property
within
two
to
three
days
after
that
I
had
a
statement
put
in
your
mailbox,
I,
don't
know
if
any
of
you
have
checked
their
mailbox,

I

same
copy
of
the
letter
here.
If
you
would

to

just

follow

the
city
did
come
and
put
a
little
patch
of
dirt
and
threw
out
some
grass
seed
beside
my
driveway.

told

this
was
going
on,

I
asked
about
this-
I
was
told
that
this
that
anything
that
was
changed
on
my
property
would
be
corrected
in
the
same
order.
It
was,
or
even
better

see
when
something
is
going
to
happen,
spend
a
month
and
I
haven't
heard
from
any
council
member.

have
met
with
department
works
on
two
occasions.
There
are

property
line
issues,
it's
Jonathan
speaking
about
her
property,
but
there's
another
property
owners
that
appear
to
be
involved
and
so
working
cropping

dressed.
So
we
can
figure
out
exactly
what
issues
occurs.

This
is
his
brainchild,

I'm

any
questions

there
may

I
was
just
going
to
talk
about
the
project
in
general
and
then,
if
there
any
other
pacific
specifics,
we
can
deal
with
those
later,
but
in
general,
this
plan
is
really
based
on
playing
off
whatever.

What
all
would
already
is
incredible
in
the
downtown
area
we
already
have
concerts
sidewalks
this
revitalization
of
the
historic
downtown,
the
revitalization
of
the
mills,
which
has
been
a
huge
driver
for
this
being
possible,
and
so
this
plays
off
of
that
in
the
sense
that
we
add
green
space.
We
use
connectivity
with
sidewalks
and
other
greenways,
whether
that
be
biking,
golf
carting,
walking
and
also
somewhat
of
a
reprieve
from
having
to
use
the
automobile
for
every
type
of
service
you
may
use
in
your
daily
life.
The
idea
is
that
you
can
walk
to
a
restaurant.

You
can
walk
to
a
salon.
You
can
go
get
something
at
a
store,
maybe
that'd
be
grocery
or
a
gift
or
whatever
it
may
be,
and
so
that's
sort
of
the
general
idea
and
the
kind
of
community
when
we
want
to
create-
and
really
it's
already
here
and
it's
enhancing
that
and
this
plan,
while
it
seems
new
in
a
sense,
it's
really
taking
what
was
great
about
the
old
way.
New
urbanism
is
a
prehistory
World,
War
2
layout
plan
idea
of
how
to
create
community
before
the
automobile.

Porches
porch
is
a
big
feature
of
most
of
these
housing
types,
whether
it's
a
you
know,
a
thousand
square
foot
home
or
3,500
square-foot
home
this
porch
entryway
idea
and
creating
these
developmental
controls.
So
we
have
some
comfort
over
what
these
housing
types
look
like
about
the
materials
that
are
used
and
also
within
those
parameters,
you're
able
to
create
an
individual
housing
type.
So
not
everything
looks
the
same
and
it
came
up
at
Planning
and
Zoning.

You
know
what
what's
a
way
that
I,
you
know
as
someone
just
looking
at
this
picture
can
envision
what
it
would
feel
like
to
walk
down
the
street
and
I
used
Walton
Street
as
the
example.
It's
somewhat
different
right.
There
are
no
alleys.
The
housing
types
will
be
a
little
bit
different,
but
the
way
you
walk
down
the
street
you
enjoy
the
sidewalk.
You
know
your
neighbors,
not
every
house
is
exactly
the
same,
but
in
general
the
materials
used.

All
that
sort
of
thing
is
really
attractive,
and
so
that's
the
idea
here
and
to
also
enhance
what
we
have
to
offer
as
a
city
by
creating
housing
types
that
can
fit
different
groups
while
working
together
and
mixing
the
young
and
the
old,
and
that's
a
really
important
point
for
this.
You
know
if
you
want
to
paint
my
dream,
it
would
be.

You
have
the
family
with
the
two
children,
you
know
toward
one
end
and
then
you
have
the
grandparents
who
are
kind
of
tired
of
the
larger
yard
and
taking
care
of
you
know
larger
home
and
they
want
to
turnkey
home.
So
they
can
go
for
two
weeks
but
they're
near
their
child
and
grandchild
and
there's
this
walkability
in
this
mixing
of
Ages
and
wisdom
and
experience.
So
that's
that's
the
whole
kind
of
theme,
an
idea
of
why
this
is
important,
why
it's
worked
elsewhere.

You'll
see
a
few
things
to
point
out
in
the
red
corner,
near
walk
or
drive
that
is
potentially.
You
know,
there'll
be
some
flexibility
with
this,
but
it's
potentially
a
retirement
area
and
when
I
say
that
I
think
a
lot
of
times,
we
get
pictures
of
maybe
what
we
already
have
in
the
city.
However,
I
really
hope
that
this
is
going
to
be
something
different
because
I've
been
to
communities
where
they
have
done
these,
and
it's
really
as
though
you're
just
walking
down
the
street
and
you
really
hardly
notice.

Yet
all
those
services
are
provided
and
it's
really
well
integrated
into
the
fabric
of
the
community.
There's
also
a
place
for
a
school.
Obviously
there
again
there'll
be
some
flexibility
with
that,
depending
on
you
know,
if
there
is
a
school
that
wants
to
do
that,
but
again
the
idea
is
using
this
outdoor
experience
being
able
to
have
a
classroom
in
the
outdoors
in
these
green
spaces.
There's
also
a
creek
that
really
is
a
great
natural
feature
and
amenity.

we
need
this,
and
when
I
get
this,
I
am
able
to
really
have
those
meetings
with
people
that
I've
identified.
That
really
can
do
this,
because
this
has
been
done
well
around
the
country
and
I
really
like
to
start
at

try
to
get
those
people
that
have
done
it
well
before
and
are
well
financed
and
know
about
the
materials,
no

parcel
that
already
contains
a
non-conforming
sign.
So
if
we
grant
them
the
variance
to
use
it,
as
is
it,

is
still
a
non
conform
sign
and
the
other
applicant
wouldn't
be
able
to
have
their
their
sign
until
it
was
corrected
and
made
conforming.

Basically,
taking
the
area
which
is
about
two
feet:
high,
that's
open
between
the
two
columns
on
each
side,
down
to
the
ground
from
the
bottom
of
sign.
It's
already
a
rather
large
stone
sign
in
it.
So
it's
a
very
nice
sign.
There
was
no
there's
no
way
to
even
argue
that,
but
it's
non-conforming,
so
just
filling
in
that
space
with
the
stone
or
brick
would
make
it
conforming
and
they
could
use
the
oval
that's
already
there,
which
calculates
out
to
just
about
35
square
feet
as
it
is
if
they
just
fill
in.
