Been
a
long
day,
so
we
do
this
every
year
to
to
prevent
that
from
going
forward.
I
had
asked
the
question:
why
we
just
don't
do
this
permanently
and
I
guess?
The
answer
was
because
we
want
to
have
some
freedom
to
allow
if
we
need
to
for
some
reason
or
another,
so
same
legislation,
we've
done
in
the
past,
I
would
move
to
add,
there's
that
going
to
go
on
to
the
special
for
a
first
reading.
D
H
J
K
We
still
have
a
lot
of
ditches
that
were
already
closed.
Really,
we
need
to
be
taking
some
of
those
pipes
out
to
really
improve
I
mean
it
hasn't
gotten
worse,
but
it
can
do
better
if
we
started
taking
some
of
the
pipes
out
that
never
should
have
been
put
in
in
the
first
place,
but
that's
a
different
issue.
There.
We.
I
L
M
L
M
I
know
in
the
past
it's
always
been
the
policy
within
this
city
going
back
to
even
20
years
ago.
If
the
resident
purchased
the
pipe
the
city
would
cover
it
over
and
do
what
was
necessary
to
finish
the
job.
That's
why
I
wonder
if
we
don't
have
some,
why
building
an
issue
they
put
in
the
wrong
size?
No,
we
talked
about
this
before,
though
there
is
a
standard
in
place
at
this
point,
should
we
put
pipe
in
it's
going
to
be
16
24?

Already
have
the
way
I
mean
these
Ben
has
the
layout
of
the
parking,
and
they
already
have
all
that
figure.
And
then
there
was
an
agreement.
Just
final
detail
just
allow
a
signed
variance
because
the
way
that
they're
configured
now
they
wouldn't
technically
meet
our
our
code
from
signs.
So
a
little.
M
Off
subject:
question
PMS
is
car
and
I
haven't
seen
those
plans,
but
we
will
be
coming
down
gardner
off
and
cleveland
asking
what
50
feet?
How
far
because
the
area
we're
talking
about
on
the
south
side
or
their
buildings
are
horrible,
I,
don't
say
horrible,
deplorable
condition,
I
mean,
will
that
be
paid
by
the
state
and
taken
care
of
well.
M
F
F
J
M
M
A
B
D
B
Okay,
I'll
go
over
and
briefly
just
to
clarify
for
everybody.
These
will
all
need.
Iron
already
have
er
language
emergency
language
and
we're
going
to
put
them
on
the
agenda,
hopefully
tonight
for
the
first
reading
and
pass
them
next
Monday
and
waiving
the
third
reading,
due
to
the
fact
that
these
are
the
monetary
things
and
we
need
to
get
these
done,
but
for
the
end
of
the
month,
and
they
just
came
in
some
of
them
just
this
past
Monday
did
we
receive
them,
but
the
first
one
was
approving
a
budget
appropriation.
B
We
need
to
increase
that
by
500,000
to
the
transfer
budget,
for
various
funds,
mostly
for
the
road
fund,
be
able
to
cover
it
so
that
we
put
it
into
the
roads
and
then
a
transport
ordinance
to
move
the
general
funds
to
cover
the
funds
that
are
attached
to
exit
a
for
the
various
funds.
And
then
we
have
a
self-insured
fund
number
600.
That
goes
way
back.
B
We
are
no
longer
self-insured,
so
we're
going
we're
going
to
be
looking
at
doing
away
with
this
and
putting
this
money
into
the
general
fund
state
auditors
have
asked
us
do
that
cleaning
up
some
of
our
book
work,
just
as
we've
done
for
like
the
Brentwood
plant
and
for
the
mayor's
court
once
they
were
defunct,
and
then
there's
then
and
now
certificates
that
we
need
to
get
cleared
out
paying
for
the
invoices
on
things
that
we've
already
approved
just
to
make
sure
we
get
him
done
again,
we're
making
auditors
happy
and
keeping
our
books
up-to-date.
M
The
question,
mr.
master,
all
these
funds
have
to
go
the
general
fund.
It
can
be
delegated
at
other
funds.
I'm
sorry,
could
we
ear
tag
these
four
funds
of
our
choosing,
or
is
there
any
regulation
they
have
to
go
into
the
general
fund,
the
basically
I
guess
what
the
insurance?
One,
though,
being
specific,
the
self-insured.
C
H
H
M
F
We've
been
working
with
the
property
owner
for
a
year
or
so
trying
to
figure
out
what
happened
with
this
property.
We
believe
that
it
should
have
been
it's
reflected
in
some
of
our
playing
documents
as
a
b2.
Its
reflected
on
the
current
map
is
r1.
We
think
it's
a
mistake.
It
should
have
been
listed
as
a
b2
and
just
somewhere
along
the
line.
The
zoning
map
just
was
incorrect
of
those
during
the
zoning.
F
F
H
H
H
I
B
D
H
D
D
L
I
L
I
K
It
was
an
oversight
on
their
part.
They
didn't
think
that
the
it's
part
of
there
was
a
combination
of
things
out
there
that
they
just
some
erosion
control
things
overflowed
and
went
across
a
an
access
to
a
staging
area.
They
had
just
sent
the
water
out
of
the
roadway.
Okay,
that's
something
to
didn't,
anticipate
but
they've
gone
in
there
and
fixed
it.
So
that
won't
happen.
M
E
What's
looking
at
that,
I
don't
believe
there
was
500
letters
that
went
out
I
believe
that
was
500
complaints.
They
were
looked
into
letters
that
needed
to
go
out,
have
gone
out
and
then
some
that
he
had
the
zoning
inspector
had
gone
out
and
talked
to
restitution,
or
if
changes
were
made
that
needed
to
be
made,
then
it
was
rendered
without
without
letters
and
so
forth.
But.
L
Complaints
or
calls
or
issues
that
had
to
be
followed
up
on.
We
keep
statistics
on
that.
So
that's
what
we
were
reporting
some
could
have
been
as
minor
as
hey.
You
need
to
blow
your
grass,
we
mowed
the
grass
and
then
it
gets
assessed.
Those
kind
of
things
I'm
I
can
tell
you.
Last
week
alone,
I
dealt
with
Bill
and
probably
seventh
tree
issues
that
we
had.
So
those
are
the
kind
of
things
that
we
keep.
Statistics
on.
E
B
B
There
was
a
Madden
deck
meeting
last
Thursday
May
11th
and
just
for
everyone's
information.
I
handed
my
resignation
in
as
being
a
member
on
the
madacorp
Council
and
that
will
be
effective
after
the
next
appointment
for
the
norton
board
member
is
made,
and
hopefully
we'll
have
applications
in
and
have
the
interviews
and
make
the
appointment,
June
15th
and
we'll
be
looking
to
make
another
appointment.
You
take
my
place
and
I'm
not
really
looking
to
do
that
until
after
our
ward,
one
representative
is
seated
next
month.
B
E
M
E
E
There
was
a
approximately
15,000
votes
cast
and
out
of
the
15,000
votes.
There
were
a
total
of
10
candidates
or
10
companies
that
and
the
funky
truck
Korea
claimed
36%
of
the
15,000
votes
for
a
first
place,
best
tacos
in
Greater,
Cleveland,
and
also
just
want
to
let
you
know
that
the
Beltane
festival
was
this
past
weekend
and
I.
Think
from
I
was
down
there
at
the
opening.
Ceremonies
was
down
there
for
a
little
bit
at
the
beginning
of
it.
It's
my
understanding
that
it
all
pretty
much
went
off
without
a
hitch.
E
Also,
I
would
like
to
announce
that
the
on
for
Norton,
the
Memorial
Day
celebration
excuse
me
on
Monday
May
29th
Norton
20:18
Bicentennial
committee
will
be
hosting
Memorial
Day
celebration
at
Williams
Park.
The
event
will
start
at
1:00
p.m.
they'll
be
parking
at
Cornerstone
Elementary
and
at
the
Crawford
insurance
agency,
a
Williams
Park
named
in
honor
of
former
mayor
Edward
Williams,
who
died
on
Memorial
Day
of
1981,
while
delivering
it
an
annual
memorial
day
address
the
Norton
2018
Bicentennial
hopes
that
this
year
event
will
be
a
start
of
a
new
tradition.
E
On
this
important
day
in
our
community.
There
is
a
host
of
things
that
will
go
on
that
during
that
event,
such
as
the
singing
of
the
national
anthem
by
the
Norton
high
school
student,
Elissa,
busin,
a
voice
of
democracy,
readings
by
Norton,
high
school
students,
Jonathan
Walton
and
Ryan
Longoria,
a
guest
speaker
and
presentations
of
colors
by
the
Kenmore
American
legions
and
a
performance
of
taps
by
Norton
high
school
band
members.
Thank
you
to
all
made
the
ultimate
sacrifice
serving
our
country
and
protecting
our
freedoms.
