Description
City of Monroe City Council Meeting February 2, 2016
A
B
Start
with
code
name
is
grant
offering
for
covering
December
of
115.
Just
someone
I
like
to
report
include
before
code
inspections,
25
minutes
or
seconds
of
X.
35
minutes
went
seven
in
businesses.
Open
and
free
clothes,
and
major
projects
that
are
ongoing.
Go
ahead
of
time
was
getting
a
burger
king
and
he
actually
completion.
B
We
are
seated
payments
for
business
licenses
for
2016
process,
paperwork
for
all,
alkalosis
written
all
the
invoices
for
2016
business
license
fees
and
we
received
in
process
plants
for
relief.
Also,
it's
in
an
AR
see
planning
training
course,
which
I
concluded
in
Silver,
City,
Market
control,
city
daily
route
15
times
over
awaken
on
repairclinic
orders
and.
C
B
A
Okay,
all
go
any
farther
on
a
motion
to
amend
the
agenda.
I
think
things
around
a
little
bit.
What
I
need
to
do
is
remove
under
committee
information
number
three
public
workers
purchase
the
audit
spotter
and
you
can
add,
under
action
item
number
five
sub
number
one
for
the
purchase
of
a
yardie
bottom.
A
D
What
try
to
report
you
where
our
data
is
flowing
in
this
month,
he
uses
was
1.4,
give
talks
to
the
internet
ties.
That
is
where
we
have
a
tin
gate,
pipe
back
into
everybody's
located,
g6
their
industry
with
834
megamix,
going
to
koja.
That's
pushing
us
beyond
the
two
gig
and
I'll
speak
to
that
in
a
minute,
I
see
more
and
more
where
we
need
to
just
focus
on
not
exactly
how
much
data
is
going
to
an
individual
customer.
We've
got
that
that.
E
D
Set
in
the
system
now
that
is
slowly
going
away,
I
belief
and
just
make
sure
people
are
overtaxing.
The
system
I
love
that
job
as
we
move
forward
without
a
change.
That's
the
best
way,
I'm
leaning,
now
more
than
more
people
are
using
our
internet
for
their
entertainment
purposes.
Instead
of
just
work,
email
look.
D
D
E
D
D
D
D
A
few
channels
per
contract,
a
you
tube,
TV,
Bravo,
BBC,
America,
hallmark
movies
and
MSNBC,
getting
all
these
channels
in
a
digital
format
and
down
below
this
frequency
level
of
hell,
not
only
our
TV
product,
but
it
will
also
allow
us
to
expand
our
cable
internet
from
higher
faster
speeds,
with
associated
higher
faster
cost
to
the
customer.
This
is
all
planned,
you'd
be
transitioned
on
Mars.
First
I
have
no
questions
about
this
Rimmel
tonight.
D
We
plan
on
write
a
letter
and
get
that
out
of
him
and
week,
first
of
next
week,
all
our
cable
TV
customers
got
one
more
item,
the
top
notch
or
two
more
function.
With
that
metal,
ass
George
have
you
haven't,
got
the
photometric
study
back
from
gresko,
but
it's
a
measurements.
If
we
just
like
that
one
side,
you're
looking
about
ten
lights,
a
little
over
1,500
pro
life
that
is
wire
and
conduit,
concrete,
then
fixture
so.
E
D
And
that's
about
the
sufficient
hungry,
we're
doing
a
possible
connection
of
time
warner,
cable
vision.
We
do
this
alert
within
for
some
sale,
tyler
science.
They
are
looking
to
lower
that
rate.
I
don't
want
to
lower
that
rate,
but
what
I
am
willing
to
do,
I
think,
is
make
a
trade
with
them.
Get
more
internet
capacity,
have
another
path
out
and
make
some
type
of
trade
be
great
for
us.
We.
D
I
D
Probably
being
the
last
generation
that
watches
traditional
TV,
the
younger
kids,
don't
watch
judicial
two
days
and
I
think
our
values
that
we
have
like
that
was
more
internet,
the
TV,
it's
a
it's
a
good
problem
and
I
really
want
to
get
us
a
page
over
our
competitors,
and
that
is
it.
We
can
figure
out
a
pegboard
and
having
it
in
a
very
efficient
than
the
cheap,
Smith
I
guess
they're
on
high
ground.
I
should
point
that
out
any
other
questions.
Brian!
B
Financial
report,
because
we
are
working
on
right
now
or
in
the
year
so
I
want
to
give
you
170,
making
all
sorts
of
adjustments
in
pools
right
now.
But
if
you
do
have
any
specifics
normal
just
let
me
know
so
what
I
have
for
you
tonight
is
our
usual
performance
indicators
and
this
kind
of
goes
through
our
taxes,
general
ledger
items,
something
I
wanna
is
look
watching.
Sales
tax
special-purpose,
look
like
themselves
tax,
those
time
to
find
about
two
percent,
but
you
know
November
was
a
little
bit
of
strange
with
weather.
B
E
I

B
Larger
to
plant
the
process
69.7
be
pretty
much
aligned.
Previous
Monson
last
December
water
distribution.
We
had
a
63
work,
orders
30.
After
all,
emergency
calls.
We
had
34
Tahlequah,
very
wasteful,
retrieval
process,
80
5.4
million.
This
is
going
to
give
you
to
the
regular
season,
December's
of
numbers,
elevated,
always
work
relations
and
15
work,
orders
and
and
seven
act.
Our
first
call
natural
gas
division,
so
20
3253
NC
after
gas
workers
ate
after
our
service
colors
scoreboard,.
B
K
B
K
B
B
F
Thank
You
City
Council
Thank
You
mayor
for
having
me
this
evening
as
Logan
to
say
we're
working
on
it.
I
was
the
guy
who
drew
the
stick
to
come
and
tell
you
about
the
health
insurance
until
it's
ready.
So
the
good
news
is
an
overall
cost.
You
all
see
we'll
see
a
decrease
this
year,
something
I
don't
get
to
deliver
very
often
as
a
matter
of
fact,
I
don't
deliver
ever
in
light
of
our
current
health
care
reform.
Our
current
situation
from
a
health
insurance
perspective,
so
the
good
news
is
there's
a
decrease.
F
There
is
potential
for
even
more
of
a
decrease
depending
upon
some
negotiations
with
other
carriers
and
so
forth.
You
will
see
some
alternatives
in
your
paperwork.
One
thing
I
will
bring
to
light,
is
as
I
skipped
through.
Is
it
just
to
current
claimants
on
the
insurance
that
could
adjust
these
rates
so
be
aware?
Until
things
are
final,
they
are
not
fine.
So
again,
four
point:
seven
six
percent
very
much
attributed
to
what
you
all
are
doing
from
health,
health
and
wellness
perspective
and
the
on-site
clinic.
F
As
I
was
telling
logan
in
the
meetings
we
could
go
to
ago,
the
great
thing
is,
you
guys
are
on
the
cutting
edge
for
a
city
of
your
size.
I
can
tell
you
that,
because
we
know
both
statistically
and
just
who
we
work
with,
you
guys
are
on
the
cutting
edge.
Your
on-site
clinic
is
performing
really
well.
F
The
Wellness
piece
is
doing
a
phenomenal
job
and
you're
seeing
decreases
because
of
that
implementation
of
those
programs
just
be
aware
of
those
two
claimants
I
tell
you
those
just
sick
eating
again,
because
whatever
comes
back
on
those
folks,
medically,
obviously
I
can't
get
into
that
here
for
multiple
purposes,
but
just
be
aware
that
that
that
can't
affect
what
we're
looking
at
today
when
you
all
have,
as
exhibit
in
front
of
you
all
I'll,
be
glad
to
take
questions.
It's
that
easy
again,
you'll
have
a
more
fine.
F
F
So
what
happens
in
a
situation
like
this
is
there's
a
negotiation
process
as
well
as
we
have
to
have
claims
to
send
out
so
the
claims
reports
by
the
time
we
got
them
out
to
the
carriers
and
now
they're
shopping
the
process
and
come
back.
We
can't
do
anything
until
the
incumbent
gives
us
their
information,
which
you'll
see
is
HDC.
F
Hdc
just
got
the
information
very
recently,
so
those
guys
have
to
kind
of
scratch
and
crawl
and
crawl
and
climb
to
get
this
information
back
historically
we're
about
a
week
behind
they
are
from
what
we've
seen.
So
it's
not
too
bad,
it's
not
outside
the
norm,
but
there's,
hopefully
that
answers
a
little
bit.
F
F
Am
today,
this
is
a
lot
easier.
You
will
see
the
second
exhibit
in
front
of
you
black
and
white.
It's
pretty
simple
through
negotiations
last
year,
I
think
some
of
you
all
may
remember
who
are
on
the
council.
Last
year
we
get,
we
were
able
to
negotiate
rate
guarantees,
meaning
those
carriers
would
lock
in
rates
for
multiple
years
and
every
in
every
carrier.
F
You
see
and
those
line
items
from
dental
to
supplemental
life,
insurance
lock
those
rates
in
so
you
know,
for
once
in
my
life,
I
could
come
in
and
say
there
is
no
rate
increases.
As
a
matter
of
fact,
they're
all
zeroed
out
this
year
is
a
pretty
easy
renewal
process
because
of
those
already
locked
in
contracts
in
place.
So
again,
more
than
happy
to
answer
any
questions
that
the
council
may
have.
H
K
H
K
M
M
There's
the
premiums
stayed
flat,
there's
actually
a
little
rate
reduction
because
we
increased
the
number
of
vehicles
by
eight
buying
vehicles
and
trailers
traded
out
a
lot
of
vehicles
even
bought
a
lot
of
new
ones,
and
the
net
difference
was
an
increase
of
eight
vehicles
and
then
the
down
under
the
inland
marine
section
about
two-thirds
of
the
way
down
there
you'll
see
that
we
bought
some
equipment
and
that
went
up
about
a
hundred
and
forty
thousand
dollars
and
then
the
down
near
the
bottom
there's
a
little
line
there.
That
says
cyber
liability.
M
Will
agree,
we
had
our
talk
about
the
internet
and
the
exposures,
and
this
has
become
if
you
remember
10
years
ago,
we
were
talking
about
this
thing.
Called
employment
practices
liability,
but
nobody
had
and
it's
become,
the
dominant
claims
generator
in
the
industry
now
and
I.
Think
you'll
see
that
same
thing
start
to
happen
with
cyber
liability
and
we
already
hear
about
the
Blue
Cross
breach
in
the
target
breach
and
the
things
like
that.
So
what
we
did
this
year
was
we.
M
We
changed
the
cyber
liability
to
a
broader
form,
the
form
we
had
was
sort
of
an
introductory
forum
that
came
into
the
industry
and
and
it
indemnified
us.
So
if
we
had
a
breach,
we
would
go
do
whatever
we
needed
to
do
and
then
it
would
reimburse
us
and
the
new
form,
steps
in
and
says,
don't
say
anything
don't
do
anything
will
take
over
and
sort
of
like
you,
you
saw
with
the
target
breach
the
company's
stepped
in
and
they
arranged
for
the
protection
for
all
everybody
that
was
breached
and
so
forth.
M
So
this
is
a
I
think,
an
important
coverage
and
the
good
part
about
it
is
that
is,
this
is
matured
in
the
industry.
The
limits
have
stayed
about
the
same
broadened
a
little
bit
and
the
deductibles
have
dropped,
so
we
had
15,000
last
year
and
it's
down
to
a
thousand
this
year.
So
that's
a
lot
of
talk
about
a
very
small
line
on
there,
but
I
think
it
was
it's
worth
noting
that
that
we
have
some
of
those
exposures,
especially
with
her
people,
logging
in
to
to
to
pay
bills
and
things
on
the
Internet.
M
M
It
went
from
a
t-1000
to
95,000,
which
percentage-wise
is
a
lot,
but
dollar-wise
is
you
know
it's
it's
not
that
much,
and
their
reasoning
was
that
our
claims
experience
was
a
lot
worse
than
they
had
more
claims
experience
since
they've
been
on
a
couple
of
years
to
evaluate
it.
I
think
this
is
the
third
year
that
they've
done
it
since
we
were
self-insured
before
regardless
of
the
increase
I
think
it's
still
it
it's
a
good
deal.
M
It
was
with
the
self
insurance
are
at
this
same
price.
Our
retention
was
half
a
million
dollars,
so
I
don't
find
myself
to
fit
in
the
g
ma
li
but
in
this
case
we're
at
$250,000
retention
in
a
deductible
form.
So
it
would
be
a
lot
higher
than
this
if
you
were
out
in
the
self-insured
marketplace
right
now.
M
We
can
always
expand
them
and
do
better
with
the
safety
programs,
but
these
guys
have
done
a
great
job
of
really
controlling
that
exposure
and
I
think
we're.
You
know
we're
from
a
budget
standpoint.
Logan
have
you
looked
at
the
impact
on
the
budget
that
deductibles
have
had
throw
you
a
curve
there
I'm
sorry.
B
M
M
K
K
B
You
so
you
haven't,
for
you
an
agenda
item
to
reallocate
some
positions
for
the
call
center
and
what
we're
trying
to
do
is
try
to
make
it
more
effective,
effective
and
efficient
for
a
customer
service
day
in
and
day
out
and
I'm,
giving
you
some
data
there
November
calls
when
we
started
this
call
center
with
6671
uploads.
We
had
200
van
about
for
judicial
December.
We
had
7100
I
calls
422
of
those.
B
But
what
we're
seeing
is
we're
having
to
rotate
positions
around
utilizing,
some
of
bronze
guys
from
Bengal
TV,
build
the
slots
and
that's
very
inefficient,
is
operation
very
inefficient
to
the
call
center
and
customer
services
operation,
because
we're
all
no
rotating
the
customer
service
representatives
around
to
have
this
staff.
So
everybody's,
not
always
on
the
same
page
when
there's
there's
absences
that
just
creates
a
hardship
on
either
of
our
staff.
B
So
what
we're
trying
to
do
is
come
up
with
a
solution:
that's
not
going
to
cost
the
city
any
more
money,
but
utilizing
our
existing
resources.
We
have
two
seasonal
workers
in
the
budget
at
twelve
thousand
dollars,
apiece.
Ok,
that
will
account
from
one
position
basically,
and
then
we
also
have
a
replacement
position
for
a
part-time
worker
has,
since
retired
from
the
city.
B
He
put
those
two
together
along
with
one
other
vacant
position.
I
was
already
in
the
budget
and
we'll
be
pretty
much
fully
staffed
and
I'm
casa
without
actually
cost,
but
so,
but
all
in
this
position
together.
That
will
give
this
or
eight
seven
thousand
dollars
available
and
the
replacement
position
to
projected
costs.
B
B
So
then
we're
going
to
have
another
position,
which
is
what
I'm
asking
me
for
this
number
213
number
two
will
be
created
from
the
two
seasonal
positions
which
have
traditionally
fulfilled
by
high
school
students,
but
you
know
we're
not
really
utilizing
that
effectively,
so
you
know
they're
in
they
work
for
a
few
months
in
their
out,
but
what
we
really
need
is
somebody
who
is
going
to
be
dedicated
in
the
call
center
day
in
and
day
out.
So
that's
per
second,
the
third
one
is
going
to
be
created
from
previously
filled
our
composition.
B
E
B
D
Are
going
to
be
starting
next
week
we
had
planned
on
that
as
I
said
jaw,
the
email
out
with
a
new
contractor
after
I
would
plan
on
starting
last
night.
There
was
a
software
issue
on
his
side
and
he
people's
blood
on
that
anymore.
There
to
be
an
issue
for
a
problem.
He's
worked
with
this
vendor
to
get
that
squared
away.
Basically,
what
we're
trying
to
do
is
marry.
D
F
B
Suddenly
everybody
to
you
will
have
three
different
call
center
folks
will
have
a
rotation
of
just
one,
there's
no
person
from
the
customer
service
area
that
you
see
out
song
here,
rather
than
just
rotating
that
full
staff
all
the
time,
so
they'll
take
their
turn
in
the
call
center.
But
it's
just
a
lot
more
people
we
fully
dedicated
to
being
in
the
call
center
having
to
worry
about
what's
out
front
here
and
bouncing
back
into
the
call
center
bronze.
B
D
Called
something
unusual:
it's
a
misstep
along
the
way,
fresh,
Lady,
Gaga
and
special
about
my
size,
just
working
on
something
on
the
telephone
side.
Then
he
starts
taking
a
phone
call
late.
He
might
miss
a
step
and
what
he
needs
to
do
its
our
issue
track
system,
I,
think
they'll,
Evans
correct
who
dedicated
people
that
are
in
there
all
day,
long
much
much
better
and.
D
This
this
other
popular
hours
call
so
that
is
all
fully
dedicated
to
utilities.
These
three
electric
cities,
several
cities,
all
over
the
state
of
Marietta
Cartersville
Douglas.
Several
cities
are
using
this
company
and
they
are
utility-based
call
center.
Instead
of
what
we're
using
now
is
a
place
in
after
hours
about
results,
we
don't
have
a
utilities
background,
please
think,
would
have
preferred
an.
H
B
D
We
have
some
of
those
girls
for
our
guys,
calling
it
and
we're
trying
to
figure
out
a
way
to
identify
them.
Our
guys
are
calling
if
they
did
rings
more
than
twice
valiant.
So
those
are
abandoned
college.
We
Michael
things
got
to
figure
out
how
I'd
be
those
college
I
think
if
you
kick
those
out
it
and
push
it
close
to
work
and.
B
E
D
Our
are
associated
telecoms
bet.
Does
the
billing
system
side
it's
pretty
quick
process
now,
when
I
was
I
teaching
to
three
days
to
get
an
expert
to
the
food
phone
system,
billing
system
and
telecom
system,
but
you
get
some
I
everyone
and
then
you
got
you
got
some
really
well.
Id
will
especially
have
to
train
them.
On
the
gas
side,
that's
coupled
a
class
that
everybody
the
action
we
didn't
have
to
go
to
a
state
mandate,
but
we
certainly
do
that.
D
B
B

the

Q
P
Mayor
council,
the
airport
is
doing
exactly
what
it
was
designed
to
do.
We
were
out
there
this
past
weekend.
I
saw
two
planes
come
in
from
out
of
state.
They
are
habitual,
stopovers
now
in
Monroe,
which
is
one
of
them.
It
was
his
third
time
there,
so
this
is
beginning
to
be
a
habit,
so
the
airport
is
is
doing
the
community
development
work
that
it
was
designed
to
do.
P
We
also
had
a
very
high
dollar
corporate
aircraft
land
there
about
I
guess
it's
been
about
30
days
ago
now,
but
looking
for
jet
a
fuel
and
chris
is
working
on
helping
us
get
everything
that
we
need
for
the
jet
a
truck.
That's
still
an
ongoing
situation,
but
Jeremiah
has,
as
you
heard
this
evening,
has
done
the
obstacle
clearance
we're
down
to
one
one
obstacle
and
less
than
a
year
ago
it
was
over
50.
So
things
have
gone
really
really
well
in
that
area.
So
those
things
will
be
completed
shortly.
P
We
can
apply
for
our
approaches.
In
our
January
meeting.
We
discussed
all
of
the
improvements
that
are
in
the
budget
for
this
coming
year,
which
includes
mr.
Richardson
building
hangers.
As
you
and
I
have
discussed
multiple
multiple
times,
so
all
of
those
things
are
in
progress.
The
Airport
Commission
is
still
moving
forward.
P
We're
looking
for
plans
we're
trying
to
finalize
within
the
next
few
months
our
five-year
plan
for
the
airport,
so
there'll
be
some
new
development
ideas
that
will
be
talking
about,
but
I'm
open
to
any
questions
that
you
might
have
when's
your
next
meeting
next
week
next
week.
Yes,
sir,
we're
winsty
right
eleven
o'clock
and
all
council
members
and
mayor
you're
always
welcome
at
our
Commission
meetings.
A
P
Glad
you
asked
that
question
we're
kind
of
been
the
beach
chair,
rental
business
when
it's
cloudy
and
rainy
on
the
beach.
You
don't
rent
a
lot
of
beach
chairs,
but
in
the
past
60
days
we've
sold
5000
gallons
of
fuel.
So
I'm
very
happy
with
that,
and
it
is
these
these
people
that
are
beginning
to
learn
that
there's
good
fuel
and
good
pricing
in
Monroe
Georgia.
P
One
of
the
gentlemen
that
I
was
talking
about
he's
from
Maryland,
has
a
home
in
Florida.
So
it's
a
perfect
stopover
for
him.
It's
about
halfway
for
his
trip,
and
that
word
is
beginning
to
get
out.
We
told
we
said
when
we
started
this.
It
would
be
a
growth
proposition
and
that
is
holding
to
be
true.
So
our
tanks
are
down
to
about
5,000
gallons
so
within
the
next
month
or
so
we'll
be
back
with
some
good
flying
weather
will
be
back
to
say
it's
time
to
top
them
off
again
anything
else.
All.
H
P
I
F
B
One
chair:
we
go
results
from
our
sanitary
survey.
We
had
back
in
September
2015.
This
is
worried,
PD
melted
in
doesn't
expensive
research
engli
calling
to
our
records
is
very
detailed
statement
by
the
week
long
process.
This
takes
place
every
three
years.
When
I
said
you
could
get
visited
every
year.
Every
three
years
is
comprehensive.
Think
you
can
see.
We
got
an
updated
before
this
year
and
five
point:
seven
percent.
B
Personally,
there
was
infected
or
ended
state
of
the
grid
not
adequately
staffed
on
our
distribution
system
for
system
our
side
under
90
miles
of
water
main
3055
service
in
one
form,
with
recent
magnates
in
the
Delta
State
for
the
investigating
early
detection,
meter
testing
and
all
these
new
requirements.
We
just
don't
have
the
expertise
to
do
those
type
of.
H
B
We
knew
this
is
coming
either.
They
we
don't
know
ask
us
to
an
additional
staff
at
the
time
with
either
so
we
could
have
one
position
to
the
budget
this
year
or
distribution
see
the
report
came
in
is
asking
for
additional.
So
we'll
do
the
one
issue
here:
I'll
probably
come
back
next
year,
national,
another
guy.
If
we
can
see
how
things
go
this
year,
what
we
can
accomplish
reader
testing
the
leak
detection
can
be
done.
B
H
E
B
O
B
This
is
asking
for
permission
to
send
two
guys
to
the
14th
and
southern
gas
association
spring
conferences
at
Columbia,
South
Carolina.
This
is
the
Congress
of
the
10
each
year.
We
do
this.
We
have
out
there
or
train
set,
and
we've
also
been
asked
to
do
a
transition
that
money
so
they'll
be
two
guys
going
down.
The
only
expense
will
help
will
be
there,
their
rooms
and
their
per
diem
for
the
wheels.
B
O
O
A
L
Gr
CH
retreat
it's
going
to
be
februari
twenty-third
and
twenty-fourth
in
Dublin,
Georgia
15
people
from
Monroe
will
be
attending
from
our
housing
team.
The
pre
retreat
many
meeting
was
held
last
week
and
it
went
really
well
and
we're
looking
forward
to
thinking
strategically
about
housing
and
growth
in
the
city.
Moving
forward,
I
attended
my
first
meeting
with
them
and
it
was.
It
was
very
enlightening
to
hear
all
of
the
things
that
we
have
the
course
nothing
final
at
this
point,
but
there's
some
upcoming
events
and
news
that
we
will
share,
and
within
the
month.
C
Let's
remember
saw
this
is
a
DNX,
a
shin
requests
by
the
Catholic
Church
and
the
archbishop.
The
Gregory
are
Wilton
Gregory.
It's
a
petition.
Number
fifteen
dash
zero,
zero,
three,
eight
three
and
again
they're
just
requesting
to
be
DNX
from
the
city.
They
have
thirteen
point,
six
acres
out
on
how
Kobe
street
and
if
you
have
any
questions
about
the
request,
I'll
be
glad
to
try
and
answer.
Oh,
let
me
just
add
this
on
the
code.
Forcement
staff
recommendation
is
for
approval.
C
C
A
A
A
Q
N
Miss
Mack
had
a
lot
of
calls
about.
How
were
we
going
to
proceed
with
chief
glass
actually
running
for
office
and
in
the
concern
worth
it
was
the
city
going
to
pay
him?
Why
his
campaign
and
see
the
time
and
I
actually
went
to
mr.
Matthew
justify
try
to
get
some
type
of
clarification
as
the
highest
process.
Excellent
work,
so
I'm
trying
to
actually
find
out
what
steps
are?
How
did
this
actually
working
for
us
here
for
you
now
that
you're
going
to
run?
Would
it
be
something
that
you
could?
N
What
would
you
have
to
step
down,
or
would
you
grab
you
actually
keep
your
job
and
go
ahead
and
run
for
off?
That's
the
clarification
that
I'm
trying
to
get
from
for
a
few
people.
That
accident
was
concerned
about
the
issue.
That's
my
understanding.
All
correct.
L
A
R
I,
don't
want
to
comment
to
that.
The
hatch
act
eviction
significantly
rewritten
in
2012
that
those
allow
city,
&
state
various
municipalities
to
continue
to
maintain
employment
while
running
for
various
political
positions,
whether
the
your
local
position
or
even
potentially
running
for
someone
as
high
scotland's
with
Hatch
Act,
was
significantly
ripped
in
two
thousand
twelve.
That
would
allow
such
a
scenario
to
occur
where
an
important
item,
municipal
city
or
even
a
county
or
a
school
board
in
certain
circumstances,
can
continue
to
maintain
employment
while
running
for
those
positions.
R
Certainly
our
personnel
policies
procedures
manual,
although
I
have
reviewed
specifically
I,
know
God's
will
dress
the
issue
of
conducting
personal
business
and/or
endorsing
whatever
candidates,
whether
it
be
yourself
or
someone
else,
while
one
city
I.
So
of
course
it
would
be
the
purview
of
the
city
administrator
to
ensure
that
all
employees
are
always
inviting
my
all
putting
a
positive
all
of
our
personnel
policies
and
procedures,
including
that
specific
issue.
F
R
To
the
Hatch
Act
2012
I
believe
it's
called
the
modernization,
the
Hatch
Act
Modernization
Act
of
2012.
That
was
a
different
answer,
but
since
the
Hatch
Act
has
been
essentially
rewritten
for
for
lack
of
a
better
term
for
small
town
governments,
County
School
Board
cities,
those
employees
are
able
to
maintain
their
jobs
and
still
seek
public
office.
Our
policies,
personnel
policies
procedures
manual,
although
I'm
not
intimately
familiar
every
single
wall
on
baseball.
My
discussions
with
mr.
N
R
Correct
there
is
no
there
is.
There
is
no
sitting,
no
personal
policy
per
seat
notice,
even
her
personal
policy
that
I'm
aware
of
it
were
prohibited
and
there
and
the
Hatch
Act
update
for
2012.
As
a
result
of
that
modernization
act,
the
Hatch
Act
no
longer
prohibit
prior
2012.
That
would
be
a
different
answer.
H
Is
the
action
item,
so
we
will
be
taking
a
boat
on
this.
It
is
purchase
of
yard
yard
spotter,
and
let
me
bring
that
one
up
north
with
male
into
the
public
works
committee
came
a
well
between
meetings
on
the
of
the
need
for
obtaining
an
additional
piece
of
equipment
called
a
yard
spot,
and
this
is
a
moat.
Give
it
a
little
refunded.
H
Any
follow-up
and
the
answer
detailed
questions
think,
but
basically
this
is
a
piece
of
equipment
that
is
used
to
move
the
trailer
certain
people
don't
stop
by
fair
transfer
station
and
get
it
around
we
had
to.
We
only
have
one
operation
at
this
time
and
the
other
one
is
beyond
repair,
so
we
need
to
purchase
another
one
to
buy.
H
One
of
these
new
is
excess
of
100
thousand
dollars,
which
we
have
chosen
not
to
do
in
fact,
they've
gotten
great
service
out
of
buying
used
ones,
and
we
had
an
opportunity
to
come
about
to
purchase
and
usually
how
mechanics
have
gone
and
inspected
it
and
its
local
is
immoral.
Then
you
know
found
it
to
be
real
novel
thing
for
less
than
half
the
cost
of
what
it
even
would
be.
We
needed
to
get
some
discussion
on
this
and
get
it
to
move
ahead
and
the
reasons
on
action
item
tonight.
H
So
we
had
a
discussion
of
this
through
email
with
the
committee.
The
committee
committee,
then
you
know
agree.
This
is
a
good
thing
important.
We
need
to
do
through
the
discussion
and
we
wanted
to
bring
it
to
the
full
council
tonight.
So
if
you
look
back
on
your
agenda
where
it
would
have
been
earlier,
you
can
see
all
the
paperwork
and
details
on
it.
