A
B
Ladies
and
gentlemen,
just
so
you're
aware,
kent
pratt
is
the
number
one
monroe
area
purple
hurricane
fan.
The
athletic
director
introduced
me
to
him.
When
I
first
became
mayor
and
kent
has
a
ministry
called
cowboy
ministries,
it's
also
a
motorcyclist.
I
don't
know
they
derive
as
much
anymore,
but
just
a
real,
real
good
man.
I'm
glad
you're
here
ken
thank
you
take
this
moment
to
call
this
meeting
to
order.
B
Let
the
record
reflect
that
all
members
of
council
are
present
and
I
need
to
move
into
a
motion
for
the
approval
of
the
agenda.
Please.
A
B
Ms
crawford
with
a
second
thank
you:
is
there
any
discussion
hearing
none
all
info
signify
by
saying
aye
aye,
all
opposed
like
sign
motion,
carries
that
passes.
Moving
to
the
approval
of
the
consent
agenda.
This
is
for
the
council
minutes
executive
session
minutes
parks
committee
and
planning
commission
meetings
along
with
historic
preservation
committee
from
may
and
june.
I
need
a
motion
for
the
approval
of
the
consent
agenda.
Please.
B
Motion
by
miss
malcolm
is
there
a
second
second,
mr
boyce.
Thank
you,
sir.
Any
discussion
hearing,
none
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
aye.
All
opposed
like
sign
motion,
carries
that
passes.
Moving
to
public
forum,
mr
albury
is
the
only
one
I
have
on
the
agenda
tonight.
Do
you
mind
coming
up
front?
Please,
sir?.
B
C
Thank
you
for
coming,
hey
yeah,
so
I'm
sure
most
of
you
know
why
I'm
here
I
live
on
the
corner
of
pine
park
and
church
and
over
the
fourth
of
july
evening
my
work
van
was
shot
at
twice
and
multiple
rounds
were
found
on
the
ground
and
in
the
four
years
I've
lived
here.
The
last
two.
The
gun,
violence
in
that
area
has
been
getting
ridiculous.
C
We've
had
right
down
the
street,
the
shooting,
where
the
guy
crashed
into
zach's
front,
porch,
which
I
don't
know
his
exact
address.
I
think
it's
7
12..
Then
you
had
the
shooting
on
felker
and
there
was
also
oh
in
april
of
2020,
I
came
out
of
the
convenience
store
down
the
street
and
somebody
pulled
up
to
the
stop,
sign
and
fired
off
a
couple
rounds
in
the
middle
of
the
day.
Right
there,
it's
it's
out
of
hand,
I
mean
we
got
to
do
something
about
it.
C
C
B
C
I
mean
we
know
where
everybody
where
the
people
are
coming
from.
I
mean
even
other
people
that
live
behind
me
have
told
told
the
sergeant
I
was
dealing
with
that
day.
New
lacy
apartment
a
go
over
there.
They
got
big
guns,
no
pistols,
just
big
guns,
I
mean
it's,
there's,
there's
no
hiding
it
and
then
behind
me
I
mean
you
know
they
it's
just
it's
the
the
amount
of
craziness
we're
dealing
with
right
there.
Nobody
feels
safe.
I
mean
the
lady
across
the
kind
of
caddy
quarter
behind
me.
C
She's
got
her
house
listed,
she
wants
out,
nobody
wants
to
buy
it
because
of
what's
around
it
and
that's
just
it's
getting
old.
You
know
I've
dumped
a
good
bit
of
money
in
my
house.
I
know
me
and
my
friends
have
all
done
thousands
and
thousands
in
our
houses
getting
them
up.
You
know
bringing
them
up,
making
them
look.
Good
property
values
are
doing
good
property
taxes
are
up,
property
values
are
up,
that's
good,
but
that's
going
to
bring
everything
back
down
because
all
of
us
are
going
to
get
sick
of
it
and
move.
B
I
don't
have
the
hard
copy,
but
I'll
share
that
with
you
later,
but
we
also
have
for
the
first
time
in
the
recent
past,
a
full
police
force
as
well,
and
we
have
three
in
the
training
academy
right
now,
so
we'll
address
it
on
the
on
the
code
front,
we'll
also
address
it.
On
the
on
the
policing
front
too,
I.
C
D
I
guess
most
of
the
council
saw
the
email
I
sent
earlier
today
in
response
to
what
we
got
from
you
and
your
neighbor.
Of
course,
I'm
your
neighbor
up
the
street,
and
I
said
in
that
email-
and
I
think
this
is
correct.
This
is
not
a
code
city
marshall
issue.
A
D
If
the
grass
is
too
high,
that's
okay,
we
need
to
do
those
things,
but
that
doesn't
need
to
be
the
priority.
The
priority
needs
to
be
criminal
conduct
and
we
just
need
to
go
into
not
just
that
area.
There
are
some
others
that
are
having
the
same
things
happen
and
make
a
statement.
We
need
to
tell
some
people,
they
are
not
welcome
in
our
city
and
we
are
not
going
to
let
them
get
away
with
it
and
if
they've
got
the
landlords
that
are
perpetrating
it.
D
D
C
A
B
We
we
will
continue
to
push
on
all
fronts,
yeah.
C
I
mean
I
don't
know
if,
if
there's
any
surveillance
cameras
like
they
have,
I
know
atlanta's
got
way
more
funding
than
we
do.
But
you
know
they
have
a
lot
of
cameras
on
the
busy
corners
and
they
can
keep
an
eye
on
9-1-1
center.
What's
going
on,
or
at
least
look
back
at
recordings
right,
it's
something
you
know
they
might
want
to
toss
around.
Just
maybe
in
certain
areas
you
know
where
there's
street
lights
so
that
they'll
have
good
visuals.
B
C
B
E
You
mayor
I'll,
just
hit
the
one
item
that
I
think
you're
all
aware
of.
We
were
awarded
the
department
of
community
affairs,
rural
downtown
development
fund
grant
in
the
amount
of
2.1
million
dollars
for
our
downtown
green.
So
that's
that's
a
huge
statement
for
how
important
this
project
is
and
we're
just
excited
to
be
awarded
this
we're
only
one
of
nine
award
winners
for
the
funding
this
year,
we're
shovel
ready
and
they
like
their
plan
and
the
transformative
nature
of
the
project.
So
this
will
go
a
long
ways
to
fulfilling
that.
F
Yeah
I
mean
that's
awesome,
like
two
million
dollars
getting
us
that
far
down
the
road
for
that
project
I
mean
I
mean.
Maybe
you
guys
aren't
excited
about
a
town
green,
but
I
sure
am,
and
I'm
very
thankful
to
beth,
to
sadie
to
you
for
really
pushing
that
thing
down
the
road
and
getting
it
done.
So
I'm
excited
about
it
and
I'm
glad
you
did
it
so
way
to
go.
A
B
G
A
little
smaller
first
update,
the
2020
cdbg
is
scheduled
for
completion
next
week.
So
that
will
be
completely
done.
Everything
looks
great
pavement's
done.
They
are
waiting
on
the
last
little
bit
of
landscaping
and
lids
to
come
in
for
the
tops
of
the
inlets.
I
think
it
was
about
a
six
month
lead
time
when
they
started
the
project
and
they're
expecting
them
any
day.
But
once
we
get
landscaping
done,
do
a
final
walk.
They
stripe
the
the
streets.
Everything
will
be
done.
Contractors
will
be
out
of.
There
looks
great
our
blane
station
development.
G
Rfq
is
public.
Currently
it
opened
friday.
The
8th
closes
august
26th.
We
that's
for
the
full
development
of
the
blaine
station
area.
It
has
been
sent
out
to
45
potential
developers
that,
hopefully
we
will
get.
You
know
somewhere
around
half
a
dozen
to
a
dozen
submissions
and
rfqs
of
interest
in
developing
that
property.
G
The
airport
terminal
building
construction
started
slowly
on
may
31st
there
once
again
with
everybody
else.
Having
a
little
bit
of
trouble
with
materials,
we
moved
the
old
pilot's
lounge
trailer
off-site
used
it
we're
putting
it
down
at
gouda
where
the
burn
building
is
for
the
fire
department.
So
we
can
reuse
that
and
then
just
kind
of
working
around
contractor's
schedule,
but
look
for
that
to
begin
in
the
next
few
days
with
actual
construction
and
then
the
other
big
highlight
our
commercial
garbage
truck
came
in.
G
Was
it
friday,
I
believe
yeah,
danny
yeah,
so
we've
yeah,
that's
right!
We've
got
that
in
we're,
expecting
our
side
loader
unit
sometime
in
august,
and
then
we
have
another
smaller
rear
load,
garbage
truck
coming
in
march
of
next
year,
so
we're
up
in
our
fleet
and
essentially
we're
growing
with
the
growth
of
the
community
so
that
we
can
keep
up.
F
Mr
mayor,
how
long
until
we
get
our
city
entrance
signs,
are
they
still?
They.
G
D
G
B
Thank
you,
some
of
some
of
our
homeowners
and
I
were
chasing
dogs
around
town
yesterday,
so
we
got
to
go
all
over
every
bit
of
that
area
and
it's
really
really
looks
good
and
we
caught
the
dogs
moving
to
back
to
you,
chris,
you
have
some
requests
and
approval
of
certain
surplus
items.
G
Yes,
sir,
this
is
a
request
for
council's
approval
to
surplus
the
list
of
items
that
are
attached.
It's
mainly
vehicles
equipment
that
have
reached
their
useful
life
in
the
city,
some
of
it's
stuff
that
we
had
actually
bought
off
surplus.
It's
just
things
that
we
don't
use
anymore,
things
that
the
maintenance
costs
of
them
far
exceed
what
the
value
is
and
that
they
have
either.
They
have
all
been
replaced,
essentially
in
service
with
newer
equipment
and
vehicles.
So
just
making
that
request.
B
G
Yeah
this
is
my
sixty
thousand
dollar
grant.
This
is
our
tentative
allocation
letter
that
we
receive
every
year
from
the
d.o.t
for
airport
projects.
As
I
had
mentioned,
we
are
starting
the
terminal
building.
Currently
that's
a
bigger
scale
project
and
cost
the
entire
grant
itself
the
cost
of
the
city.
This
is
for
the
award
of
the
design
concept
to
repave
and
rehabilitate
the
taxiway.
G
So
if
you
remember,
we
did
the
runway
two
years
ago,
and
this
will
essentially
put
us
on
the
slate
for
the
state
will
start
there's
july
1
fiscal
year,
so
they're
already
in
2023.
This
is
our
2023
project,
which
is
only
a
3750
cost
to
the
city,
and
then
the
actual
construction
of
that
project
will
be
in
fiscal
year,
2024.
B
Thank
you,
mr
bailey.
With
any
questions
chris
hearing,
none
I'll
entertain
a
motion
move
to
approve
a
motion
to
approve
by
mr
gregory.
So
second
by
mr
garrett,
is
there
any
discussion
hearing
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
aye
all
opposed
like
sign
ocean
carries
that
passes,
moving
to
the
utilities
approval
for
commercial
development
fees?
Mr
thompson,
thank
you.
H
Mayor
as
we've
all
talked
about
price
increases
and
lead
times
of
various
items,
one
of
the
things
we've
run
into
is
our
existing
commercial
fees
are
not
coming
anywhere
close
to
covering
our
costs
so
to
be
fair
to
the
developer.
Excuse
me.
H
And
to
our
rate
payer,
we
want
to
change
that
that
fee
structure
to
80
percent
of
the
estimated
cost
of
the
total
project
that
will
fluctuate
with
our
with
our
cost,
excuse
me
and
with
the
developers
cost.
I
think
that's
the
only
fair
way.
Just
to
give
you
one
idea:
we've
we
bought
a
167
kva
transformer
the
other
day
that
should
cost
around
two
grand.
H
It
was
over
eight.
We
bought
a
300
that
was
close
to
13
000
and
it
was
used.
H
B
Coming
back
to
you
in
a
minute,
so
I
have
another
set
I'll
entertain
a
motion.
Please
little.
I
B
H
Y'all
approved
us
purchasing
a
bunch
of
equipment
to
supply,
wi-fi
managed
wi-fi
to
our
customers.
That
equipment
has
started
to
come
in.
We've
actually
got
a
few
units
out
there
testing
right
now.
We
want
to
go
ahead
and
set
that
pricing.
H
We
set
that
price
in
using
all
of
our
all
in
monthly
cost,
plus
a
little
bit
to
make
sure
we
keep
our
equipment
up
to
date
and
we
came
up
with
13.99
for
a
main
unit
and
then
4.99
for
each
additional
mesh
unit
that
some
houses
may
need.
Some
of
the
bigger
homes
need
a
mesh
unit
attached
to
the
main
unit
they
work.
90
of
our
customers
will
go.
We
will
be
fine
with
the
single
unit.
H
H
H
H
D
B
H
H
H
H
B
A
Thank
you
mayor,
just
asking
for
approval
tonight
for
the
rewire
of
the
trickling
filter
pump
station
at
the
sewer
plant.
A
This
is
all
the
original
controls
and
wiring
and
from
the
88
when
it
was
built,
and
over
the
years
a
lot
of
it's
been
added
on
to
and
taken
away
from,
it's
no
longer
safe
and
it's
causing
some
issues.
So
low
bid
was
a
legacy.
Electrical
service
is
thirteen
thousand
eight
hundred
eighty
six
dollars
and
eighty
three
cent
thank.
B
I
have
a
motion
to
approve
by
mr
bradley.
Is
there
a
second
second
by
mr
garrett?
Is
there
any
discussion
hearing,
none
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
aye,
all
opposed,
like
son
motion,
carries
that
passes.
Thank
you.
Moving
to
river
river
point,
preliminary
plat
review,
mr
probes,
yeah.
E
Thank
you
mayor
just
one
more
time.
I
think
we're
going
to
request
table
this
to
the
august
meeting
getting
closer
on
some
of
the
negotiation
points.
E
B
B
B
What
works
for
me
is
the
applicant
here,
mr
moose,
mr
podeswa
right
any
chance.
You're
related
to
rock
podessa
rock,
for
those
of
you
who
may
be
unaware
is
works
for
the
sheriff's
office,
great
guy
here
his
brother's
pretty
awesome
too.
So
anything
you'd
like
to
say.
B
Yes,
sir,
thank
you
thank
you
for
being
here
I'll,
entertain
a
motion.
B
B
B
This
will
be
which,
which
one
is
it
if
you,
you
got
it
from
lisa
and
andy
right:
furniture,
okay,
they're,
two
they're,
two
buildings
right.
A
E
B
E
Yeah,
this
is
involving
the
transportations
alternatives
grant
project
which
reconnects
the
streetscape
that
we
have
on
north
broad
from
east
maryville
and
west
maryvale
down
here
into
downtown
back
over
east
highland
and
then
down
north
lumpkin
to
spring.
E
This
is
one
of
those
highly
bureaucratic,
federally
funded
projects,
so
there
you'll
see
a
lot
more
of
these
resolutions
and
contracts
along
the
way.
This
is,
of
course,
an
80
20
project
and
this
right-of-way
portion.
This
is
what
this
contract
is,
will
reimburse
us
up
to
688
000,
which
would
be
a
pretty
good
chunk.
I
don't
expect
it
to
cost
quite
that
much,
but
that's
just
the
g
dot
takeoff
for
the
project.
A
B
Emotion,
thank
you.
Thank
you.
Norman
have
a
motion
by
mr
garrett
in
a
second
by
ms
crawford
one
superseded
the
other,
I
suppose
any
discussion
hearing,
none
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
aye.
All
opposed
like
sign
motion,
carries
that
passes.
Moving
to
the
downtown
green
contract
authorization
change
order,
number
one,
mr
probes,.
E
E
With
the
amended
notice
of
award
here
for
four
million
two
hundred
and
seventeen
thousand
five
hundred
and
twenty
nine
dollars
and
nineteen
cents
to
the
astra
group,
there's
been
a
few
other
takeoffs.
Here
we
were
able
to
scale
back
a
couple
of
other
things,
so
we
had
some
some
net
takeoffs
in
the
analysis
of
this
first
change
order.
E
E
B
A
motion
by
mr
dickinson
is
their
second
second,
the
second
by
mr
gregory.
It's
your
new
discussion
hearing,
none
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
aye.
All
opposed
like
sign
motion
carries
that
passes.
I'm
moving
to
the
impact
fee
study
and
implement
implementation
for
professional
services
contract.
Mr
probes,.
E
E
So,
in
order
to
do
that,
we
have
to
have
an
official
study
and
an
implementation
plan,
which
is
a
pretty
long
process.
They're,
really
only
a
handful
of
jurisdictions
in
georgia
that
have
full
impact
fee
studies
in
place
and
implementations
in
place.
So
what
I'm
recommending
is
we
go
ahead
and
pick
you
back
off
of
the
contract
with
marilyn
hall
who,
from
hall
consulting
who
did
our
comprehensive
plan
and
we
can
go
ahead
and
use
all
that
data
to
help
populate
a
lot
of
this
study.
E
So
the
contract
is
for
forty
five
thousand
dollars
on
a
maximum
fee.
It
could
be
a
little
less
depending
on
how
many
meetings
we
end
up
having
to
need,
but
a
maximum
of
forty
five
thousand
dollars.
E
Yes,
so
there
are
certain
categories
that
state
law
requires
us
to
study.
For
instance,
water
sewer
roads
can
be
won.
Libraries,
public
arts,
things
of
that
nature,
and
there
are
certain
elements
within
the
study
that
you
have
to
fulfill
in
order
to
levy
the
impact
fees,
there's
also
a
series
of
public
meetings
and
public
hearings.
E
So
your
case
for
needing
the
money
needs
to
be
well
documented,
and
that's
what
this
does.
We
can't
just
say:
hey
we'd,
like
five
thousand
dollars
for
road
improvements
or
street
improvements.
We
have
to
notate
an
approximate
per
person
or
per
unit
value
and
be
able
to
quantify
and
just
display
that
in
the
study,
but.
E
That
it
has
to
be
narrowly
tailored,
so
you
could
have
a
storm
water
element
for
x
dollars.
You
can
have
a
parks,
improvement
for
x
dollars.
You
can
have
the
library
improvement
for
x
dollars,
but
it'd
have
to
be
noted.
So
when
somebody
comes
in
to
develop
a
neighborhood,
for
instance,
they
know
how
much
per
category
they're
paying.
F
I
Guess,
and,
and
one
of
the
of
course
storm
water
and
sewage
is
always
a
big
one,
but
the
other
place
I
see
the
heavy
impact
is
on
safety
and
I
would
hope,
we'd
be
able
to
take
some
a
significant
amount
of
this
money,
maybe
to
toward
the
fire
department
to
expand,
as
we
have
talked
about
doing,
fire
department
police
department,
particularly,
but
I
think
public
safety
is-
has
to
be
a
key
media.
Yeah.
E
Within
the
context
of
the
law,
we'll
see
how
public
safety
has
to
be
handled,
I
think
there
are
some
allowances
for
public
safety
capital
to
be
purchased,
but
I.
E
I
E
Will
decide
what
elements
you
want
and
how
much
you
would
agree
to
so
we'll
give
you
the
recommendation
and
if
you
want
less,
that's
fine.
E
E
Is
a
that
is
a
separate
issue
so
that
that
gets
into
the
whole
ms4
study
and
designation
to
be
able
to
do
that.
This
may
be
an
easier
option
in
the
stormwater
world
to
go
ahead
and
levy
it
as
an
impact
fee.
F
E
F
E
B
B
E
All
right
before
you
is
the
intergovernmental
agreement
that
we
worked
up
with
walton
county
and
all
of
our
other
sister
cities
on
a
pro
rata
distribution
for
t
splost,
which
would
be
an
extra
one
penny
sales
tax.
Of
course,
this
has
to
be
voted
on
at
the
ballot
box.
E
A
Do
you
have
any
updates
from
our
chamber
as
to
how
they're
going
to
market
this.
E
I
don't
know
that
I
don't
know
that
the
consensus
is
to
use
the
chamber
at
this
point.
I
think
there
may
be
some
other
some
other
committees.
A
A
E
B
A
B
A
motion
to
approve
by
ms
malcolm
is
there
a
second
second
second,
mr
gregory?
Is
there
any
discussion
hearing,
none
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
aye.
All
opposed
like
sign
motion
carries
that
passes.
Thank
you.
Everybody
move
into
district
items
anything
to
discuss,
miss
malcolm.
A
I
B
I
Bradley,
I
I
think
that
my
district
concerns
that
I'm
hearing
also
affect
the
committee
that
I
chair
and
so
and
that's
on
public
safety.
I
I
think
what
we've
heard
tonight
about
crime
is
seems
to
really
be
a
big
issue
within
what
I'm
hearing,
particularly
over
the
last
couple
of
weeks
and
couple
that,
with
the
speeding
on
our
streets,
you
know
today,
people
live
on
mcdaniel
street,
now
call
it
the
mcdaniel
speedway,
it's
almost
dangerous
to
be
out
there
at
times.
I
I
know
chief's
on
vacation
right
now,
but
he
has
some
time
maybe
to
take
a
look
with
some
recommendations
and
also,
if
you
wanted
to
ask
the
marshalls
to
be
in-
and
you
know
just
also
support
anybody
else.
You
thankful
staff.
That
would
be
good
to
be
just
so.
We
could
have
one
in
with
just
the
two
items
on
it.
One
is
I
plan
on
addressing
crime
and
the
other
one's
a
plan
on
addressing
speed,
feeding
which
may
go
beyond
just
the
police
department,
but
other
things
that
we
might
do.
A
I
I'm
I'm
thinking
two
weeks
from
night
would
be
good
at
the
same
time,
if
that
would
fit
into
the
other
members
of
the
public
safety
committee
I'll
see
what
I
can.
F
Mr
gregory,
while
you
guys,
are
having
a
public
safety
meeting
over
there,
if
you
could
remember
2nd
street,
there's
a
there's,
a
lot
of
drag
being
laid
on
there.
If
you
go
down
and
you
can
see
all
the
different
tire
marks,
so
I
guess
I
guess
once
they're
done
at
mcdaniel.
They
come
over
to
second,
so.
I
Yeah-
and
I
guess
that's
a
concern-
I've
got
is
I
I
see
it
around
my
area,
you
make
daniel
street
pine,
crest
and
brielove,
but
I
heard
mr
dickinson
a
few
minutes
ago
talk
about
david
street.
You
got
no
seconds.
I
think
it's
a
city-wide
problem,
it's
not
just
on
a
particular
street,
so
we
just
need
to
address
it
as
an
overall
thing,
not
enough
specific
streets.
F
Thank
you.
I'd
also
like
to
say
thanks.
So
one
of
my
constituents
reached
out
to
me
and
we
had
a
so
down
there
next
to
the
mill
where
maiden
monroe
is.
We
have
a
lot
of
wildlife,
the
pond.
F
There
supports
a
lot
of
wildlife
and
there's
a
lot
of
folks
that
live
down
and
by
folks
I
do
mean
animals
that
live
down
where
the
power
lines
cut
out
and
everything,
and
so
unfortunately,
there
was
a
one
of
the
beavers
that
lived
in
the
lake
had
been
hit,
and
so
somebody
reached
out
to
me
and
said
we'd
really
like
to
see
some
wildlife
crossing
stuff
there,
because
several
animals
have
died.
There
were
pets
of
people
there
and
everything
else,
and
chris
bailey
made
that
happen,
and
I'd
just
like
to
say
that.
D
D
Thing
was
huge,
that's
it!
Thank
you.
I
haven't
thought
about
calling
the
mayor
to
come
pick
it
up.
You
know
they
used
to
call
me
to
come
pick
up
dead
animals.
You.
B
D
B
and
he
joined
council
to
protect
the
homeowners,
the
rate
payers,
so
we
as
a
council
did
not
raid
the
funds
of
the
utility,
and
I
appreciate
your
work,
so
thank
you.
Next,
we
have
first
friday.
Is
king
of
pops
is
august
5th,
michael
jackson
tribute
the
week
before
that
we
have
food
truck
friday
and
movies
at
the
mill
they're
showing
in
kanto
on
the
23rd
of
july.
We
have
community
impact
day
and
housing
expo
august
13th.
B
We
have
the
georgia
historic
trust,
expedition
coming
to
monroe
that
was
put
on
hold
a
couple
years
ago
because
of
covid.
If
you
want
to
find
out
more
about
that
or
buy
tickets
go
to
georgiatrust.org
august
28th,
we
have
atlanta
braves
days.
We
will.
We
are
one
of
151
cities
in
five
states
that
were
chosen
to
host
the
world
series
trophy
that
will
be
from
two
to
five
at
the
historic
courthouse
next
on.
Regarding
public
safety,
major
mcclung
was
just
promoted.
B
Last
week.
Captain
brent
davis
was
also
brent.
Davis
was
also
promoted.
Captain.
We
appreciate
your
work
and,
as
you
have
heard
tonight,
there's
a
whole
lot
more
work
cut
out
for
you
and
and
and
last
I
went
to
hometown
connections
last
night
in
brazilton
they
hosted
their
state
senators
and
state
representatives
from
hall
and
barrow
county
that
that
district
and
kurt
ward
is
the
mayor
there.
He
put
it
together.
B
I
want
to
host
one
of
those
I'm
thinking
this
fall,
so
if
we
could
do
in
october
or
november,
if
you
all
would
let
me
know
if
you
have
a
specific
night
in
mind,
generally
mondays
tuesdays
and
thursdays
would
would
be
good,
so
I'll,
try
to
work
something
out
around
your
schedules
and
then
see
if
we
can
get
some
of
the
politicians
to
to
come
join
us.
So
if
you
have
any
ideas,
let
me
know
we'll
probably
host
it
at
southern
brewing.
B
We
might
host
it
at
when
pigs
fly
the
new
barbecue
place.
So
let
me
know
what
you
think.
That
being
said,
I
need
a
motion
to
adjourn
to
executive
session.
Please.
