For
the
first
time
in
more
than
100
years,
the
city
council
adopted
the
proposal
on
October,
the
20th.
Now
city
council
will
collaborate
with
the
mayor
on
his
proposed
2023-2024
by
annual
budget
with
election
day.
Almost
upon
us,
the
early
vote
Center
has
extended
its
hours
of
operation.
It's
located
at
980,
East
Hennepin
Avenue.
The
center
is
now
open,

A.M
to
6
p.m.
A
Weekdays
9
to
4
on
Saturdays
and
noon
to
5
on
Sundays.
The
center's
last
day
of
service
is
Monday
November.
The
