weeks,
our
community
has
seen
unprecedented
impacts
as
a
result
of
the
novel
coronavirus
both
on
our
businesses
and
on
those
who
call
Mountain
View
home.
This
crisis
is
one
like
we
have
never
seen
before,
and
we
are
cognizant
of
the
ways
in
which
it
has
impacted
your
livelihood
and
the
livelihood
of
our
city.
As
our
community
works
together
to
stay
home
and
save
lives,
there
are
still
those
who
come
to
work
every
day
because
they
are
essential
to
the
daily
function
of
our
city.

workers
are
making
sure
that
our
city
stays
clean,
that
it
stays
safe
and
that
should
you
need
assistance,
someone
will
be
there
for
you.
Our
city
staff
is
ensuring
that
garbage
is
collected,
that
our
water
is
clean
and
that
our
streets
and
parks
are
free
of
trash
and
other
debris.
Our
fire
department
continues
to
be
ever-present
to
ensure
that
if
you
need
medical
assistance
or
if
you
have
a
fire,
they
will
be
there.

to
protect
and
serve
our
community,
making
sure
each
and
every
one
of
us
is
staying
healthy
and
safe.
This
is
the
time
where,
as
we
learn
more
about
the
virus
and
as
we
learn
how
we
together
can
better
flatten

curve
we
adjust,
we
appreciate
your
understanding.
We
know
policies
and
procedures
have
been
changing
quickly
as
we
try
to
slow
the
spread
of
