A
Our
father,
who
art
in
heaven
hallowed,
be
thy
holy,
righteous
and
divine
name.
Simply
lord.
We
come
here
tonight
before
your
presence
asking
and
invoking
your
presence
among
us
and
to
be
with
us
in
this
meeting
tonight,
because
if,
if
the
world,
if
the
nation,
if
the
city
county
ever
needed,
you,
we
surely
do
need
you
now,
and
so
we
pray
as
a
as
a
nation.
We
pray
as
a
county.
We
pray
as
a
city.
We
pray
as
a
community
that
you
look
upon
us
with
mercy
and
have
mercy
upon
us.
A
I
pray
o
god
that
thou
will
shower
us
with
knowledge,
wisdom
and
understanding.
We
pray
for
our
leadership
all
over
the
land,
and
we
remember
your
word
in
what
your
word
tells
us.
If
my
people
who
are
and
which
are
called
by
my
name,
will
will
humble
themselves
and
seek
my
face
and
pray
and
turn
from
their
wicked
ways.
You
said
in
your
word
that
you
would
forgive
us
of
our
sin
and
that
you
would
surely
heal
our
land.
A
Therefore,
as
we
move
forward
on
this
day
november,
the
10th
a
day
we've
never
seen
before
and
we
shall
surely
never
see
again.
We
just
pray
that
you
would
come
now
be
in
the
midst
of
us
and
bless
each
and
every
one
of
us
and
let
it
begin
with
us
here
in
this
meeting
tonight
and
throughout
our
beloved
city.
This
is
our
prayer
tonight
in
our
invocation
that
we
ask
you
to
come
and
be
with
us
in
jesus
name.
We
all
pray
and
we
agree
by
saying,
amen,
amen.
C
Thank
you.
Lynn,
lynn
is
with
smith
memorial,
amy
zion
church.
His
ride
also
works
upstairs
for
us
and
lin's
been
a
vital
part
of
our
community
and
helping
build
the
boys
and
girls
club.
So
we're
glad
you're
here
tonight
call
this
meeting
order
and
let
the
record
reflect
that
all
members
of
the
council
are
present.
We'll
introduce
you
to
tyler
gregory
in
just
a
moment
need
an
approval
of
the
agenda.
Please
do
have
a
motion
so
moved
a
motion
by
mr
ross
bradley.
Do
you
hear
a
second.
D
D
C
All
opposed
like
sign
motion
carries
that
pass
says
moving
to
the
approval
of
the
consent
agenda
council
minutes
from
last
month.
Council
minutes
work
session
minutes
from
last
month,
executive
session,
historic
preservation
and
the
few
other
items,
the
gradient
pipe
installation,
hangar
site
approval
of
the
addendum
for
engineering
services
and
the
loganville
water
line
in
maine.
I
need
to
I
need
a
motion
to
approve
please.
Mr.
F
C
E
E
Yeah
on
the
october
6
meeting
under
the
police
report,
there's
reference
in
there
to
hammond
park
on
a
couple
of
occasions
from
chief
watts
and
then
something
that
I
had
said
also
at
that
time
it
was
really
referring
to
hammock
park.
I
know
that's
been
very
confusing
a
lot
of
times
we're
talk,
but
because
it
sounds
so
much
alike,
but
it
was
not
hamilton
park.
It
was
the
ammo
park
at
the
corner
of
broad
and
church
street
that
was
being
referred
to.
So
in
order
to
make
that
correction,
please.
E
Weeks,
no,
that's
the
one
on
the
six
okay
on
the
one
on
the
13th
is
just
for
clarification
purposes.
During
the
public
forum,
several
people
were
speaking
in
objection
to
something
with
spare
hill
in
and
in
reading
the
minutes
you
can't
tell
it
sounds
like
some
people
were
opposed
to
spare
hill
in
what
they
really
were
opposed
to
was
the
sale
of
sparrow
hill
inn
to
pyramid
health
care,
and
so
I
think,
from
a
historic
record-keeping
standpoint.
We
need
to
be
sure
that
that's
noticed
in
there
that.
D
G
C
H
C
I
Presentation
a
little
bit
taller
than
that.
Thank
you,
mr
mayor,
ladies
and
gentlemen
of
the
council.
I
won't
take
a
whole
lot
of
time
tonight.
I
know
you
have
a
lot
of
important
things
to
do.
I
appreciate
mr
howard
asking
me
to
come
out.
I
I
This
is
my
fifth
year
at
carver,
and
we've
done
a
lot
of
great
things
in
that
time.
One
thing
is
obviously
I
think
that
we've
done-
and
you
probably
tell
by
riding
by
was
the
three
million
dollar
renovation
three
years
ago.
One
a
lot
of
components
with
that
was
the
roof,
painting,
tiles,
updating
the
interior,
changing
the
cafeteria,
but
one
of
the
main
things
that
we
did
with
that
that
I
felt
once
I
got
there
was
increasing
the
security.
I
We
have
badge
readers
on
all
the
doors
you
cannot
enter
the
building
without
being
buzzed
in,
and
that
was
a
big
big
focus
for
us
and,
of
course,
that's
helped
as
we've
been
there
moving
on
from
that,
you
know,
middle
school
is
very
challenging
time.
I
don't
know
if
you
have
any
middle
schoolers
in
your
house
or
know
of
a
niece
or
nephew,
but
it's
it
is
a
very
challenging
time
and
we
only
have
three
years
with
those
students
and
in
that
change
we
go
through
a
lot,
it's
academic
and
it's
social
emotional.
I
So
we
try
to
do
a
lot
of
different
things
to
support
both
of
those.
I
tried
to
pick
out
just
a
few
tonight.
I
want
to
talk
about
one
I
think,
on
the
academic
piece
once
I
began
at
carver,
we
started
professional
learning
communities
with
our
academic
subject
areas
and
what
that
does
is
our
teachers
meet
as
subject
grade
level
groups
three
to
four
times
a
week
during
their
planning,
and
it's
not
just
meeting
and
sitting
around
talking
about
random
acts.
I
They're
very
focused
on
analyzing
the
data
seeing
where
we're
at
what
needs
to
be
remediated,
forming
common
assessments
so
that
everybody
in
the
building
has
the
same
high
expectations.
Looking
at
those
data
from
that,
and
then
going
back
in
and
altering
lesson
plans
as
they
go.
So
it's
an
ongoing
process,
it's
kind
of
like
a
never-ending
circle
and
in
my
five
years
we've
seen
our
ccrpi
score,
which
is
the
score
that
the
state
gives
us
it's
up
about
eight
and
a
half
points,
and
that's
as
of
last
year
this
year.
I
Of
course,
we
won't
get
a
score
because,
as
you
know,
we
quarantined
last
year
and
we
didn't
test
at
the
end
of
last
spring,
but
we're
very
excited
about
that
growth.
We're
not
where
we
want
to
be,
but
I
think
slow,
four-point
growth
every
year
is
much
better
than
one
sharp
growth
and
you're
going
up
and
down.
So
that's
that's
where
we're
focusing
on
academically
part
of
our
social
emotional
support,
we've
implemented
pbis,
which
is
positive,
behavior
interventions
and
supports
in
our
school
and
basically
in
real
short.
I
What
that
does
is
we
have
identified
behaviors
that
are
expectations
in
all
areas
of
the
building
and
those
are
posted
everywhere.
Our
acronym
is
wildcats
roar.
You
know
everything
in
education.
We
have
to
have
acronym.
So
what
we
do?
Our
teachers
not
only
reward
students
with
points
so
that
they
can
earn
incentives
for
reaching
those
behaviors,
but
we
also
teach
those
behaviors
and
is
what
that
does.
I
Last
year,
when
we
went
out
for
quarantine,
we
were
on
pace.
We
were
about
500
discipline
referrals
below
the
year
before,
and
that
figure
has
dropped
every
year
that
I
have
been
there
in
the
last
five
years.
So
we're
seeing
some
substantial
growth
in
that
area
as
well
a
couple
of
highlight
programs,
our
athletics
are
doing
very
well.
I
We've
had
a
championship
in
basketball,
the
last
two
years,
one
female
one-
male
our
boys
have
played
in
the
semi-finals
this
year
and
in
the
semi-finals
one
other
year
in
the
finals
a
year
prior
to
that,
so
we've
been,
we
have
a
successful
football
as
well.
We
work
very
closely
with
the
high
school
with
our
programs
to
develop
those,
so
we're
very
excited
about
those
our
ctae
program
in
the
middle
school.
We
have
pathways
when
you
get
to
high
school,
not
sure
how
familiar
you
are
with
those.
I
But
one
thing
we
try
to
do
at
the
middle
school
is
introduce
our
students
to
a
lot
of
different
areas,
because
at
that
age
they
really
don't
know
what
they
want
to
do,
many
don't
even
when
they
get
out
of
college,
but
at
that
age,
certainly
they
don't
know.
So
we
introduced
them
to
family,
consumer
science,
business,
education,
we're
starting
a
data
input
class
in
the
fall
I
mean
in
the
winter
in
january,
and
we
also
have
agriculture
program.
Really
quick.
Our
agriculture
program
is
very
successful.
I
Our
teacher
has
done
a
great
job
he's
his
fourth
year
now
with
us.
We
have
built
a
barn
there
at
our
facility
to
house
the
livestock-
I
usually
say
sheep
and
goat,
but
I've
learned
that
those
are
not
the
right
words.
He
has
different
words
for
them,
so
I
say
livestock,
and
this
year
his
efforts.
We
were
named
the
2020
area,
ffa
chapter
of
the
year
for
our
area-
that's
very
substantial!
I
That's
the
first
year
in
the
last
nine
years
that
franklin
county
middle
school
did
not
win
that.
So
we
kind
of
dethroned
that
that
group
and
hope
to
continue
with
that
and
those
one
other
program
that
I
think
goes
to
our
social,
emotional
piece,
monroe
area
and
and
carver
are
the
only
two
schools
in
the
district
that
are
just
beginning
and
we
just
started
it
this
year
we
started
rollout
last
year
and
it
halted
with
quarantine.
I
Is
a
program
called
sources
of
strength.
That's
from
the
department
of
education
selected,
our
two
schools
to
be
a
part
of
that
and
the
state
comes
in,
and
trains
peer
leaders
and
those
peer
leaders.
It's
a
little
bit
different
than
peer
mentoring.
Our
peer
leaders
are
actually
going
to
help
identify
students.
They
may
need
support
with
things
other
than
academics
and
they
don't
actually
help
them,
but
what
their
purpose
is
is
to
get
them
to
an
adult
in
the
building
that
can.
I
So
that
we
really
de-stress
the
situations
before
they
may
rise,
so
we've
got
a
lot
of
things
going
on
in
academics,
the
social
emotional
piece
that
I
think
are
heading
in
the
right
direction.
You
know
our
biggest
goal
is
to
support
our
students
so
that
they
are
successful
in
high
school
graduate
and
move
on
to
have
purposeful
lives
as
citizens
of
monroe
and
and
we're
very
excited
about
that,
and
you
may
or
may
not
know
the
district.
I
Actually,
today
the
doe
announced
that
the
district
had
a
91.8
percent
graduation
rate
last
spring,
which
the
district
is
proud
of
and
as
a
monroe
cluster
person,
I'm
very
proud
that
monroe
area
high
school
had
a
92.6
graduation
rate,
so
that's
the
highest.
It's
ever
been
and
it's
10
percent
higher
than
it
has
been
in
the
last
three
years.
So
we
continue
to
support
them
and
and
we'll
doing
a
lot
of
good
things.
If
anybody
has
any
questions
like
I
said,
I'm
not
going
to
take
a
lot
of
your
time.
I
My
door's
always
open
we'd
love
to
see
you
come
out
meet
with
us
I'll
show
you
the
school
and
talk
with
you
and
give
you
some
more
facts.
If.
C
C
I
appreciate
all
of
your
your
being
here
and
we
do
get
a
lot
of
folks
who
watch
us
on
tv
and
and
on
streaming
one
of
the
disheartening
things
about
real
estate
guides,
as
they
say
in
the
desirable
walnut
grove
district
or
in
the
desirable
loganville
area.
District
and
monroe
and
carver
have
always
taken
a
back
seat.
C
Since
mr
shatterfield
came
and
mr
hicks
came
to
monroe
area,
both
schools
have
been
on
an
upward
trajectory
test.
Grades
are
way
up.
Graduation
rates
clearly
are
way
up.
Discipline
problems
are
way
down,
and
I
attribute
that
to
your
strong
leadership,
and
I
appreciate
you.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Yes,
sir
next
something
you
may
or
may
not
know
about
about
about.
Six
months
ago,
during
the
beginning
of
covid,
we
had
the
deaths
of
george
floyd
and
brianna
taylor.
We
had
three
or
four
protests
downtown.
C
C
I
asked
the
group
we
probably
had
six
months
worth
of
meetings
when
you
say
rashad
about
six
months.
A
couple
of
months
ago
asked
the
the
group
to
take
ownership
of
of
what
I
was
calling
minority
affairs
council
and,
and
they
have
turned
it
into
the
diversity
diversity
advisory
board.
They
during
my
tenure
as
mayor,
will
have
an
open
door
to
any
meeting.
C
They
want
to
attend
I'll,
make
sure
we'll
get
them
on
the
agenda,
but
I'd
like
rashad
to
come
forward
and
and
who
is
here
with
the
diversity
board
tonight.
C
Lynn,
so
I
appreciate
all
of
your
input.
Stephanie
calabrese
has
been
vital
in
passing
some
recommendations,
my
way
to
a
wonderful
person
and
wonderful
resource
for
the
group,
but
I
would
like
to
just
really
express
my
appreciation
for
the
work
that
you
all
have
done
and
rashad
you
want
to
come
up
and
talk.
J
Mr
mayor
city,
council
representatives,
elected
officials
and
appointed
greetings
today,
I
am
here
to
basically
present
to
you
guys
some
recommendations
that
the
city
of
monroe
diversity
board
has
actually
put
together,
who.
K
J
We
are
a
group
of
basically
community
members
here
in
monroe
georgia,
I'm
looking
to
make
a
change,
we're
here,
basically
to
come
up
with
ways
that
we
can
present
to
the
actual
city,
as
well
as
to
the
county
of
walton
county
well
to
the
county.
J
As
well
in
ways
that
we
can
actually
change
the
aspect
as
well
as
the
diversity,
diversity
within
side
of
the
actual
city
and
count
well,
the
city
and
county
itself,
we
came
up
with
different
areas.
Basically,
that
we
will
be
discussing
over
a
time
frame
and
within
those
areas.
J
We
do
encourage
basically
any
community
citizen,
as
well
as
members
to
come
and
join
us
basically
in
reference
to
coming
up
with
ideas
to
actually
present
and
present
to
you
guys,
one
of
the
things
that
we
also
came
up
with
the
idea
of
is
actually
having
city
as
well
as
county
liaisons,
basically
people
to
actually
which
are
you
to
actually
come
in
and
hear
what
we
have
to
say,
as
well
as
to
give
feedback,
as
well
as
voice
opinions
on
things
that
can
change
and
things
that
can
promote
the
change.
J
While
we
basically
go
through
this
year,
thing
called
life.
But
today
I
do.
I
would
like
to
read
a
letter
to
you
guys
of
three
recommendations,
basically,
that
we
are
recommending
to
the
city
council,
members
of
city
council
in
2019.
The
young
game
changers
presented
their
final
recommendations
for
the
city
of
monroe.
Among
the
recommendations
was
the
founding
of
a
diversity
board.
The
now
established
board
will
focus
on
establishing
and
organizing
activities
to
make
murrow
a
more
welcoming,
inclusive
and
equitable
place.
J
Six
areas
of

have
been
identified
to
include
the
following:
preserving
our
history,
business,
health,
finance,
housing
and
government.
The
board's
first
recommendation
are
focused
on
the
topic
of
preserving
our
history
community
activities
to
promote
the
education
and
discussion
of
monroe's,
diverse
culture.
Heritage
are
outlined
below,
and
I
do
have
copies
of
this
letter
for
each
of
you,
okay,
the
first
recommendation
is
basically
making
a
public
statement
in
reference
to
the
mural
well
in
reference
to
the
morris
ford,
lynching.
J
Additionally,
additionally,
an
opportunity
exists
to
obtain
the
matching
marker
from
the
national
memorial
for
peace
and
justice
located
in
montgomery
alabama.

local
minority
history.
J
We
suggest
by
highlighting
significant
minority
figures
from
our
community
on
major
media
platform.
The
city
can
educate
the
public
about
our
rich
and
diverse
history,
working
with
the
morrow
museum.
We
can
share
documented
stories
and
photos
of
many
local
people
to
include
dr
eleanor
eisen
franklin,
the
nation's
first
female
medical
dean
suggested
media
platforms
include
facebook,
instagram
and
the
walton

recommendation
number
three,
the
georgia
historical
markers,
the
application
for
the
georgia
historical
markets
to
recognize
significant
minority

can
be
submitted
before
july.

Sponsors
of
these

Funding
for
local

may
cover
the
cost.
Should
a
designation
be
be
awarded.
J
Positive
engagement
is
created
by
recognizing
minority
achievements
within
the
community.
The
diversity
advisory
board
seeks
to
strengthen
connections
among
the
heterogeneous
communities
living
in
the
city
of
monroe
by
educating
the
community
by
our
minority
heritage.
We
establish
the
importance
and
value
of
diversity.
We
request
the
approval
of
the
city
council
to
to
proceed
with
the
activities
listed.
Above
with
that
being
said,
basically,
from
this
meeting
and
on
out,
we
will
basically
be
presenting
recommendation
to
you
guys
it's
kind
of
almost
sort
of
a
monroe's
small
young
game
changers.
J
There
was
something
during
our
record
well
during
our
time
frame
in
2019,
I'm
coming
up
with
recommendations
to
actually
present
to
the
city.
We
had
a
series
of
basically
studying,
as
well
as
a
series
of
learning
from
different
community
members
and
different
community
leaders
of
things
that
can
be
changed
and
things
that
can
be
that
can
help.
I
guess,
promote
growth
within
monroe
and
one
of
the
ideas
within
this
actual
board
steer
from
the
actual
young
game
changers
program,
basically
in
the
way
that
we
actually
develop
our
recommendations
so.
B
J
Basically,
during
those
meetings
we
meet
the
third
thursday
of
each
month.
The
first
meeting
will
basically
be
about
discussion
in
reference
to
the
actual
topic
and
then
the
second
meeting
basically
deals
with
a
community
engagement,
basically
coming
up
with
either
a
community
event,
or
basically
a
community
fundraiser,
basically
to
promote
the
change
within
the
different
areas.
J
I
do
say
thank
you
for
allowing
me
to
present
to
you
guys
today,
and
it
has
been
a
pleasure.
K
D
I
might
I
want
to
say
to
you
and
to
everyone
involved
with
this,
just
how
proud
I
am
and
how
glad
I
am,
that
in
our
city
we're
doing
this.
We
have
reached
this
point.
As
the
mayor
knows,
I
I've
gone
to
most
of
the
meetings
for
the
benefit
of
my
fellow
council
members.
D
This
community,
this
city
in
this
county,
has
healing
that
we
need
to
do,
and
I
have
said
publicly
for
a
quarter
of
a
century
and
that
until
we
publicly
address
what
happened
in
this
county
in
july
of
1946
and
make
a
collective
statement
about
it,
we
will
never
be
able
to
truly
move
forward
and
I'm
ready
to
make
that
statement.
I
have
told
these
folks
that-
and
I
hope
that
the
rest
of
you
are
ready
to
join
in
with
me,
but
folks.
This
is
one
of
the
best
things
that
has
happened
in
this
community.
D
I
think
in
decades,
and
I
I'm
just
very
proud
of
all
of
you,
as
I
said
about
young
mr
gregory
a
couple
days
ago,
it
does
my
heart
good
to
see
young
people
step
up
in
this
community,
I'm
getting
to
be
kind
of
old
toward
the
end
of
my
career,
but
I
just
embrace
you
and
keep
at
it
folks.
Every
day
keep
working
appreciate.
You.
C
C
C
So
not
only
was
it
a
carver
high
school
graduate,
she
was
an
african-american
high
school
graduate
from
carver
and
a
female,
so
you
hit
the
trifecta
and
that's
something
that's
pretty
impressive.
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
everybody
for
taking
part
of
that
and
and
for
those
who
couldn't
come,
please
let
them
know
how
much
we
we
appreciate
them
and
also
for
those
of
you
who
came
for
the
diversity
diversity
advisory
board
and
for
mr
shatterfield,
you
really
aren't
required
to
stay
this.
You
know
this
is
where
the
sausage
gets
made.
C
So
I
appreciate
you
sit
here
as
long
as
you
want,
but
you
don't
have
to
stay
next
public
forum,
public
comments.
I
had
nobody
signed
up,
which
was
fine,
because
we
had
some
pretty
impressive
folks
talking
moving
to
the
public
hearing
for
zero
north
broad
street,
a
parcel
c09009
refer
to
patrick
kelly.
F
Thank
you,
mr
mayor,
as
you
all
discussed
last
week
in
the
meeting,
this
property
is
looking
to
annex
and
rezone
into
the
city
in
order
to
develop
in
a
similar
fashion
to
the
development
approved
previously
behind
bojangles,
it
will
be
in
the
corridor
design
overlay,
so
we'll
be
required
to
meet
those
standards,
no
matter
what
use
uses
our
mix
of
uses
are
involved
in
that
project,
and
the
applicant
is
just
looking
to
do
that
in
order
to
maximize
their
development
potential
and
be
able
to
avail
themselves
of
city
services,
most
particularly
the
sewer
system.
C
L
Sir,
my
partner
nathan
purvis,
I
appreciate
the
opportunity
to
talk
to
you.
All
nathan
is
not
feeling
good
this
evening.
I
was
on
my
way
home
from
work,
and
I
was
not
prepared
to
be
here,
so
I
probably
I
wouldn't
normally
show
up
in
front
of
you
with
a
hole
in
my
jeans,
but
nathan
said
he
has
got
some
form
of
the
stomach
bug
and
he
was
not
going
to
be
able
to
come
this
evening,
and
it's
probably
a
better
thing
for
all
of
us,
but
we
are
mr
pat
was
was
correct.
L
We
are
going
to
be
developing
the
site.
We
would
like
to
annex
it
into
the
city
so
that
we
can
have
access
to
the
sewer
line.
We
are
still
working
on
the
plans
with
with
tip
from
o'colvie
we're
working
on
the
plans
and
pat
also
is
being
involved
in
some
of
the
the
ideas
but
but
step.
One
is
to
get
it
annexed
into
the
city
and
get
that
property
in
the
sewer.
C
D
D
C
D
C
All
the
close,
like
sign
motion
carries
that
passes.
Thank
you.
Pete
powell,
for
coming
in
tell
nathan
hope
he
feels
better
moving
to
the
re-zone
of
zero
north
broad
street
I'll,
open
the
florida
council
members
for
discussion
or
a
motion.
C
Of
a
motion
by
mr
dickinson
to
hear
a
second
second,
second
by
ms
malcolm,
is
there
a
new
discussion
hearing,
none
all
in

saying
aye
aye
all
oppose,
like
sign
motion,
carries
that

move

the

of
beer
and
wine
package
sales
for
the
quick
food
mark.
Our
quit
quick
food
mart.
Sorry,
mr
rosenthal.
G
K
G
There
were
16
total
calls
for
service
out
there
most
of
them.
You
know
minor
deals
like
accidents
or
unlocking
a
car,
suspicious
person
shoplifting
some
threats,
but
and
then
a
few
alarm
calls
okay.
D
C
D
C
C
G
Yeah
to
recap,
from
the
police
incident
report,
there
were
eight
total
calls
for
service
over
the
past
two
years,
most
serious,
which
was
an
armed
robbery.
A
few
alarm
calls
theft
and
shoplifting.
K
C
B
Thank
you
mayor.
This
is
an
ordinance
to
amend
the
zoning
ordinance
of
the
city
of
georgia.
The
mayor
and
council
of
city
monroe
hereby
ordained
as
follows:
zoning
ordinance
of
city
of
monroe,
officially
adopted
june

and
effective
july

2014
as
amended,
is
hereby
amended
by
implementing
the
text.
Amendment

outlined
in

which
such

is
incorporated
by
reference.

The
changes
are
amendment

all

ordinances

here
with
are
hereby
repealed.
These
text
amendments
shall
take
effect
upon
their
adoption
by
the

and

This
constitutes
the
second

mayor.
C

Article
two
all

are
parts
of
ordinances
and
conflict

hereby
repealed
article
three
this
order
shall
take
effect
from
and
after
its
adoption
by
the
mayor
and
council
of
numerous
georgia.
This
constitutes
the
second
reading
mayor
and
just
one
point
of
clarification.
Mr
dickinson
had
pointed
out
a
clarification
in
section
9,
10.1
sub
1
that
we
cleaned
up.
It
was
essentially
a
scrivener's
error
that
it
had
inadvertently
emitted
wood,
siding
from
a
approved,
siting
type
and
had
cleaned
up
that
it
is
a
facade.
L
With
that
cleanup.
B
C
A
motion
by
david
dickinson:
do
it
here.
A
second
second,
is
that
you
nathan
ross
second
by
ross
bradley
any
discussion
hearing,
none
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye.
All
opposed,
like
sign
motion,
carries
moving
to
the
personnel
search
firm
for
the
fire
chief,
mr
probes,.
K
G
E
G
K
D
G
G
It
contains
most
of
the
agreed
upon
items
and
I
wanted
to
go
ahead
and
get
it
in
a
adoptable
format
to
turn
over
to
the
developer,
to
exercise
his
agreement
on
it
as
well.
Given
that
you
know
apparently
they're
under
you
know,
time
constraint,
constraints
to
get
this
thing
going,
which
they're
there
they've
already
done,
but
the
building
will
commence.
I
was
told
in
january,
so
we're
just.
G
So
that
they
can,
they
can
keep
going
the
highlights
of
the
agreement,
we're
going
to
reimburse
them
for
the
up
sizing
of
the
line
that
they
put
in
from
a
10
inch
to
a
20
inch
water.
B
G
On
the
in
the
internals
of
the
property
that
would
be
499,
000
60806,
we've
already
agreed,
along
with
walton
county,
to
contribute
to
a
westbound
on-ramp
and
our
portion
will
be
350,
000,
230
000
to
a
traffic
signal
at
charlotte,
raul
boulevard
and
that's
an
up
to
230
thousand
dollars.
Fifty
thousand
dollar.
G
Basically,
on
permitting
fees
as
the
project
rolls
along
during
a
building
and
development,
and
let's
see
the
last
one
was
we
were
going
to
reallocate
from
the
original
mou
the
funding
for
water
and
sewer
over
to
doing
our
own
water
and
sewer
line
on
the
southern
connection,
water
line,
of
which
we've
already
been
working
on
since
january
december
january,
with
mab
to
get
the
location
and
and
all
that
scoped
out
it
is,
we
believe,
a
significant
need
in
ensuring
that
the
the
project
has
adequate
water
flows
and
pressures.
G
So
I
mean
this.
This
has
to
be
put
in,
in
our
opinion
to
ensure
that
that
whole
project
is
viable.
Those
are
the
highlights,
there's
a
few
other
things
tangentially
with
the
rows
and
and
donation
of
the
fire
station
lot.
That
has
to
be
built
within
seven
years
or
revert
back.
G
C
I
have
a
motion
by
mr
ross
bradley
in
a
second
by
david
dickinson.
Is
there
any
discussion
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
aye?
All
opposed,
like
son
motion
carries
that
passes.
Please
proceed,
sir.
Thank
you.
Moving
to
the
mayoral
update
a
lot
of
good
things
have
happened
here
tonight
and,
and
I'm
just
excited
about
our
direction.
I
have
a
couple
things
I
want
to.
Let
you
know
you
know
t
splost
did
not
pass
in
the
in
this
election.
C
It
lost
the
county
by
680
total
votes.
However,
the
good
news-
and
I
think
it's
something
that
we
should
all
be
proud
of
as
a
council,
all
four
precincts
in
the
city
of
monroe
voted
in
favor
by
some
by
narrow
margins,
but
every
all
four
of
them
voted
in
favor
and-
and
I
was
honored
by
that
next
tyler
gregory-
he
was
sworn
in
yesterday.
C
I'm
sorry
for
the
late
notice
to
you
all,
but
the
secretary
of
state
did
not
certify
the
election
until
yesterday
morning
now
serving
the
city
to
me
is
a
big
deal
and-
and
I
appreciate
the
time
that
you
all
that
you
all
put
in
and-
and
I
think
that
the
people
of
the
city
are
grateful
for
maybe
sometimes
not
the
results,
we
hope,
but
always
for
the
effort
to
make
this
place
better
for
future
generations.
C
So
when
we
have
a
swearing-in,
I
do
appreciate
the
fact
that
tyler's,
family
and
friends
came
on
short
notice.
I'd
probably
say
we
had
25
or
30.
Yesterday
he
gave
a
little
speech
teared
up
a
little
bit.
The
reason
I
did
not
invite
many
people
to
my
swearing
in
was
because
I
tear
up
a
lot,
but
I
do.
I
was
really
impressed
that
they
appreciate
you
and
the
service
that
you're
giving
us
and-
and
I
know
your
friends
and
family
appreciate
all
of
each
one
of
you
too.
C
So
thanks
so
much
last
thing,
because
this
is
our
last
meeting
before
december.
We
have
a
few
things
going
on
between
now
and
the
next
meeting
sadie.
B
H
Which
is
the
christmas
parade
or
our
our
2020
version
of
our
christmas
parade?
It'll
still
be
down
along
broad
street
and
open
to
people
to
come
and
see
floats,
and
they
just
won't
be.
There
won't
be
quite
as
much
stationary
crowds
associated
with
it,
but
we'll
have
s'mores
we'll
have
carriage
rides
in
december
on
those
thursdays
and
shop
small
saturday,
just
our
typical
holiday
event.
