We
also
know
that
we
have
responsibility
to
do
things.
Do
the
right
things
for
the
people
of
Monroe
in
father.
Just
ask
you
to
be
with
us
as
a
council,
as
we
have
discussions,
and
we
make
decisions
that
in
all
that
we
do.
We
remember
each
of
the
people
that
live
here
in
Monroe
each
of
the
segments
of
people
that
we
make
decisions
for
the
whole,
but
remembering
the
individual.
B
All
that
we
ask
you
to
be
with
us
tonight,
as
we
go
into
this
meeting,
we're
thankful
for
the
people
that
are
here
in
attendance,
we're
thankful
for
the
City
of
Monroe
staff
and
we're
thankful
for
members
of
this
council
that
give
up
their
time
for
service
to
the
people.
We
have
to
ask
you
to
bless
everyone
here,
because
I
pray
in
my
saviors
name,
Jesus
Christ,
amen,
amen,.

A
E
A
Mr.
Nathan
little
sorry
motion
by
mr.
Nathan
little
I
thought
he
thought
you
were
throwing
your
voice
there
in
the
second
one
mr.
Adcock
any
discussion
hearing,
none
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
all
opposed
like
sign
motion,
carries
no
public
presentation.
Tonight
we
have
invited
a
couple
of
folks
to
come,
speak
in
and
then
I
have
one
small
presentation
before
we
get
to
public
comment
on
stage
Walton.
Mr.
mark
hamis
is
with
us
tonight
mark.
Would
you
like
to
come
forward
I.
G
F
The
onstage
Board
of
Directors
want
to
thank
you
all
so
much
for
letting
me
come
here
tonight
to
speak
with
you
and
definitely
want
to
thank
you
for
the
funding
that
you
gave
us
for
our
new
roof
and
beautification
of
our
ground.
It
trust
me
the
patrons
everyone
appreciates
that
part
just
wanted
to
give
you
a
little
brief
history.
As
far
as
on
on
stage,
let
you
know
where
we're
going.
F
What
we're
doing,
as
you
all
know,
on
stage,
has
been
here
in
Monroe,
since
1971
continuing
to
expand
and
grow
we're
a
nonprofit
organization,
nonprofit
community
theater
this
year,
we're
actually
expanding
and
doing
six
main
stage
performances
six
main
stage
shows
in
the
past.
We've
only
done
four.
If
you've
been
to
one
of
the
onstage
shows,
you
know
that
they
sell
out
are
90
seats.
Theater
is
wonderful,
but
it's
full.
H
F
As
far
as
we
do
workshops
for
young
people,
we
do
four
of
those
during
the
year
and
then
different
ones
for
adults,
then
as
well.
Besides
that
I
do
education
outreach.
As
far
as
going
out
to
the
schools,
we
do
our
one-act
high
school
festival
for
our
the
one,
all
the
high
schools
here
in
Wayne
County
for
there
weren't
competitions,
giving
them
a
chance
to
for
each
other
in
community
to
actually
be
able
to
see
them.
Besides.
The
contents,
like
I,
said
we're
just
continuing
to
expand.
A
Questions
for
mr.
Thomas
I
just
want
to
tell
you
how
much
I
appreciate
the
work
that
you
do
and
he
said
every
shows
a
sellout
and
he
absolutely
means
every
shows
a
sell
out.
Our
shows
the
cabarets
that
are
done
at
wayfarer
brings
them
downtown
for
a
different
venue,
teaches
a
bunch
of
kids
and
we
have
a
lot
of
talent
here.
F
A
A
J
J
So
the
Watson
County
4-h
program
is
actually
a
collaboration.
It's
a
part
of
the
Cooperative
Extension
servus
and
in
our
office
we
have
three
different
program:
areas:
Agriculture
and
Natural,
Resources
Family
and
Consumer
Science
and
4-h
youth
development,
and
so
all
three
of
those
program
areas
work
within
our
County
program
to
give
services
to
the
citizens
of
the
county
our
respective.
J
As
far
as
our
4-h
youth
development
program
is
concerned,
we
are
actually
a
collaboration
for
the
state
of
Georgia
and
we're
a
collaboration
between
the
University
of
Georgia's,
College
of
Agricultural
and
environmental
sciences
on
the
UGA
s,
College
of
Family
and
consumer
sciences,
Fort
Valley,
State
University,
the
USDA,
our
respective
counties.
So
here
we
are
a
collaboration
with
Walton
County,
I'm,
Georgia,
4h
Foundation
and
the
National
4-h
Council.
So
those
are
all
of
the
ears
that
we
collaborate
with
to
be
able
to
provide
programming
here,
there's
just
a
little
history
about
Georgia
4h.
J
We
do
that
through
three
main
program
areas:
I'm
stem
and
agriculture,
health,
healthy
living
and
civic
engagement,
and
here
in
our
County.
We
also
do
that
through
four
main
based
programming
areas
in
school
programming,
project,
achievement,
camp
and
state
council.
We
also
have
another
area,
which
is
specialty
clubs,
which
is
not
a
base
program
for
Georgia
4h,
but
we
do
offer
a
great
deal
of
programs
in
that
area
for
the
youth
of
our
County
as
well.
J
So,
within
our
in-school
programming,
we
actually
go
into
every
5th
grade
class
within
the
Walton
County
School,
District,
social
circle,
city,
school
and
George
Walton
Academy.
So
this
year
we
have
approximately
51
classes
of
students
and
we
usually
range
between
1,200
to
1,300
students.
We
also
do
after
school
at
the
three
middle
schools
within
the
county
and
social
circle.
Middle
project
achievement
gives
students
an
opportunity
to
pick
a
project,
research,
a
topic
and
they
present
on
that
topic,
both
at
the
area
level,
the
district
level,
as
well
as
the
state
level.
J
Our
students
participate
in
camp
each
summer
and
they
have
an
opportunity
from
fourth
to
sixth
grade
to
attend
camp
with
us
at
any
of
the
five
campus
facilities
that
we
have
available.
And
then
we
also
have
state
council,
which
is
where
our
state
officers
are
elected,
and
our
8th
through
12th
graders,
have
an
opportunity
to
attend
the
year.
These
are
all
of
the
specialty
clubs
and
judging
teams
that
we
have
here
in
Walton
County
as
I
stated
earlier.
J
They
are
not
a
base
program
area,
but
we
do
try
to
make
sure
that
we
have
plenty
of
opportunities
for
our
students
here
in
Walton
County.
If
you
have
any
questions,
we're
located
just
up
the
street
100
North
Broad
Street
right
on
the
corner
of
Springer
brah
feel
free
to
stop
by.
If
you
have
any
suggestions
for
anything,
you
would
like
to
see
in
our
program.
Thank
you.
Thank.
A
You
Cassandra
there
any
questions,
comments.
I
just
want
to
tell
you
how
much
we
appreciate
what
you
do
for
Walton
County
your
effect.
He
said,
1,300,
kids
on
a
very
regular
basis.
She
helps
develop
leaders
she's
working
with
with
just
long-term
safety
and
and
leadership
development
impact
of
the
city,
so
I
know
you've
worked
tirelessly,
she's
a
Mississippi,
State
Bulldog
and
we're
all
that
against
her
really
glad
you
came
thank.
A
A
D
E
A
A
Okay,
if
you
would
like
to
get
against
your
all
speaking
on
the
same
topic,
if
you'd
like
to
get
together
and
pick
three
or
four
representatives
to
speak
for
you
as
a
group,
more
than
happy
to
let
that
go,
I
believe
Cindy
littles
here
from
fish
I
know
Chris
Connors,
here
from
the
White
House
more
than
happy
to
to
speak,
but
I
just
you
may
prefer
to
have
one
or
we
could
be
here
for
a
while.
First
on
the
list
is
Cindy
little
from
fish,
you'd
like
to
come
to
the
front,
miss
little
and
speak.
M
N
Good
evening
my
name
is
Cindy
little
I'm,
the
executive
director
of
faith
and
serving
humanity
incorporated
this
evening,
I'm
representing
the
churches
and
their
pastors.
We
are
anguished
by
the
conditions
our
neighbors
are
living
in
at
conestoga
trailer
park.
We
understand
the
need
for
marked
improvements
in
the
park.
We
respect
the
City
of
Monroe
stance
on
the
issue.
We
are
assisting
those
that
rent
in
helping
them
to
relocate,
we're
setting
up
and
providing
boxes
and
containers.
We
are
going
to
be
renting
u-haul
trucks.
N
We
are
also
going
to
have
folks
that
will
let
their
trucks
be
used.
We
are
having
volunteers
to
help
with
some
of
those
that
are
disabled,
who
cannot?
Pack.
We
have
volunteers
that
are
also
helping
move,
so
we
will
have
moving
Saturday's
all
the
way
up
to
the
October
11th
cutoff
date.
We
have
searched
and
investigated
the
area
to
find
lots
to
relocate
the
trailers
which
are
owned
by
the
individuals.
This
is
a
challenge.
N
It
will
not
be
easy
and
it
will
not
be
cheap.
We
as
the
church
would
like
to
ask
the
city
for
mercy
and
grace
on
the
trailers
which
are
owned
by
the
individuals.
Please
allow
the
utilities
to
remain
on
for
these
trailers
approximately
15
past
the
October
11th
deadline.
Thank
you
for
your
kind
consideration.
Thank.
A
K
K
Please
understand
we
do
not
blame
the
city
in
any
way.
We
know
where
the
blame
lies,
but
they
are
so
many
of
us
who
do
own
our
homes.
We
have
checked
there's
nowhere
that
we
can
move
our
homes
to
one
lot.
That
I
did
find
my
home
wouldn't
fit
it.
It
was
too
big
because
I
do
have
one
of
the
biggest
mobile
homes,
as
many
of
us
do.
K
I
guess
right
now,
I
feel
like
one
of
the
concerns
with
the
homeowners.
What
is
gonna
happen
to
our
homes?
Now
I
I
still
owe
a
mortgage
on
mine.
So
whatever
happens,
if
I
can't
can't
move
my
home
or
I
can't
leave
my
home
me
and
a
few
others
are
still
gonna
have
to
pay
a
mortgage
and
we're
going
to
be
paying
a
mortgage
for
something
that
we
can't
live
in
and
we
are
asking
that
y'all,
please.
K
You
know
all
that
to
help
us
some
of
the
questions
that
I
did
have
when
some
of
them
do
start
moving,
and
we
have
some
kind
of
law
enforcement
in
to
keep
looters
from
coming
in
and
stealing
people's
property.
We
have
done
started
having
people
to
come
in
ripping
off
trailers
that
people
have
already
moved
from.
K
Well,
for
years,
I
asked
for
my
cable
to
be
buried
that
where
they
came
in
and
running
in
my
cable
and
it
has
not
been
buried
yet
it
just
lays
on
the
ground.
So
every
time
there's
no
neighbor
we'll
get
supper,
cuts
his
grass.
He
cuts
my
line.
Well,
the
city
has
to
come
out
and
fix
it,
and
it's
still
not
buried
another
concern.
You
know
like
what
are
the
code
violations
and
what
can
we
do
to
help
feces
code
violations
that
would
help
it
to
benefit
for
us
also.
K
I
K
Our
B
and
Anthony
are
just
lady
living
it
blind
lot.
They
are
and
okay,
a
lot
of
them
have
pets.
My
dog
is
a
service
dog
I
have
seizures,
she
detects
my
seizures
before
I
do
and
she
helps
and
a
lot
of
them.
You
know
our
pets
or
our
family.
Just
like
you
know
one
of
our
kids
and
it's
not
going
to
be
easy
for
people
to
find
places
that
are
going
to
allow
them
to
keep
that
part
of
their
family.
And,
finally,
what
is
actually
going
to
happen
to
us
I.
A
Appreciate
your
coming
in
in
and
sympathetically
applied
and
I'm
not
sure
this.
This
is
not
a
question-and-answer
session
and
without
I,
don't
think
the
property
owner
is
here.
So
we
have
to
address
a
lot
of
your
issues,
specifically
with
the
owner
of
the
property,
so
we
wouldn't
be
able
to
reply
anyway.
A
K
O
O
And
brought
our
little
euro
in
there
with
us.
Conestoga
was
a
very,
very
dangerous
part.
You
didn't
even
go
in
in
the
daytime
letter,
let
alone
the
night
time,
but
we
did
and
what
I've
seen
the
poverty,
what
I've
seen
God
do
it's
transformed
that
part
and
transformed
the
people.
It
is
a
hundred
percent
better
than
it
was
15
years
ago.
It's
the
safe
place.
Now
kids
can
play
outside.
They
used
to
kid
in
a
playoff
because
it
was
dangerous.
They
can
play
outside.
It's
the
family
part
people
help
each
other.
We
have
widows
there.
O
O
Even
if
they
find
a
place
here
so
there's
lots
of
variables
with
that,
but
I
just
wanted
you
to
know
that
I
have
witnessed
the
change
in
Conestoga,
and
you
know,
of
course,
all
the
15
years
I've
been
there
I've
always
heard.
You
know
that
the
city
was
gonna
close
the
part,
but
that
never
happened.
You
know
so
I'm.
You
know
in
my
heart
because
I
care
about
me
I
may
not
love
them.
A
P
I
lived
in
South
Side
a
long
time
ago
when
I
was
a
little
kid
and
I
wouldn't
dare
to
go
and
Conestoga
whenever
I
was
a
little
kid
and
I
wasn't
even
moved
in
there
five
ten
years
ago,
but
now
it
really
is
a
decent
place
to
live,
and
everything
like
that
and
ever
since
there's
code
enforcement
paper
came
out
since
August
I've
been
looking
non-stop
for
a
place,
I
haven't
found
nothing
nothing
available.
I
have
two
dogs
that
are
in
my
house:
that's
a
but
they're,
pretty
much
they're.
P
So
basically
it's
really
hard
for
me
as
a
father
to
take
care
of
my
little
girl
and
I'm
paying
child
support
and
I
got
all
the
stress
and
of
the
bills
and
everything
but
I'm
happy
to
have
the
stress
of
the
bills,
because
that's
what
makes
me
stronger
as
a
man,
but
it's
just
ridiculous,
because
we
keep
coming
together
as
a
community
like
he
sit
there
and
said
we
have
we're
here
to
help
so
I.
Don't
understand
why
we
can't
come
together
as
a
community
to
come
and
help.
P
We
have
people
that
depend
on
their
income.
They
only
get
one
check
check.
My
check.
I've
lived
all
my
life
ever
since
I
was
15
years
old
I
how
to
get
it
myself,
a
haircut
shoes
socks.
Anything
I
had
to
go,
get
it
on
my
own
I.
Don't
ask
people
for
having
us
I,
don't
like
asking
people
Fran,
no
I'm,
pretty
sure
all
these
people
that
are
here
are
residents
because
they
don't
want
to
move
they're
happy
where
they're
at
and
it's
just.
P
G
Years,
she's,
84
years
old-
and
you
know
everybody's
being
displaced
but
I,
just
kind
of
like
to
reiterate
that
like
to
me
for
one
thing:
we
don't
get
information
from
the
owners.
We
don't
see
the
owners,
the
owners
are
not
answering
any
of
their
questions.
It's
a
very
stressful
thing
for
all
of
these
people,
but
they're
going
through,
and
you
said
that
it's
not
a
question-and-answer
thing
right.
G
They've
talked
about
they've
gotten
two
letters,
they've
got
the
notice
of
disconnection
of
utility
services
and
it
has
sections
18
67,
B
and
98
7
in
this
crowd.
That,
even
though,
is
what
that
means.
You
know
why
it's
being
shut
down,
if
there's
a
danger
that
they
should
all
be
worried
about
or
not
they
state
that
the
code
violations
but
they've
taken
steps
to
address
them.
They
said
that
they've
hired
a
law
firm
to
help
get
an
extension
and
there
and
talks
with
buyers
that
can
pay
for
all
improvements.
The
city
requires
everybody
Sears.
G
G
We
said
she's
gonna
be
displaced,
she's
independent.
She
doesn't
want
to
move.
She
owns
her
home,
they
we
have
searched
and
searched
and
searched
I
mean
through
the
Housing
Authority
you're
talking
four
year
waiting
list
for
a
one-bedroom,
oh
I
mean
for
a
one-bedroom
house
through
the
Housing
Authority.
G
G
The
I
went
to
the
Housing
Authority
and
talked
to
the
man
there
and
asked
him
about
the
emergency
housing
because
we
keep
here
and
there
is
there
isn't,
and
some
of
these
questions
are
the
things
that
need
to
be
addressed
to
the
people
and
who
is
responsible
to
answer
their
questions.
It's
not
the
city
of
Monroe
and
it's
not
the
Housing
Authority,
and
it's
not.
You
know
what
I'm
saying:
where
do
we
go?
Who
are
we
trying
to
get
the
answers
from
who's?
Gonna
help
I.
A
Understand
in
again,
that's
not
a
question-and-answer
session
right
and
we
are
sympathetic
and
we're
sympathetic
as
we
can
be,
and
we
gone
round
and
round
and
round
with
a
property
owner
just
as
I'm
sure
his
tenants,
our
tenants
have
who've
paid
him
rent,
but
I
can't
address
the
property
owner
without
his
being
here
and-
and-
and
these
are.
These
are
questions
that
as
a
council,
we
just
can't
answer.
G
G
G
A
H
The
trailer
park
and
the
very
last
point
it
says,
September
10th
2019,
the
city
of
Monroe,
is
still
willing
to
accept
a
serious
and
detailed
plan
of
action
from
the
owner
on
addressing
all
the
concerns.
As
stated
in
the
June
7
and
just
the
question
I
have
is
my
understanding,
along
with
miss
little
from
someone
that
met
with
us
yesterday
of
a
serious
interest
in
purchasing
the
property,
and
they
would
be
willing
to
a
plan
to
bring
it
up
to
code
if
they
were
allowed
to
do
so
and
I'm
sure.
H
H
I
And
as
well
as
what
the
gentleman
for
the
last
gentleman
said,
I
think
that
I'm
very
grateful
for
you
to
consider
this
extension
I
wanted
to
mention
that
one
thing
that
these
good
people
hear
a
lot
of
them
are
electricians,
plumbers,
ditch-diggers.
They
have
a
wealth
of
training
and
experience
and
they
are
most
willing
to
put
their
hands
into
the
dirt
and
upkeep
this
Park.
I
I
I
Q
You
this
is
an
application
for
a
signed
variance
at
206.
This
says
150
Baker
Street,
but
it
actually
on
Hammond
Drive
the
sign
and
they're
asking
for
a
variance
to
allow
them
to
modify
an
existing
non-conforming
sign
to
a
lower
level
of
nonconformity,
allowing
that
changeable
copy
signed.
We
changed
out
to
LED
and
and
to
keep
the
First
Christian
Church
portion
of
the
sign
internally
illuminated
the
Planning
Commission
recommended
approval
when
we've
recommended
approval
with
conditions
that
it
be
made
more
conforming
by
using
suitable
materials
like
metal
or
wood
and
use
halo
lighting.
A
C
Lee
dealer
to
represent
First
Christian
Church
and
we
are,
as
you
explained,
looking
to
update
our
sign
that
the
current
one
was
installed
some
time
after
Sherman's
army
left.
It
was.
It
was
state-of-the-art
at
one
time,
but
we're
looking
now
for
a
digital
sign
and
our
plan
was
to
install
it
within
the
same
framework
early
and
it's
a
brick
framework
and
that
that
was
our
intention.
C
A
Okay,
thank
you.
Is
there
anyone
here
to
speak
in
favor
of
the
variance
to
have
anyone
here
to
speak
against
variance
hearing
none
I'll
clear
this
portion
of
the
meeting
closed,
we'll
revisit
that
in
just
a
few
moments,
moving
to
new
business
and
guess:
what's
the
new
bear
new
business?
Is
the
variance
of
your
sign
I'll,
open
the
floor
to
council
members
for
discussion
interaction?
Please
do
I,
have
a
motion.
D
B
Q
A
B
A
R
We
do
appreciate
the
support
of
the
council
and
mayor
and
all
of
the
city,
employees
that
are
so
active
in
most
of
our
events
that
we
have.
You
do
have
our
community
magazine
and
map
in
your
packets,
and
we
are
excited
that
we'll
be
going
to
annual
magazine
next
year.
So
it'll
keep
a
little
more
current
and
relevant
to
what's
going
on
in
the
communities,
our
membership.
We
actually
have
259
members
and
Monroes.
That
makes
up
almost
50%
of
our
total
membership
and
the
chamber
network
breakfast.
R
We
just
held
a
network
breakfast
at
the
community
building
and
we
had
over
70
people
there
and
that
was
tripled
what
we
had
last
year.
So
that
was
a
huge
turnout.
A
couple
people
said
we
might
outgrow
that
space.
Actually
so
coffee
and
connections
luncheon
several
events
we've
had
16
ribbon
cuttings.
Here
we
have
three
coming
up
in
the
city
we
have
Edison's
Wonderland
this
Friday
at
2:00
p.m.
we
have
team-up
mentoring
on
September
25th
at
10:00
a.m.
and
then
Sanders
consign
designers.
R
It
will
be
October
3rd
and
we
don't
have
the
day
quite
picked
for
it
yet
and
I
mean
the
time
picked
forever.
It'll
be
October
3rd
and
then,
of
course,
we're
trying
to
get
something
broad
to
get
his
schedule
too.
So
we'll
get
that
we'll
get
that
on
the
calendar.
Also,
a
new
event
that
we
have
we're
excited
about
is
our
battle
of
the
burgers
and
that
will
be
September.
28Th
that'll
be
on
course
Street
on
the
opposite
end
from
the
farmers
market,
we've
coordinated
with
them.
R
As
far
as
getting
the
Farmers
Market
vendors
in
and
out,
we
have
eight
competing
for
the
title
of
the
best
burger
in
Walton
County,
and
so
we
have
amici
chilies
cotton
cafe:
lraa
burger,
RJ
soul,
food
Silver,
Queen
South
on
broad
in
your
path.
So
we're
excited
about
that
and
you
can
get
your
tickets
online
at
Walter
and
battle
of
the
burgers
com.
R
We
are
holding
our
Expo
in
Monroe
this
year
and
we
are
rebranding
that
to
the
Walton
Palooza
and
that
will
be
held
November
5th
at
the
engine
room,
so
we're
excited
about
that
new
venue
and
the
rebrand.
For
that
event,
we
think
that
the
public
might
want
to
come
to
Appaloosa
more
so
than
the
expo.
So
we
think
that
that
will
be
a
nice
rebrand
and
just
a
real,
quick
reminder
of
our
community
programs,
our
adult
leadership,
walton
program,
our
youth
leadership,
programs,
juniors
and
seniors
reality-check
programs.
R
We
do
with
8th
grade
students
and
then
walt
and
proud.
We
are
trying
to
extend
that
brand
a
little
bit
past
education,
and
so
we
invite
all
of
you
to
use
the
hashtag
Walton
proud
when
you're
posting
about
you
know,
new
business
openings
or
new
events
or
whatever's
going
on
in
the
City
of
Monroe
by
local
I,
did
include
in
your
packets
about
local
cards.
So
if
you
haven't
already
purchased
one
or
if
you
have,
you
can
pass
that
along
to
somebody
else,
but
that's
we
have.
R
Almost
everybody
in
downtown
is
on
the
by
local
card.
So
you
get
some
great
discounts
over
60
total
discounts
in
the
county
on
that
card
and
that
we
love
to
encourage
people
to
shop
at
home.
First,
some
dates,
you
probably
don't
have
yet
is
October.
The
9th
at
6:30
letters
will
be
mailed
out
this
week
to
the
candidates,
but
that
will
be
our
political
candidate
forum
for
the
City
of
Monroe
for
the
next
election
October
9th
at
6:30,
and
so
we'll
be
getting
information
promoted
on
that.
R
As
soon
as
we
get
the
letters
to
the
candidates
this
week,
young
game,
changers
I,
thought
that
the
report
was
was
great.
I
know,
I
was
included
in
several
of
those
interviews
and,
of
course
we
would
offer
the
chamber
support
in
any
of
the
planned
job
decide
to
proceed
with,
even
by
having
questions
here.
R
R

David

any
discussion.
Any

we'll
get
that
to
you.
Thank

moved
to
appointments
for
the
Planning
Commission.
We
have
two
appointments
on
the
Planning
Commission
that
expired
September,
1st
2019
mr.
Kyle
Harrison
would
like
to
continue
serving
on
the
Planning
Commission,
but
I
do
need
a
motion
to
reappoint
him
for
a
five-year
term
to
expire.
September,
1st
2024
I'll.
A
Motion

mr.

here
a

Any

Miss

would
like
to
continue
to
serve
on
the

I
need
a

to
reappoint
miss
Rosalyn
Parks
for
a
five-year
term
to
expire
on
September,
1st
2024,

The
bids
came
in,
you
can
see
there.
There
was
a
quite
a
wide
range
one
point:
two:
seven:
four
million
all
the
way
up
to
2.5
million
and
our
engineer
of
record
for
this
project.
Hofstadter
and
associates
recommended
this
low
bidder
here:
IPR
southeast
LLC,
in
the
amount
of
1
million
two
hundred,
seventy
four
thousand
six
hundred
seventy
three
dollars
and
seventy
five
cents
for
this
project.
