Description
City of Monroe, Georgia City Council Meeting
A
B
Them
under
februari
for
this
year
this
whole
that
highlights
for
the
reporter
there
were
59
code
inspections
and
a
total
of
fifty-five
curtains
written
for
that
month.
Rhetoric
like
the
one
just
over
84
@
Dallas
Conley
had
seven
these
distances
and
the
first
had
no
clothes
businesses.
For
that
month.
We
also
had
a
permitting
of
the
wall.
Payroll
hospital
and
project
is
still
on
gone
with
Burger
King
and
we
were
receiving
business
license.
Renewals
additives
and
identifications
receive.
D
B
F
Informations
words
for
last
ones
and
some
updated
year-to-date
numbers
use
a
little
over
15
million
kilowatt-hours
last
month,
cost
of
a
million
seven
hundred
fifty
five
dollars
mega
seven
cents,
which
eighty-one
percent
that
was
fixed,
covers,
be
there
on
residential
found
ten
percent.
You
should
be
expecting
their
mild
weather
commercials
up
four
percent,
the
good.
F
The
good
news
is
our
only
industrial
load,
which
is
like
a
flat
is
up
twelve
percent
in
discussions
with
him
there
they
are
running
this
wide
open
as
they
can
and
I
would
not
be
steering
such
thing
they're
running
three
shifts
they
might
have
to
do
some
expansion
with
their
business.
How
well
is
doing
that's
great
for
the
city
and
great
for
utilities,
no
communication
stats.
Then
we
are
running
about
1.3
gigabits
at
peak
to
the
internet
title
you
have
10
llega
connectivity
there.
So
that's
not
a
concern.
F
Of
four
hundred
and
forty-three
percent
over
the
same
time
last
year,
that
was
all
due
to
the
conversion.
Ninety
ninety-five
percent
of
those
or
going
out
and
reprogramming
equals
TVs
for
free
I'd,
like
two
men,
loving
staff
CSRs.
My
staff
for
handling
that
well
I'm,
going
to
discuss
that
a
little
bit
more
in
detail.
Our
item
of
action
later
on
this
evening,
we
starting
construction
of
the
power
line
on
Charlotte
Ralph
Parkway.
F
If
you'll
notice,
the
wood
poles
are
being
said,
we
are
still
having
some
issues
with
transco
on
our
concrete
vote
up
toward
the
end,
our
surveyor
says:
there's
a
gap
between
transco
and
the
VA
highline
transpose
God
says
not
so,
instead
of
argument,
I'm
just
going
to
put
it
on
the
edge
rather
VA
has
a
section
of
right
away
that
they
own
they
they've
agreed
to.
Allow
us
to
go
on
air
force.
Do
that
sticky
tomorrow,
our
vegetation
contractor
has
the
folks
started.
Formwork
you'll
see
guys
some
trees.
Unlimited.
F
There
was
a
little
big
for
electric
tease.
They
handle
that
vid
courtesies
they
will
be
out
and
about
controlling
trees.
Mostly
they
work
on
south
hall,
but
they
will
be
moving
into
the
Green
Acres
area
here
in
the
next
week
or
so
that
is
our
biggest
area
contention.
We've
been
having
some
losses
due
to
vegetation
LED
light
upgrade.
We
have
got
a
little
over
120
lights
in
from
our
provider
and
they
have
started
the
backlog
fixing
lines
as
soon
as
we
get
the
backlog
fixed
through
your
little
start,
changing
more
main
thoroughfare
streets.
F
I
think
we've
got
to
finish
up
Madison
in
church
and
then
they're
going
to
move
back
over
toward
springing
up.
Vot
seems
to
be
letting
us
do
what
we
need
to
do
to
have
a
complaint
op
of
the
LT
guy.
He
said
just
changing
one
at
a
time
when
he's
happy,
so
that's
what
we're
gonna
continue
to
I'll.
Take
any
questions
you
may
have.
D
All
right
you've
got
a
couple
of
course
before
you
I'll
start
off,
hitting
some
highlights
here.
Formats
indicators
under
telephone
calls.
You
know
recently.
Oil
approve
additional
health
and
the
call
center.
Now
this
report
stinking
februari
sucka
for
some
of
that
helped
got
it
installed
down
here.
So
we
saw
an
increase
of
our
band
and
calls
to
8.8
16
channel,
and
I
don't
know
about
march,
since
we
had
such
a
difficult
on
with
their
after.
D
Looking
at
our
customer
account
for
utilities,
things
are
still
heading
in
the
right
direction
for
electric
natural
gas
internet
customers
by
the
customer,
we're
still
growing
our
our
customer
load,
they're
moving
into
our
utility
extensions,
so
we've
had
a
little
bit
of
success
here
with
that
SSI
disability
extension
policy
that
we
rolled
out
couple
months
ago.
We've
got
24
people
on
that.
Also
that's
helping
us
there
and
increasing
our
extensions
defaulted
there
yeah
now
to
climb.
So
for
that.
D
Pink
one
you
have
cash
balances,
just
just
a
note
that
the
general
point
checking
account
at
1.6
million
that
that's
anticipating
be
relatively
stable
until
we
get
until
October.
That's
when
we
have
to
start
drawing
a
little
bit
on
this
until
our
tax
revenues
come
in,
everything
else
is
pretty
stable
cash,
wise
splost.
This
whole
mess
up
pretty
well
well,.
D
I
D
Area
that
we
are
good
for
the
firm
is
we've
collected
130,000
of
the
70,000
budgeted
for
the
year
already.
So
what
that
sells?
Is
that
we're
seeing
a
lot
of
growth,
but
commercial
and
residential
for
them
to
see
so
Patrick
screws
running
wide
open
over
there,
but
we
are
seeing
some
derivatives
moving
on
to
the
combined
utilities.
Fine
everything
is
really
right
on
budget
for
different
utility
divisions,
natural
gas
revenues
are
about
20
a
half
percent
above
budget
that
will
lower
as
we
go
into
the
summer
season.
D
So
that's
up
with
some
kind
of
right
where
we
ought
to
be.
As
far
put
our
expenses
are
being
hailed
down
below
button
13.4
four
percent,
so
utilities
pretty
stable
and
should
be
for
this
time
here:
solid
waste
again
my
story:
there
we're
very
balanced
sixteen
percent
revenues.
Expenses
are
just
under
that,
so
we're
seeing
a
net
surplus.
We
do
have
one
hundred
twenty
seven
thousand
dollars
and
transportation
revenue
bill
that
are
over
30
days.
J
Of
February's
granite,
all
188
calls
save
those
calls
being
fired.
123
BMS
for
housing
conditions,
14
service
calls
vertical
or
getting
10
cars.
It's
65
/
cause
we're
going.
We
had
for
public
relations.
Events
had
320
hours
of
training
and
get
out
217
smoke
alarm
to
do
the
citizens.
That's
one
washing
vestigation
mutual
aid
are
my
angel
or
23
times
may
return
about
automatic
into
the
city
three
times.
C
There,
for
the
month,
februari
3069
calls
for
service.
We
received
1,500
because
I'm
under
police
foreman
at
244
cases,
we
participated
in
516
train
hours.
With
our
officer.
We
had
61
part
1
crimes
at
154
to
crimes
they
can
radiate
a
dog
arrest
and
nines
even
I'll
participate
in
turn.
65
area
check.
We
picked
up
approximately
20
pounds
of
trash
with
our
free
service,
and
we
had
participated
in
two
of
the
community.
I
C
K
L
Picking
up
leather
just
over
a
ton
of
the
trash
picked
up
throughout
the
city,
straight
division
form,
7,
I
stopped
patches
a
broken
payers
to
drive
with
white
replaced
and
place
200
feet
of
kerbin
for
the
month
continue
to
do
some
work,
braiding
and
landscaping,
and
how
you're
sitting
at
the
airport
moving
is
inside
of
marketing
division
at
46
to
play
worker
words,
there
will
be
in
some
new
signs
being
a
real
maintenance
division
between
74
work
orders
throughout
all
public
facilities
and
see
not
glad
to
entertain
any
questions
regarding
this
report.
Anything
else.
D
Treatment
side
we
treated
62-49
million
lake's
water
side
with
360
2.3,
be
water
distribution
for
57
work,
orders
37
after
our
currency
called
install
five
new
services,
wastewater
collection.
We
had
25
more
folders
with
14
after
our
verticals
natural
gas,
so
peace,
2330,
mcfe,
gasps,
33
or
folders
11
lead
calls
installing
two
new
service
stormwater
side.
We
had
eight
more
colors
you
having
to
burn
easy
cause.
D
C
C
A
A
H
Mayor
this
month,
the
airport
has
pumped
17
hundred
and
fifty
eight
gallons
of
fuel,
which
is
substantial
for
the
type
of
weather
that
we've
been
having
we're
down
to
about
1,500
gallons
left
in
the
tank.
So
within
the
next
week
existing
order
in
fuel
again,
hopefully
we'll
get
a
good
price
on
it,
regardless
of
our
current
price.
We
do
have
several
other
items
in
front
of
the
council
tonight
and
mr.
Bailey
has
those.
N
N
A
N
You,
sir.
The
next
item
is
the
approval
of
the
ALP
layout
plan.
I
didn't
attach
it
with
the
with
the
request,
just
because
it's
pretty
good-sized
snap,
you
actually
got
it
if
anyone
would
like
to
take
a
look
at
it.
Mr.
Fussell
looked
over
it
earlier
with
me
today.
I
think
everything
was
pretty
much
in
order.
The
key
to
it
is
to
remember
that
it's
pretty
much
a
you
know
a
moving
thing
that
can
grow
or
change
as
we
move
along
and
can
be
updated
as
needed.
A
N
Right
number:
three:
is
the
contract
approval
from
the
Georgia
do
t
if
you'll
notice,
it
shows
a
total
project
amount
of
350,000
and
a
requested
expense
of
25,000
we're
not
actually
requesting
that
expense.
This
is
a
combination
of
the
four
projects
being
the
a
wah
system.
They
just
voted
to
take
to
the
council,
the
security
fence
and
that
was
voted,
I
believe
back
in
January,
the
fuel
farm,
that's
already
in
place
and
alp,
and
the
DBE
plans
that
we
just
the
LP
plan
that
we
just
discussed.
N
That's
the
the
$25,000
number
is
the
total
that
it's
going
to
cost
us
to
basically
put
three
hundred
and
fifty
thousand
dollars
worth
of
growth
into
our
Airport.
So
it's
more
of
an
update
at
the
same
time
need
a
an
approval
to
basically
sign
the
contract,
to
submit
to
the
Georgia.
Do
tea
for
us
to
start
being
reimbursed
on
funds
that
we've
expensed.
A
N
Right
last
one,
the
selection
of
a
consultant
I
know
it
was
brought
to
your
attention
that
every
five
years
we
have
to
reselect
or
go
through
the
RFQ
process,
to
select
consultants
and
engineers
for
airport
to
continue
to
receive
federal
and
state
grant
funds,
and
we
actually,
we
we
put
out
an
RFP.
We
had
four
companies
pick
up
the
RFQ
three
companies
of
which
submitted
their
statement
of
qualifications.
We
had
a
evaluation
process
for
people
participated,
and
we
came
back
to
the
selection
that
barge
Wagner,
Sumner
and
cannon
were
the
most
qualified
they
had.
N
A
A
I
M
A
M
K
Braddock,
yet
the
Great
American
Cleanup
is
skating
for
the
18
to
20
seconds
and
if
we
just
reminding
your
citizens,
you
know
take
advantage
of
the
opportunity
to
bring.
This
is
spring
clean
up
clean
up,
and
this
year
we
are
going
to
close
out
with
a
special
mental
saturday.
Is
a
community
cleanup
competition
and
not
as
the
old
mind,
Brian
from
Project
and
come
up
with
speaker,
but
what's
going
to
take
place.
O
Thank
You
mr.
Smith
council
mayor
I,
really
appreciate
what
city
already
does
with
the
Great
American
Cleanup,
in
conjunction
with
the
city's
week
and
an
earth
day,
fighting
a
week
of
free
trash
drop
off
as
well
as
the
the
tires.
But
in
addition,
we
wanted
to
take
it
up
a
notch,
a
little
bit
and
so
on.
Saturday
and
mr.
Smith
has
graciously
agreed
to
open
the
transfer
station
on
a
date.
O
O
M
I
L
L
In
this
we
stand
right
now,
there's
not
being
able
to
put
them
in
so
for
those
that
could
be
efficient,
we
need
to
provide
a
vehicle
and
as
well
as
their
tools
which
would
already
started
working
on
that,
but
tonight
I'm
not
seeking
approval
the
primary
purchase
to
be
equal
to
truck,
encourage
support,
which
was
the
low
bid.
Twenty
eight
thousand
six
hundred
thirty
dollars.
This
is
a
CIP
bus
driver.
We've
done
if
there's
spots
other
that
I'll
be
glad
to
take
any
questions.
Regarding
the
truck
myself.
L
M
I
know
that
last
fall,
the
council
discussed
and
wings.
I
think
the
necessary
still
trying
to
keep
the
right
way
cut
and
looking
good
and
approve
the
money
in
the
budget.
So
my
understandings
you
want
to
hire.
We
all
think
what
make
more
there
so
and
when
you
expect
it
all
this,
you
get
underway.
The
positions
are
funded,
efficient.
L
Effective
label1
threat,
hopefully
somewhere
around
that
date,
those
positions
will
be
spilled
and
typically,
this
gets
pushed
through
at
the
next
week.
Truck,
hopefully
you'll
be
here
about
the
same
time
that
noise
can
be
here.
They
can
hit
the
ground
running
with
an
established
route,
will
come
cut
and
clean
up
and
pick
up
throughout
the
city
and
much.
L
L
L
M
He
collected
from
any
committee
members
I
have
a
motion
to
approve
this
purchase
of
the
pick
up
some
one
second,
all
in
favor.
Well,
we
will
bring
this
to
the
council
next
week
over.
That's
all.
We
have
thank.
F
Changed
into
a
new
hospital
and
we
need
a
transformer
to
serve
that
and
actually
have
one
its
later,
the
transformer
that
was
only
location.
There
was
damaged
by
bad
news
and
as
started
its
repaired.
She
be
back
soon,
but
once
he
gets
back
and
goes
into
service
there
at
the
hospital,
we
will
not
have
experience
for
them
for
vaca
litigation
or
for
Walton
friends
those
the
two
sites
that
we
have
1500
kpa
277
for
any
transformer.
So.
F
To
allow
us
to
purchase
a
1500
gay,
be
a
Jew
77
for
a
bad
mouth
for
the
price
of
sixteen
thousand
eight
hundred
twenty-five
dollars
from
greska
I'll.
Take
any
questions
you
may
have
these
things
take
anywhere
from
six
to
twelve
weeks
to
get
so,
that's
all
we're
moving
forward
with
it
now
than
one
of
them.
We
have
a
temporary
transformer
smaller
in
place
at
the
old
hospital
instruction
level,
and
we
will
not
place
the
new
15-under
in
place
there
until
we
get
physical
in
a
feel
for
us
first.
F
F
F
M
C
E
A
P
Good
evening
a
couple
things
for
you,
one
is
an
update
on
our
participation
in
the
Georgia
initiative
for
community
housing
or
the
gick
team
will
say,
kick
a
lot
until
we
all
know
what
we're
talking
about,
but
the
cleanup
day.
This
event
is
actually
the
first
project
that
has
come
from
that
local
housing
team.
They
want
to
do
a
number
of
initiatives
to
kind
of
engage,
neighbors,
engage
people
and
looking
at
their
neighborhoods,
looking
at
their
streets
and
taking
care
of
it.
So
we're
trying
to
do
this
as
a
first.
P
I
wanted
to
line
it
up
with
the
snv's
we've
already
had
going
on
with
the
Great
American
Cleanup
in
Georgia
cities
week.
This
is
the
first
initiative
as
a
team,
we're
working
on
our
branding
and
our
mission
statement,
kind
of
our
tag,
lines
and
mottos
and
that's
coming
together.
Well,
we
are
meeting
monthly
as
a
team
and
I'll
be
bringing
updates
to
you.
P
As
we
begin
this
process
of
thinking
strategically
about
our
housing
connected
to,
that
is
the
chip
grant,
which
is
the
home
improvement
program
through
DCA
we
did
submit
the
application
everything
got
in
a
timely
manner,
I
think
we
have
a
strong
application
and
hopefully
they'll
announce
this
month
who
which,
which
communities
will
be
awarded
funding.
It
doesn't
mean
they
release
the
fines,
but
they'll
make
the
announcement,
hopefully
within
a
month,
and
if
we
have
that
that
will
become
a
tool
that
we
can
use
to
rehabilitate
owner-occupied
homes
of
low-income
citizens.
P
P
We
do
in
the
community
event
grant
program
that
we
set
up
so
we're
thrilled
that
to
be
recognized
at
the
state
level
by
other
downtown's
and
the
Georgia
Downtown
Association.
So
thank
you
for
your
support
that
made
that
possible
any
happy
answer.
Any
questions
you
may
have
about
these
crazy.
Thank
you.
B
Sir,
this
first
item
is,
as
you
said,
1035
be
spring
street
masala
here
has
some
applied
for
a
reason
from
b1
to
our
one
on
that
property
right
now,
the
recommendation
from
the
Planning
Commission
is
for
denial,
as
well
as
the
code
of
code.
Department's
recommendation
is
also
to
deny
the
request
if
you've
got
any
questions
on
that,
one
I'll
be
glad
to
try
and
answer.
B
Well,
basically,
it's
a
commercial
corridor
and
that
it
exists
right
now
as
a
commercial
zoning
on
the
property
along
that
board
or
is
his
commercial
zoning
future
land
use
plan
shows
it
as
remaining
commercial,
and
you
know
going
forward
as
that
corridor
redevelops
over
time.
So
that's
basically
just
to
keep
a
consistent
and
fact
that
you
know
I,
don't
believe
that
the
Planning
Commission
agreed
that
it
was
a
function
of
planning
and
zoning
to
rezone,
just
in
order
to
accommodate
a
reduction
in
tax
bill.
How.
B
G
B
It
has
her
driveway
and
another
driveway
that
accesses
another
piece
of
property.
That's
on
the
back.
That
would
require
an
access,
easement
and
actually,
in
our
conversation
last
Friday
I
appreciate
your
time.
You
just
bird
some
thought
on
the
matter
and
I
was
thinking
that
maybe,
since
it's
an
existing
non-conforming
use,
if
we
do
rezone
it,
then
it
would
have
to
comply
with
the
zoning
regulations
of
that
zoning
classification,
which
may
cause
some
more
difficulties.
I
haven't
had
time
to
confer
with
the
city
council
since
last
Friday,
but
that's
so.
B
And
they
can
make
an
advise
us
on
that
as
soon
as
I
think
Paul's
out
of
town
this
weekend,
I
haven't
had
time
to
speak
with
Russell,
but
soon
as
I
get
the
opportunity
I'll
look
into
that
as
well.
Just
in
case,
we
don't
cause
more
problems
than
already
exists
by.
I
do
that
if
you
decided
to
do
it
against
the
recommendation
of
playing
Zoning
Commission
and
the
code
office,
so.
B
Now
she
does
I
only
mentioned
it
to
Norman
Cousins
again
our
conversation,
spurred
the
thought
I
haven't
had
time
to
look
into
it,
but
and
that's
not
something
that
will
certainly
happen.
Its
potential
and
I
wanted
to
talk
to
Paul
or
Russell
and
see
if
that
might
actually
be
the
case.
O
E
Request
it
Rizzo
to
commercial
from
recipe,
sometimes.
B
G
B
M
G
When
I
asked
you
what
what
issue
do
you
have
with
rezoning
and
watch
out
with
tetas
means
there's
not
much
different
than
what
you
and
for
residential
or
commercial,
and
I
made
this
take
me
that
there's
not
much
of
a
deal.
Why
not
razon
it
back
to
residential,
as
opposed
to
trying
to
leave
commercial
well.
B
As
our
previously
stated,
it's
been
be
one
for
all
that
time.
It's
an
inner
commercial
corridor
which
is
a
gateway
into
the
community,
that's
zoned
commercial,
pretty
much
in
its
entirety,
and
it's
also
on
the
future
land
use
plan
to
remain
commercial.
Those
are
the
things
that
I
use
the
criteria
that
I
used
to
make
my
recommendation.
So
that's
my
recommendation
and.
B
I
don't
know
the
bridge
opened
up.
It's
a
school
that
took
over
the
abandoned
elementary
school
on
Blaine
Street.
We
had
to
read
refacing
of
the
popeyes
over
there.
We
also
had
a
new
church
move
in
where
our
religious
organization
over
there
in
the
old
dollar
general.
We
also
had
a
new
multi-million
dollar
building
built
by
dollar
general
on
that
corridor.
So
I
don't
really
understand
why
you'd
say
nothing's
happening
over
there.
Now.
G
B
And
she
went
through
it
and
at
the
advice
and
counsel,
if
mr.
chancy,
at
the
time,
pursuant
to
percenter
to
getting
it
appraised
to
which,
to
my
knowledge,
still
hasn't
happened
and
it
still
hasn't
been
provided.
Do.
G
B
Sir,
this
is
a
application
by
relient
homes
that
basically
is
annexing
a
two
acre
tract
that
will
connect
a
parcel
that
he
owns
already
that's
already
in
the
city
to
a
parcel
he
wishes
to
annex
in
its
entirety,
which
is
the
next
piece
up
for
consideration.
This
is
just
basically
the
minimum
track
that
would
be
required
to
connect
it
to
make
it
adjacent
to
the
city
property
and
bring
it
into
the
city
limits.
B
B
B
B
All
right,
this
is
the
annexation
that
the
previous
one
discussed
would
make
contiguous
to
the
city
and
allowed
to
be
brought
into
the
city
limits
to
beat
them
to
be
developed,
and
they
are
looking
to
rezone
that
pursuant
to
annexation
as
a
PRD,
which
is
a
planned
residential
development-
and
they
will
be
here
next
week
to
discuss
this
and
answer
any
questions
that
you
might
have,
but
they
have
a
pretty
thorough
package
there.
That
explains
the
project
and
I
believe
has
the
plans
for
the
development
again,
like
I
said
it?
B
A
P
You
have
a
mold
area
before
you,
the
one
thing
that
we've
gotten
in
addition
to
these
is
we
had
an
amendment
to
the
performance
agreement
for
the
first
band,
which
is
the
Richer
of
vertigo.
It's
an
80s
band
that
if,
in
the
event
that
they're
rained
out,
they
have
agreed
to
find
another
date
in
the
2016
series
and
if
we
they
can't
find
8,
2016
I'll
agree
to
perform
in
2017
at
half
the
price.
P
So,
basically,
if
we
lose
that
concert
or
any
of
these
concerts
due
to
rain,
we
don't
lose
all
of
the
money
that
we
have
committed
to
pay
to
these
concerts
and
we
pay
for
this
just
to
remind
everyone
through
the
sponsorship
that
we
raised
from
our
generous
businesses
and
individuals
and
it
the
sponsorship.
At
this
point,
we
have
19,500
committed
we're
still
in
the
process
of
raising
sponsorship
and
we
feel
confident
we'll
be
able
to
cover
this,
as
well
as
the
other
events
that
we
pay
for
this
year.
I
A
P
And
this
is
the
next.
This
is
just
the
next
resolution
needed
to
continue
moving
forward
in
this
project.
We
brought
it
before
you
initially
a
while
ago
in
2015
to
redevelop
it
so
I'll
read
this
resolution.
City
Monroe
redevelopment
fund
grant
resolution,
whereas
the
Georgia
Department
of
Community
Affairs
has
established
a
redevelopment
fund
program
under
the
Department
of
Community
Affairs
and
whereas
there
exist
in
the
city
of
monroe
and
need

assist
the
downtown
development
authority
of
the
city
of
monroe,
with
funds
to
renovate
an
old
livery
stable
building
in
the
city.
P
Limits
of
monroe
now,
therefore,
be
it
resolved
by
the
mayor
and
council.
The
city

the
RDF

application
for
funds
to
assist
Mountain
Creek

incorporated
with
the
stabilization
renovation
and
rehabilitation
of
the
Monroe

stable.
The
city
will
also
commit
to
audits,
valued
at
$1,000.
P
Be
it
further
resolved
that
the
mayor's
authorized
to
enter
an
agreement
for
grant
administration
services
relating
to
the
application
and
subsequent
grant,
if
funded,
and
to
execute
all
grant
award
documents
on
behalf
of
the
city
if
the
grant
is
funded,
be
it
further
resolved.
The
city
hereby
acknowledges

the
proposed
project
is

and

The

hereby

P
Be
it
further
resolved
that
City

the
proposed

section

requirements

A
F
Eight
months
we'll
discuss
this
transition
and
clarify
why
we
advocate
transition.
We
transition
transition,
it's
worth
to
a
mostly
digital
system.
For
several
reasons.
One
was
contract
for
requirements
of
our
program.
Their
programs
are
people
like
ESPN,
a
CNBC
required
us
to
add
more
channels
than
we
have
space
for
in
the
system.
F
Only
to
do
this,
compression
system
put
it
on
the
digital.
Well,
comcast
and
chartres
did
the
same
projects
about
six
or
seven
years
ago,
and
the
way
they
went
about
it
was
to
require
every
TV
to
have
a
box
some
type
of
box
where
there's
a
DVR
box
and
converter
box
of
some
sort.
Well,
those
boxes
have
a
cost
associated
with
your
monthly
calls
to
the
customer,
and
we
looked
at
in
our
planning
where
we
want
to
make
the
calls
to
our
customers
low
on
a
monthly
recurring
cost
as
possible.
F
You
should
look
at
taking
comcast
pricing
and
you
take
a
person.
That's
got
for
TV.
If
we
went
by
the
Box
way,
they
would
have
had
an
increase
of
almost
a
hundred
percent
from
their
bill.
That
just
wasn't
acceptable.
Now,
I
will
admit.
I
made
a
misjudgment
or
a
miss
estimates
on
how
many
two
peoples
were
still
on
all
the
tvs,
we're
still
in
the
system,
and
then
there
are
a
couple
of
manufacturers
element
being
one
of
them
and
still
creates
a
TV
that
does
not
have
any
qualms
Junior
only
a
lot
Jim.
F
So
after
kicking
around
several
solutions,
we
came
up
with
this.
Our
digital
service,
with
a
DVR
box
as
a
cost
with
program
Hootie
and
the
programming
is
what
pays
for
the
majority
of
the
box.
We
talk
to
our
provider
that
turns
these
boxes
on
both
provisions
and
sponsors
for
us
and
revival
programming
from
a
agreed
to
remove
the
program
from
the
strength
we
turned
several
of
them.
F
We
have
actually
the
day
we
figured
it
out
there
to
customers
and
over
gentlemen
and
the
young
lady
and
the
office
asking
for
a
solution
and
I
said
I
August
whole
nine.
Give
me
your
information
and
we
took
their
information.
We
turned
on
two
boxes
and
sent
them
to
the
wrong.
We
wanted
a
real-life
test
of
how
we
work
and
they
actually
work.
F
What
you
get
out
of
this
as
a
value
added
is
the
DVR,
the
ability
to
record
programming
and
the
interactive
preview,
guided,
ending
y'all,
never
had
Dish
Network
directv
comcast
charter,
there's
an
interactive
or
our
digital
service.
There's
interactive
preview
guy
that
allows
you
to
search
out
to
three
days,
advance
and
record
program
and
stuff.
F
You
to
give
us
a
another
tool
in
our
our
pops
to
solve
people's
problems,
which
is
a
give
them
this
DVR
converter
box
for
ten
dollars
a
month,
and
we
will
let
people
try
them
for
a
trial
period
of
two
weeks,
we'll
put
it
in
their
home.
They
like
it,
they
can
keep
it.
If
not,
they
return
to
us
as
long
as
the
box
is
not
damaged.
No
one
goes
out
and
we
will
try
to
find
another
solution.
I'll
take
Chad
Rogers.
I
F
That
really
means
is,
if
you
have
our
digital
service,
you
aware
that
everything
above
200
is
extra
program
in
that
service.
There
are
different
there's
about
50
or
60
extra
challenge.
We
have
to
pay
for
that
program.
Well,
there's
a
charge
than
enough
charge
to
the
customer.
What
we've
worked
out
with
our
provisioning
company
is
the
ability
to
remove
that
from
the
box.
So
there
is
no
extra
programming
costs
to
the
customer.
F
I
F
G
F
That
we
come
in
your
free
boxes
that
we
did
give
it
come
in
all
of
the
amount
of
time
they
do
the
one
that
model
and
its
really
don't
know
that
I
can
get
any
point
does
not
take
in
the
analog
version
of
our
system.
I've
been
in
discussions
with
LJ
telephone,
which
is
another
company
outside,
because
this
and
with
a
company
that
sound
a
smaller
company.
Does
this.
F
I
F
G
G
F
F
Will
take,
we've
got
back
while
about
25
people,
and
it
takes
time
these
things
have
two
people
we
caught
burned
in
when
a
customer
comes
in
and
wants
it
full
contact
their
life
to
come
in,
will
contact
them,
they'll,
say
yes
or
no
once
they
say.
Yes,
we
will
program
that
box
intensive
period
of
about
six
hours
and
burn
that
box
in
because
we're
burning
the
box
and
basically
is
putting
that
customers
all
their
data
on
the
box
with
this
was
to
get.
