with

council
schedule
in

potential
for

have

meeting
if
no
items
for
certificates

we
haven't
finalized,
whether
they're
not
going
to
meet
in
July
or
not,
but
I
will
communicate
to
the
Planning
Commission
members
next
month.

decision

we
will

meeting

also
know

that

There's
an
existing
parking
lot
there
behind
422
South,
Broad
Street,
there's
a
personal
care
home
on
the
front
of
that
lot.
This
is
right
next
to
John's,
Supermarket
y'all,
probably
familiar
with
that.
But
there's
an
unpaid
parking
lot
in
the
back.

can
see
in
the
photographs
there
they're
proposing
to
upgrade
that
parking
and
make
it
paved
where
and
they're
going
to
include
things
like
planting
some
insulation
of
some
trees
and
hedges
along
and
around
the
parking
area
itself
directly
behind
that
personal
care
home.
But
it
will
be
an
improvement
to
that
site
and
pretty
much
all
the
work
will
occur
behind
the
personal
care
home
itself,
so
they
meet
all
the
requirements
for
your
Corridor
design,
overlay
requirements
and
the
recommendation
is
approval,
as
submitted
without
any
conditions.

a
pretty
straightforward
reason:
request
from
R2
to
r1a,
and
the
purpose
is
to
subdivide
the
property
into
two
lives:
there's
two
existing
homes
on
the
property
and
they
were
built
some
time
ago,
as
I'd
indicated
in
the
report,
these
were
quite
old
homes,
but
he's
not
proposing
to
do
anything
new
to
the
lot
other
than
just
sort
of
other
property
and
to
feed
some
Alliance.
