Description
Description
A
Typically,
we
do
a
prayer
to
open
our
council
meetings
at
the
meetings
I've
attended
in
the
past.
Greg
did
a
fine
job
doing
that
and
and
my
friend
Nathan
Durham
has
been
asked
to
join
us
tonight.
He
is
the
pastor
of
new
beginnings.
Bible
Church
on
Spring
Street
I
got
to
hear
him
yesterday
at
the
Martin
Luther
King
presentation
at
what
was
the
name
of
the
Baptist
Church
and
social
circle
anyway
outstanding,
and
this
is
Nathan.
He
wore
his
malaria
purple
hurricane
attire
tonight,
I've
asked
you
me,
police,
say
the
blessing
for
us.
Go.
B
Ahead,
thank
you
so
much.
Let
us
pray
father
God,
we
honor
you,
we
reverence
you.
We
fear
you!
We
thank
you
God
for
this
day
Lord.
Your
word
teaches
us
then,
and
everything
we
are
to
give
thanks
and
we
just
thank
you
and
bless
your
name.
Thank
you
for
life,
health
and
strength.
We
thank
you
God
for
I
entrusted
and
elected
officials.
We
act
now
God
that
even
in
the
marketplace
or
the
meeting
place,
that
we
will
have
a
love
for
you
and
a
love.
B
I
thought:
oh
man,
I
pray,
God
that
you
would
grant
us
wisdom,
I,
pray,
God
that
in
the
decisions
we
make
in
the
fruit
of
our
labor,
that
somebody
would
have
a
better
life
bless
our
city
in
Jesus,
name
and
I
prayed
that,
ultimately,
you
would
get
all
of
the
glory
and
all
of
the
praise
throughout
this
meeting.
Let
us
be
on
one
Accord
in
Jesus
name,
Amen.
Thank.

By
mr.
Ross
Bradley,
all
in
favor
opposed
motion
carries
I
now
need
an
approval
of
the
consent
agenda,
which
contains
a
number
of
items
a
through
K,
which
is
all
in
your
on
your
agenda.
The
one
we
did
take
off
was
the
patrol
cars
that
will
be
moved
to
next
month,
with
a
little
more
study
on
that
could
have
an
approval
or
motion
for
the
approval
of
the
consent
agenda
summer.

And
big
kudos
to
Logan
and
to
Pat
and
to
sadie
as
well
for
working
on
it
and
to
my
associate
mr.
couch,
we
all
dug
into
it
for
quite
a
while
and
kudos
to
the
legislature
for
updating
quite
a
few
things
that
made
it
easier
for
us
to
get
a
little
more
progressive
on
our
alcohol
ordinances.
So
I
think
this
is
a
really
good
ordinance
that
everyone's
going
to
appreciate
I
know.
C
A
H
Rosenthal
Thank,
You,
Mara
I'll,
take
this
and
read
it.
I
would
defer
questions
to
mr.
Kelly,
but
I
think
he's
stuck
upstairs
at
Planning
and
Zoning.
So
this
is
mr.
Kelly's
ordinance
and
I'm
generally
familiar
with
it,
but
this
is
to
clean
up
our
driveway
access
inner
parcel
access
ordinances
under
our
development
regulations.
He
just
walked
in.
H
D
No
sir,
but
they
do
mirror
the
county's
requirements
and
the
county
would
have
to
give
approval
for
the
same
or
similar
situation
as
we'd
have
there
before.
We
could
even
issue
a
development
permit.
So
I
guess
the
answer
is
yes,
they
would
apply,
but
not
necessarily
through
our
office
but
through
the
county
on
their
Road.
Okay,.
