regulation
limiting
the
sale
of
flavored
tobacco
products
to
tobacco
shops
and
off
sale.
Liquor
stores
took
effect
August
1st.

to

tobacco

and

health
disparities.
The
regulation
applies
to
menthol,
mint
and
wintergreen
tobacco
products.

Frye
is

to

on

The

budget
is

1.5
billion
dollars.
