Here
Anya
here,

A
Stephanie
here
awesome
back
here
all
right.
Moving
on
to
three
minutes:
approval
minutes
for
the
Monday
January
9
2023
meeting
has
been
delivered
to
the
committee
members
and
a
copy
on
the
a
copy
has
been
posted
on
the
viewed
team
10
bulletin
board.
If
there
are
no
corrections
to
our
dishes,
emotion
is
in
order
to
approve
this
minute.
A
All
right,
it
has
been
passed
now,
moving
on
to
four
oral
Communications
from
the
public.
This
portion
of
the
meeting
is
reserved
for
the
for
a
person
for
people
wishing
to
address
the
committee
on
any
matter
on
the
agenda.
Speakers
are
limited
to
three
minutes.
Late
law
prohibits
the
committee
from
acting
any
knowledge
in
the
items.
A
We
don't
have
any
people
from
the
public,
so
we're
going
to
be
moving
on
to
number
five
unfinished
business,
so
5.1
team
week
2023,
it's
got
committee
members
will
continue
to
plan
activities
and
events
for
team
week,
which
is
which
is
scheduled
for
the
week
of
May
1st
to
May
5th
of
2023..
So
in
our
last
meeting
we
decided
to
throw
out
some
ideas
together
and
figure
out
what
we
could
do
exactly
with
Team
week
and
I.
A
E
So
Greg
and
I
took
your
guys's
ideas
from
last
week
and
we
kind
of
came
up
with
a
schedule.
We
have
like
a
draft
flyer
ready
to
show
you
guys
some
of
the
things
you
guys
suggested.
We
don't
have
the
capacity
for,
but
we
worked.
Everything
that
we're
going
to
offer
was
one
of
your
guys's
ideas,
so
I'm
gonna
pull
it
up
and
then
everyone
can
take
a
look
at
it
and
then
we'll
provide
feedback.
E
E
E
E
So
that
was
something
that
you
guys
had
started
mentioning
from
our
first
meeting.
Even
it
will
be
basically
in
the
teen
center
in
the
large
room
that
we
have
we'll
have
it'll,
be
basically
a
fair.
So
anyone
that
has
a
small
business
as
a
teen
can
come
promote
their
small
business
sell.
Maybe
they
sell
art
or
stickers
or
what
baked
goods
whatever
they
do
will
find
teams
that
have
small
businesses
and
help
them
promote
their
business
and
have
it
open
to
the
public
cool.
E
Yeah
so
I'm
I
met
with
the
advisors
of
the
Yaks
for
Los
Altos
and
Los
Altos
Hills
and
they're
interested
in
supporting
our
teen
week
by
marketing
it
to
their
contacts
that
they
have
and
then
also
sending
some
of
their
Yak
members
to
participate
in
or
help
us
run
these
programs.
E
From
our
initial
conversation
they
don't
have
the
capacity
to
offer
programs
in
their
locations
this
year,
but
it's
something
that
they
want
to
do
in
the
future
or
possibly
next
year
or
years
after
we
we
partner
and
offer
programs
some
in
Mountain
View
and
some
in
Los
Altos
and
at
different
centers.
So
we
hit
a
bunch
of
different
teams,
but
this
year,
they're
interested
in
sending
volunteers
and
teams
to
participate
so
which
is
which
is
really
good.
E
A
Will
probably
oh
go
ahead?
Sorry
I
was
just
wondering
for
the
open
gym,
hula
hoop
hoopla.
Oh
that's
hula
hoop!
Sorry,
we
didn't
have
hula
hoops
there.
Now
that
just
renders
my
question
never
mind.
E
I'm
sure
some
other
people
are
probably
wondering
what
that
is,
and
it's
just
gonna
be
a
special
night
of
open
gym.
So,
whatever
you
guys
come
up
with
that,
you
want
to
offer
at
open
gym.
Typically,
we
have
basketball,
volleyball
and
soccer,
but
we
can
get
a
little
fun
with
it.
We
could
bring
in
an
inflatable.
We
could
do
pizza,
we
could
do
a
tournament
of
some
sort,
but
some
sort
of
special
event
for
that
open,
gym
activity.
B
E
Yeah,
so
we
have
money
that
we
can
spend
to
do
these
activities,
for
example
the
Ceramics
workshop,
and
this
this
is
an
activity.
That's
been
done
for
teen
week
in
the
past,
and
there's
a
ceramic
Studio,
that's
downtown
where
they
will.
We
will
purchase
all
of
the
items
to
paint
from
them
and
then
we'll
bring
them
back
in
the
studio.
Will
fire
them
so
we'll
be
paying
for
that?
The
cooking
class?
E
We
have
a
an
organization
that
does
classes
already
at
the
teen
center,
so
we're
going
to
pay
them
another
class
fee
to
do
the
plant-based
cooking
class.
E
So
we
have
we
have
money,
we
have
money
to
bring
in
food
for,
like
the
art,
showcase
and
the
Teen
small
business,
Fair
and
stuff
like
that.
So
if
there
are
things
that
you
want
to
provide
at
these
events,
we
have
some
funds
to
do
it.
E
Yeah
yeah,
we
can
definitely
look
into
that
and
we
have
so
much
time
to
plan
these
and
I
think
it'll
be
easier
to
plan
and
kind
of
share
ideas
when
we're
back
in
person
at
our
next
meeting,
where
we
can
break
up
into
groups
and
people
that
are
interested
in
working
on.
Each
of
these
different
events
can
kind
of
work
out
the
details
and
what
they
want
to
see
and
and
do
at
each
of
them,
foreign.
A
All
right
now,
moving
on
to
5.2
find
your
fit
team.
Korea
day.
City
staff
will
give
an
update
on
find
your
fit
think
review
Day
event
to
be
held
on
Saturday
March,
25th
2023
from
9
A.M
to
12
at
noon.
At
the
view
teen
center
and
the
committee
members
will
provide
input
on
the
event
so
I
know
Anya.
You
went
to
last
time
if
you
want
to
like
give
anything
that
we
can
do
for
this
year.
Well,.
E
Your
speakers
are
a
little
bit
foreign.
E
I
got
you
I
got
you
okay,
so
Anya
was
saying
that
we
are
for
the
find
your
foot
event
there's
going
to
be
two
components,
possibly
three
we're
gonna
stick
with
the
career
panel
of
professionals,
and
last
week
you
guys
came
up
with
a
list
of
what
kind
of
careers
you'd
like
to
see
on
the
panel,
so
our
staff
are
reaching
out
to
people
that
have
those
careers
so
that
we
can
get
them
on
the
panel
and
you
guys
can
hear
their
experience
in
it
an
input
and
advice
and
then
we'll
have
the
job
and
career
fair.
E
Like
we
did
last
year
we
aren't
going
to
do
workshops.
At
this
event,
the
library
is
doing
a
series
of
resume
building
and
interview
skill
workshops,
as
well
as
the
teen
centers
doing
some
as
well.
So
we
don't
want
to
do
too
many
of
those
and
the
com
subcommittee,
College
and
Career
is
going
to
come
up
with
some
sort
of
activity
or
Icebreaker
to
kind
of
break
up
the
day.
E
E
A
All
right,
moving
on
to
5.3
Team
friendly
business
award
committee
members
will
discuss
the
2023
Team
friendly
business
survey
and
awards.
A
Basically,
we
just
like
we're
gonna,
send
out
surveys,
I,
believe
someone
should
be
sending
out
surveys
to
all
the
the
yak
members
pretty
soon,
and
basically
we
just
want
you
guys
to
send
them
as
many
people
as
you
possibly
can.
What
the
last
past
few
years
we've
been,
making
a
small
little
competition
to
see
who
could
get
the
most
people
to
fill
out
the
survey
and
whoever
wins
would
get
like
a
small
prize
like
last
year.
A
I
think
it
was
a
boba,
so
you
guys
could
win
something
if
you
guys
can
try,
but
we
just
want
you
guys
to
fill
out
the
surveys
yourselves
and
send
them
to
friends
family
anyone
that
you
know
that
would
like
just
like
to
participate
or
just
like.
Have
them
like
and
put
something
don't
push
them
too
much,
but
just
like
try
to
get
as
many
as
many
answers
as
you
possibly
can
put
them
on
social
media.
If
you
want
group
chats
whatever
just
as
long
as
we
get
some
responses,
that
would
be
good
enough.
E
And
that'll,
be
the
surveys
that
she
was
talking
about
will
be
something
that
the
teen
friendly
business
subcommittee
will
be
working
on
the
next
two
meetings
and
we'll
roll
that
out
in
March,
sometime
and
Leonard
I
believe
it
was
last
meeting
suggested
that
we
do
different
categories
for
the
team
friendly
business
award,
which
Greg
and
I
think
is
a
great
idea
and
I
think
you
guys
all
did
last
meeting
as
well.
E
So
in
the
past,
we've
typically
just
given
one
or
two
awards
for
the
top
voted
businesses,
but
if
you
guys
want
to
do
the
categories
such
as
we
pick
the
top
voted
for
restaurant
and
the
top
voted
for,
and
maybe
top
overall
or
whatever
categories
you
want
to
do,
we
can
kind
of
brainstorm
those
categories
now
and
see
what
we
come
up
with.
B
E
E
I
mean
entertainment,
shopping
and
restaurants
are
pretty
much
what
we
get
nominations
for
so
I
think
those
three
kind
of
hit
it,
and
then
we
can
decide
if
we
want
to
do
a
run
by
teens
one
or
if
we
want
to
do
all
three
of
those
or
two
of
those,
so
just
keep
thinking
about
what
you
guys
would
see
best
for
that
and
we'll
nail
it
down
next
meeting.
Hopefully
that
way,
our
subcommittee
can
work
on
the
surveys.
A
E
B
E
You've
already
covered,
you
can,
just
you
know,
say:
there's
no
update.
Sorry,
Maya.
B
Yeah
no
I'm
just
saying
well,
there
is
no
update
because
we
didn't
really
do
much
we're
just
thinking
locations
advertising
weekend
and
what
like
specific
things
about
it
to
advertise.
Probably
some
like
Freestyle,
you
know
because
that's
what
gets
jeans
or
things
like
that,
you
know
maybe
like
a
raffle
and
yeah
once
we
have
like
the
flyer
once
it's
like
we're
completely
sure
it's
fine.
Unless
you
can
start
sending
it
out,
putting
it
places.
C
Yeah
I
was
gonna,
offer
an
update
from
the
team
business
committee,
so
we
didn't
really
talk
about
anything
new
but
like
now
that
we
have
this
idea
with
the
survey.
We're
definitely
gonna
like
kind
of
expand
on
that
and
like
maybe
develop
a
form
and
then
represent
it
at
the
next
meeting.
A
That
should
be
all
the
subcommittee,
so
we're
going
to
be
moving
on
to
6.2,
Club
263
event,
committee
members
will
decide
on
the
theme
and
activities
for
Club
263
event
to
be
held
on
Friday
March
3rd
2023
from
3
30
to
9
00
pm
at
the
mune
teen
center.
So
for
those
of
you
who
went
to
the
dance
last
time,
I'm
pretty
sure
it's
just
going
to
be
the
exact
same
thing,
but
we're
gonna,
if
you
guys,
can
just
shoot
out
some
ideas
of
like
of
another
thing
that
we
could
do
for
this
dance.
A
E
Time,
I
actually
have
a
poll
too
that'll
help
narrow
down
your
guys's
input.
So
if
everyone
can
just
fill
this
out,
quick,
it's
just
asking
about
food
and
what
kind
of
inflatable
and
we'll
see
what
you
guys
pick
so
I'm
going
to
launch
it
and
fill
it
out
and
then
same
thing
go
to
that
form
on
Google
and
fill
out
your
availability
if
you're
able
to
volunteer
at
this
event,
these
ones
are
fun.
E
There
we
go
all
right.
We
got.
Let's
see
obstacle
course:
pizza
and
ice
cream
sweet.
Does
that
sound
good
to
everybody
we'll
do
that
along
with
our
DJ
and
then
I
think
this
time
we're
just
gonna.
We
have
so
many
decorations
from
last
time.
So
we'll
just
have
you
guys
help
set
those
up
and
pick
what
you
guys
won't
wear
and
we'll
make
a
little
party.
E
Hopefully
you
guys
can
all
come
out
and
volunteer,
and
if
you
have
friends
that
want
to
come
tell
them
to
come,
the
tickets
will
be
on
sale
soon.
It's
only
three
bucks.
A
E
E
The
a
couple
you
guys
helped
out
with
the
ice
cream
social
last
year
that
we
did
with
the
seniors
and
they
love
to
see
you
guys
volunteer.
So,
if
you're
available
that
Saturday
for
two
hours
sign
up
to
come,
serve
breakfast
and
also
eat
breakfast,
because
you'll
get
to
eat
as
well.
C
C
E
E
All
right,
so,
as
you
guys
all
know,
we
have
our
first
in-person
meeting
on
February
6th.
Our
next
meeting
in
two
weeks,
it'll
be
at
the
teen
center.
E
We
will
not
be
meeting
in
subcommittees
this
meeting
at
4
30.
Instead,
you
guys
will
all
arrive
at
4
30
and
we're
going
to
have
a
little
social
pizza,
Welcome
party
from
4
30
to
5..
E
So
please
we
hope
to
see
everybody
in
person.
Please
come
at
4
30
to
the
teen
center.
E
I
know
you
guys
have
been
online
and
it's
been
super
convenient
for
you
to
just
hop
on
wherever
you
are.
But
please
please,
please
make
an
effort
to
come
to
these
in-person
meetings.
You'll
get
what
you
put
into
them
and
I
think
we'll
be
able
to
have
really
good
conversations
and
get
a
lot
more
planning
and
things
out
of
having
in-person
meetings.
So
we
would
love
to
see
you
guys
there.
Obviously,
if
you
have
you
know,
sports
are
a
different
commitment,
you're
excused,
but
please
try
to
make
an
effort
to
come.
E
If
you
do
not
have
Yak
Swag
Like,
a
sweatshirt
and
a
t-shirt,
you
will
be
receiving
that
next
or
next
meeting.
If
you
have
your
gray
sweatshirt
and
your
teal
shirt,
please
wear
one
of
them
to
the
meeting.
If
you
remember
we're
going
to
do
a
group
photo
but
yeah
well,
we
won't
do
subcommittees.
We'll
do
4
30
to
5,
we'll
have
a
little
party
and
food
and
then
we'll
start
the
meeting
at
five
and
the
meeting
will
probably
run
one
hour.
We'll
have
a
stop
at
six
o'clock.
So.
C
E
Run
a
little
bit
longer
but
we'll
be
in
person,
and
you
guys
will
be
able
to
you
know
finally
see
each
other
and
and
be
back
to
normal.
Any
questions
on
in-person
meeting
stuff.
B
A
All
right,
Stephanie,
all
right.
Moving
on
to
seven
committee
staff
comments,
questions
Community
reports.
No
action
will
be
taken
on
any
questions
raised
by
the
committee
at
this
time.
So
if
anyone
has
any
like
last
minute
questions
that
they
have
any
inputs
that
they
want
to
throw
out
before
we
end
the
meeting,
this
is
the
time
to
shoot
your
question
or,
if
Lauren,
you
have
any
last
things
that
you
would
like
to
say.
E
I
have
a
couple
things
I
just
want
to
share
that
are
upcoming
at
the
teen
center.
That
I
think
would
be
of
interest
to
some
of
you
just
going
to
share
my
screen
in
March.
We'll
have
the
job
and
volunteer
fairs
at
both
of
the
high
schools
in
Mountain,
View
I
know
you
guys
have
attended
these
before
they're
on
site
during
lunch.
So
if
you're
looking
for
volunteer
opportunities
or
maybe
a
summer
job,
this
is
a
great
place
to
apply
on
site
to
more
than
20
places.
E
E
So
if
you're
interested
in
those,
you
can
sign
up
at
the
link
and
I'm
going
to
email,
this
packet
of
Flyers
out
to
you,
guys
tomorrow,
too
we're
starting
a
bike
to
Boba
series
at
the
teen
center,
where
each
month
we're
going
to
ride
bikes
to
a
different
Boba
Place
downtown.
So
if
that's
of
interest
to
you,
you
can
sign
up
for
that
and
then
we're
also
having
a
anti-valentine's
day
party
in
a
couple
weeks.
E
So
if
you
hate
Valentine's
Day
and
want
to
come
uncelebrate
the
holiday
come
hang
out
with
the
voodoo
dolls
and
a
pinata
and
some
fun
stuff,
and
then
lastly,
we're
going
to
be
doing
a
three
on
three
basketball
tournament
at
open,
gym
in
March.
So
if
you
play
basketball
or
have
some
friends
who
want
to
get
together,
make
a
team
we're
going
to
raffle
off
a
Steph,
Curry
jersey
and
some
other
fun
prizes
and
we'll
have
food
and
trophies
and
whatnot.
So
just
some
fun
things
coming
up.
I'll!
