From YouTube: Council Meeting 12 6 16
Description
City of Monroe Council Meeting December 6, 2016
A
Can
make
a
permanent
pile
of
bojangles,
as
Patrick
stated,
they
should
be
frying
up.
Some
chicken
here
shortly
started
adding
some
transform
insane
eyes,
they're
building
on
some
locks
that
they
hadn't
planned
on
building
before
blood.
A
Good
man,
yes
more
than
we
expected.
So
if
that's
good
news,
we've
got
some
big
residential
customers
coming
online,
starting
the
leak
survey
for
the
cable
plant
a
little
late.
This
year
we
had
gets
a
new
equipment.
The
company
that
provided
the
old
equipment,
went
out
of
business,
so
we
started
that
everything
seems
to
be
going
fine.
We
have
got
the
new
CMT
s
up
and
running.
That's
the
Kaitlyn
load
of
terminating
system
that
you
approved
several
months
ago.
It's
up
and
running
then
configured.
A
If
we'll
ever
get
us
a
little
breaking
the
weather
will
start
moving
them
moves
over
and
be
able
to
provide
faster
internet
service,
and
we
have
installed
the
HD
equipment
that
you
approve
this
to
this
room.
We've
installed,
it
got
it
up
and
running
as
soon
as
we
do
the
upgrades
to
the
restroom
and
some
of
the
camera
equipment
it
started
coming
in.
We
started
configuring
that
so
once
we
get
the
room
that
we
will
be
preparing
the
electric
electronics
out.
Oh
one
thing:
it
happened
today,
legen
plant.
A
Failed,
its
2,500
kba
they've
got
two
one
failed
left
seven
clock
this
morning
and
we
had
to
put
our
spare
in
place,
got
a
lot
of
help
Jeremiah
and
his
staff
and
riding
in
his
staff.
It
was
real
wet.
We
could
get
crane
closed
till
Jerry.
My
name
came
in
to
help
us
basically
build
a
road
out
to
former
got
that
James
get
everything
done
in
less
than
eight
hours.
A
B
A
C
Blowing
all
right,
thank
you,
just
feed
Barry
pounds
to
report
here
in
addition
to
the
budget
works
we
doing
over
the
past
couple
of
months,
which
you
are
all.
Apart
of,
we've
had
the
bond
refinancings,
just
an
update
on
that
that
will
close
on
to
paint
this
week
glad
to
see
that
process
come
too
close
and
its
timely
just
right.
Otherwise,
you
know
the
savings.
Would
it
not
have
been
there
forcefully
market
moved
shortly.
C
B
C
About
ten
percent
or
more
than
we
did
in
house
coachman
crime
in
the
previous
year,
so
he's
right
about
Niagara
per
stem,
which
is
very
strong,
move
about
98,
that's
his
target,
which
would
be
excellent.
We
also
have
completed
repair
work
to
the
exterior
City
Hall
on
community
building.
Garland
did
a
great
job.
Work
appears
to
be
high.
B
C
C
B
C
Outstanding
in
that
area,
our
extensions
for
requests
have
declined
a
little
bit.
That's
probably
is
more
related
to
favorable
billing
cycles,
with
the
better
weather,
nothing
major
of
outstanding
there
moving
into
the
financial
status
report,
cash
balances
as
of
October
thirty-first,
total
30,
2.8
million
dollars.
That's
an
increase
of
7.4
6
million
over
the
prior
year,
all
funds,
so
obviously
moving
in
the
right
direction.
D
C
Showing
some
strong
gains
their
cash
quite
as
well
I
also
want
to
know
the
utility
chief
of
fun.
We
had
three
hundred
thousand
dollars
shown
as
restricted
quite
a
while
now
just
a
little
maneuver.
As
far
as
this
refunding
has
gone,
that's
allowed
us
to
free
up
that
three
hundred
thousand
dollars,
which
I
would
recommend
just
kind
of
holding
back
for
any
future
GF
or
lung
projects
that
we
may
have
come
online
feature,
but
so
that
was
that
was
a
silver
lining
there.
C
D
C
A
little
more
as
we
go
into
your
subsequent
November
and
December
reports,
insurance
premium,
tax
and
building
permits
are
the
major
drivers
for
the
general
fund.
This
year's
for
exam
over
budget
in
a
good
way,
combined
utilities
we're
looking
at
total
revenue
about
eighty
eight
percent
expenses.
That's
about
seventy
percent
so
continue
to
hold
the
line
on
spending
with
the
utilities,
but
our
revenue
pictures
is
looking
solid.
C
Moving
on
the
solid
waste
through
October
worry
about
eighty
percent.
Second,
half
percent
on
the
revenue
side.
Expenses
are
about
sixty
eight
percent,
so
we
have
a
nice
little
cushion
in
solid
waste.
Things
are
going
pretty
well,
there
SPLOST
continues
to
track
just
under
budget
each
month,
but
our
collections
are
overall
kind
of
right
on
budget.
When
you
look
at
the
2013
I'll
be
five.
Take
any
questions.
F
F
F
The
way
that
Adam
is
configured
it
could
have
been
a
full
residents
loss
pretty
pretty
quickly,
so
I
just
want
to
me
and
the
men
and
women
of
the
fire
department
and
want
to
sync
women
who
have
hired
our
first
female
firefighter
and
in
the
city
of
monroe.
So
but
there's
not
an
excellent
job
in
your
questions.
F
G
B
B
G
Please
call
the
office
one,
they
should
be
take
it.
That's
all
I
have.
If
you
go
ahead
the
week
of
26
day
after
Christmas,
we
offer
with
26
mine
customers
would
be
picked
up
on
the
twenty-seventh
to
see.
Customers
would
be
paid
to
the
westin
customers.
We
picked
up
on
the
28.
That's
Wednesday
and
thirsty
customers
on
the
sched,
29
and
same
schedule
will
be
for
new
bottom
week.
I.
F
Think
mrs.
Mayo
can
either
make
one
alibi.
Yes,
that's
not
the
first
female
firefighters
city
of
my
girls
head.
It's
the
first
one
in
a
while
also
just
talked
to
parents,
as
you
really
be
careful
and
take
care
of
children
to
the
parade
afraid
it's
going
to
be
very
big
parade
this
time
and
we're
gonna
put
some
stuff
out
and
just
just
looked
at
look
after
you
played
yourself
and
your
kids,
but
you
know
these
things
day
and
I
roadway
once
the
braids
get
started.
Can
I
apologize
to
your
mother.
I
I
But
we
get
to
the
parade,
highlighting
the
report
for
the
month
october
planting
inside
of
rented
out
the
community
building
five
times
our
fleet
maintenance
division
completely
alien
to
use
of
work
throughout
each
department
of
the
city.
A
grounds
division
picked
up
just
a
little
bit
over
a
ton
of
letters
around
straightens,
straight
division
as
continued
an
excellent
october's
when
we
finished
our
RL
big
project.
That's
our
favorite
projects
for
the
year
and
as
well
as
that,
we
continued
work
on
the
sidewalk.
I
The
new
installment
on
these
church
street
are
still
making
pretty
good
progress
on
that
foxy.
Finally,
fighting
some
weather
issues,
but
that's
not
a
bad
thing.
There
are
signed
Markus
to
be
deployment,
AV,
eight
units
of
work,
our
building
maintenance
division,
was
77
not
be
glad
to
take
any
questions
on
that.
I
J
Water
running
thanks
bear
moose
can
handle
a
couple
of
things
we
want
to
be
in
the
water
plant,
Oh
notice,
the
month
of
October
we're
still
above
80
million
gallons
of
water
being
processed.
Oh,
it
looks
like
November's
going
to
be
the
same
irrigation
as
really
surprising.
This
year
and
month
of
November,
we
actually
had
an
increase
in
our
irrigation
usage.
J
November
was
actually
hired
in
July
and
August,
so
that
was
a
big
surprise
notice.
The
leaks
continue
42
leaks
repaired
for
the
month
of
October
of
them.
Just
the
last
two
weeks.
In
november
we
had
52
Lee
calls,
so
those
are
have
continued
to
increase.
I
also
want
to
mention,
too,
that
the
we
had
our
one
of
our
best
spots
at
the
training
center
94
total
train.
J
I
guess
my
problem
this
month
with
the
level
to
drought,
there's
the
state's
passing
new
response
strategies
and
we're
required
to
implement
a
4
out
of
10
I
want
to
make
you
aware,
and
once
it
will
be
doing
public
information
campaign
trees
to
do
some
bills,
suppers
on
some
facebook,
social
media
type,
stuff
and
also
the
paper.
We
also
have
the
retrofit
kits
available.
We've
got
some
wall
order.
How
to
be
a
new
shower
is
possible.
J
J
We
actually
did
that
back
in
January
of
05
when
we
change
our
race
to
where
the
more
you
use
the
more
accomplished,
instead
of
the
more
you
use
list,
so
that's
already
been
done
and
then
we'll
implement
or
have
implemented
our
leak,
detection
and
repair
program
brawl
a
contractor
into
to
help
us
Southern,
California's
leaks
and
hopefully,
stay
called
up
through
the
winter
and
just
a
quick
update
on
the
river
in
a
reservoir
on
recent
rains.
The
reservoir
is
up
about
a
foot.
J
J
E
K
D
Prague
Castle
love,
you
have
units
inevitable.
Meeting
we've
been
working
on
a
number
of
projects
of
the
Airport
Commission.
Few
apartment
continues
to
generate
good
sales
on
a
monthly
basis,
we're
very
proud
of
that.
It's
also
generating
very
positive
prominence
for
the
airport
in
general,
as
our
transient
pilots
been
through
happy
white
conflicts,
this
is
a
precision
approach,
path,
indicator
light
project.
The
conflicts
have
been
resolved,
we're
waiting
on
the
do
their
flight
check
pretty
much
the
same
with
the
LVP
approach,
Linda
Monroe,
that
resides
now
with
the
FAA
for
their
final
approval
in
Chapman.
D
We
also
thought
it
was
the
right
one
for
the
airport
poised
to
help
us
grow,
but
not
to
limit
us
by
trying
to
build
a
Taj
Mahal's
that
we
could
ever
get
to
the
also
the
the
city
council.
We
appreciate
you
improving
the
lease
or
mr.
Nunley
I,
think
the
FBO
relocated
the
year
total
be
a
prime
positive
aspects.
We
come
here.
D
The
Georgia
Airport
association
conference
presented
quite
a
number
of
topics
we
in
a
good,
the
one
that
really
stuck
with
us,
though,
was
that
in
the
coming
year,
discretionary
grants
for
income
producing
opportunities
would
not
be
funny,
so
that
kind
of
changed
our
directions
on
the
way.
We're
looking
at
things
in
the
next
year
or
two
a
year
ago
in
the
Commission
meeting
motion
was
brought
in
you,
management
unanimously
approved
to
bring
to
the
Commission,
which
we've
done
a
little
bit
later.
D
E
L
I'll
preface,
while
he's
doing
that
a
couple
of
times
last
year,
I
was
asked
to
speak.
Monroe
thing
is
the
lions
club
and
the
Rotary
Club.
They
asked
me
to
to
talk
about
airport
condition
and,
what's
more
I
had
a
chance
to
put
together
a
PowerPoint
presentation
on
really
interesting
information
to
me,
and
so
what
idea
you
know
time
was
limited
tonight.
I
just
put
together
some
highlights
from
my
powerpoint
presentation
that
I
just
want
to
take
a
minute
to
go
over
real
quickly.
L
You
might
have
this,
you
kind
of
know
exactly
where
we're
coming
from
and
my
powerpoint
presentation
I
always
enjoy
asking
groups
when
I
talk
from
you
know
a
simple
question:
you
know
when
you
compared
to
airport,
everybody
knows
about
Atlanta
mark,
so
we
don't
know
about
big
air
force,
but
we
sometimes
don't
really
know
about
little
airports
and
so
I
like
to
start
out
with
equation.
What's
the
number
one
revenue
source
for
a
large
Airport
like
atlanta,
hartsfield
and.
L
L
We
made
proposal
you
know
last
year
to
put
in
a
new
school
facility
has
exceeded.
Our
expectations
has
done
extremely
well,
and
I
do
want
to
highlight
the
bat
to
you
guys
now
what
drives
you'll
sail.
This
is
incorrect.
You
know
it's
not
its
aircraft
that
are
based
on
the
airport
and
then
aircraft
that
are
transmitted
they're
coming
in,
and
that
brings
me
to
the
hangars
when
we're
talking
about
Hagar.
You
know
that's
a
very
large
revenue
source
and
what
we
have
been
looking
at
for
years
is
our
current
hangar
situation.
Road.
L
If
you
look
at
the
pictures
that
I
did
put
to
the
Monroe
she
right
now,
we
currently
have
in
the
middle
left,
so
we
have
16
T
hangers
and
those
hangers
have
a
fool
since
the
day
they
were
built
and
there's
been
a
long
waiting
list.
Currently
I
have
33
names
on
a
waitlist,
probably
five
or
six
of
those
names
have
already.
L
I
do
have
weekly
tonight
a
commitment
from
I've
got
ten
people
that
are
that
have
given
me
letters
telling
me
that
they
are
ready
to
lease
a
hangar.
At
this
point
right
now,
I
mentioned
in
my
statement
while
ago.
There's
currently
I
have
33
names
on
my
list.
I
think
the
city
has
the
same
number
of
names
on
their
list,
but
we
have
been
keeping
this
ongoing
list
for
a
long
time
just
to
see
if
it
holds
hangers
in
there
may
be
as
many
need
for
hangers.
B
L
You
really
want
to
stay
on
top
of
things,
find
out
what
your
competitions
are
doing
and
what
you
know
what
your
competition
is
doing.
That
kind
of
drives
I
think
what
you
should
do,
our
biggest
competition
for
economic
development
as
it
relates
to
an
airport
and
as
we
draw
her
for
his
winder
minders,
the
airport
has
really
been
proactive,
and
so
that's
what
that
little
picture
I
want.
L
You
guys
see
some
of
your
familiar
with
it
to
someone
else,
but
when
you
look
at
an
airport
terminal
building,
that's
the
winder
airport
terminal
feeling
very
nice
building
a
lot
of
goodness.
I
like
talking
about
zaxby's
zaxbys
as
the
company
we're
all
familiar
with
the
owners
of
zaxbys
live
closer
to
the
monroe
airport.
Then
they
do
to
the
100
airport,
but
they
chose
to
build
their
corporate
facility
at
the
one
airport
because
we
don't
have
the
current
facilities
that
we
need
in
order
to
attract
the
customer,
like
that.
L
So
one
of
you
guys
to
see
a
beautiful
hangar
that
zaxbys
feel
that
winder
also
in
want
airport,
they
have
an
avionics
repair
shop.
They
have
a
maintenance,
repair
shop
and
you'll,
see
that
they
had
five
large
corporate
hangers
and
I
wanted
to
make
a
little
point
about
that
real,
quick,
the
corporate
hangers
when
you
get
into
corporate
hangers
like
the
airplane
to
the
right.
L
That's
the
key
here,
19
years,
actually
owned
by
a
family
in
Monroe
that
I
fly
for
and
that
one
airplane
they
paid
sixty
four
thousand
dollars
in
Texas
the
point
that
kind
of
tax
revenue,
small
generally
in
it
Gino
general
aviation
aircraft
that
most
of
us
live
we're
paying
five
or
six
hundred
dollars
a
year
on
our
property
taxes.
But
when
you
get
into
a
five-million-dollar
airplane
like
that
about
a
half
million
other,
it
generates
an
enormous
amount
of
tax
revenues.
It
comes
back
to
the
city
and
town.
It's
one
of
the
highlight
the.
M
B
L
Have
and
they're
all
they're,
always
full
I
have
a
letter
from
one
of
the
individuals
that
was
sort
of
on
our
waiting
list
for
hangers
I'm
calling
last
week,
I'm
so
he's
finished
in
a
hangar.
He
said
man
I
just
finally
got
a
hanger
from
a
winder
and
he
sent
me
a
letter
and
I
will
read
a
couple
of
ways.
L
B
L
Need
for
more
hangar
space
all
around
Atlanta,
he
started
with
letter
by
saying
I've
been
on
waiting
list
for
a
hangar
at
every
Airport
within
an
hour
and
a
half
drive
of
his
home
in
Sugar,
Hill
Georgia,
and
that's
where
he
lives,
and
he
just
want
to
make.
That
point
is
yes,
he
would
have
taken
a
hanger,
but
he
just
got
one
from
from
from
100
real
quick.
I
wanted
to
mention
covington
airport
again.
You
can
see
covington
current
air
for
that
the
they
had
a
nice
terminal
building
two
large
portrait
hangers.
L
Why
covered
is
also
indeed
more
teenagers
in
New?
They
recognize
it
there
they're
digging
and
coming
than
just
broke
ground
on
this
summer
on
a
major
renovation
that
load
the
picture
in
the
lower
right
is
an
aerial
view
of
what
Covington
spent
time
this
summer
doing
clearing
land
they're,
getting
ready
to
change
their
whole
layout
of
the
airport
to
come
off
of
alcovy
&,
highway,
1
42
and
they
poured
concrete
a
few
weeks
ago
for
their
new
terminal
building,
and
that's
where
it's
going
to
go
with
that
lower
left
there.
So
just
a
home.
L
L
On
the
sheet
hip
in
a
row
currently
I
put
down
there
in
Walton,
County
I
went
to
the
FAA's
website
and
I
did
a
search
of
the
number
of
aircraft
that
are
owned
by
individuals
that
live
in
walking
down
and
the
search
came
back.
There's
60
60
aircraft
that
are
in
Walton
County
that
are
owned
by
people
that
live
in
Walton
County.
Five
of
those
are
corporate
aircraft,
one
being
the
airplane
I
mentioned
there.
That
came
there
of
those
66
we
have
23
of
those
aircraft
are
in
a
tower
on
our
airport
right
now.
L
So
how
that
kind
of
lays
out
you
guys?
Hopefully
it
does
to
me,
there's
66
people
that
live
in
our
county,
but
the
majority
of
them
are
keeping
their
airplanes
elsewhere,
and
so
we
own
the
permission.
We
ask
ourselves
that
question
all
the
time.
Why
is
that
the
answer?
The
answer
is:
we
haven't
had
fuel
sales,
we
don't
have
the
right
kind
of
approach
that
what
we're
getting
its
come
things
like
the
weather
system,
things
like
a
nice
FB
0.
As
you
can
see
in
my
picture.
That's
our
training,
trailer,
we're
proud
of
you
know.
L
That's
but
that's
currently,
if
you're,
if
you're
a
passenger-
and
you
fly
into
monroe
right
now
and
you
need
a
place
to
to
go
to
the
bathroom
or
place
to
wait
for
your
car
to
get
here.
That's
where
you're
going
to
wait
so
so
I
wanted
to
just
make
sure
that
that's
understand
that
and
then
I'm
going
to
give
you
much
gray.
This
is
over.
L
L
We're
leasing,
40
hangars
estándares.
He
have
used
two
hundred
dollars
a
month.
The
units
on
the
end,
which
we
have
four
of
our
to
40
a
month,
they're
little
larger
and
that's
pretty
competitive-
that
that's
a
good
price
people
ask
me
all
the
time
you
know
we've
discussed
it
in
our
meetings.
Couldn't
we
go
up?
Well,
I
found
that
so
pretty
much
that
the
highest
ed
body
is
around
us.
Tubbing
them
wander
Jackson
County.
We
look
at
those
to
see
what
are
they
really
thank.
L
You
for
I
have
found
that
that
one
of
my
students
just
bought
an
airplane
leasing,
a
hangar
over
it.
He
went
to
winder
and
one
of
my
students
got
a
hanger
40-50.
Another
we've
got
one
for
300,
but
the
300
have
an
alleged
or
a
bathroom
in
the
water.
You
know.
So
it's
kind
of
what
you
offer
our
hangers
are
ropes.
Lied
to
orders
the
ones
that
we're
having
one
we're
proposing
to
build
is
a
slide
doors
and
they're
going
to
read
pretty
much
new.
K
C
Mean
there's
a:
we
have
an
airport
expense
on
an
item
in
the
budget
and
we've
got
done,
doesn't
begin
to
this
budget
have
roughly
12,000
left
they're
asking
approved
recommendations
basically
replaced.
The
insulation
is
currently
and
there's
the
whole
kind.
That's
basically
just
kind
of
hanging
this
evening
or
tears
falls
down,
it's
been
there
for
years,
and
this
would
go
back
with
a
spray
foam
insulation.
C
It
comes
to
the
lifetimes
of
1-10,
would
basically
kind
of
cap
off
fixing
up
the
FDA
bill
living
we're
hoping
that
we
keep
it
done
in
december
before
sigh
actually
opens
on
sometimes
asking
for
approval
to
to
get
that.
We
asked
her
I
think
five
quotes.
We
got
to
back
because
everybody
is
this
time,
but
it
was
also.
M
C
And
where
you
actually
mentioned
that
they
thought
we
had
three
alternatives
to
the
airport,
the
Commission
voted
unanimously
to
go
with
option
number
two
which
was
most
expensive.
It
come
up
to
a
total
of
about
1.75
million
at
city's
expense
to
build
it
out.
Those
items
are
actually
listed
in
the
CIP
someone
to
actually
finish
that
it.
C
O
C
I,
don't
to
see
how
things
are
all
ahead.
We
had
actually
discovered
that
the
east
and
west
aprons
needed
pavement
and
basically
safety
issue
that
was
projected
to
be
done
in
the
next
five
years
left
foots
us
next
year,
so
we
that
up
on
the
CIA
to
be
done
in
eighteen
state
this
week,
and
then
we
also
in
talking
with
our
art
consultant
our
engineer.
We
left
the
designer
construction
of
the
team
enters
on
the
potential
CIP,
which
it
was
pointed
out.
C
B
B
K
Favor
supposed
passes
will
recommend
that
a
full
council,
then
I,
guess
we're
going
to
take
another
bitter
Tim,
just
discussed
this
airport
hangar
project
and
not
God
I'd
like
how
Chris's
work
hard
on
it
with
these
guys,
while
you're
there
do.
You
want
to
touch
on
a
little
bit
about
really
what
we're
asking
to
do.
Not
just
so
everybody
knows
is
just
just
to
open
this
guy.
K
C
And
kind
of
what
the
city
said
had
done
is
we
have
taken
the
recommendation
of
the
Commission
being
unanimous
that
we
that
we
explore
a
potential
one
option.
Logan
had
looked
into
the
usda
loans
which
are
not
going
to
be
available,
and
so
we're
denied
local
ones
by
two
banks.
You
have
to
see
how
that
goes.
It
was
pointed
out
to
from
the
d-o-t
that
I
think
if
you
factored
in,
I'm
pretty
sure
the
exact
words
he
used.
C
If
you
factored
in
a
hundred
ions
on
what
grant
funding
will
provide
hangers
they're
gonna
be
like
number
98,
so
they
are
a
little
priority.
It's
just
going
to
be
based
on
the
money,
dragged
a
letter
and
sent
out
separately
from
the
airport
commission
to
seek
interest,
and
we
sent
it
to
the
second
33
individuals
that
are
on
list.
Currently
we
have
six
people
that
have
responded.
Does
we
did
ask
for
a
few
different
requirements?
We
ask
that
they
put
down
a
six
month,
deposit
that
would
be
basically
factored
into
their
six
months
rent.
C
We
did
listed
at
approximately
eighteen
hundred
dollars,
which
is
on
the
high
side,
but
we
don't
know
exactly
what
the
hangers
would
cost
us.
If
we
go
out
and
get
alone,
you
know
basically
once
you're
paying
great
turns
everyone.
The
rough
expense
of
the
team
name
is
on.
The
CIP
is
basically
turnkey
at
three
hundred
and
seventy-five
thousand
dollars.
So
it's
a
fairly
substantial
size
long
and
it's
something.
You
know
that,
thanks
from
that's
removals
preparation,
this
concrete
that
utilities
its
engineer,
it's
actual
construction
of
the
building.
K
K
There's
a
lot
more
to
it,
yeah
I
understand
this
is
just
too
yeah,
I
mean
I,
guess
what
we're
talking
about
tonight,
ISM
in
the
meeting
last
month.
Thank
these
guys,
don't
like
their
kind
of
hit
a
roadblock,
and
we
just
want
to
open
it
back
up
and
Jimmy
and
Norman.
They
prevent
involve
some
things.
I
map
some
inside
as
well,
but
we
need
to
before
you
just
killed
as
me
to
explore
it
a
little
more
and
get
some
numbers
I
mean
if.
B
K
O
What
we're
attempting
to
bring
to
the
council
is
the
business
case.
Acha
teammates
are
likely
you're
building
con
man,
you
want
to
pre-sell
sure
and
get
gift
commitments
and
solar
we're
getting
those
in
their
business,
and
so
we'll
just
see
where
it
is.
The
only
thing
about
this
come
to
the
council.
Layer
didn't
get
the
hip
when
we
get
ahead
of
myself,
but
we.
O
Luggage,
man,
the
game's,
not
drawing
that
we
get.
So
if
you
go
to
borrow
money
to
something
you
don't
have
in
your
cycle,
you
can't
do
it,
but
if
they
have
a
budget
amendment
alone,
the
thing
you
have
to-
and
so
that
was
our
sort
of
you
know
response
first,
it's
like
wow.
This
is
in
our
budget
is
already
over
almost
as
how
we
going
to
do
this,
but
let's
see
what
the
market
says
sure
bring
back
to
you
and
unless
the
council
okie
weeks.
C
C
M
N
C
C
K
K
O
B
N
C
Were
set
aside
specifically
for
great
matches
right,
so
we
have
to
put
forth
with
this
93,000
750
as
our
local
match
to
the
states.
281
250,
that's
a
good
deal
for
us,
that's
pretty
much
how
we've
set
up
the
slots
ones
now
if
we
were
to
leverage
out
squats
and
use
up
the
full
375
that
may
infringe
upon
a
couple
other
projects
at.
C
H
Did
talk
to
some
commissioners
that
will
learn
the
accident,
look
into
a
simply
something
that
can
actually
help
I
definitely
encourage
out
to
talk
to
it,
kill
me
we
try
to
get
them
on
board.
That's
the
coolest
stuff.
You
mentioned,
go
ahead
and
do
the
hanger
and
not
try
to
find
it
out
just
because
your
mudroom
get
mopey
vaccine
involved
in
it,
because
the
airport
go
find
your
walk
account,
not
just
money,
so
they're
going
in
social
summer,
they
they
also
you'll,
be
a
part
of
local
you'll,
also
be
a
part
of
it.
K
O
Have
the
first
you
said
you
talked
to
him:
we've
talked
to
him.
I
went
with
mr.
Fussell
and
Roddy.
We
went
to
talk
to
Kevin
level,
one
time
so
there's
some
possibilities
to
swapping
out
dirt
so
for
they
like
to
have
altered,
but
we
need
some
of
it,
but
I
mean
you
know,
there's
all
kind
of
things
it
could
be,
but
we
first
want
to
see
if
the
council
one
do
you
consider
jumping
off
that
bra
and
now.
O
L
Actually,
oh
the
Airport
Commission.
We
need
help
pointed
us
about
two
and
half
years
ago,
two
and
a
half
years
ago
we
we
we
put
it's
our
two
number.
One
goals
number
one
feel
farm
took
us
a
while
to
get
it,
but
we
got
it.
But
at
the
same
time,
two
and
half
years
ago
we
identified
that
hangar
was
equal
to
feel
part
and
it's
been
very
frustrated
FPS.
L
But
you
know:
we've
been
pushing
this
and
bushes
for
two
and
a
half
years
and
we've
been
getting
phone,
calls
the
air,
the
flying
community,
all
how
that
I
asked
series.
You
know
when
we
get
more
hang
up
with.
You
are
hangers,
hangers
drive,
fuel
sales
and
I
just
want
people.
So
that's
where
the
money
is
and
I
we've
got
it.
K
D
Mayor
we
appreciate
the
council's
buying
with
us
in
this
city
as
a
joint
project,
we're
working
very
diligently
to
make
progress
out
there,
because
it
is
progress
for
all
of
our
community,
not
just
for
the
airport
and
certainly
not
for
us,
but
just
it
is.
It
is
an
invite
on
infrastructure,
and
we
appreciate
your
presence
in
it.
E
Is
very
important
not
only
for
the
CD
but
as
normal
said,
the
county,
and
we
you
know
we're
working
on
other
things
right
now
and
you
like
him
in
a
little
bit
later
as
we
go
along,
but
you
know
I,
you
know
you're
absolutely
right.
You
gotta
have
pledged
put
about
airplanes
before
they'll
come
to
you
so
much
Thank.
N
J
J
Belt-Driven
so
well,
we
asked
him
to
purchase
the
chain
for
these
two
units
at
eighteen
thousand,
nine
hundred
from
Templeton
and
associates,
or
a
boil
and
change
their
name.
There's
only
two
beers
and
reason
for
that
is
it's
a
chain
that
plant
specs.
These
are
only
two
contractors
can
sell
it
in
the
state
of
Georgia.
Some
reason:
there's
only
two
any
questions
on
Gilligan.
J
Work
yet
step
the
stops
going
to
perform
the
word.
Yes,
what
we're
going
to
do
to
try
to
keep
some
of
the
costs
down,
we're
hoping
that
we
drain
the
primaries
one
and
two,
and
maybe
we
can
pull
some
of
those
pockets
out,
but
we'll
get
find
some
good
parts
are
there
to
use
to
keep
them
from
having
to
spend
talked
about
earlier.
We'll
try
to
keep
that
college
as
much
as
we
can.
M
J
Of
as
little,
this
is
at
the
mr.
for
the
water
trigger
plant.
If
you
remember
hearing
about
Plan
C
notice,
the
outside
the
exterior
wall
actually
goes
above
the
roof,
so
basically
what
it
is,
the
root
comes
down
behind
a
wall
and
there's
an
internal
gutter.
There
I
think
been
leaking
for
years.
We
constantly
made
prepares
and
used
asphalt,
tight
level
patching
and
did
everything
we
can
do
try
to
prolong
it's
to
the
point
now.
