Was
intended
to
be
it's
that
it's
the
Dare
fund,
both
as
intended
to
cover
personnel
costs
for
both
for
school
resource
officers,
but
we've
replaced
that
and
I.
Think
counsel
had
asked
me
to
do
with
that.
First
to
the
general
fund
and
that's
used
to
pay
the
cost
of
monitoring
and
then
any
school
resource
officer.
Should
the
schools
decide
that
they
would
like
to
entertain
that
arrangement
with
the
city
right.
J
A
D
B
J
So
well
I
think
that
was
the
intent
both
with
the
first
in
the
second
one.
The
250
is
to
build
a
little
bit
of
a
reserves.
They
have
some
time
to
operate
and
then
the
200
and
the
fund
140
is
the
same
thing.
You
know.
Fund
140
is
a
healthy
fund
right
now,
because
there's
a
lot
of
construction
going
on
right,
but
one
says
construction
is
done
and
they're
not
doing
the
enforcement
anymore.
The
officers
aren't,
as
fees
are
gonna
go
way
down.
J
B
J
That's
later,
Furret
be
first
to
pay
personnel
cost,
which
is
current
expenses
and
then
provide
for
money
that
pay
a
school
resource
officer.
Should
the
city
decide
to
do
that?
Second,
to
fund
one
forty,
two
hundred
thousand
dollars
for
equipment
replacement,
including
vehicles,
didn't
once
you
get?
Third,
that's
the
next
line
down.
Then
we
start
talking
about
roads,
600,000
the
roads,
200
thousand
to
fund
198,
which
is
deferred
comp
and
absences
right.
The
payout
amount,
not
the
first.
B
K
J
And
then
fund
199
is
the
existing
rainy
day
fund
and
I'll.
Just
note
that
if
council
decides
to
use
this
type
of
split
we'd
have
to
establish
the
fund
198,
we
don't
have
an
existing
fund
198.
So
that
would
be
something
that
come
back
to
council,
but
we
want
to
get
through
this
process
to
make
sure
it
was
necessary
before
we
went
down
that
road.
B
J
J
B
J
J
B
B
I
would
like
I
would
still
like
to
see
the
road
to
get
started
a
little
sooner.
Let
them
get
a
bigger
piece,
the
better
our
roads
are,
the
less
wear
and
tear
on
all
our
vehicles,
not
just
the
police
vehicles,
which
we
need
to
replace
it's
better
for
the
city,
business.
It's
better
I
would
think
it
would
be
better
for
the
response
times
and
we
don't
really
have
anything
place
to
fund
anything
for
the
road.
So
we
need
to
be
throwing
some
more
at
that
as
soon
as
possible.
J
B
F
J
I
J
Then
these
were
just
administration's
recommendations
again,
we
obviously
the
ultimate
calls
with
counsel
the
idea
was
trying
to
balance
short-term
and
long-term
needs
right
to
build
reserve
funds.
I
mean
these
I
know
it's
not
always
the
the
most
attractive
thing
to
talk
about,
but
those
are
things
that
would
help
the
city
long
turn
to
be
able
to
have
some
cash
in
reserve
particularly
get
the
one-time
sources
of
funding.
So
that's.
J
J
A
I
A
B
Mr.
president,
go
ahead.
Thank
you
before
I.
Get
on
to
this.
I
do
have
a
question
as
far
as
I
understand
this
is
in
the
judge
area.
Both
sides
both
sides
of
the
road
on
barber
Road.
Looking
at
the
judge
Maps,
which,
unfortunately
that's
the
one
I
did
not
send
to
carry
to
copy
out
and
the
listing
of
the
businesses
has
spartan
enterprises
and
the
judge-
and
it
has
mulch
makers
listed
as
being
in
the
judge
and
unless
something's
change
and
I'm
behind
the
times
here,
a
percentage
of
any
of
the
the
construction
crews.
B
J
You'd
have
to
confirm
I'm,
not
sure
it's
in
the
Barbara
Jett
cuz,
it's
on
the
Clark
mill
side,
but
yeah
I
hear
you're.
What
you're
saying,
which
is
you
think
the
other
businesses
are
we'll
have
to
check
that
I.
Don't
know
the
answer
of
that,
but
you
know
to
the
extent
that
someone's
there
longer
than
20
days
and
they're
subject
to
withholding
and
I'm
not
sure
the
construction
crews
are
normally
counted
for
and
the
Jedi
love
to
talk
about
that
I
think.
B
That
might
be
in
the
dredge
agreement
from
way
back
when
yeah
and
I'm
doing
a
lot
of
this
out
of
memory,
because
I've
done
a
lot
of
look
in
it
sure
in
that
case,
I
want
that
held
over
bar
Burton's
head
the
fact
that
they're
going
to
be
collecting
not
only
just
from
the
sewer
so
that
maybe
and
if
we
have
to
wait
to
get
our
money
back,
they
wouldn't
hurt
them
to
have
to
wait
to
get
some
of
theirs
back
to
and
help
out
on
this.
So
we're
not
looking
at
the
full
thing.
B
B
A
J
B
B
J
A
K
B
Well,
I
think
the
developers
themselves
are
more
than
well
aware
that
this
is,
and
that
should
be
a
responsibility
of
theirs
to
make
sure
the
other
people
anybody
buying
into
it
do
know
it's
there
and
that
it
does
make
noise
in
the
summer,
but
I've
always
been
an
advocate
for
whoever's
there.
First,
be
it
a
farm
or
or
the
REA,
the
speedway
or
whatever
they've
been
there
for
50
years
or
more
I
would
still
advocate
for
them.
Today.
A
B
J
B
J
K
A
A
K
The
word
I'm,
sorry
for
anything,
it's
gonna
be
decommissioned.
They're
gonna
run
us
a
trunk
line,
a
sewer
line
all
the
way
over
to
barber,
which
we've
already
granted
two
easements
to
on
our
property
to
accomplish,
and
those
in
that
well
there'll
be
a
tea,
so
to
speak
at
the
Clark
mill
and
it'll
run
from
that
driveway
essentially
done
to
that
tea.
That's
how
I
understand
that
to
be.
J
J
A
A
Yeah,
if
we
could
do
that,
that
might
answer
a
lot
of
that
question.
So
this
Woodruff,
you
have
a
question
regarding
this
hold
on.
Just
second,
don't
come
up
yet:
okay,
because
it's
a
regular
council
meeting.
Normally
we
would
only
hear
communications
from
the
public
under
that
particular
section.
If
someone
is
willing
to
make
a
motion
to
allow
this
Woodruff
to
speak,
oh
I'll.
L
B
B
M
My
name
is
Becky
Woodruff
I
live
at
3,
663,
Durham
I've
lived
there
for
20
years.
We
moved
in
in
May
and
I
had
no
idea.
The
racetrack
was
there.
I
had
a
beautiful,
wooded
property
behind
me
and
then
in
the
summer
time
we
realized.
Oh,
the
Barberton
Speedway
is
over
there
and
there
were
times
when,
even
in
the
summer
time,
if
it
was
nice
outside
and
our.
I
M
Air
conditioning
was
on,
or
if
it
was
off
there
were
times
we
had
to
close
out
the
the
outside
noise
and
have
to
turn
up
our
television
to
hear
over
the
noise
from
the
speedway.
Nobody
told
us
that
it
was
there
we
found
out.
We
learned
to
live
with
it
because
it
was
there.
Several
years
later,
in
2007,
there
was
a
harvesting
of
trees
for
mulch
and
someone.
M
Whoever
was
involved
in
that
was
harvesting
the
the
with
their
heavy
equipment,
and
it
got
stuck
because
there
was
an
unknown
underground
spring
back
there
very
near
the
natural
gas
well,
which
is
visible
from
my
property
when
the
trees
are
laser
off
of
the
trees.
So
that's
where
I
am
in
relationship
to
the
gas,
well,
I'm
right
right
there
by
it
and
we
saw
equipment
get
stuck.
Some
of
it
was
broken.
They
had
to
abandon
their
project
because
it
was
very
soggy
back
there
I'm
concerned
about
decibels.
M
85
decibels
is
enough
to
start
damaging.
Hearing
and
I
have
a
some
information
here
from
a
National
Institute
of
Health
article
that
says
that
noise
levels
measured
during
a
race
ranged
from
96.5
to
104
decibels
and
that's
at
a
NASCAR
race.
I
also
have
an
article
here
from
Hot
Rod
Network
racetrack
noise
legislation.
M
My
neighbors
and
I
am
I
seaside
of
Durham,
received
a
letter
on
Wednesday
June
13th,
announcing
the
meeting
Tuesday
June
12th.
Regarding
this
first
discussion
of
this,
we
were
all
up
in
arms.
Some
of
them
felt
that
was
done
on
purpose
so
that
we
wouldn't
be
able
to
speak
and
they
were
just
trying.
You
were
trying
to
push
something
through
on
us
I.
Don't
personally
don't
take
that
view.
M
I
feel
that
we
need
to
work
together
on
this,
that
there's
a
serious
concern
here,
if
I
could
feel
it
and
I
could
hear
it
where
I
was
with
my
windows
closed
and
having
to
turn
the
television
up.
What's
it
going
to
be
like
for
the
people
who
are
living
in
this
new
development
that
have
very
little
trees
and
buffering
around
them?
What's
it
going
to
be
like
for
them,
and
it
not
only
affects
the
hearing,
it
affects
stress
that
affects
your
blood
pressure.
It.
M
It
does
other
things
to
a
person's
health
to
have
this
agitation
going
on
in
the
background.
So
I
have
some
serious
concerns,
health,
wise
and
just
aesthetics,
because
I
think
it's
it's
bad
I
think
it's
bad
to
increase
the
sound,
and
there
are
many
people
in
my
neighborhood
who
have
said
if
they
knew
the
race
track
was
there
in
the
first
place
they
probably
would
have
looked
to
move
somewhere
else
and
there
they
have
little
kids
and
they
don't
even
they're
on
the
other
side
of
the
street,
which
they
didn't
get
any
letters
at
all.
M
It's
just
the
width
of
a
street
and
they'd
people
on
the
west
side
of
Durham
did
not
get
any
letters
about
this
meeting
at
all.
So
I
think
it's
unfair
to
try
and
squeeze
something
in
like
this
without
adequately
noticing
notifying
the
the
residents
that
are
going
to
be
affected
by
it
directly
and
I
feel
that
it
will
be
us,
it
will
be
all
of
the
the
stonework
and
and
everybody
else.
That's
in
that
area
is
going
to
be
affected
by
this
and
I
think
it's
something
we
seriously
need
to
consider.
M
Sound
walls
or
I
realized
that
the
racetrack
has
the
grandfather
condition
there
and
it's
been
there
longer,
but
it
like
this
article
stated
they
have
to
work
with
us
to
try
and
protect
us.
It's
about
our
health
too,
and
it
just
looks
to
me,
like
people,
are
trying
to
push
through
this
development
and
make
some
more
money
at
attic
at
a
cost
to
all
of
us
who
are
still
who
are
living
there.
Thank
you
thank.
B
I
B
M
M
G
M
A
J
A
C
Doctor
the
subject
of
the
Speedway
I
think
I,
remember
last
year
year
before
last,
when
the
owners
came
before
us
here
and
I'm,
pretty
sure
that
I
know
they,
they
said
they
were
going
to
and
I'm
pretty
sure
that
they
created
some
type
of
sound
barriers
that
were
okayed
by
some
national
organization.
That
designs
such
things.
I
know
they
were
going
to
install
certain
things
and
I'm
pretty
sure
they
did.
When
there
did
the
remodeling
there
I
think
they
put
in
certain
improvements
to
buffer
the
sound.
C
C
If
someone
was
trying
to
keep
you
from
developing
land
that
you
own
and
you
stand
to
make
a
profit
on
that's
America
and
and
if
I
owned,
that
land
I
would
be
100%
in
favor
of
developing
it,
and
the
only
reason
that
I
personally
am
in
favor
of
developing
it,
it
will
increase
the
tax
base
for
the
city
of
Norton.
It
will
increase
the
tax
base
for
the
schools.
C
It's
never
bothered
me
and
I
find
that
it's
a
sort
of
unbelievable
that
that
you
guys
bought
a
piece
of
property
that
close
to
something
that
noisy
and
it's
been
there
that
long
and
you
didn't
realize
it
was
going
to
be
noisy
I
mean
you
know
it's
it's
awfully
hard
to
understand.
I,
wouldn't
you
know
I
wouldn't
have
walked
there.
M
I
M
Gotten
started
yet,
and
nobody
told
us
about
it
and
we
found
out
after
we'd
moved
in
so
if
we
had
seen
the
raceway.
That
would
be
one
thing,
but
it's
there's
a
large
wooded
property
there
now
and
we
couldn't
see
through
to
Clark
Mill
Road,
so
there's
no
way
we
knew
it
was
there
and
it's
it's
noisy.
But
yes,
we
did
not
have
any
idea
that
it
was
there
and
that
there's
something
about
protecting
green
spaces
and
keeping
nature.
M
That's
important
to
me,
too
I
understand
the
entrepreneur
point
of
view
that
you
have
and
I
understand
that
this
is
America
and
we
have
certain
things
that
we
like
to
do,
but
I
think
we
should
also
conserve
our
natural
resources
and
we're
cutting
away
at
them
a
lot.
We
had
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
extra
flooding
in
the
our
back
yards
this
year.
I
think
it
has
to
do
with
that
underground
spring.
M
C
M
A
B
K
K
B
B
H
B
B
C
C
J
A
Right
what
what
I
want
to
do
is
we
need
to
get
this
moved
on
to
the
agenda
tonight
for
first
reading,
because
our
60
days
has
started
running.
We
can
continue
to
talk
about
it.
If
we
have
to.
You
know
we'll
have
special
meetings
during
the
break
and
we
have
to
take
some
action
within
60
days,
so
any
other
discussion
can.
F
L
J
There's
still
there's
still
that
the
concept
of
the
petition
council
yeah
fronting
the
money.
If
you
choose
to
do
that
for
the
sewer
from
a
design
standpoint,
though,
once
the
preliminary
plant
is
done,
you
know
there's
a
final
plant
requirement,
there's
there's
a
whole
procedure
and
I
could
send
it
to
you
guys.
Do
you
have
it
within
your
code,
but
there's
not
much
more
discussion
on
design
standpoint
once
you're
past
this
preliminary
plat
stage,
but
there
are
the
issues
of
the
sewer
and
you
know
their
infrastructure
for
the
neighborhood.
So.
J
J
No,
you
need,
they
need
to
have
approval,
but
we
can.
We
could
talk
about.
You
know
the
basis
from
which
you
can
object,
and
things
like
that
I
mean
that's
the
thing.
The
problem
and
I
don't
want
get
too
into
it
right
now,
I
could
probably
better
in
a
memo
or
an
email
just
explaining
those
standards
that
you
have
to
follow,
based
on
the
code
for
objecting.
M
A
B
B
A
E
E
B
A
J
J
Others
are
just
clean
up
things
that
have,
as
you
know,
being
all
director
for
a
while
and
having
the
work
within
the
char
there's
some
internal
inconsistencies
and
things
that
the
administration
looked
at
for
cleaning
up,
and
we
know
it's
a
little
lot
there
and
we
wanna
make
sure
there's
a
lot
of
discussion,
but
we
just
wanted
to
throw
it
out
there
and
say
you
know.
Please
consider
this
as
we
look
for
the
November
election,
this
this
winter,
hey.
B
J
I
mean
if
you
look
at
other
cities,
no
there's
really
no
administrative
officer
in
any
other
city.
At
the
same
reason,
you
know
solicitor
the
law
director
I
mean
that's
just
preference
thing.
A
solicitor
is
what
a
village
law
director
so
to
speak.
Inches
was
held
over
from
the
village
days
of
the
city.
So
if
you're
gonna
clean
it
up
is
just
to
clean
up.
B
H
J
I
L
L
J
L
F
No
problem
thing
is,
though,
my
understanding,
though,
on
how
the
Charter
Review
when
the
Charter
Review
Commission
meets,
and
they
meet
every
five
and
once
every
five
years,
not
everything
at
that
point
needs
to
be
brought
before
the
vote
of
the
people
any
time
within
those
five
years.
Some
of
those
issues
can
be
addressed
so
I
know
we
talked
to.
F
We
went
over
some
of
them
last
year,
but,
basically
and
again,
I
think
we
touched
on
some
of
them
again
this
year,
as
well
as
there's
some
of
the
cleanup
measures
that
that
are
also
included
in
there.
There
is
also
one
other
one
from
Summit
County
that
has
reference
to
the
primary
elections,
and
that
was
brought
to
actually
brought
to
myself
by
Summit
County
by
the
Board
of
Elections
I.
Think
the
city
of
Akron
is
kind
of
behind
that
one
of
the
things
that
and
I
know
it's.
F
It
was
included
in
your
packet
as
well
looking
to
change
the
the
primary
election
and
I
just
felt
that
it
was
necessary
to
bring
it
to
City
Council
so
that
we
as
a
group
can
decide
whether
we
want
to
change
it
and
make
it
earlier
or
later.
Their
argument
is
that
by
having
it
late,
it
doesn't
give
them
time
to
in
case
of
a
recount
or
coming
out
of
a
primary
a
late
primary
doesn't
give
ample
enough
time
to
get
a
ballot
ready
to
send
to
the
people
in
the
military.
F
So
a
lot
of
times
the
people
in
the
military
get
a
partial
ballot
to
begin
with,
and
then
once
everything
is
gone
through
and
confirmed
by
the
Board
of
Elections,
then
they
get
they
get
a
like
an
updated
ballot.
So
I
think
in
order
to
kind
of
keep
the
flow
they
would.
They
were
asking
for
us
to
kind
of
push
it
back
and
have
it
earlier
if
a
lot
of
the
communities
put
it
on
the
ballot
and
they
do
theirs
earlier,
and
we
don't
do
ours
and
we
do
ours
later.
I.
F
J
Not
currently
within
the
Charter,
you
have
in
front
of
you,
but
that
was
a
request.
It's
kind
of
at
the
same
time
we're
getting
ready
to
send
it
out.
We've
got
that
request,
and
so
looking
at
putting
in
a
May
primary
for
council
and
mayor
should
be
it,
should
there
be
a
need
for
a
primary
and
there's
already
a
procedure
in
there
in
the
Charter.
So
if
council
would
like
to
look
at
that
as
well
again,
these
are
all
recommendations.
B
We
just
change
some
of
the
voting
procedures
to
make
the
Board
of
Elections
happy,
but
then
the
last
couple
of
years
that
they
had
and
I
know
at
that
time
too.
They
use
the
excuse
that
because
of
the
people
overseas
and
happened
to
ship
out
the
the
ballots
to
them
and
now
we're
visiting
it
again,
yeah.
B
J
Still
I
mean
they.
If
you
look
in
the
materials
I
provided,
there's
still
comments
in
there
about
making
under
state
law
under
the
Constitution
charter.
Amendments
can
be
within
120
and
60
days,
and
this
is
a
window.
We
have
they're
asking
that
everything
go
to
90
days,
because
that's
they
have
that
requirement
to
have
the
oversee
military
ballots
and
so
they're
still
asking
for
that.
We
didn't
put.
J
B
C
J
J
J
F
Pros
and
cons
I
mean
there
is
a
we've.
We
discussed
that
internally
in
administration,
but
I
said
with
he
coming
from
Summit
County
I
just
didn't
want
to
not
say
or
bring
it
forward
did
not
did
not
say
anything
about
it,
and
then
you
know
it's
like
well,
we
didn't
know
about
it
and
we
should
have
been
told,
so
we
wanted
to
make
sure
we
brought
it
forward
to
have
plenty
of
time
for
discussion,
and
in
this
way
we
can
defend
it,
decide
on
how
to
move
that
forward
or
not
yeah.
B
J
So
I
put
in
the
I,
don't
have
the
email
for
thought
my
headings
like
September
September,
7
yeah,
that
makes
sense
60
days,
so
you
have
within
60
days
of
the
election.
It
has
be
one
way
or
the
other
you
could
just
not,
though,
but
if
you
choose
to
put
it
on
4
November,
it
has
to
be
by
September
7.
Ok,.
L
J
A
B
Charter
on
any
any
of
this,
if
we
don't
have
a
work
session
next
week,
then
the
Durham
Road
people
and
anybody
else
won't.
You
know
that's
cutting
them
out
of
one
time
that
they
get
to
come
and
let
us
know
their
views
as
well
as
the
Charter
things
as
I
understand,
they've
been
put
out
there
several
ways
publicly
already
yeah.
A
I
A
M
Name
is
Becky
Woodruff,
three,
six,
six,
three
Durham!
This
is
a
completely
different
topic.
It
has
to
do
with
the
streets,
the
condition
of
the
streets
in
my
neighborhood
I
do
some
walking
I,
walk
on
Fair
Oaks
and
shell
heart
and
sin
wood
and
around
and
a
lot
of
places
as
I'm
walking,
I
see
grass
and
trees
and
crazy
weeds
growing
in
the
street
and
I
I.
Think
well,
you
know:
do
we
have
any
kind
of
equipment
to
clean
the
streets?
M
It's
in
the
street,
it
shouldn't
be
the
property
owners
thing
I,
get
out
there
and
dig
it
out
myself
because
I
don't
like
the
way
it
looks.
It
collects
stuff
and
you
know
sometimes
you
have
caching
going
on
with
road
repairs
and
you
have
these
little
tiny
little
cinder
things
that
are
supposed
to
fill
in
a
fill
in
a
spot
and
then
they
slough
away
and
they
roll
over
to
the
side
of
the
curb
and
then
they
collect
dirt
and
silt.
H
I
I
know
whatever
she's
Thomas.
As
soon
as
you
move
into
Mount,
Vernon
Robert
has
been
patched
so
many
times
on
the
left-hand
side.
You
can't
even
see
the
curb
no
more
and
it's
about
two
to
three
inches
thick.
You
know
I.
Maybe
we
should.
It
is
getting
bad
right
in
that
one
section
if
we
can
just
clean
up
that
curb.
That
would
be
great.
You.
I
A
Storm
I
mean
you
know,
it
is
a
mess,
so
please
don't
blow
the
grass
clippings
into
the
streets
or
the
leaves
and
the
fall
I
mean
that's
the
other.
The
other
thing
I
mean
just
because
it's
in
the
street
doesn't
mean
that's
gone.
It's
still,
there
I
mean
I,
know
in
our
neighborhood.
It's
that's
the
same
problem.
There's
areas
along
the
curb
where
there's
got
to
be
three
inches
of
dirt,
just
from
stuff
collecting
there.
So
it's
it's!
Please
don't
do
that
as.
M
A
side
note:
a
few
years
back,
there
was
some
repair
work
done
in
front
of
my
home
and
after
everything,
settled
out
and
all
those
little
tiny
cinders
were
loose,
I
gathered
them
up
and
they
filled
a
five-gallon
bucket.
So
that's
too
much
equipment
too
much
resource
being
wasted
on
something
that
wasn't
needed
and
it
would
sit
in
my
curb
if
I
hadn't
picked
it
up,
then.
A
Okay,
thank
you
very
much.
That's
it
for
communications
from
the
public
consideration
of
minutes,
consideration
of
the
minutes
of
the
regular
Council
meeting
of
June
11th
2018.
Are
there
any
additions
or
Corrections?
Then
they
will
be
accepted.
As
submitted,
the
minister
of
the
committee
work
session
of
June
18th
2018.
Are
there
any
additions
or
Corrections
okay?
They
will
be
accepted
as
submitted
and
the
minutes
of
the
special
council
meeting
of
June
18
2018
any
Corrections
or
additions.
They
will
be
accepted
as
submitted
reports
from
officers
boards
and
commissions
mayor
Thank,.
F
You,
mr.
president,
at
this
time,
I
just
want
to
just
bring
you
guys
up
to
date.
As
far
as
it
we're
continuing
to
work
on
the
park
in
preparation
of
the
Bicentennial
this
year,
we've
got
a
still
a
few
things
that
are
going
moving
forward,
as
well
as
continuing
wrapping
up
a
few
start
and
just
still
working
on
trying
to
get
a
few
things
in
order
to
get
the
park
in
preparation
for
the
Festival
this
year,
so
I
mean
that's
kind
of
where
we
are
with
that.
F
We
also
the
recycling
part
of
the
parking
lot,
that's
open.
Now,
we've
got
dirt
and
grass
seed
and
straw
and
stuff
planted
on
the
on
the
one
side
and
and
the
rest
of
it
has
been
backfilled
with
some
grindings
and
so
forth.
So
as
well
as
grindings
were
put
just
adjacent
to
the
football
field
down
on
the
lower
end
as
well,
and
then
the
area
that
we
had
dumped
the
dirt
from
digging
the
the
the
project
area
that
has
all
been
hydro,
seeded
and
so
forth.
K
A
reminder
sunday
is
July
1st
I
know
you
probably
get
tired
of
hearing
me
say
that
sunday
is
July
1st,
but
I
didn't
speak
to
one
resident
from
Nash
Heights
who
was
calling
to
make
sure
that
they
had
met
the
deadline.
So
at
least
the
message
is
getting
out
but
again
reminding
everyone
than
the
Nash
Heights
or
a
project
that
the
deadline
for
the
800
dollar
reduction
ends.
Friday.
It's
not
July
1st,
because
July
1st
is
Sunday,
so
you
need
to
be
in
there
Friday
morning
or
Friday
afternoon
by
4
o'clock.

A
A
A
H
G
H
L
L
L
Fine,
as
long
as
before
we
vote,
aye,
yes
I
just
want
to
make
sure
and
then
the
only
other
thing.
As
the
mayor
was
speaking,
it
came
to
mind
that
often
times
one
of
the
main
things
I
hear
from
residents
is
you
guys
got
to
get
grants.
So
I
just
want
to
point
out
that
the
concrete
out
there
was
through
a
grant
and
thank
the
administration.
You
know
that
and
there's
more
applications
out
this
year
than
I
can
ever
remember
since
I've
been
on
council.
So
I
just
want
to
take
a
moment
to
notice
of.
I
K
I
K
H
Yeah
one
more
post,
that's
why
I
said
it's
work
in
progress,
I
stopped
it.
C
C
K
C
K
C
C
Then
I
absolutely
would
like
to
suggest
that
we
consider
that,
while
we're
in
the
process
of
going
that
matter
of
fact,
a
fairly
knowledgeable
individual
called
me
today
without
mentioning
names,
and
he
suggested
that
we
might
want
to
look
into
extending
that
line
farther
because
of
property
could
be
developed
up
on
the
left-hand
side.
It's
just
the
thought
and
I
agree
with
him.
There's
there's
a
property
on
the
left-hand
side
going
towards
Reimer
and
that
area
that
could
be
developed
if
there
was
access
to
city
utilities
there.
K
C
I
would
suggest
you
had
mentioned
a
two-inch
line
if
there
is
to
be
a
line
through
there.
I
would
suggest
a
larger,
not
enormous,
but
a
larger
line
to
make
certain
that
anyone
who
did
want
to
perhaps
in
the
future
or
even
a
fire
hydrant
up
closer
to
the
houses,
the
few
houses
that
are
between
there
and
car
land
in
the
park.
We'd
have
a
fire
hydrant
a
lot
closer
and
it
would
lower
their
insurance
rates
and
it
would
give
us
enough
pressure
to
for
that
whole
area
if
it
was
ever
necessary.
I
C
Parallel
with
Akron
was
worth,
and
it's
up,
I'd
have
to
look
at
I.
Think
it's
like
not
even
two
blocks,
it's
about
300
feet
from
from
wodsworth
Road
north,
and
then
it
goes.
There's
a
street
that
comes
out
like
what's
the
name
of
the
street
that
comes
out
of
the
park,
I
forget
the
it's
a
name
Street
and
there's
a
small
private
park
on
the
corner
of
Carl
and
that
Street
I
can't
think
of
the
name
of
it
that
comes
directly
from
the
park
parking
lot
of
the
prayer
and
then
when
it
gets
to
Carl.
C
If
you're,
looking
straight
at
Cleveland,
Maslin
Road
from
Carl
at
that
street,
there's
a
he,
he
called
it
a
private
or
public
right-of-way.
That
goes
all
the
way
through
to
Cleveland
masam
Road
I
thought
there
might
be
because
there's
no
houses
or
anything
on
it
and
the
other
Street
dead
ends
at
Carl,
so
I
figured
it
was
more
than
likely
a
a
paper
Street
or
public
right
away,
but
we
could
run
anything
we
wanted
to
run
through
there
without
acquiring
problems
is
what
I
was
at.
We.
