Owners
of
houses
and
duplexes
must
clear
sidewalks
within

hours.
All
other
property

have
four

Among
many
other
things,

because
everyone
deserves
a
smoke-free

recent
City

found
that
more
than
one-third
of
rental
properties
surveyed
in
Minneapolis
were
not
