A
Well,
lots
of
people
see
me
and
they
see
a
very
strong
person
and
also
someone
that
tends
to
stay
pretty
optimistic,
but
there's
definitely
been
times
in
my
life,
where
I've
struggled
with
depression
with
anxiety
and
at
times
with
suicidal
thoughts
living
in
the
world
that
we
live
in
right
now,
there
can
be
a
lot
at
times
and
it
just
can
be
overwhelming.
You
can
feel
like
there's,
no
hope
or
any
light
at
the
end
of
the
tunnel,
and
one
of
the
things
that
helps
me.
The
most
is
taking
time
to
write.
A
Journal
get
my
thoughts
down
on
paper.
Having
people
to
talk
to
that
I
know,
will
listen
and
will
empathize
with
how
I'm
feeling
and
not
judge
me,
but
just
give
me
space
to
feel
when
I'm
feeling
and
not
try
to
fix
me,
but
just
be
there
to
support
me
through
the
difficult
times,
and
let
me
know
that
I'm
not
alone,
there's
always
space
for
more
positive
things
to
manifest.
If
you
can
stay
focused
on
moving
forward
and
learning
through
the
adversity.
