So
next
step
is
a
program
that
is
actually
based
out
of
three
hospitals.
We
started
here
at
hcmc,
so
what
we
do
is
anybody
that
is
a
victim
of
violence,
no
matter
what
race,
creed,
color.
We
are
there
to
provide
support.
What
we're
able
to
do
we'll
step
in
get
them
sign
up
for
the
program
and
and
offer
them
resources
that
might
benefit
them.

have
programs
that
help
with
employment.
We
have
programs
that
help
get
individuals
back
in
school
if
they
need
to
get
in
school.
So
not
only
are
we
making
an
impact
right
when
they
come
to
the
hospital,
but
also
when
they
leave
the
hospital,
we're
helping
them
set
goals,
helping
keep
them
accountable,
being
able
to
make
an
impact
on
the
individuals
that
we
work
with
and
they're
able
to
take
that
to
their
homes
and
have
an
even
greater
impact
on
the
lives
of
people
they
encounter.
