressed.
