A
B
A
A
A
I'm
always
down
with
that,
and
this
is
what
I'll
do
too
cause.
I
was
talking
to
you
earlier
my
way
as
a
cool
down
is
to
obviously
get
in
the
shade
getting
some
ac,
but
freeze
pops,
yeah,
freeze,
pops
does
something
to
my
whole
body
and
my
spirit,
and
it
actually
takes
me
back
to
my
childhood.
So,
okay.
A
B
A
Hey,
thank
you
minneapolis.
It
is
my
pleasure
to
always
join
you
today.
My
name
is
anthony
taylor
with
the
city
of
minneapolis,
with
you
on
minneapolis
360,
glam,
life,
kim
rod
and
shotgun
what
a
beautiful
day
to
be
in
the
twin
cities.
Folks,
if
you're
talking
about
the
weather,
we
know
it's
hot.
We
know
it's
about
105
degree
index
97.
A
If
you
can
embrace
it,
if
you
can,
if
you
can
be
outside,
if
you
can,
one
of
the
things
that
I
really
want
to
mention
is
to
be
able
to
check
on
those
folks
that
are
maybe
our
our
elders
and
our
senior
citizens.
If
you
know
some
people
who
are
trying
to
move
around
that's
a
little
bit
older
or
don't
have
any
ac
or
just
kind
of
struggling
a
little
bit
with
being
able
to
stay
cool,
please
do
a
check
in
make
sure
you
stay
hydrated.
I
told
you
all
about
my
freeze
pops.
A
I
am
dead
serious
about
that,
so,
whatever
you
can
do
to
stay
hydrated,
please
do
it
so
just
wanted
to
throw
that
out
there
minneapolis
before
we
get
into
our
topic
today.
I
do
want
to
talk
about
one
quick
thing
before
we
get
into
it.
Is
that
covet
19
right?
So
we've
talked
a
lot
over
the
last
year
and
a
half
about
covet
a
lot
of
many
different
areas
around
covert
and
obviously
there's
a
variant.
That's
going
on.
I'm
not
going
to
give
you
any
statistics
around
that
today.
A
I
think
what
I
want
to
do
is
just
kind
of
see
where
that
said
and
how
we
transition
again.
This
is
not
any
warning
shots
or
anything
else.
I
think
when
we
talk
about
knowing,
what's
going
on,
just
be
aware
of
a
lot
of
the
things
that
are
happening
with
with
covet
it's
not
over.
Minneapolis
is
not
over
and
it's
probably
not
going
to
be
over
in
our
lifetime.
However,
the
reason
that
I
want
to
bring
up
covet
is
this
right.
We
understand
that
school
is
going
to
be
starting
really
soon
for
our
babies
right.
A
So
we
have
to
understand
about
the
vaccination
around
our
babies
in
school
and
and
virtually
and
the
idea
or
that's
being
floated
out
there,
that
school
in
the
fall
may
be
in
person.
So
online
and
distance
learning
learning
might
not
be
available
or
a
choice.
So
what
I
want
to
tell
you
this?
If
you
choose
to
vaccinate
your
babies,
understand
that
the
pfizer
vaccine
will
be
available
or
you
have
to
take
that
fight-
that
physical
vaccine
august
first
and
the
second
by
august
23rd
to
be
fully
vaccinated
to
go
to
school.
A
If
you
have
children
that
are
under
12
years
old,
so
over
12
years
old,
so
understand
that
so
I'm
going
to
say
it
again,
it's
important
that
all
children
over
12,
if
you
choose
to
have
your
babies,
go
back
to
school
and
have
a
vaccine
by
the
start
of
school
august.
2Nd
is
the
first
time
you
get
your
shot
in
the
23rd
of
august
you'll
be
able
to
get
your
second
shot
and
then
be
able
to
be
fully
vaccinated
by
the
first
day
of
school,
so
want
to
put
that
out
there
in
minneapolis.
A
If
you
need
more
information,
go
to
the
website
minneapolismn.gov,
you
can
find
the
links
for
covet
19
information
just
to
be
aware
to
be
informed
right.
So
I
wanted
to
make
sure
I
got
that
plug.
You
know
how
things
are
going
and
the
trends,
maybe
that
we
see
with
this
variant-
we
don't
know,
what's
happening,
but
I'm
not
going
to
go
there
yet
today.
A
What
I
want
to
do
talk
about,
though
minneapolis
and
I
have
a
guest
on
from
the
health
department
and
I'll
introduce
her
shortly-
is
there's
a
lot
and
there's
have
been
a
lot
of
discussion
around
anti-skin,
lightning,
right
and
and
what
we
do
is
folks
in
our
community.
We
call
it
skin
bleaching
right.
We
call
it
bleaching,
our
skin
we've
seen
different
celebrities,
bleached
skin
little
kim
bleach,
skin,
michael
jackson,
so
on
and
so
forth.
If
anybody's
a
sports
fan,
there's
sammy
sosa
there's
a
lot
of
reasons.
Why
a
lot
of
misconceptions?
A
Why
folks
are
are
bleaching
their
skin,
especially
folks
of
color,
and
the
misconceptions,
are
around
beauty
around
social
standing
and
acceptance
right,
but
also
the
harmful
chemicals
that
are
involved
in
that
you
know,
I'm
a
firm
believer
believer
of
black
is
beautiful,
and
all
of
our
saves
are
beautiful
and
dope
right.
A
So
I
want
to
introduce
my
guests
from
the
health
department
far
too
barry
to
kind
of
talk
about
these
things
and
give
us
really
some
information
and
dig
deep
in
a
why
folks
are
doing
this
b.
What
are
in
these
chemicals,
and
what
can
you
do
regarding
if
you
find
some
of
these
chemicals
in
our
store-
or
you
know
somebody
who's
using
these
chemicals?
So
far
too,
welcome
to
the
show
welcome
to
minneapolis
360
how
you
feeling
today.
C
C
Yeah,
so
I've
been
working
on
this
skin
mining
education
grant
for
about
a
year
now.
So
this
is
primarily
what
I
do,
but
I
also
intern
with
the
city
through
a
program
called
urban
scholars,
so
I've
been
doing
that
for
the
past
three
summers
and
I've
been
in
the
city
of
minneapolis
health
department
for
the
summers
I've
been
here.
A
Great
and
appreciate
you
being
on-
and
I
know
that
urban
scholar
program
is
a
wonderful
start
for
for
our
young
adults
to
be
a
part
of
of
this
city
environment.
So
far
too,
let's
dig
right
into
it.
Right
talk
to
people
about
what
is
skin
lightening
products
right
and
what
do
they
do
and
why
they
even
exist.
A
And-
and
this
goes
back
hundreds
and
hundreds
of
years
right-
and
not
only
with
with
folks
of
color,
but
even
you
know,
with
colonialism
and
and
with
with
white
folks
right,
we
were
lightening
their
skin
to
to
have
some
type
of
perceived
social
statics
among
other
folks.
Is
that
correct.
A
And
this
is
a
multi-billion
dollar
industry
and
I
think
people
don't
understand
that
either
right.
So
we're
talking
about
these
products,
we're
talking
about
these
products
that
are
out
there.
Why
is
it
so
dangerous
you
like
to
use
these
these
products
and
and
listen?
We
can
use
the
language.
You
know
anti-skin
lightening
black
folks
call
it
bleach
in
the
skin
same
thing
right.
So
why
are
these
products
dangerous,
fatu.
C
Yeah
so
many
of
these
products,
so
they'll
come
in
like
forms
like
creams,
powders,
soaps,
deodorants,
they
come
in
lots
of
forms,
but
they
contain
super
dangerous.
Chemicals
such
as
like
mercury,
hydroquinone
and
steroids,
and
so
mercury
is
one
of
the
main
ones
that
we
see
in
these
products,
and
so
the
legal
limit
within
minnesota
is
only
like
one
parts
per
million.
But
all
these
products
have
like
thousands
of
times
like
there
are
some
others
that
have
like
33
000
parts
per
million
of
mercury.
C
So
this
is
insanely
high
and
so
like
these
ingredients
can
cause
like
skin
damage
can
cause
like
serious
health
impacts
such
as
like,
if
you
use
them
long
term.
Your
kidneys
are
super
sensitive
to
mercury.
Until
like
long
term,
it
can
accumulate
in
your
kidneys
and
then
it
can
lead
to
kidney
damage
actually
and
your
neurological
system.
So,
like
your
your
brain
and
your
like
neurons
and
everything,
if
mercury
actually
enters
your
bloodstream
and
moves
to
your
brain,
it
can
cause
you
to
have
like
personality
changes.
C
You
have
memory
loss,
maybe
even
like
in
coordination
with
your
muscles
tremor.
So
there's
a
lot
of
long-term
impact
to
this,
but
some
short-term
impacts
are
just
from
like
using
them
for
like
a
few
months
or,
however
long
you
want
to
define
short-term,
like
you
can
get
ration
on
your
skin,
you
can
get
like
hyper
pigmentation.
C
You
can
notice
like
tingling
in
some
of
your
like
limbs.
Weight
loss
can
happen.
It
can
also
cause
like
anxiety
and
depression
again,
like
those
neurological
effects.
There's
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
harmful
impacts
from
using
these
products.
A
We
are
talking
to
fatu
berry,
minneapolis
health
department,
urban
scholar.
Can
you
think
a
little
deeper
about
like
you
know
like
I
I'm
you
know,
I
was
a
c
student
all
throughout
my
life
right,
so
you
tell
me
the
the
the
the
tables
around
mercury
and
all
that
other
stuff.
I
really
don't
understand
that
right.
A
So
can
you
can
you
talk
about
why
mercury
right,
what's
so
harmful
about
mercury,
and
you
talked
about
some
of
the
neurological
stuff
and
things
like
that,
but
is
mercury
or
something
that's
like
super
dangerous
if
there's
a
high
content
of
using
that
in
any
product
really
and
we're
especially
specifically
talking
about
the
skin
lightening.
But
what
is
it
about
mercury
that
makes
it
so
dangerous.
C
Yeah,
so
the
reason
mercury
is
so
dangerous
is
because
we're
actually
not
supposed
to
like
have
mercury
in
our
bodies.
So
on
another
note,
like
some
fish
have
like
natural
levels
of
mercury
in
it,
and
that
can
be
like
okay
in
moderation,
but
the
mercury
we're
finding
in
these
products
is
very
toxic
to
our
bodies
and
so
like
accumulation
of
it
is
what
causes
like
all
these
like
harmful
impacts.
A
I
mean
that's,
that's
very
helpful
right
and
I
think,
hopefully
that
gave
some
folks
who
are
listening
today,
just
some
idea
of
of
what
mercury
does
and,
if
you're,
not
even
using
you
know
any
of
these
products,
the
harmful
effects
of
of
mercury
in
our
in
our
products
that
we
use
so
far
too.
If
we're
talking
about
this
and
we're
talking
about
exposure
and
then
we
we
see
okay.
A
Well
now
you
just
educated
me
on
the
the
problems
of
of
of
skin
bleaching,
anti-lightning
or
anti-light
of
of
the
skin
and
you're
talking
about
the
mercury
exposure.
What
can
I
do
to
keep
my
family
safe
right?
What
do
I
need
to
know?
How
do
I
keep
my
baby
safe
from
from
anything
that
has
any
type
of
mercury
in
it.
C
Yeah,
so
we
can
sort
of
take
like
one
step
back
like
how
people
get
exposed
to
mercury
so
like
if
you
have
like
a
container
like
a
cream
or
something
that
has
mercury
in
it.
When
you
open
that
container,
it
releases
mercury
into
the
air.
So
anyone
that's
in
your
household
could
potentially
inhale
those
products,
and
so
one
thing
one
easy
thing
you
can
do
is
to
make
sure
to
check
your
labels
of
your
products
and
if
your
product
does
contain
mercury,
do
not
use
it,
do
not
open
it
within
your
household.
C
So
some
of
the
ways
mercury
can
be
disguised
are
as
like:
calamial,
mercuric,
mercurius
or
mercario,
and
another
easy
thing
is
like:
if
the
product
doesn't
have
any
ingredients
listed
on
it
just
be
safe
and
don't
use
it.
You
know,
and
another
thing
that
we're
seeing
is
if
it
says
like
to
avoid
contact
with
jewelry.
A
C
A
C
So
the
first
step
immediately
is
to
just
stop
using
it.
So
if
it's
shorter
term
use
like
your
body
can
naturally
get
rid
of
a
lot
of
toxic
chemicals
and
so
over
time
it
can
get
rid
of
like
the
levels
of
mercury,
but
the
first
step
would
be
to
not
to
just
immediately
stop
using
it
and
then
don't
throw
them
away
again
so
like.
If
you
throw
it
away
in
the
trash,
it
could
end
up
like
in
our
environment,
so
it
could
end
up
in
our
water
or
it
could
continue
to
poison
other
people.
C
There's
also
like
a
website
that
you
can
go
on
and
you
can
search
your
zip
code
and
find
where
you
can
drop
off
hazardous
waste
and
then
the
other
thing
is
like
put
it
in
a
steel
proof.
Bag,
because
again,
like
I
mentioned
before,
like
those
vapors,
can
get
into
the
air
and
are
very
toxic.
So
if
you
put
it
in
a
sealed
proof
bag,
it
can
prevent
that
from
happening.
A
We
are
talking
with
fatu
berry,
minneapolis
health
department
on
anti-skin,
lightening,
skin
bleaching,
we're
talking
about
the
products
some
of
the
dangerous
chemicals
like
mercury
that
are
in
our
products
that
can
be
highly
highly
highly
detrimental
to
one's
health
and
fatu
just
talked
about
what
do
we
do
with
somebody's
chemicals?
So
we've
got
all
these
bad
chemicals.
This
mercury
right,
you
know,
can
stores,
sell
these
products
to
people
far
too.
C
C
You
know,
I
mean
not
solder,
but
like
they're,
legally,
not
able
to
be
sold
here
and
so
like
again,
like
I
said
before,
the
legal
limit
is
only
like
one
parts
per
million
and
many
of
these
products
contain,
like
thousands
of
times
greater
products,
but
it's
hard
to
regulate
like
whether
you
know
a
product
contains
mercury,
because
it's
not
being
manufactured
here.
It's
coming
in
from
outside.
A
C
Yeah
again,
the
easiest
way
is
to
just
check
your
labels.
So,
like
don't
sell
it,
if
again
it
doesn't
list
the
ingredients.
If
it's
in
a
language
you
don't
understand,
it
says,
avoid
contact
with
jewelry
and
like
also,
if
you're
purchasing
it
from
outside
of
the
country,
and
the
purpose
is
like
lightning
like
potentially
just
taking
that
into
consideration.
C
A
Right
and
also
call
the
health
department
correct
and
give
folks
the
number
first
of
all,
you
said:
stop
selling
in
the
media,
but
like
give
the
folks
the
number
to
the
health
department,
because
there's
some
programs
that
folks
may
be
able
to
get
some
money
back
for
these
products.
So
talk
to
us
a
little
talk
to
us
a
little
bit
about
that
fat
too.
C
Yeah,
so
we
are
starting
a
buy
bag
program,
so
the
city
of
minneapolis
health
department,
where
we're
actually
going
to
purchase
these
products
back
from
you,
so
you
don't
lose
any
money
in
hopes
that
you
know
you
can
get
like
educated
and
learn
about
these
products.
You
know
so
you're
not
going
to
receive
any
ticket
like
no
violation
for
a
child
in
the
city.
We
just
want
to
help
you
safely
dispose
of
these
products,
help
our
community
be
safe,
help
everyone
be
safe.
So
the
number
for
the
city
of
minneapolis
health
department
is.
A
And
again
I
want
to
I
want
to
thank
you.
I
think
one
of
these
things
before
I
ask
you
the
last
question
I
just
want
to
kind
of
just
say
this
real
quick
and
you
know,
there's
there's
a
lot
of
of
reasons.
Why
folks
would
use
these
products
and
these
anti-skin
lightening
products,
and
I
won't
go
in
it
really
in
detail
with
you
today,
but
I
just
really
understand
that
that
this
is
something
that
that
folks
are
doing
that.
Don't
know
how
harmful
it
is
if
you're
doing
it
right.
A
So
I'm
glad
you
came
on
and
talked
about
it.
If
there's
store
owners
who
have
these
products
in
there
in
their
stores,
you
can
buy
those
back.
You
can
get
reim
reimbursed
for
those
things,
but
so
I
want
to
thank
you
for
coming
on
today,
too
far
too,
but
last
question
before
we
get
out
of
there.
You
know
who
can
I
contact?
If
I
have
a
question
about
mercury
testing.
C
Yeah,
so
if
you
yourself
are
worried
about
like
potentially
being
exposed
to
mercury,
the
minnesota
department
of
health,
like
recommends,
you
get
a
single
spot,
urine
test,
and
so
you
can
just
do
that
through
your
primary
health
care
provider.
But
if
you
are
concerned
about
mercury
potentially
being
in
your
home,
you
can
send
an
email
to
michael.jang
and
that
is
x.
I
o
m
g
at
state,
dot,
mn
dot,
u
s,
and
that
would
be
for
like
mercury
testing
within
your
home.
C
Three
six
one
zero
and
if
you
do
need
an
interpreter,
just
ask
for
one
in
your
language
when
you
call
or
like
if
it's
a
voicemail,
when
you
leave
a
message,
just
state
that
you
need
an
interpreter
in
what
language
you'd
prefer
that
in.
A
Fatou
berry
from
the
minneapolis
health
department,
urban
scholar,
thank
you
for
that
information.
Today,
sis.
It
was
very
helpful.
I
think
a
lot
of
people
at
least
understood
that
they're
using
these
products,
the
harmful
chemicals
or,
if
folks
aren't
using
these
products,
understand
like
the
mercury
and
different
things
can
be
harmful.
So
I
appreciate
you
being
on
today,
sister.
A
B
C
B
A
B
A
Yeah,
you
know-
I
I
I
think
is-
is
deeply
rooted
in
racism
in
this
country
right,
I
think
it's
deeply
rooted
in
folks
over
you
know
generations
and
hundreds
of
years,
maybe
who
you
use
and
again
it's
no
judgment
right.
So
I
don't
want
to
hear
no
shade
on
anybody.
A
So
I
challenge
folks,
if
they're,
if
they
don't
have,
maybe
some
type
of
skin
disorder
like
you
talked
about
right,
understand
and
dig
a
little
deeper
on
the
reasons
why
you
may
think
that
lightening
your
skin
maybe
make
you
more
accepted
in
this
society
and
and
how
far
it
goes
back,
and
it
goes
to
goes
back
to
enslavement
of
africans
so
and
and
on
another
note,
I'm
super
not
with
it
either.
I
just
I
don't
think
that
that
you
know
it's
just
hard.
A
I
want
to
be
able
to
to
stay
a
little
bit
neutral
in
this
topic,
but
I
love
the
skin
I'm
in
and
I'm
glad
you
said
that
kim,
because
that's
exactly
how
I
feel
I
will
say
this,
I
love
all
shades
of
my
black
brown
brothers
and
sisters.
I
wouldn't
change
a
thing
about
anything
right,
so
you
know
that's
my
public
service
announcement
on
that.
One.
B
I
love
it.
I
love
it,
but
I
do
understand,
like
you
know,
even
and
I
don't
know
if
you
know
like
with
michael
jackson,
you
know
that
was
very
controversial,
but
I
do
know
he
had
a
skin
condition
and
now,
when
you're
talking
about
different
shades
of
yours,
you
know
of
your
skin.
Being
just
blotches
of
you
know
different
shades,
then
I
can
understand
you
trying
to
get
them
to
one
tone
right.
You
know
if
that
makes
you
feel
better.
B
A
A
Back
is
beautiful.
Absolutely
so
that's
our
show
minneapolis.
I
want
to
thank
everybody
for
tuning
in.
Please
feel
free
to
email.
Me
shoot
me
a
email.

love,
kings
and

next
time.
Oh
before
we
go,
I
just
want
to
send
you
a
friendly
reminder
that
