My
name's
Ellen
May
and
I'm,
the
vice
mayor
of
the
city
of
Mountain,
View,
I'm,
happy
to
celebrate
Pride
Month
with
all
of
you
as
we
celebrate
city
of
Mountain
View's
inclusivity,
and
that
it's
welcoming
place
for
everybody.
The
city
is
committed
to
share
our
shared
humanity.
I'm
excited
that
we'll
be
raising
the
pride
flag
today.
Thank
you,
hi.
C
Everyone
I'm
Chris
Clark,
the
council
member
here
in
the
city
of
Mountain,
View
and
I,
just
wanted
to
start
by
thanking
my
colleagues
for
their
commitment
to
creating
a
more
inclusive
community
and
as
part
of
that,
my
first
joint
I.
Think
seven
years
ago
in
2013
was
the
first
year
we
had
the
opportunity
to
raise
the
place.
I
could
not
view
it,
and
my
colleagues
have
now
allowed
that
to
continue
on
an
annual
basis.
C
Gay
rights
movement,
especially
in
the
20s,
started
by
an
uprising
stone
wall
that
we
celebrated
the
anniversary
of
last
year
and
so
I
just
want
to
end
by
recognizing
the
uprisings
that
are
occurring
today,
and
then
you
know
our
brothers
and
sisters
who
are
fighting
for
a
more
inclusive
and
equitable
society,
and
so
well
is
generally
celebratory
month.
Hopefully
we
can
all
take
this.
