vital
count
of

population
determines
political
representation
and
funding
for
critical
public
services.

Police
Department
has
announced
it
will
no
longer
ticket
drivers
for
equipment
violations
like
broken
headlights
or
turn
signals.
Instead,
it
will
hand
out
vouchers
to
help
pay
for
repairs
as
part
of

lights

Minneapolis
is
celebrating
Black
History
Month,
with
special
events
in

85th
