have
launched
a
new
plan
to
make
an
appt
and
avenue
safer,
more
inviting
and
welcoming
to
everyone.
The
plan
emphasizes
outreach
activation
legislative
solutions
and
an
expanded
law
enforcement
presence.
Police
officers
in
downtown
Improvement
District
ambassadors
will
increase
patrols
during
morning
and
afternoon
rush
hours.
Applications
are
open
for
Minneapolis
Fire,
Department,
cadet
positions.
Candidates
must
have
a
high
school
diploma
or
GED
a
valid
driver's
license
and
be
18
or
older,
apply
on
the
city's
website.
