A
B
A
B
For
sure
you
know
is
definitely
beautiful
when
the
weather
is
nice,
I'm
not
in
in
minnesota,
I'm
in
a
location,
so
I'm
trying
to
keep
it
low-key,
I'm
still
working,
I'm
not
in
town
minneapolis.
So
I
understand
that,
but
the
place
that
I'm
at
is
kind
of
the
same
temperature
and
it's
and
it's
gorgeous
and
and
one
of
the
things
too
ken
that
I'll
say
this
real
quick
in
minneapolis.
I
think
you
understand
how
I
feel
about
camel
j,
especially
glam
life,
chemist.
B
A
B
Never
leaves
us
y'all
so
welcome
to
minneapolis
360
everybody.
I
am
anthony
taylor
with
the
city
of
minneapolis,
hoping
everybody
had
a
safe
and
enjoyable
labor
day
weekend.
I
know
I
did
there's
a
couple
things
that
that,
when
labor
day
hits
terms
my
clock
a
little
bit
and
then
two
reasons-
and
one
is
you
know,
labor
day
comes
and
it's
almost
just
the
transition
into
the
fall
and
the
winter,
which
it
can
be
a
beautiful
time
depending
on
how
you
feel
about
the
weather
and
also
too
man,
it's
football
season.
B
So
that
always
turns
me
up.
So
I
look
forward
to
a
lot
of
things
about
labor
day
besides
the
the
food,
family
and
fun,
and
if
you
were
able
to
do
that
and
be
safe
last
weekend,
that's
a
blessing.
So
again
thank
everybody
for
coming.
We
are
on
today,
you
know
minneapolis.
B
I
always
tell
folks
that
I
hope
I
can
do
my
part
to
talk
about
a
lot
of
things
that
can
help
the
community
so
whatever
it
is
that
I
can
offer
to
help
folks
kind
of
understand,
what's
going
on
in
community,
whether
it's
to
activate
whether
it's
to
resources,
whether
it's,
how
folks
voices
can
be
heard,
I
really
think
some
things
are
super
important
to
community,
not
necessarily
me
minneapolis.
B
So
I
want
to
kind
of
make
that
clear,
as
we
talk
about
things
that
I
hear
folks
are
saying
and
we're
going
to
have
a
repeat
topic
and
the
topic
is
about
red
help.
Man
and
the
rental
housing
liaison
person
that
I
have
going
to
come
on
here
and
talk
to
scott
redd
and
edmund
smith,
but
what's
important,
minneapolis
and
then
scott
came
on
last
time
and
dropped
a
lot
of
bars
when
it
came
to
exactly
what
it
is
that
you
need
to
understand
about
what
is
called
the
eviction
moratorium
off-ramp
right.
B
So
I
want
people
to
understand
and
I'm
going
to
let
scott
get
into
it.
Really
deep,
I'm
going
to
let
evan
talk
about
it,
but
I
think
it's
important
and
I'll
just
say
this
and
I'll.
Let
my
subject
matter.
Experts
talk
about
it.
But
again,
if
we
remember,
we
talked
about
this
for
a
long
time
minneapolis.
If
and
when
the
eviction
moratorium
would
lift
right-
and
I
I
talked
about
this-
our
guest
talked
about
this
and
we
understood
that
that
was
going
to
lift
sometime
soon
and
it
did
on
july
1st
right.
B
So
my
guests
today
are
going
to
talk
about
exactly
what
the
eviction
moratorium.
Off-Ramp
looks
like
the
protections
that
it
provides
you
for
not
to
get
evicted
out
of
your
home
or
apartment.
Understand
this
to
minneapolis
we're
talking
about
schools
starting
now,
folks
and
the
babies
are
getting
in
the
routine.
A
lot
of
people
are
kind
of
transitioning
from
a
hybrid
model
to
back
to
work,
so
things
are
picking
up.
So
I
I
want
to
stop
talking
and
just
say
that
I
think
folks
need
to
listen
and
this
information
that
you
have.
B
B
Shortly
I
do
want
to
just
bring
up
a
quick
information
about
getting
some
vaccinations
that
are
free
in
the
community.
Minneapolis
health
department
clinics
are
offering
free,
covert,
19
vaccinations,
everybody
walk-ins
are
welcome,
you
don't
need
insurance,
you
don't
need
an
appointment
and
you
don't
need
an
id.
So
I'll.
Just
give
you
some
quick
information.
B
Get
a
pin,
write
this
down.
There's
a
mobile
vaccination
clinic
available
at
the
north
community
ymca.
Everybody
know
where
that's
at
on
17th
and
broadway
from
four
to
seven
monday
september,
27th
and
monday
october
18th.
So
if
you're
over
12,
you
can
get
the
pfizer
vaccine
for
free
anywhere,
you
need
to
go
to
find
the
closest
vaccinee
vaccination
places.
Minneapolis,
you
can
go
to
vaccines.gov,
you
can
text
the
zip
call
to
438829
call
1-800-232-0233
I'll,
say
it
again.
B
Three
1-800-232-0233
right,
so
those
are
some
places
that
you
can
get
the
vaccines.
If
you
choose
to
do
so,
so
I
just
want
to
kind
of
make
sure
we
understand.
That's
our
topic
right.
So,
let's
get
ready.
If
this
is
important
to
you,
please
make
sure
you
get
the
information
down
and
I
want
to
introduce
first
brother
scott
red
came
on
before
and
did
a
great
job
from
north
point
executive
director
here.
Just
really
the
way
he
gave
information
with
such
ease
is
beautiful.
B
So
welcome
back
scott
man,
I'm
happy
that
you
came
back
man.
B
D
Sure
so
the
eviction
moratorium
has
been
a
safety
net
for
many
members
in
our
community
for
being
short
on
their
rent
and
it
protects
them
from
being
evicted.
That's
the
most
important
thing:
the
eviction
offering
is
a
law
that
ends
the
executive
order
that
paul's
evictions
actions
and
lease
terminations
at
the
height
of
the
coven
19
pandemic,
the
offering
begins
a
process
of
allowing
landlords
to
to
terminate
leases
or
file
evictions,
and
from
now,
until
october,
12
2021,
a
landlord
must
provide
a
written
notice
at
least
15
days
before
filing
eviction.
D
B
B
D
Yeah,
so
you
know
you
you're
protected
all
the
way
from
june
1st
2022,
no
landlord
can't
file
or
proceed
with
a
filed
eviction
for
non-payment
of
rent.
That's
the
most
important
part.
You
know,
so
you
can't
be
evicted
for
non-payment
of
rent.
You
know
if
you
have
a
pinning
application
with
a
copin
19
emergency.
You
know-
and
I
think
the
most
one
of
the
most
important
things
that
what
you
can
be
a
victim
for
is
under
the
operant
provisions.
D
D
Runner
is
violating
504b
0.171
sub
division
1
and
which
is
allowing
certain
illegal
activities
or
premises,
control
substances,
prostitution,
unlawful
use,
possession
of
firearms
or
stolen
property
on
the
on
the
on
the
property
and
then
also
non-payment
of
rent
for
renters,
who
are
eligible
for
covet
19
emergency
rental
assistance
program,
but
do
but
behalf
of
the
following.
D
If
you
refuse
to
apply
for
directly
or
refuse
to
complete
the
renter's
portion
of
the
landlord-initiated
application
or
refuse
to
provide
the
landlord
with
proof
that
the
renter
applied
for
assistance
to
a
through
a
program,
you
can't
be
a
victim,
so
evictions
can
be
filed
for
any
material
violation
of
the
lease
except
non-payment
or
rent.
And
you
know,
a
material
violation
depends
on
what
the
lease
says
and
the
issues
being
alleged
as
a
violation.
D
So
you
may
so.
If
that
happens,
you
may
want
to
seek
illegal
advice.
I
mean
legal
advice
if
you
receive
an
eviction
notice
based
on
a
material
violation
of
your
lease,
and
I
think
the
best
advice
I
can
give
someone
is
to
seek
legal
advice
by
calling
homeline
or
me
at
minnesota.
Legal
aid
and
home
line
tenant
hotline
is
612.,
so.
D
D
And,
of
course,
our
friends
at
mid
minnesota
legal
way,
six,
one,
two
three
three,
four,
five,
nine
seven,
zero
and
starting
on
september
12th
anthony
evictions
can
be
can
happen
for
non-payment
of
rent
by
renters
who
are
ineligible
for
the
covet
19
emergency
rental
assistance
program
and
have
house
that
have
outstanding
rent.
B
We're
talking
with
scott
redd
from
north
point,
we'll
get
a
chance
to
talk
with
edmund
smith,
from
reg
service
and
little
housing
liaison
and
scott.
I'm
just
so
glad
that
you
talk
about
this
because
it's
important,
I
hope,
folks,
are
listening
to
these
dates
and
times
about
these
protections.
Things
don't
last
long
in
in
a
lot
of
these
federal
programs.
But
I
think
knowing
the
information
is
important
and
scott
and
please
minneapolis
call
in
if
there's
any
questions
that
you
may
have
with
with
scott
redd
and
edmond.
D
You
know,
I
think
the
most
important
thing
is
for
people
who
are
behind
on
rent
to
do
right
now
is
to
make
sure
that
they
get
an
application
submitted
to
emergency
rentals
assistance
through
rent
health
minnesota.
So
folks,
who
are
eligible
for
it,
are
the
most
basic
requirements
that
they
have
to
be
a
renter
of
a
renter
in
minnesota.
D
In
addition,
there
are
three
eligible
requirements:
income,
finance,
income,
financial
hardship
and
housing
instability,
the
program
prioritizes
applications
at
50
of
area
median
income,
but
is
open
to
households
earning
up
to
80
percent
of
area
median
income,
for
example
a
household
size
of
four
making.
Fifty
two
thousand
four
hundred
and
fifty
dollars
or
less
for
fifty
percent.
Ami
and
households
are
for
earning
up
to
seventy
nine
thousand
nine
hundred
dollars
for
eighty
percent.
E
D
Other
types
of
financial
harshes
can
be
created
by
things
like
medical
bills,
increase
phone
and
internet
costs.
You
know,
with
the
kids
being
at
home,
increased
food
costs
or
new
day
care
costs.
You
also
need
to
be
at
risk
of
housing,
instability
or
homelessness,
which
can
be
demonstrated
if
you
owe
back
rent
or
back
utility
or
have
an
eviction,
notice
or
utility
shut
off
notice.
So
the
application
doesn't
include
any
verification
of
immigration
or
documentation
status.
B
And
that's
a
and
that's
a
beautiful
thing,
scott
and
I
just
want
to
ask
this
question
real,
quick
like
so
so
how
much?
How
how
much
of
this
federal
money
can
I
get
I
mean?
Can
I
get
you
know
my
background
paid?
I
can
I
move
up
a
couple
months
and
get
it
paid
ahead.
Can
I
get
my
utility
paid
like
what
does
this
pay.
D
Yeah,
so
so
yeah,
so
rent
help
minnesota
focuses
on
eligible
hospitals
that
are
currently
owed
back
rent
back
when
is
ran
on
from
an
earlier
date,
so
the
program
can
pay
back
rent
which,
if
you're
familiar
with
the
term
background,
is
a
rent
on
from
an
earlier
date
and
utilities
that
households
have
been
secured
since
march
13th
2020
the
program
can
also
pay
for
up
to
three
months
of
future
rent
at
a
time
if,
after
three
months,
an
applicant
needs
additional
assistance,
the
household
can
reapply
for
an
additional
three
months
of
forward
assistance
so
long
as
they
have
not
exceeded
15
months
of
total
assistance,
you're
eligible
the
amount
of
assistance
provided
depends
on
the
individual
needs
of
the
household
and
currently
there's
no
upper
limit
to
what
someone
can
request,
and
so
what
you
need.
D
B
B
Off-Ramp
scott
has
given
us
all
the
requirements,
that's
what's
needed
as
far
as
applying
what
happens,
if
you
don't
what
your
protections
are
and
scott
if
I'm
gonna
go
through
this
process,
and
I'm
trying
to
explain
this
to
my
neighbor,
what's
the
documents
that
I
need,
what
are
the
things
that
I
need
to
help
this
process
go
smoothly
because
a
lot
of
times
some
of
the
delay
happens
when
folks,
don't
necessarily
understand
or
have
the
things
with
them
to
apply
for
this,
so
so
kind
of
go
over
here.
Briefly,
on
what
these
documents
are.
D
It's
a
great
question,
fair
question:
you
know
folks
in
minnesota
is
pretty
smart.
They
actually
make
it
pretty
easy
for
folks
to
be
able
to
apply
in
the
documents
needed.
So
this
program
requires
that
your
gross
income
does
not
exceed
eighty
percent
ami.
This
could
be
discriminated
by
the
demonstrated
in
a
variety
of
ways.
So
by
living
a
specific,
zip
code,
average
income
in
the
zip
code
is
50
of
ami
are
below
in
minneapolis
those
zip
codes.
D
Four
are
three:
five:
five,
four
zero:
four:
five:
five:
four:
zero:
six:
five,
five,
four
one,
one:
five,
five,
four
one:
two:
five,
five,
four
one:
four:
five:
five,
four
one:
seven,
five,
five,
four
one:
eight
five,
five,
four:
three:
zero:
five:
five,
four,
five:
four!
So
if
you
heard
your
area,
if
you
heard
your
zip
code
in
there,
you
know
you're
eligible
for
what
we
call
a
income
proxy,
and
that
means
that
you
qualify
for
assistance
programs
where
the
income
qualifications
are
at
least
80,
ami
or
less
another
thing.
D
If
you
provide
certification
of
income
from
other
assistance
programs
that
you
received
since
january,
1st
of
2020
such
as
snap
infield
and
ga,
providing
your
2020
federal
income
tax
form,
providing
current
pay,
stubs,
unemployment,
insurance
payments,
social
security,
disability,
those
kind
of
things
help
as
well
and
if
you
don't
have
or
can't
get
access
to
any
of
those
types
of
documents
or
get
paid
in
cash.
You
can
attach
to
your
income.
B
And
that's
great
information,
scott
and
and
again
we're
talking
with
scott
red
minneapolis.
Excuse
me
about
the
eviction
moratorium,
off-ramp
and
then
scott,
I'm
going
to
ask
you
one
last
question
and
I'm
going
to
bring
edmund
on
from
regulatory
services.
We
all
understand
that
we've
talked
this
before
so
I'll,
say
this
and
I'll
I'll.
Ask
you
the
next
question
so
minneapolis
this
money
will
not
come
to
you.
It
would
not
come
to
you
directly
all
these.
If
you
are
qualified
you're
approved
all
the
payments
go
directly
to
the
landlord
or
the
utility
company.
B
So
you
this
is
not
a
check.
That's
coming,
so
I
want
folks
to
be
clear.
It's
going
to
the
landlord
is
going
to
the
utility
company
to
pay
that
back
rent
and
that
forward
rent
now
scott
last
question
when
they
submit
this
application.
What's
the
process,
how
does
this
happen
because,
honestly,
I
know
some
people
who
are
still
in
this
process
and
kind
of
still
waiting
so
kind
of
talk
to
us
about
that
here
quickly
like
how
long
it's
going
to
take
for
this
to
happen.
D
D
Your
application
and
documents
for
completeness
and
verifying
that
you
meet
the
program
requirements.
If
processors
have
questions
about
your
application,
you
will
receive
a
follow-up
request
from
the
online
system
or
phone
call
checks
or
email
from
the
application
process,
and
it's
important
to
call
those
folks
back
or
email
them
back.
You
know
to
respond.
It's
feature
to
speed
the
process
up.
D
D
If
you
need
help
checking
your
status,
please
call
2-1-1
they're
great
at
helping
an
assistant
folks.
B
Scott,
I
appreciate
you
man.
Excuse
me,
I
appreciate
you
coming
on.
You
know
you
always
give
folks
this
proper
information,
man
and
I'm
glad
that
we
got
that
relationship
where
you
can
come
on
man
and
you
can
kind
of
help
people
and
you
can
walk
people
through
this
process,
man
so
so
bro.
I
appreciate
you
coming
on
every
time
man
have
a
blessed
day.
Bro,
you
too
take
care
brother,
scott,
redd
from
north
point,
minneapolis
make
sure.
If
you
have
any
questions,
you
can
always
call
in.
B
Two
one
one
one
one:
to
get
those
answers
to
those
questions
that
you
need
and
and
edmund
brother,
I'm
glad
you
on
them.
I
appreciate
you
waiting
rental
housing
liaison
for
regulatory
services
in
the
city
of
minneapolis
brother;
talk
about
the
work
that
you
do
for
the
city
man
and
welcome
to
minneapolis
360.
E
Well
thanks
for
having
me,
so
let
me
talk
about
our
program
so
first,
I
would
like
to
say
that
the
rental
license
rental
housing
liaison
program
started
in
2018
and
it
was
created
to
address
the
needs
of
our
minneapolis
renters
and
to
promote
housing
stability.
E
So,
as
my
role
here
with
extension
services,
we
inspect
commercial
and
licensed
buildings
for
safety
and
livability.
That
work
includes
inspecting
rental
properties
for
code
violations,
city
ordinances
and
stakeholders,
and
educating
property
owners
and
wrestlers
of
city
ordinances
and
codes.
As
a
liaison,
we
address
the
needs
of
renters
in
understanding
the
code
enforcement
process.
We
work
together
with
inspectors
and
property
owners,
slash
managers
to
support
renters
with
complex
housing
issues.
We
respond
to
complaints
of
retaliation
and
make
sure
that
renters
needs
are
centered
in
the
enforcement
process.
B
B
E
Okay,
so
it's
important
so
while
the
moratorium
has
come
to
an
end,
there
are
still
protections
in
place
to
help
renters
stay
in
their
home,
which
is
which
is
a
huge
part,
huge
important
part
of
our
job.
So
the
number
one
thing
is
to
do
is
if
you're
behind
on
rent-
or
you
think
you
might
fall
behind-
is
to
apply
for
a
federal
coven.
19
emergency
run
assistance
at
health,
mn,
rent
health
mn.org
by
october
12th.
E
This
protects
you
from
being
evicted
for
enough
payment
to
rent
until
your
rental
application
is
processed,
approved
or
denied
through
june
1st
of
2022,
so
you
can
still
be
evicted
for
other
lease
violations
or
failure
to
apply
for
rent
help.
If
you
are
evicted
for
for
non-payment
or
rent,
the
rental
property
owner
is
required
to
give
you
written
notice.
16
days.
E
B
B
If
somebody's
afraid
of
that,
if
I'm
I'm
doing
all
these
things-
and
I
think
my
landlord
may
want
to
come
at
me-
we
also
got
a
lot
of
people
who
are
undocumented
in
this
city
as
well,
but
talk
about
how
can
this
you,
as
an
inspector,
get
involved
in
something
like
this,
with
folks
being
afraid
of
possible
being
kicked
out
or
or
any
of
those
type
of
things
that
happens
like
realistically,
like
real
happens
in
the
city,
with
some
of
our
landlords,
so
kind
of
talk
about
that
when
we're
talking
about
in
the
aspect
of
react,
retaliation.
E
You
should
report
this
by
calling
minneapolis
three
one
one
so
cut
so
call
three
one
one
or
six
one,
two,
six,
seven,
three
three
thousand
another
thing
we
can
do
is
if
a
property
is
due
for
a
rental
inspection,
we
can
just
go
out
and
conduct
a
full
inspection
of
the
entire
property,
which
is
part
of
the
rental
license
process,
retaliation
for
reporting
the
code
violation
is
illegal,
and
if
your
lease
states
that
you
can't
report
a
problem
to
the
city
that
cannot
be
enforced
and
retaliation
is
still
illegal,
you
can
contact
the
inspector
in
advance.
E
Their
phone
number
and
email
will
be
provided
on
the
letter
sent
to
your
property
or
you
can
pull
them
aside
during
the
inspection
to
share
your
concerns
or
things
you
want
them
to
spend
more
time
to
look
at
so
they
can
address
it
well
as
well.
Just
because
retaliation
is
illegal,
doesn't
mean
it
never
happens.
If
you
have
questions
about
your
rights
and
situations,
contact,
homeline
or
legal
aid,
these
are
confidential
and
free
legal
services.
So
I'll
write
down
these
numbers
here,
so
we
have
home
line.
Their
number
is
612-728-5767.
E
B
Right
and
and
no
doubt
or
not,
you
know
I'll
say
this
too.
You
know
the
city
of
minneapolis
inspectors
aren't
concerned
about
immigration
status.
They
just
want
to
know
that
your
building
is
safe
and
you
live
in
a
in
something
that
you
and
your
your
family
can
live
in
without
worrying
about
different
property
damages
and
things
like
that
and
as
we
go
scott
I
just
want
to
just
have
give
folks
some
information
about
who
can
renters
call
for
help.
E
E
B
B
Of
it
y'all
take
advantage
of
it.
That's
absolutely
true
minneapolis,
so
please,
please
make
sure
you
share
it
with
the
folks
that
you
know
and
your
neighbors
absolutely
so
that's
our
time
today
they
kind
of
went
fast.
C
A
Wealth
of
information,
and
as
we
mentioned
you
know,
the
most
important
thing
is
there's
somebody
who
may
not
have
access
to
the
radio
there's
somebody
who
may
not
have
heard
this.
So
it's
just
very
important
that
we
keep
our
community
informed
as
well.
They
won't
know
if
we
don't
ever
say
anything
about
it.
B
That's
the
truth,
y'all
and
listen
minneapolis
as
we
always
go
on
air.
Please
call
in
if
there's
questions,
because
no
no
question
is
a
dumb
question.
So
if
there's
something
that
you
got
time
and
you
want
to
call
in
and
ask
our
guests,
please
do
so
minneapolis
my
pleasure.
We
will
talk
in
two
weeks,
be
well.
