Hey there, I'm emily russell coming to you from downtown monroe. We are here on saturday june, the 2nd for our opening day of the monroe antique rail. We are so excited to launch our antique trolley. That's going to connect all of our antique malls around the downtown area with our downtown, so that people can spend a whole day with us shopping, antiques, looking for treasures, all sorts of great things and then come back downtown to enjoy our farmers market to enjoy our downtown restaurants and other establishments here.

So we're just excited to have you aboard the monroe antique rail for its very first day, you can check out all of the schedule, the timing and the dates for the antique rail each saturday that will be running and those can all be found at.

Actually a downtown business owner and I think it's awesome just to bring anything in that can help local business owners.

I know the farmer's market last week brought us some business, so I think that's great, um but yeah, I'm all for it. I, like I like just riding with the family. I think it's fun, I'm richard.

Last stringer and I'm with cherry hill at the mill antique mall and we have 55 000 square foot mall here the trolley system has been such a wonderful addition to monroe and to the antique malls and, along with all the other, vendors and and businesses in monroe.

We're excited to have the trolley come to monroe. uh It should go to all of the antique stores here in town. uh We believe it'll be beneficial and tying downtown monroe with the antique scene, which has become quite a big boom here in monroe.

So been out, antiquing and the best way to do that is to park downtown monroe, which we did we took the trolley out and the trolley did make stops at pretty much all the antique areas and we've done nothing but shop. All day long, beautiful outside nice weather had very little gas that we used in the process because of the trolley and just great shopping at all the antiques.

I do collect collectibles and you know the jewelry and seeing all the old-fashioned things that they used to use 20 years ago, I'm kidding, but it's it's been an amazing day.
