I'm the supervisor, but I just kind of help out wherever it's needed. Sometimes you just kind of look at the line you're just like. Oh my god, it's a lot of people, but when you go back and look at the stats of how many people will actually help per hour, it's actually pretty amazing. So.

Your balance everyone here gets along with everyone. Everyone help each other get things done. That's why I keep coming back.

I love the variety in working in elections. We do so many different things to get people out there to vote and make it easy for them. I think it's a it's such a worthy job, the vote by mail team. Our functions are to get absentee ballots out to voters when their ballots come back in we verify everything on them. They go to the vault and then the folks have devoted.

I work in the warehouse division making sure that the things that we send out the precincts specifically that you know the ballot counter the tabulator- is functioning properly and is ready to be used out in the precinct.

I think most people don't realize what goes into running an election there's 134 precincts in the city of minneapolis and so we're sending out a thousand items to each of them. It can be kind of hectic at times because there's a lot to do in a short amount of time, but we're a pretty good.

Team as an election judge coordinator, I help recruit schedule on board all of the election judges. Hi. Can I speak with elise, please it's amazing to meet all these truly civic minded people that you know are willing to serve on what can be an extremely long day. Let's.

Started it's a three-hour class. We will take a break about halfway through. I love the process and I love the dedication of the individuals that work here. It's awesome.

This is ibala, he's two sides, I'm a election church. The role of me is to help the people to express their vote.
