kmoj
today's
r
b
and
throwbacks,
it's
the
people
station
and
I'm
glam
life
kim
and
today
is
september,
the
2nd
it
is
wednesday
and
it's
now
101,
and
it
is
time
for
minneapolis
360
with
anthony
taylor.
How
are
you
today
anthony
taylor?
I
am
feeling.
C
While
we
can
it's
gonna
get
cold,
it's
gonna
get
cold,
you
know
off
the
air
we
were
talking
about
and
you
said
man.
It
is
already
september
and
it
came
upon
us
fast.
C
C
We
always
try,
as
we've
always
been,
to
give
lots
of
great
and
relevant
information
to
the
city
and
it's
a
privilege
to
be
on
this
show.
So
I
want
to
get
straight
to
it
and
what
people
really
don't
know
that's
going
to
sneak
up
on
us
really
fast
is
elections
right,
so
we're
talking
november
3rd
and
our
guest
today
is
going
to
talk
about
a
lot
of
information
around
elections.
C
Specific
dates
absentee
ballots,
early
voting,
all
of
those
things,
and
I
want
to
introduce
her
later
on
in
the
show.
But
as
we
go
on
during
this
time,
I
still
want
to
talk
about
our
covet
19
numbers
here
in
the
city
of
minneapolis
in
the
state
of
minnesota.
So
here's
the
latest
update
for
covet
19..
As
of
today,
there
are
77
085
cobit
cases
in
the
state
of
minnesota.
In
minneapolis
it
is
9228.
C
so
of
those
tested
positive
for
covet
in
minnesota.
20
are
reported
to
be
african
americans
in
minneapolis.
It
is
30,
so
we
still
have
to
be
able
to
wear
our
mask
and
we
still
have
to
be
able
to
execute
social
distancing
because
covert
is
not
over
kevin.
I
think
a
lot
of
people
are
getting
covet
fatigued
so
to
speak.
Do
you
you.
C
It
hasn't
went
anywhere
and,
with
that
being
said,
the
peacetime
emergency
is
still
in
effect
through
september
11..
So
again,
folks,
you
cannot
get
evicted,
but
you
definitely.
This
doesn't
absolve
you
from
paying
rent
so
make
sure
that
you
are
able
to
please
talk
to
your
landlord
regarding
any
situations
with
your
your
rent.
If
you
need
rent
help,
please
call
612-302-3160
hennepin
county
rental.
C
Assistance
will
definitely
be
able
to
help
you
that's
awesome
that
is
very
awesome
still
having
mass
requirements
in
the
city,
so
that
still
is
in
effect
and
as
we
talk
about
with
covert,
I
want
to
give
a
couple
of
free
testing
opportunities
that
are
coming
up
here
in
the
next
couple
of
weeks.
So
this
thursday,
which
is
tomorrow
september
3rd
from
1
to
4
at
little
earth
people
will
be
able
to
walk
up
and
get
free,
kova
testing
at
the
little
earth
community.
Absolutely
awesome.
C
Spanish
and
interpreters
will
be
on
site
friday
september
11th
september
12th
from
noon
to
4
at
shiloh,
and
this
this
event
is
definitely
focused
for
the
north
side.
So
all
people
are
welcome.
You
can
walk
up.
You
can
drive
up.
You
do
not
need
insurance,
you
will
get
your
testing
results
in
two
days
so
again,
friday
and
saturday
at
silo
noon
to
four
and
this
thursday
at
little
earth
from
one
to
four
free,
culvert
testing
and.
C
Friday
and
saturday,
thank
you,
sis
and
I
think,
that's
important.
I
know
there's
been
a
lot
of
pretesting
sites.
That's
been
happening
around
the
city.
I
know
I
volunteered
actually
at
pike
to
head
start.
Oh
that's
a
couple
weeks
ago
kim
there
were
787
people
who
came
through
from
twelve
to
to
get
tested
right.
B
B
C
Be
able
to
get
tested
and
they're
free,
so
please
take
an
opportunity
to
make
sure
that
that
you
are
getting
tested.
School
is
starting
to
for
a
lot
of
people
in
minneapolis
next
week,
minneapolis
has
said
that
they
will
be
going
to
phase
two
distance
learning
which
supports
this
fall.
So
if
you
do
not
have
your
information
regarding
distance
learning,
please
contact
your
local
schools
and
chem
school
is
right
around
the
corner.
B
C
Yeah
and
and
and
it's
really
really
vital
that
that
you
know
how
to
take
care
of
the
babies
too,
when
when
you're
at
home-
and
we
did
a
lot
of
shows
on
that
too,
as
well-
to
make
sure
that
you're,
supporting
your
kids
but
remember,
distance
learning
is
the
first
or
the
second
phase
in
minneapolis
school
is
starting
and
then
also
too
for
people
who
are
running
non-profit
organizations
and
have
some
loss
following
the
uprest,
the
unrest
or
the
killing
of
george
floyd.
There
are
some
federal
loans
that
you
can
apply
for.
C
C
C
A
On
grace,
come
back
come
on.
We
forgot
that
fast.
We
forgot
that
roll
it's
block
le
roads,
however
grace
is
fine,
so
don't
worry
about
it.
It's
always
a
challenge,
my
husband's
a
school
teacher
so
he's
mr
w.
B
C
A
C
And
that's
very
important
because
covert
is
still
happening
in
our
in
our
world
right
and
especially
when
we're
talking
about
elections
and
we're
talking
about
balance
and
we're
talking
about.
You
know:
people
making
decisions
on
going
to
polling
places
and
standing
outside.
How
can
voters
cast
their
ballots
safely
grace
during
this
pandemic.
A
A
All
you
have
to
do
is
apply
for
an
absentee
ballot.
You
can
do
it
online.
You
can
go
to
men,
dot,
men,
votes,
dot,
org,
flash,
absentee
or
easier.
If
you
want
to
call
three
one
one,
we
can
help
you
there
too,
because
you
can
either
apply
online
or
call
311,
and
we
can
send
you
out
a
paper
application
today
is
as
soon
as
possible.
You
know:
do
it
as
early
as
today
to
get
that
application
in.
B
A
A
A
A
C
And
I'm
glad
you
I'm
glad
you
said
that
grace
because
I
was
gonna:
ask
you
that
too,
you
know
with
with
so
many
false
information
out
there
and
a
lot
of
the
narrative
coming
from
the
person
in
the
white
house
and
the
scandal
and
the
controversy
with
the
mailing
system
and
and
and
those
sort
of
things
I
mean.
C
You
said
it
best
shenanigans,
right
and
and
really
just
talk
about
some
of
those
checks
and
balances
that
are
in
place
and
it's
the
city
of
minneapolis,
making
sure
that
they're
getting
the
proper
information
about
balance
and
the
safety
and
security
out
to
to
residents
in
minneapolis
who
to
make
folks
feel
a
lot
more
comfortable
about
some
of
the
nonsense.
They've
been
listening
to
or
hearing
or
reading
that's
been
happening
here
lately.
A
A
If
you
have
any
questions,
you
can
call
directly
to
311
and
they're
happy
to
answer
the
questions
or
go
to
our
website,
which
is
men,
votes,
dot.
Oh
wait!
That's
secretary
of
state,
I
am
reading
off
a
script.
Use
me,
ours
is
vote.minneapolismn.gov
and
we
have
all
the
information
we
are
considered.
A
reliable
source
we've
been
verified
through
all
our
social
media.
Facebook
twitter
accounts
we're
recognized
as
a
valid
source
of
information.
A
A
You
apply,
like
I
said,
either
online
or
in
or
on
get
a
paper,
and
we
can
fax
it
mail
it
to
us.
We
actually
put
that
into
a
secure
database,
so
we
know
that
you
ask
for
a
ballot
when
the
ballots
arrive.
We
mail
it
out.
When
you
receive
it.
Please
read
the
instructions
carefully
to
make
sure
that
you
cast
your
ballot
correctly,
not
so
much
as
far
as
filling
in
the
ovals
for
the
candidates
you
choose
but
make
sure
that
the
information
that's
required
to
return.
A
It
is
correct,
drop
it
in
the
mail
or
you
can
come
to
our
office
and
stay
tuned
later
in
mid-october,
we'll
be
providing
more
information
on
other
options
in
which
you
can
get
that
ballot
back
to
us,
but
once
we
receive
it,
we
also
document
that
in
this
statewide
voter
registration
database
to
say
yep
we've
got
it
all.
The
information
is
correct
on
it.
It's
accepted
and
it
sits
in
a
secure
location
until
we're
ready
to
process
that
and
just
to
make
sure
you
feel
more
comfortable
about
this
option.
A
C
And
that's
a
and
that's
a
great
question
and
I'm
glad
you
brought
that
up.
So
what
happens
if
I
fill
my
ballot
out
wrong
and
then
I
track
my
ballot
and
it
says
it
was
not
accepted.
Is
that
something
that's
that
happens
that
if
you
miss,
if
you
don't
fill
out
your
your
ballot,
correct,
it
can
be
rejected
or
no,
how
does
that
work?
Grace.
A
A
We
once
we
receive
your
ballot,
we
examine
it
immediately
and
either
accept
or
reject
it,
and
if
it
is
rejected
what
we
do
is
we
cancel
out
that
ballot
and
we
reissue
you
another
ballot.
With
an
explanation
saying
you
know
you
forgot
to
sign
the
outer
envelope.
Here's
another
ballot.
You
can
still
cast
your
ballot.
Please
make
sure
the
information
on
the
outside
of
the
envelope
is
correct
and
you
still
have
an
opportunity
to
vote.
A
A
Oh
absolutely
we
do
that
as
we
do
that
for
everyone
and
then
the
closer
it
gets
to
the
election.
A
A
C
Director
of
election
and
voter
services
grace
there
was
a
primary
primary
election
last
month.
How
did
that?
Go
in
the
city,
give
us
some
numbers
and
some
something.
A
A
Out
there
and
we're
excited-
and
we
hope
that
everyone
will
come
out
for
the
general
election
this
november.
B
B
I've
heard
anthony
and
grace
I
heard
someone
the
other
day
has
said.
Well,
I
don't
know
if
I
really
want
to
vote,
because
I
mean
if
it,
whoever
has
the
most
money.
If
they
want
to
rig
the
you
know
the
ballots
or
if
they
want
to
buy
people
out,
they
can
so
why
my
vote
isn't
going
to
counter.
Why
is
my
vote
going
to
make.
B
And
I'm
you
know,
and
it
doesn't
matter
at
the
end
of
the
day,
I'm
like
hey,
you
don't
want
to
be.
If
that
one
vote
could
count
toward.
In
the
difference
of
you
know,
making
a
change
or
putting
the
right
person
in
the
office,
then
you
should
do
it,
regardless
of
how
you
feel,
regardless
of
right.
We
want
to
make
sure
that
everyone
who
is
able
to
has
the
opportunity
to
vote
and
at
least
put
your
voi
your
voice
in
whether
something
happens
or
not
right.
B
A
C
Absolutely
absolutely-
and
you
know
I
I
I
think
it's
an
important
matt
in
fact
it's
vital,
especially
with
this
election
and
the
times
and
the
things
that
we're
dealing
with
now.
So
that's
a
great
point
kim
and
I'm
glad
you
said
that,
because
I've
I've
had
conversations
over
the
last
couple
years
about
the
importance
of
voting.
So
I
really
think
that's
definitely
important
important,
because
if
you
you
don't
vote,
you
don't
count
and
that's
kind
of
my
philosophy.
So
exactly
and
grace
we've
been
talking
about
early
voting
and
the
options
and
different
things.
A
We
will
make
sure
that
any
option
you
choose
you
know.
Obviously
we
would
like
to
you
to
vote
by
mail
to
be
safe
and
secure,
but
we
know
that
there
are
individuals
for
whatever
reason
feel
more
comfortable
voting
in
person,
and
we
understand
that
and
we're
here
to
assist
and
help
any
voter
who
wishes
to
vote
in
person.
A
A
You
can
actually
cast
that
ballot
in
per
person
and
we
do
have
assistance
in
any
mode
in
which
you
need,
whether
it's
language
assistance
or,
if
you're,
unable
to
get
out
of
your
car
for
whatever
reason
for
illness
or
mobility,
we'll
even
bring
that
ballot
out
to
you
to
your
car.
A
So
you
can
vote
so
there's
many
options
as
far
as
voting
in
person
early
and
one
week
before
the
election,
we're
actually
going
to
expand
locations
where
you
will
have
the
opportunity
to
vote
at
our
office
as
well
as
a
location
in
north
minneapolis
and
one
in
southern
minneapolis,
so
stay
tuned.
That
information
will
be
coming
out
shortly.
So
you
have
those
options
and
then,
if
you
choose
to
vote
on
election
day
again,
we
are
making
sure
it's
safe.
A
Everyone
will
have
safety
protocols
in
place
as
far
as
we're
expecting
covered
pandava
to
be
still
going
on,
and
so
everyone
will
still
wear
masks
social,
distancing,
regular
sanitation
of
all
touch
points,
and
we
will
make
sure
that
you
can
cast
that
ballot
safely
and
securely.
C
A
You
cannot
vote
if
you
have
a
felony
conviction
as
if
you're
still
on
paper,
once
you're
off
paper,
then
you
then
you
are
able
to
vote
so
just
know
that
piece
and
then
for
individuals
to
vote
in
the
city
of
minneapolis.
You
have
to
reside
in
the
city
of
minneapolis.
C
We
are
with
grace
w
director
of
elections
and
voter
services
talking
about
elections.
She
gave
us
a
lot
of
great
information
on
being
able
to
vote
early
bowling
ballots
everything,
but
I
really
want
you
to
talk
about
registering
too
great,
so
I
think
a
lot
of
people
don't
understand
about
registering
to
vote.
C
A
A
The
only
thing
you're
going
to
need
is
either
your
driver's
license
number
or
minnesota
id
number
or
know
the
last
four
digits
of
your
social
security
number.
All
you
do
is
enter
that,
and
there
are
verifications
on
the
back
end.
You
know
to
validate
everybody,
but
it's
simple
on
your
end.
Just
enter
that
information.
A
You
can
also
fill
out
the
paper
form
and
send
it
in,
and
one
thing
that
I
wanted
to
mention
that
with
registration,
not
only
for
those
individuals
that
are
registering
for
the
first
time,
also
remember
that
if
you've
moved,
we
call
it
registration,
but
basically,
what
it
is
is
you
have
to
update
your
registered
registration?
So
if
you
even
move
from
one
apartment
number
to
a
different
apartment
number
down
the
hall,
you.
B
A
To
update
your
registration,
because
we
need
to
know
where
your
residence
is,
so
if
you
go
to
min
votes,
dot
org
under
the
registration
tab,
you
can
register
to
vote
and
it
also
will
give
you
you
can
enter
information
to
find
out
if
you
are
already
registered
and
at
what
address.
So
you
can
get
that
updated.
A
A
A
A
B
And
if
you're,
not
in
the
city
of
minneapolis,
go
to
your
city's
website
or
even
if
you
call
3-1-1,
they
may
be
able
to
assist
you
and
find
another
location
closest
to
you.
A
C
Thank
you
grace
grace.
He
gave
some
great
information
and
we
are
up
against
the
clock.
I
wish
we
had
an
hour
to
talk
more
about
border
registration
and
elections,
but
I
really
really
want
to
thank
you
for
coming
on
minneapolis
360
today.
This
is
vital
information.
So
in
about
30
seconds,

you
just
really
want
to
get
across
the
most
important
thing
to
to
folks
who
are
listening?
Grace.

Please,
please
register

If
you
can
get
online
to
register

start
on
the

you
can
go

if
you,
if
you
you

you
really
don't
have
a
reason
to
complain
about
what
you
don't
like,
because
you
can
exercise
your
voice
right.
