From YouTube: Planning a Rengstorff Wedding in Times of COVID
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Well,
good
morning,
everyone
and
thank
you
for
joining
us
for
today's
presentation
entitled
planning
a
wedding
in
times
of
covid19.
I
think
that,
right
now
you
just
see
that
my
screen
am,
I
correct,
yeah.
A
Okay,
we
should
have
some
time
to
gather
as
a
group
and-
and
you
know
maybe
you'll
see
my
smiling
face
in
a
little
while,
but
just
as
a
fun
little
reminder
to
start
in
case
you
didn't
already
know
the
the
ranksdorf
home
is
a
unique
facility
that
has
been
relocated
two
times
as
part
of
the
effort
to
to
save
and
restore
mountain
view's
oldest
home
in
2021,
we'll
be
celebrating
the
30th
anniversary
of
the
restoration
which
occurred
in
1991
and
the
venue
now
stands
as
one
of
the
finest
examples
of
victorian
italianate
architecture
on
the
west
coast.
A
So
you've
already
heard
brady's
voice,
but
I
want
to
to
hand
it
over
to
brady
because
he's
kind
of
working
behind
the
scenes
and
going
to
help
us
through
today's
presentation.
B
Thank
you
christina
yeah,
so
my
name
is
brady.
I'm
the
interim
shoreline
manager
out
at
shoreline
for
the
city
of
mountain
view,
just
wanted
to
go
over
some
housekeeping
things.
I
will
warn
you
that
I
have
never
run
a
meeting
with
quite
this
many
people,
so
I
am
trying
my
best
to
stay
on
top
of
all
of
our
reactions
and
on
top
of
all
of
the
questions,
so
it
looks
like
everybody's
muted.
B
B
You
can
submit
your
questions
in
the
chat
for
those
of
you
that
aren't
familiar
with
zoom.
There
should
be
a
chat
function
at
the
bottom.
B
If
you
do
not
see
that,
please
let
me
know-
and
I
will
try
to
make
sure
I
get
that
up
and
working
for
us
on
this
meeting.
Otherwise,
we're
gonna
have
a
few
places
in
the
presentation
where
we're
gonna
open
it
up
for
questions.
B
You
can
unmute
yourself
and
I'll
look
for
those
that
are
unmuted
or
you
can
use
a
reaction
which
is
a
thumbs
up
or
a
hand,
clap
or
anything
like
that
and
I'll
be
doing
my
best
to
look
for
those
reactions
and
then
call
on
you
to
unmute
yourself,
and
then
that
way
we
can
try
to
prevent
people
talking
over
each
other
and
we
can
get
through
this
quickly
and
in
our
time
frame
here.
B
The
last
thing
I
wanted
to-
let
you
guys
know
is
that
we
are
recording
this,
because
we
want
to
be
able
to
possibly
share
it
with,
for
those
that
are
unable
to
attend,
we're
not
exactly
sure
how
we're
gonna
do
that,
yet
with
our
website
capabilities
and
all
of
that.
But
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
that
everybody
was
aware.
No
one
was
caught
off
guard
that
this
was
being
recorded.
B
The
recording
should
mostly
just
be
christina's
presentation,
but
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
that
that
was
up
front
and
so
with
that
I'm
gonna
pass
it
back
over
to
christina
who's
gonna
dive
into
the
the
wacky
world,
we're
all
living
in
right
now.
So
back
to
you
christina,
thank
you.
A
All
right,
thanks
brady,
so
before
we
move
into
the
presentation,
I
just
wanted
to
review
the
framework
for
today's
discussion.
Of
course,
we're
going
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
covid19
as
well
as
the
city,
the
city's
response
to
the
virus.
We'll
cut
talk
about
that
buzzword,
you've
heard
about
pivoting
your
wedding
towards
a
new
normal
and
then
go
a
little
bit
deeper
talking
about
venue
capacity
as
it
relates
to
social,
distancing,
other
rental
amendments
and
and
next
steps.
A
Here
you
can
see
some
of
those
general
health
guidelines,
despite,
as
some
of
you
may
or
may
not
be
aware,
there
is
a
very
recent
announcement
that
santa
clara
county
will
be
retreating
this
sunday
into
its
second
full
shelter
and
place.
So
we
we
of
course
thank
you
for
not
only
joining
us
today
on
your
beautiful
saturday
morning,
but
also
as
you
join
us,
in
complying
with
health
measures
addressing
the
community
community
spread.
A
Here
you
can
see
oh
gosh
here
we
go
here.
You
can
see
some
of
the
announcements
that
had
been
made
just
this
past
week,
also
as
it
relates
to
quarantining
after
travel
and
limiting
the
operation
of
hotels
and
lodging,
which
which
could
be
a
factor
as
you
move
forward
in
your
plans.
A
We
also
wanted
to.
Let's
see-
oh
good,
I
guess
we
just
we.
I
just
mentioned
this
public
advisory,
which
limits
any
gathering
outside
of
your
household
and
which
restricts
non-essential
travel
it.
It
does
is
anticipated
to
to
last
through
january
4th
of
next
year.
However,
as
as
we
know
today,
the
the
order
does
not
apply
to
outdoor
activities
governed
by
places
of
worship
and
providers
of
religious
service
and
cultural
ceremonies,
and
so,
even
even
in
the
purple
or
widespread
tier,
and
there
are
still
allowances
for
events
like
yours
to
move
forward.
A
Will
the
space
be
indoors
or
outdoors
and
of,
of
course,
as
it
relates
to
interactions
amongst
your
guests,
but
as
we
sorry
thank
you
as
we
move
forward,
one
of
the
things
that
you've
seen
in
our
emails
to
to
couples
is
the
idea
that,
although
there
might
be
an
order
that
comes
out
from
the
state
or
county,
what
what
the
city
of
mountain
view
has
been
doing
is
looking
at
the
the
most
strict
of
those
health
guidelines,
and
I
don't
know
whether
you
can
see
me
circling
you
can't,
because
I'm
on
my
I'm
on
my
iphone
as
well,
but
in
the
bottom
right
corner.
A
So,
let's
see
so
I'm
gonna
move
to
the
next
slide.
This
is
just
you
know,
kind
of
a
a
message
to
you,
a
certain
message
of
support.
We
know
it
can
be
confusing
trying
to
interpret
various
orders
and
changes
to
guidance
on
a
regular
basis,
and
they
have
been
even
changing
in
the
last
few
days.
But
what
we
hope
to
do
is
is
work
work
together
with
you
to
determine
a
plan
for
your
event.
Success
in
2021.
A
So
in
this
slide,
you
can
sorry
in
this
slide.
You
can
see
how
this,
how?
Oh,
my
goodness,
what
is
going
on
all
right
in
this
slide.
You
can
see
the
I
don't
know
why
my
this
is
moving
forward.
Sorry,
you
guys.
A
You
can
see
the
the
first
question:
what
is
the
update
on
places
of
worship
and
cultural
ceremonies?
A
We,
as
as
guidelines
have
been
rewritten
in
the
past
year,
the
the
city
has
been
able
to
align
our
work
with
the
places
of
worship
and
cultural
ceremonies,
with
the
idea
that
we
are
a
provider
of
those
places
of
worship
and
the
the
text
changed
over
time.
If
that
makes
sense.
So,
as
per
current
state
of
california
guidance,
wedding
ceremonies
only
are
permitted
outdoors
at
any
tier
in
the
blueprint
toward
a
safer
economy.
A
While,
if
you
look
at
these
the
state's
website,
it
says
that
receptions
are
banned.
So
what
that
means
is
that
food
and
beverages
are
not
allowed,
with
the
exception
of
pre-approved
items
as
part
of
the
cultural
religious
ceremony,
and,
let's
see
so
so,
hopefully
that
makes
sense
the,
although,
although
the
state
the
state
does
permit
gatherings
up
to
three
households,
unfortunately,
if
a
ceremony
is
incorporated
into
that
gathering
the
places
of
worship
and
cultural
ceremonies
order
would
apply,
and
so
here
you
see
how
the
city
has
been
working.
A
Here
you
see
how
the
city
has
been
working
behind
the
scenes.
We
in
particular,
we've
been
inside
installing
signage
related
to
covid19
health
and
safety
reminders.
We've
been
making
plans
for
facility
modifications,
which
includes
the
indoor
closure
of
the
house,
plans
for
single
roos,
single
use,
restrooms
and
capacity
studies.
A
We
have
we've
been
interpreting
basic
facility
and
host
responsibilities.
Sending
you
important
updates,
as
it
might
pertain
to
your
event
and,
of
course,
we'll
be
training.
Our
staff,
we've,
updated
rental,
rental
tools
and
we'll
hope
to
get
that
those
out
to
you
in
the
coming
weeks,
not
to
mention,
of
course,
updating
our
cleaning
and
sanitizing
guidelines
and
writing
a
revised
cancellation
policy.
A
So
I
think
I
skipped
a
slide.
No,
I
did
not.
A
All
right
so
so
you
may
ask
you
saw,
I
think
in
my
email,
the
the
idea
of
of
this
reinstarf
house's
a
new
stated
event
capacity
of
75
guests,
whereas,
as
you
might
imagine,
even
the
more
broad
county
guidelines
can
can
fluctuate,
and
yet
our
new
ven
event
capacity
of
75
will
remain
stable.
A
Those
religious
ceremonies
can
take
place
and
we'll
go
in
a
little
bit
into
more
detail
in
this,
but
just
to
give
you
a
sense
in
the
front
lawn
and
east
patio
lawn
areas,
we
can
we're
anticipating
we
can
accommodate
and
20
or
30
guests,
while
the
the
new
ceremony
maximum
will
be
offered
on
the
west
patio
on
the
right
hand,
side
of
the
house
combined
with
the
brick
patio.
A
So,
in
your
in
the
email
that
you
received
there
were
some
of
the
the
guidelines
were
were
referenced
if
the
links
didn't
appear
as
we
had
intended.
But
if
you
hover
over
the
guidelines,
you
can
link
directly
to
the
various
points
of
guidance,
and
actually
the
county
of
santa
clara's
website
has
improved
significantly
over
time.
So
you'll
find
a
lot
of
that
when
you
go
to
the
department
of
public
health
for
city
of
santa
clara,
so
I
saw
this
on
the
internet,
it
says
love
is
patient
and
of
course
that's.
A
A
Our
hope
is
that,
in
addition
to
love
being
patient-
and
that
also
you
know,
we
can
persevere,
love
can
persevere
and
so
we're
going
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
that
love
spectrum,
as
it
relates
to
covid19
precautions
today
and
of
course,
safety
is
of
the
utmost
importance,
but
we
hope
that
you
will
join
us
and
in
shifting
toward
some
of
these
more
health-conscious
considerations.
A
Be
willing
to
pivot
some
of
your
wedding
dreams
and
but
perhaps
most
of
all
embrace
some
of
the
administrative
requirements
that
come
as
per
the
directions
of
of
health
departments.
So
with
that
said,
I
I
don't
brady,
I
don't
know
if
you've
started,
seeing
any
comments
coming
along
or
is.
Is
this
a
time
to
to
begin
opening
up
for
questions
at
all.
B
Yeah,
I
think
we
can
take
a
moment
here
and
see
if
anybody
has
any
questions,
I'm
not
sure
if
the
chat
feature
is
working.
If
it's
not,
I
apologize,
it's
actually
not
allowed
through
the
city's
I.t
restrictions,
so
I
tried
to
jerry-rig
it
and
I
might
have
failed.
So
I
apologize
for
that.
But
if
you
have
any
questions,
please
unmute
yourself
and
go
ahead
and
ask.
C
Hi,
I
had
a
question
so
with
the
vaccine,
being
it's
a
good
chance
that
it's
gonna
be
more
widely
available
sometime
in
march.
What
happens
if
the
crowd
is
majority
vaccinated?
Does
that
does
these
guidelines
still
apply.
B
Basically,
for
the
city,
the
plan
is
gonna
be
to
follow
whatever
the
county
and
state
guidelines
are
so
to.
Unfortunately,
if
the
county
and
state
don't
address
majority
of
vaccinated
groups,
then
we'll
have
to
follow
these
same
guidelines,
even
if
that
is
the
case.
Hopefully
by
that
point,
if
the
vaccine
is
widely
distributed,
and
there
is
a
separate
set
of
guidelines
for
it,
then
we'll
we'll
abide
by
whatever
those
guidelines
are.
The
city
will
not
be
acting
independently
of
the
county.
D
So
I
have
a
question
just
I
don't
know
if
you
can
go
over
the
cancellation
policy
and
if
you're
gonna
go
over
it
in
the
further
on
in
the
slides
but
like
at
least
in
our
case,
we
wouldn't
want
to
do
the
wedding
if
there
couldn't
be
a
reception
and
so
in
our
wedding's
in
august.
D
A
And
we
we
will
go
over
this
later
in
the
presentation,
but
just
to
give
you
a
sense
about
three
months
prior
we'll
be
we'll
be
looking
for
you
to
reinitiate
your
rental
permit,
and
if
you
do
move
forward
into
some
of
the
more
detailed
planning
with
us
there,
there
will
be
and
and
then
find
a
need
to
cancel
at
a
later
date.
There
would
be
a
10
deduction
from
your
rental
fee
in
addition
to
a
10
cancellation
fee.
The.
C
A
Cancellation
fee
does
apply
at
this
time,
but
it
would
only
be
a
10
cancellation
of
the
rental
portion
of
your
of
of
your
rental.
B
It
doesn't
look
like
it
at
this
time
christina.
So,
let's
keep
plowing
through
here
and
we'll
have
another
we'll
have
more
opportunities
for
questions
as
we
continue
everybody
so.
A
Great
all
right,
so
here
we
are
at
the
pivot,
we're
going
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
virtual
events
and
other
solutions
that
you
might
choose
to
think
about
we're
we'll
talk
about
the
term
host
and
some
of
the
various
responsibilities
the
wedding
team
affords.
A
We
will
go
over
those
some
of
the
rental
amendments,
meaning
changes
to
our
facility
and
changes
to
your
contract,
essentially
and
and
talk
about
the
the
team
overall.
So
here
we
go
so
in
this
slide,
you
can
see
that
concept
of
virtual
events
and
the
an
idea
that
is
is
you
know,
first
and
foremost,
one
that
eliminates
trans
the
chance
of
transmission
of
the
virus,
and
it
occurred
to
me
that
virtual
events
can
save
some
of
your
guests
money
on
travel
costs.
A
But
I
wanted
to
just
go
over
some
of
the
unique
aspects
of
the
virtual
event
component
and
one
one
idea
to
consider
is
the
idea
of
a
virtual
guest
book,
meaning
that
if
you
have
a
professional,
you
know
team
to
work
with
you.
You
can
have
your
wedding
wedding
guests,
submit
special
memories
and
wishes
to
you
prior
to
the
wedding,
which
could
be
part
of
a
production
essentially
for
wedding
guests
if
they
are
not
able
to
join
you.
A
The
the
one
of
the
big
upsides
of
virtual
events
is
the
idea
of
unlimited,
unlimited
guest
capacity
for
your
ceremony
and
whatever
reception
activity,
you
might
choose
as
you
as
you
also
save
money
on
venue
and
vendor,
as
well
as
reception
costs.
So
I
I
did
in
some
of
my
research
find
that
socially
distant
ceremonies
can
have
some
some
audio.
You
know
factors
to
keep
in
mind.
A
So
so,
if
your
guests
are,
you
know
far
from
the
ceremony,
they
just
at
least
at
the
back
of
the
lawn
for
the
larger
west
patio
lawn
you'll
want
to
think
think
about
your
audio
as
you
produce
any
on-site
wedding.
A
Last
but
not
least,
and
there
are
creative
ideas
you
you
know,
you
could
do
a
just
like
you
do
sort
of
slideshows
of
your
yourself
as
a
couple.
You
could
do
something
like
that
for
your
wedding
guests
and
not
on
site,
but
you
could
do
you
know
gather
with
your
gas
guests
for
wine
tasting
and
pairing.
A
Following
your
live
stream
ceremony,
you
can
do
online
dance
parties.
You
know,
I
guess
the
sky's
the
limit
and
these
days
as
it
as
it
applies
to
virtual
interactions.
So
one
one
one
other
idea
that
we
had
considered
was
the
idea
of
of
your
socially
distant
wedding
here
in
2020
and
and
possibly
considering
coming
back
to
the
rainstorm
house
a
year
prior
or
you
can
simply
reschedule
your
event,
but
there.
A
How
do
I
say
this
I've
I've
thought
a
lot
about
where
you
are
in
your
planning
process
and
one
idea
that
came
to
my
mind
was
the
idea
of
dining
around
the
bay
for
a
reception.
So
if
you
were
to
host
host
your
on-site
ceremony
and
and
not
necessarily
get
together
in
a
dining
hall,
you
could
send
your
guests
off
to
special.
You
know
seedings,
you,
you
might
say
at
restaurants
in
mountain
view
around
the
bay,
whatever
might
make
the
most
sense.
A
And
last
but
not
least,
we
you
know
we
do.
Unfortunately,
we
do
anticipate
that
it
will
be
some
time
before
the
county
and
state
guidelines
expand
when
the
when
and
if
they
do,
and
if
you
choose
to
have
a
smaller
reception
on
site
there
can
be.
There
are
those
unique
ideas
out
there
like
grazing
boxes,
luxury
picnics
and
you
know,
sort
of
a
real
vintage
and
virtual
experience.
A
A
As
you
may
know,
the
inside
of
the
house
is,
is
temporarily
closed
due
to
this
small
parlor
areas
and
unique
cleaning
requirements,
we
also
are
converting
rainstorm
house
restrooms
into
single-use
all-gender
spaces
and
and
the
kitchen
will
remain
closed
until
receptions
are
permitted
once
again,
so
these
are
so.
Usage
will
be
based
on
those
health
orders.
At
the
time
of
your
event,
and
should
there
you
know,
should
should
any
of
any
other
changes.
Should
any
other
openings
be
possible.
We
will
be
sure
to
let
you
know
so.
A
In
the
second
column.
Here
you
see
the
word
you
under
host,
as,
as
you
begin
to
understand
health
orders
as
they've
been
written,
the
city
is
considering
itself
as
well
as
the
rankstar
house
venue,
as
the
venue,
where
we're
do
we're,
taking
those
steps
to
to
adhere
to
the
county
and
state
orders
where
we
have
been
reviewing
capacities
per
each
space,
and
we
will
continue
to
send
out
those
rental
reminders
and
updates,
while,
as
as
as
a
renter,
we
some
of
the
responsibilities
that
you'll
be
looking
into.
A
Are
those
aspects
of
the
orders,
including
social
distancing,
making
sure
that
your
guests
are
wearing
masks
and
taking
a
look
at
some
of
the
event
planning
considerations
that,
as
it
relates
to
social
distancing,
we'll
talk
a
little
bit
more
about
about
sanitizing
stations
and
hand
washing
and
and
then
there's
the
aspect
of
contact
tracing
that
we'll
go
over.
But
when
it
comes
to
vendors,
your
your
vendors
will
possibly
need
to
follow
other
guidance,
so
your
caterer
might
be
following
the
restaurant's
guidance
in
general.
A
A
The
the
rest
is,
you
know
for
the
most
part
self-explanatory,
but
following
again
just
following
those
those
health
guidelines
as
they
would
apply,
and
so
here
you
see
that
aspect
of
what
will
be
required
of
the
host
and
prior
to
necessary
deadlines.
We'll
be
asking
you
to
think
through
your
event
layout
to
not
only
allow
for
six
foot
social
distancing,
but
also
to
incorporate
two
foot
breezeways
in
between
ceremony,
chairs
and
tables.
A
If
you
know
should
that
apply
the
reason
why
we
have
done
that,
is
that
in
discussion
with
some
local
respected
caterers,
we
learned
that
reception
tables
and
in
typical
in
normal
times,
are
six
feet
distance
apart
and
so
that
the
two
feet
add-on
there
is
to
allow
for
the
catering
step.
You
know
in
the
future
catering
staff
to
to
move
through
or
for
your
guests
simply
to
walk
down
the
aisles.
A
We
will
go
over
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
these
responsibilities
in
more
detail,
but
just
as
you
had
before,
you
will
be
submitting
your
floor
plans
or
vendor
vendor
information.
It's
just
going
to
be
a
little
bit
more
detailed,
including
some
submitting
your
your
guest
list
to
which
would
be
organized
by
household
relationships.
A
A
So
with
that,
I
know
that's
a
lot
of
information
already
and
we
are
going
to
delve
in
deeper
as
it
relates
to
venue
capacity
and
to
cover
you
know
some
of
the
considerations
that
I've
already
talked
about,
but
are
there
any
questions
specifically
as
it
relates
to
host
responsibilities,
the
venue
amendments,
or
even
the
virtual
events
and
solutions
that
I
mentioned
previously.
A
No
questions
at
this
time,
all
right,
okay,
so
we'll
keep
moving
on
in
the
presentation.
A
Let's
see,
I'm
just
gonna
skip
over
this
and
get
to
the
slide
that
probably
you
all
have
been
waiting
for
a
couple.
Some
of
you
have
been
in
touch
with
me
and
I
and
I
shared
that
there's
a
program
called
all
seated.com
which
allowed
us
to
work
on
social
distancing.
It's
essentially
will
will
help.
A
It
helps
with
the
the
chair
placement
to
make
sure
that
measurements
are
are
accurate,
and
in
doing
so,
we
we
took
a
close
look
at
the
various
sections
of
our
facility,
the
east
patio
lawn
being
marked
here
with
an
a
and
can
conceit
up
to
20
guests
with
with
two
bridal
party.
Besides
the
couple,
as
shown
the
front
lawn
can
can
feed
about
30
guests,
but
gives
you
the
opportunity
to
have
a
larger
bridal
party
around
that
around
that?
A
U
there
in
the
front
lawn
and
then,
as
I
mentioned
before,
joining
the
west
patio
lawn
and
brick
patio
and
you
can
get
to
just
about
75
guests.
The
the
way
that
we've
set
up
our
template
guideline
is:
we've
shown
seating
clusters
of
two
meaning
that
in
most
instances,
you'll
have
a
lot
of
couples
there.
There
may
be
a
little
bit
of
wiggle
room
as
it
relates
to
seating.
A
Couple
in
a
given
row,
and
yet
overall
for
simplicity,
our
guideline
for
you
is
to
have
a
maximum
of
75
guests.
You
can,
even
if
you,
if
you
see
close
to
the
letter
c,
there
are
some
less
than
ideal
seating
locations
and
probably
you
you
would
be
taking
that
into
consideration.
A
Finally,
before
we
move
on,
I
wanted
to
point
you
to
the
key,
which
shows
that
when
you
arrive,
the
city
will
provide
a
portable
hand,
sanitizer
sanitizing
station,
that's
just
where
it
will
be.
When
you
arrive,
you
can
you
know,
depending
on
where
your
ceremony
is
taking
place.
A
Certainly
it
can
be
moved
or
moved
throughout
the
event,
and
the
little
triangles
show
you
where
we
expect
that
guests
would
be
socially
distanced,
waiting
in
line
for
the
restrooms
and
find,
and
the
arrow
shows
that
that's
the
direction
where
guests
would
exit
from
the
the
restroom
area.
A
And
so
so
here
sorry,
you
guys
here
you
can
see
that
we
are
allowing
you
know.
Ceremonies
are
permitted
that
is
to
host
ceremonies
only
and
that
there
is
some
you
know
taking
into
consideration.
The
size
of
your
bridal
party
is
possibly
something
you'd
want
to
think
about
in
your
initial
stages
of
planning.
A
We
we
do
have
estimations
as
it
relates
to
what
could
be
possible,
and
should
the
state
and
county
allow
food
and
beverages
as
part
of
a
ceremony
or
or
simply
lar
much
larger
gatherings
in
the
future.
A
So
as
it
relates
to
face
coverings,
essentially,
what
we
want
you
to
know
is
that
it
will
be
your
responsibility
as
a
vent
host
to
ensure
that
that
face,
masks
or
face
coverings
are
worn
and
we
actually
will
not
be
taking
a
look
at
your
list
of
medically
excused
exceptions.
But
we
do
ask
that
you,
you
know,
review
the
appropriate
guidelines.
A
If
there
are
members
of
your
guest
list
that
might
have
exemptions
and-
and
if
there
are
any
questions
on
site,
our
staff
would
simply
come
to
you
or
your
designated
representative
out
of
any
abundance
of
caution.
A
I
I
already
talked
about
social
distancing,
but
here
you
see
it
that
that
our
our
event
layout
is
based
on
an
eight
eight-foot
distancing
between
chairs
and
if
you
didn't
catch
the
name
of
the
website,
it
is
it's
all
seated.com
that
we
worked
with
and
and
I've
confirmed
with
the
company
that
you
can
access
the
rainstormhouse
layout
and
create
up
to
10
layouts
for
free.
A
So
if
you
want
to
create
your
plan,
a
plan
b
and
plan
c-
and
that
is
a
possibility
on
all
seated.com-
there
are
some
other
nuances
to
maths
requirements.
A
A
If
receptions
are
permitted
in
the
coming
year,
we
would
we
would
be
asking
that
you
can
you
take
into
consideration
sort
of
social
distancing
requirements
such
as
you
know,
it
might
be
little
tape.
A
Demarcations
where
a
bar
would
be
located
will
be,
you
know,
will
be
asking
you
to
figure
out
how
to
place
your
bridal
party
and
event
components
and
then
just
in
terms
of
hand
hygiene.
A
Hopefully
you
all
know
that
there
are
two
restrooms,
but
you
heard
that
due
to
aerosol
considerations,
I
guess
you'd
say
we
when
we
said
that
we're
con
converting
the
restrooms
to
single
use
it
would.
It
would
be
therefore,
one
person
at
a
time
and
as
soon
as
that,
restroom
becomes
available.
The
next
guest
can
go
in
whether
they
are
male
male
or
female
or
whatever
gender
might
apply
so
and
united
site
services
is
a
company
that
provides
portable
hand
washing
stations.
A
If
you
do
choose
to
go
that
route,
however,
the
city
again,
the
city
will
provide
that
that
single
portable
sanitizing
station
and
we
may
have
some
recommendations
for
you
as
it
relates
to
the
amount
of
hand
sanitizer.
That
would
be
required
for
a
certain
number
of
guests,
but
at
minimum
just
to
simply
have
it
on
site
to
accommodate
your
event
is
something
that
will
be
part
of
the
new
rental
requirement
and
the
permit
that
you'll
be
signing,
and
then
I
know
that
this
is
not.
A
You
know
detailed
at
this
point.
We
are
making
our
final
changes,
but
in
the
in
the
images
here
you
see
it's
where,
where
the
city
of
mountain
view
logo
is
shown,
this
is
what
we
have
been
calling
an
addendum.
A
Basically,
it's
the
revision
to
your
rent,
rental
permit
is
being
designed
and
reviewed
as
we
speak,
and
the
the
other
documents
are
tools
that
will
show
up
in
your
rental
packet
and-
and
our
hope
is
that
these
these
will
be
handy
tools
for
you
to
refer
to
just
because
sometimes
it's
it's
hard
to
remember
everything.
That's
necessary
and
important,
as
it
relates
to
health
safety
again.
A
We
hope
that
it
will
be
helpful
to
you
moving
forward,
and
so
I
think
I
alluded
to
this
before,
but
but
when
it,
when
it
comes
to
seeding
in
you
know,
in
the
olden
days
we
might
have
made
decisions
to
seat
an
entire
family
together.
A
We,
I
guess
this
is
pretty
straightforward
and
there
have
been
times
in
the
past
when
my
rental
clients
would
show
up
without
filling
out
their
their
event,
paperwork
and-
and
I
would
often
proceed
to
work
with
them
and
basically
fill
out
paperwork
on
together
on
site.
A
That
will
be
a
little
bit
more
difficult
this
this
coming
year,
and
so
we
encourage
you
to
plan
a
little
bit.
You
know
plan
in
advance
to
make
sure
that
that
you're
thinking
through
all
of
what's
needed
and
and
so
there
we
are
we're
kind
of
nearing
the
end
of
the
formal
presentation.
There
is
one
more
section
where
we're
going
to
go
over
the
you
know
the
timeline
of.
A
What's
expected,
I'm
trying
to
remember
what
else
is
coming
next,
but
are
there
any
questions
as
it
relates
to
what
we've
covered
already.
E
I
have
a
question:
okay,
it's
so,
if
we
planned
on
having
out
of
state
guests,
is
that
now
not
possible.
A
So
so
we
we
probably
brady
correct
me.
If
I'm
wrong,
we,
we
will
not
be
looking
at
that
closely.
There
are
this,
the
state,
you
know
state
and
county
guidelines
as
it
relates
to
quarantining
you
did.
You
did
see
that
there
are.
You
know
there
will,
at
least
as
of
today,
hotels
are
in
some
counties,
brady
correct
me.
If
I'm
wrong.
B
Yeah,
no
you're
good,
so
basically
we're
again
not
to
be
a
parrot
here,
but
we're
following
what
the
county
and
state
guidelines
are
so
right
now,
santa
clara
county
has
that
150
mile
travel.
If
you
go
outside
150
miles,
then
you
need
to
quarantine
for
two
weeks.
So
the
the
short
answer
is,
you
can,
but
people
may
have
to
quarantine,
hopefully,
by
the
time
we
get
to
spring
and
summer
and
coveted
cases
are
hopefully
on
the
decline
and
we
open
up
into
the
different
tiers
that
won't
be
the
restriction
that's
on.
B
If
we
were
going
to
have
a
wedding
tomorrow,
then
there
would
be
the
150
mile
travel
consideration
and
the
two-week
quarantine
period
again
we're
we're
hoping
that
by
the
time
we
get
to
spring
and
summer
and
to
all
of
your
guys's
events
that
we'll
be
able
to
open
up
a
little
bit
more,
and
we
won't
have
to
worry
too
much
about
that.
But
that
would
be
a
consideration
to
to
keep
right
now.
B
Just
given
the
current
orders
in
the
current
state
of
covid
in
the
county
and
christina
is
fortunate
to
live
in
san
mateo
county,
which
is
the
one
county
in
the
area
that
is
not
following
the
strictest
orders,
and
so
she
has
to
do
the
the
juggle
between
san
mateo
and
santa
clara.
So
that's
why
I
I
appreciate
her
keeping
clear
all
of
the
different
orders
for
the
different
groups
so
but
yeah
that
that's
the
my
long-winded
answer
to
your
question.
F
Hi,
I
hope
you're
well,
so
I
know
that
it's
so
you
know,
I
know
that
it's
actually
a
wedding,
and
so
we
we're
hoping
to
have
the
reception.
But
you
know
we
know
with
weddings
people
get
closer.
They
I
mean
they
forget
the
social
distance
and
what,
if
one
of
our
guests,
you
know
they
get
infected
and
in
in
its
contact
traced
it
back
to
our
wedding
now?
What
is
the
legality
behind
that
will?
F
Will
we
be
personally
be
responsible,
as
my
my
well,
where
he's
technically
well
as
us
now
or
the
rainstorm
house,
because
we
want
to
prevent
everything,
as
did
we
want
to
be
as
cautious
as
possible,
but
you
know
so.
I
know
some
of
a
few
of
our
guests.
They
forget
they
forget
to
keep
their
mask.
B
On
so
really
it
it's
it's
kind
of
a
joint
effort,
and
that's
why
christina
was
referencing
all
that
paperwork
there
on
the
helpful
tools
side.
B
So
that's
why
we're
gonna
actually
we're
requiring
a
formalized
guest
list,
a
seating
chart
and
a
lot
of
these
other
pieces
of
paperwork
a
month
out
from
your
event,
so
that,
in
the
case
that
something
is
traced
back
to
a
wedding
that
we
can
do
all
the
necessary
contact
tracing
through
the
agreement
and
the
modified
addendum
that
you
all
will
be
seeing
in
the
in
the
near
future.
It
will
be
on
the
host.
B
So
whoever
the
permit
holder
is
will
be
the
one
that's
responsible,
with
working
with
staff
in
the
county
to
to
provide
all
of
the
information
on
all
the
people
that
were
present
for
the
county
to
reach
out
and
do
the
contact
racing.
A
Absolutely
yeah!
That's
if
there
is
any
good
news
that
is,
you
know
one
of
the
upsides
of
the
rainstorm
house
as
a
site
for
your
wedding,
that
it
is
primarily
outdoors
so.
G
I
have
a
question
great,
it's
just
a
general
question
about
planning.
G
So
when
we're
looking
into
vendors-
and
you
know
all
of
the
pieces
that
go
into
a
wedding-
should
we
be
planning
for
what
we
hope
would
be
the
case
in
july,
like
for
my
wedding
or
august,
or
should
we
be
planning
for
the
75
guests
list
for
a
ceremony?
A
So
I
I
think
we
have
an
event
planner
on
the
call.
I
can't
see
everyone,
but
I
am.
I
am
thinking
back
to
a
conversation
I
had
with
a
planner
earlier
this
year
and
you
know
really
it.
There
is
a
lot
of
wait
and
see
in
terms
of
knowing
what
will
be
allowed.
A
We
know
that
that
we
want
to
allow
you
that
opportunity
to
remain
hopeful,
and
yet,
if,
if
you
as
we
proceed
through
the
remainder
of
the
presentation,
we're
essentially
going
to
be
asking
you
to
err
on
the
side
of
you
know,
being
conservative
in
terms
of
what
could
possibly
open
up.
You'll
you'll
need
to
on
your
own
decide
how
much
time
and
and
what
financial
considerations
go
into
establishing
contracts
with
with
your
vendors
and
and
so
it
it's
sort
of
a
complex
answer.
G
Of
course,
we
would
still
be
conservative
with
our
numbers.
It's
not
going
to
be
anything
like
you
know
if
we
planned
this
for
two
years
ago,
but
just
you
know
in
the
case
of
if
if,
if
a
reception
is
allowed-
and
my
wedding
planner
did
say
like
it
is
going
to
you-
know
kind
of
land
on
contracts
of
the
vendors
and
stuff
like
that
and.
B
Yeah,
if
I
can
jump
in
here,
real
quick,
the
reason
that
we
are
pushing
this
75
number
is
because
that's
how
many
people
we
can
fit
comfortably
outdoors
following
all
of
the
social
distancing
guidelines,
I
don't
necessarily
foresee
the
social
distancing
changing.
So
I
think
I
would
err
on
the
side
of
caution
in
terms
of
people
and
capacity
as
opposed
to
the
ideal.
B
So
if
we
were
dealing
with
a
exact
number
like
a
25
of
the
grounds
or
something
I
I
would
probably
lean
towards,
you
could
be
a
little
riskier
in
what
you're
planning
and
going
a
little
bit
more
towards
your
ideal.
But
I
would
just
caution
that,
because
we
are
basing
that
75
number
off
of
actual
six
foot
distance
spacing.
G
B
Just
don't
foresee
that
number
changing,
and
I-
and
this
is
just
my
personal
opinion
having
you
know-
been
knee-deep
and
trying
to
figure
this
out
for
all
of
our
rental
facilities
in
the
city.
It
does
seem
that
the
75
number
and
those
social
distancing
requirements
are
what
is
kind
of
almost
for
sure
knock
on
wood,
in
terms
of
even
if
the
tiers
change.
Even
if
things
change
the
big
thing
for
us,
isn't
we
don't
expect
the
capacity
number
to
necessarily
change
the
big
thing.
We're
keeping
our
eye
on,
for
everybody?
G
F
Thank
you
great,
so
brady
just
to
follow
up
with
that
question.
So
if
the
guest
list
is
totally
75,
would
that
count
as
like
vendors
like
trying
to
vendors,
because
you
know
I'm
also
counting
my
day,
of
course,
my
day
of
coordinator
she's
going
to
be
on
site
and
she
has
actually
worked
with
rankstarf
in
the
past,
so
she
knows
the
layout.
Thankfully
we
did
it
also
count
like
staff
coming
in.
F
B
B
But
now,
if
you
have
a
wedding
planner,
that's
going
to
be
there
all
day
with
you
and
kind
of
at
present
at
the
event,
that
would
count
towards
your
75
limit
and
and
the
75,
and
I'm
gonna
probably
regret
saying
this,
but
the
75
is
really
our
recommendation
based
off
of
all
of
the
kind
of
seating
charts
that
christine
has
put
together
following
the
social
distance
guidelines.
C
B
B
On
your,
your
research
and
you're,
putting
together
the
seating
chart
and
kind
of
looking
at
your
households
and
all
that
as
well.
F
B
F
B
The
the
kind
of
where
the
75
number
comes
from
is
christina
playing
with
a
bunch
of
different
layouts
and
really
trying
to
figure
out
and
believe
me.
Christina
has
tried
to
figure
out
how
to
maximize
the
number
of
people
she
can
get.
She
was
able
to
fit
in
for
everybody
and
so,
but
that
that's
what
it
would
come
down
to
so
yeah.
So
the
long
answer.
The
short
answer
to
your
question
is
like
a
wedding
planner.
F
Okay,
yeah
because
my
my
event
is
actually
in
may
so
kind
of
end
of
may.
So
it's
teetering
around
like
the
vaccine
schedule
and
it's
teetering
around
if
things
can
open
up
or
whatnot
right.
C
A
All
right,
so
it
seems,
like
maybe
we've
covered
the
questions
that
are
out
there
right
now.
I'm
gonna
move,
let's
see.
A
Let's
see
all
right,
so
I
guess
I
put
the
reception
seating
in
the
slide,
because
I
had
thought
that
perhaps
some
of
you
might
have
questions
about
that
again.
A
Food
and
beverages
are
not
allowed
at
this
time,
but
this
is
the
view
of
what
a
reception
might
look
like
in
the
future,
and
so,
as
we
come
to
the
last
section,
I'm
just
going
to
be
going
over.
You
know
really.
The
big
thing
is
sort
of
that
countdown
countdown
timeline,
but
just
reinforcing
some
of
the
ideas
we've
already
talked
about,
and
while
there
is
uncertainty,
our
hope
is
that,
and
while
we
know
that
none
of
this
is
easy
for
anyone.
We
do.
A
A
A
planner
is
is
not
required,
but
if
it
if,
if
there
is
budget-
and
if
you
find
that
it
could
ease
your
mind
to
a
certain
extent
and
get
help
if
you
need
it
and
feel
comfort,
hopefully,
and
knowing
that
we
will
continue
to
notify
you
of
changes
to
the
orders.
A
lot
of
our
couples.
This
past
year
saw
updates
as
the
as
closures
went
into
effect.
And
you
know,
as
there
are
reopening
you
know,
if
there,
if
there
is
an
additional
reopening,
we
will
also
notify
you
as
such.
A
So
finally,
if
if
you
can
stay
hopeful
and
knowing
and
also
in
comfort
in
knowing
that
you're
doing
what's
necessary
to
keep
your
guests
healthy
and
safe,
hopefully
that
will
be
important
to
you
as
well
and
so
in
time.
In
terms
of
the
countdown
we
we,
the
city
offices,
will
be
closed
december
24th
through
january
1st
and
prior
to
that,
we
plan
on
sending
out
some
of
the
paperwork.
A
We've
we've
been
mentioning
or
referencing
in
today's
presentation
and
the
the
question
about
the
cancellation
is
that
three
months
prior
to
the
event
will
we
would
be
asking
you
to
re-initiate
your
your
contract
and
again,
as
I
had
said
at
any
point
prior
to
that-
we're
really
just
asking
for
a
10
cancellation
or
administrative
fee,
and
should
you
need
to
cancel
anytime
after
the
three
month
marker?
A
It
would
just
be
a
deduction
of
the
ten
dollar
cancellation
fee,
plus
ten
dollars
of
your
rental,
which
is
typically
around
190
dollars.
If
you
had
previously
chosen
the
eight
hour
rental
so
about
35
days
prior,
we
will
be
sending
out
any
pertinent
updates
if,
if
they
exist
and
then
along
with
your
final
payment
30
days
prior,
we
will
be
asking
for
detailed
information
about
the
num.
A
You
know
the
the
number
of
guests,
how
you're
making
arrangements
for
your
seating,
charts
and
such
that
that
would
be
the
the
approved
plan.
If
you
have,
as
you
think
about
this
deadline,
if
you
can
also
consider
your
rsvp
deadline
and
to
give
yourself
enough
time
to
prepare
the
layout,
we
would
greatly
appreciate
it.
My
my
understanding
and
my
hope
is
that
we
will
be
putting
together
a
some
sort
of
a
a
template
email,
if
not
just
that,
you
know
the
most
recent
email
as
it
relates
to
what
is
allowed.
A
No,
I'm
sorry
take
it
back.
We,
the
the
email,
will
be
sort
of
a
reminder
about
general
covid19
health
safety
and
that
you
might
want
to
consider
sending
out
to
your
guests
about
21
days
prior
to
and
so
just
to
summarize,
as
event
host
you'll
be
bringing
to
us.
Your
attendee
list,
which
includes
vendors
and
staff,
you'll,
provide
the
floor
plan
and
you'll
be
making
sure
that
your
event
adheres
to
the
most
recent
health
order
and
you'll
provide
that
that
I
guess
we
haven't
really
talked
about
this.
A
But
the
day
of
your
event,
we
will
have
a
as
a
sign-in
sheet.
That
would
would
assist
you
with
your
contract
tracing
efforts,
of
course,
if
the
the
bullet
above
that
is
just
a
reminder
about
about
covid19
health
safety
and
any
higher
risk
individuals
or
those
traveling,
you
might
want
to
keep
in
mind
so
there.
These
are
this.
A
These
are
the
three
agencies
that
have
been
guiding
us
these.
If
you
look
at
the
website
shown
those
are
just
the
the
main
websites
again
as
a
reminder,
you
can
go
back
to
my
email
and
hover
to
get
directly
to
the
places,
places
of
warship
guidance
or
the
gathering
guidance,
but
probably,
I
would
say
refer.
A
Maybe
I
shouldn't
say
that
the
cdc
is
is
a
is
a
really
user-friendly.
A
Guide
as
it
relates
to
health,
santa
clara
county's
website
will
provide
the
most
recent
information
as
it
relates
to
our
county
and
but
again
always
keep
in
mind
that
the
venue
is
the
the
final
deciding
factor
as
it
relates
to
capacity,
and
with
that
said,
we've
come
to
the
end
of
our
presentation.
A
Maybe
what
I'll
do
is
bring
us
back
to
this
slide.
Does
anyone
have
any
questions
about
what
your
role
is
moving
forward?
I
I
know
that,
oh,
I
guess
just
as
a
reminder.
I
am.
I
continue
to
work
at
home
with
my
children
running
around
and
you
I'm
happy
to
answer
any
of
your
specific
questions
via
email.
If
you
would
like
to
set
up
any
phone
conversations
prior
to
this
meeting,
feel
free
to,
let
me
know,
and
let's
see
brady,
do
you
want
to
kind
of
wrap
up
with
anything?
Did
we
skip
over
anything?
B
B
Is
uncertainty
and
so
we're
trying
to
put
in
parameters
to
help
you
with
your
event,
with
your
wedding
and
to
put
in
the
contact
tracing
pieces
ahead
of
schedule,
we
want
to
work
through
it
with
you
on
it,
but
we
also
acknowledge
that
it's
very
difficult-
and
I
can
only
imagine
being
in
your
shoes
and
so
yeah
with
that.
If
there's
any
questions
about
the
timeline
host
responsibilities
or
just
the
venue
in
general,
we're
happy
to
take
those.
B
F
Hi
brady
baby,
I
have
a
question,
so
the
the
postponement
rules
still
remain
the
same.
It's
just
like
you
know,
because
it
doesn't.
We
feel,
doesn't
really
make
sense
to
just
have
a
ceremony,
because
we
have
people
who
are
coming
out,
guess
who
are
coming
out
of
town,
so
we
just
have
to
wait
until
they
can
allow
food
and
like
food
and
drink
on
site
right.
We
just
have
to
wait
until
the
guidelines
lift
up.
A
So
so
I
I
can
absolutely
if
you
are,
if
you're
hoping
to
hold
on
to
your
current
date,
I
can
place
a
courtesy
hold
on
another
date.
A
The
courtesy
hold
program
would
remain
the
same,
such
that
if
another
person
expresses
interest
in
that
date
and
you
sort
of
your
backup
date,
and
we
would
just
ask
you
to
decide
within
24
hours,
you
know
to
to
move
to
actually
move
your
date
officially
and
then,
as
it
relates
to
the
cancellation
policy,
we
would
just
ask
that
you
make
your
decision
three
months
prior
to
reschedule.
If,
if
you
do
want
to
do
so,.
B
B
Okay,
I'm
not
seeing
any
other
questions,
so
I
think
with
that,
I'm
going
to
oh
I'm
going
to
end
the
meeting
here
for
everybody.
As
christina
said,
if
you
have
individual
questions,
please
feel
free
to
email
her
and
we
will
get
back
in
touch
with
you.
B
We
are
trying
to
track
all
of
the
counties
and
state
orders
as
as
diligently
as
possible
and
we'll
provide
updates
on
those
as
we
can
and
we'll
be
in
touch
soon,
with
kind
of
the
the
modified
addendum
and
paperwork
addressing
covid
and
kind
of
what
we're
looking
at
in
terms
of
planning
documents
going
forward.
So
thank
you
all
for
your
time
today
and
let's
keep
our
fingers
crossed.
That
stuff
starts
to
improve
and
we
can
all
have
your
the
weddings
that
you
guys
were
originally
planning
to
have.
So.
