One
item
that
was
omitted
from
the
list
here
it'll
be
item
J
and
the
information
is
within
the
packet.
It's
a
bike
path,
some
greement
with
ODOT
ODOT,
we'll
be
covering
the
cost
of
it,
but
we
still
need
to
support
it.
So
what
we
cover
net
tonight
on
me
J
also,
so
everyone
knows
immediately.
Following
this
meeting,
we
will
be
having
a
special
meeting
to
confirm
some
of
the
appointments
to
the
various
committees.
I
D
You,
mr.
president,
this
is
an
agricultural
renewal
for
33:30
Reimer
Road.
It's
my
understanding
that
this
property
has
been
subject
to
an
agricultural
district
for
a
number
of
years.
I,
don't
know!
If
there's
anyone
from
the
administration
who
wants
to
comment
on
it,
I
think
what
we
need
to
do
probably
is
move
it
for
a
first
reading
on
the
agenda
next
week.
Have
a
public
hearing
14
days
from
then
I
have
a
second
reading,
and
then
we
can
either
wave
and
pass
or
let
it
go
for
a
third
reading.

Anything
under
$3,000
is
in
my
Prue's
to
sign
anything
over
$3,000
I
need
to
bring
to
council's
attention
and
Exhibit
A,
basically
out
of
all
of
the
ones
that
you
see
on
the
attached
schedule.
Those
four
basically
are
the
ones
that
fall
over
$3,000
in
the
council
sometime
before
the
end
of
the
month
and.
I
Ron
and
I
were
discussing
these
the
other
day
asking
looking
at
how
they
come
about
and
stuff,
and
some
of
these
were
just
a
matter
like
with
the
truck
and
stuff
the
tandem
truck.
The
company
sent
the
invoice
before
we
actually
finalized
everything
and
they
had
dated
it
like
the
day
before
their
actual
Pio
was
cut.
They
put
the
bill
in
the
mail,
so
even
though
the
Pio
was
cut
after
the
fact.
So
then
we
have
to
go
through
this
rather
than
you
know,
being
in
violation.
I
G
C
This
is
as
I
understand
it.
This
is
actually
for
three
separate
projects
to
them,
which
involves
roads.
One
is
for
a
water
line.
The
new
Park
Drive
reconstruction
project
at
$750,000
estimate,
Jack,
Johnson,
Road
reconstruction
project
at
1,200,000
and
Eastern
Road
water
line
project
at
eight
hundred
and
forty
eight
thousand,
that's
basically
for
Jana
mailer
and
that's
requiring
nobody
else
to
hook
up.
Would
that
be
correct.
Mr.
Fowler.

Opw
see
there
are
some
other
funding
sources
that
were
seeking,
some
of
which
includes
the
assessment,
but
also
another
pot
of
money
that
we're
going
to
work
with
the
county
to
identify
next
year.
Now
again,
these
projects
won't
go
through.
The
funding
is
due
July
1st
or
the
application.
Excuse
me:
application
requests
are
due
July
1st.
The
funding
would
not
become
available
until
the
following
July,
so
we
have
a
year
together
and.
C
C
N
N
N
N
December
I
had
an
independent
engineering,
the
Johnson
Road
problems,
and
you
know
I
I
was
out,
there
might
have
been
Saturday
I
can't
remember
what
day
it
was.
They
all
run
together,
but
I
was
out
there
the
other
day
and
noticed
that
the
road
is
significantly
deteriorated
in
certain
spots
and
it
appeared
when
I
was
out
there.
N
I
genuinely
believe
it
was
Saturday
that
the
spots
on
the
road
that
were
darker
seemed
to
be
where
it's
failing,
which
to
me
indicates
there's
moisture
now,
I'm
no
engineer,
but
the
engineer
that
I
had
evaluate
the
process,
though
the
project
indicated
that
it
really
needs
some
base
stabilization
and
way
more
intricate
detail
than
I
could
provide
at
this
point,
but
this
is
where
their
their
recommendation
to
do
the
fix
properly.
What
was
this
amount.
N
The
first
thing
this
this
would
be
a
full
refund
of
three
reclamation
and
I
had
assumed
they
would
leave
the
under
drains
and
things
that
we
just
put
in,
but
it
would
be
a
full
engineered
road
with
full
base
reclamation,
meaning
we've
dig
up
the
road
put
a
new
base,
essentially
build
a
whole
new
road.
That's
why
it's
so
much
money,
but.
N
N
D
Guess
to
be,
at
least
for
me
to
be
clear
at
one
point:
I
heard
talk
that
some
of
these
places
that
were
failing
the
county
was
gonna
fix
and
not
charge
us
to
do
that,
which
I
would
assume
when
they
say
fix.
They
mean
they're,
just
gonna.
Take
the
pavement
up
and
put
new
pavement
down,
which
doesn't
fix
the
problem
and
so
they're
expecting
us
to
fix
the
base
which
I've
been
harping
on
since
I've
been
up
here
that
when
we
fix
roads
we
need
to
fix
roads
all
the
way
down
to
the
base.
D
F
N
N
Just
I'll
be
upfront
that
the
way
I'm
looking
at
constructing
the
tap-in
fee
is
based
on
the
tap
size.
So
what
does
that
mean?
An
industrial
customer
is
going
to
have
a
larger
tap
because
they
need
more
water,
so
they
will
pay
more
for
that
tap
and
that'll
be
based
on
a
meter
size
right.
If
it's
a
typical
household
meters
five-eighths,
the
five-eighths
meter
would
be
a
lot
less
than
a
than
an
eight-inch
tap
and
it'll
it'll
be
scaled
according
to
the
size
of
the
tap
okay.
Thank
you.
A
A
K
N
N
N
A
I
A
A
Now,
back
to
that,
I
I,
don't
remember
who
I
spoke
to?
Maybe
you,
mr.
valor,
or
the
mayor
or
someone
I,
don't
know:
I
questioned
whether
we
had
any
maps
that
would
indicate
whether
there
are
coal
mines
directly
in
that
exact
area
where
the
bad
spots
in
that
road
are
because
I
know
there
are
coal
mines
in
the
Johnson
Road
area,
and
what
I'd
be
interested
to
know
is
before
we
spend
a
lot
of
money
to
repair
an
under
surface
or
an
upper
surface
on
those
roads.
A
I
think
there
should
be
some
research
done
as
to
where
those
coal
mines
are
and
are
they
maybe
perhaps
causing
part
of
this
problem.
I,
don't
know
if
there's
coal
mines
that
are
not
directly
under
that
section,
but
but
I
remember
looking
at
a
state
map
at
one
time
and
seeing
coal
mines
in
that
area
of
Johnson
Road.
Now
coal
mines
right
might
run
perpendicular
to
Johnson
the
shafts
or
they
might
run
parallel.
If,
if
they're
running
perpendicular
excuse
me,
that
would
indicate
to
me
where
those
spots
are
just
where
the
spots
are.
A
P
Mr.
president,
yes,
if
I
may
ask
a
few
questions,
this
goes
back
to
the
new
park,
drive
repair
and
just
wondering
about
five
six,
seven
years
ago
we
looked
at
this
and
we
had
a
1.5
million
project
with
retention
pond,
and
what
I'm
wondering
is:
is
this
just
repairing
the
road
only
and
not
fixing
the
underlying
problem,
which
will
lead
us
back
to
the
same
place
later?
Is
this
money
being
well-spent?
Is
this
going
to
fix
the
overall
problem
of
the
flooding?
P
N
It's
our
understanding
that
there's
a
flapper
valve
that
may
have
failed,
which
caused
the
flooding
on
Friday
or
may
not
have
been
installed
so
they're
looking
into
what
caused
the
water
back
up
as
a
Friday,
but
it's
my
understanding
that
they
went
forward
with
some
flood
mitigation
measures
and,
aside
from
a
little
bit
of
water
as
a
Friday,
those
mitigation
measures
have
been
handling
the
issues
that
occur
there.
I
will
confirm
that.
N
P
I
just
I'm
concerned
that
we're
putting
some
money
out
there
a
fair
amount
of
money
out
there
and
we're
not
really
going
to
fix
the
problem
and
going
back
a
few
years.
Mr.
mayor,
you
were
there
on
site
and
had
to
tote
people
from
communal
in
trucks,
boats
whatever
and
it
floods
pretty
badly.
We
had
six
hundred
year,
floods
in
a
year
and
a
half
and
so
I,
don't
know
if
that
is
all
blamed
on
a
valve
from
back
then.
P
But
my
thought
is:
there's
got
to
be
some
serious
flood
mitigation
and
we
talked
about
retention
ponds.
We
talked
about
ox
bows
up
in
the
copier,
there's
a
lot
that
needed
to
be
done
and
that's
why
we
went
to
the
Army
Corps
of
Engineers
at
that
time,
but
I'm
just
seeing
that
seventy
five
$750,000
number
and
thinking
that
doesn't
sound
like
it's
addressing
the
problem.
It's
just
fixing
the
road
I
was
I'm
just
concerned.
We're
gonna
see
that
road
fall
apart
again.
F
N
There's
a
concern
that
valve
worked
properly,
that
the
concern
is
not
that
valve.
The
concern
is:
is
someone
else
tapped
into
the
storm
sewer
which
caused
the
backup
that
happened
on
Friday
and
we're
trying
to
figure
out?
If
someone
else
put
one
in
to
put
it
put
a
discharge
into
the
stream
that
we're
unaware,
which
doesn't
have
a
valve
which
allowed
the
water
to
back
up
into
the
system
and
that's
worth
trying
we're.
P
A
I
A
N
A
C
C
I
This
falls
under
my
committee
as
well.
What
this
is
had
mentioned
that
he
wanted
to
discuss
this,
but
summit
county
passed
a
by
dollar
additional
tax
on
license
plate
renewal
back
on
January,
29th
I
believe
this
year,
so
they're
gonna
start
collecting
an
extra
five
dollars
for
every
license
plate
in
Summit,
County,
that's
purchased
and
their
intent
is
use
that
money
for
roads,
bridges
things
like
that.
They
are
indicating
that
they
don't
have
enough
to
pay
for
these
projects
and
part
of
what
they
said
is
that
surrounding
communities
that
are
involved
in
this.
I
I
I
I
Next
item
on
tonight's
agenda
is
an
agreement
with
engineering
associates,
and
this
is
also
falls
under
my
committee.
This
is
the
engineering
piece
for
the
Eastern
Road
water
line
that
water
line
would
run
from
the
where
the
water
towers
at
Haim,
Town
Road
we'd
be
looking
at
putting
a
16
inch
line
in
well.
N
I
D
M
E
I
I
I
I
N
There
was
money
about
I'm,
sorry
money
budgeted
in
November
for
this.
For
this
project,
we
felt
administratively
that
we
needed
to
account
for
the
money
that
was
spent
for
the
Bicentennial
we
needed
contracts
and
tangible
products
that
we're
going
to
be
producing
here
in
the
in
the
park
that
the
the
we
could
say
is
the
city.
This
is
what
we
did
as
part
of
the
Bicentennial.
The
fireworks
seem
to
be
a
natural
fit
for
whatever
and.
G
L
Mike
meeting
Garden
State
fireworks
I
live
at
3177,
Cleveland
masculine
reason:
I
wanted
to
stop
by
was
answer
any
questions
that
you
might
have
and
I
actually
I.
When
I
spoke
with
dan,
he
thought
I
was
the
owner
of
the
company.
I
want
everybody
understand,
Garden
State
fireworks
is
a
large
firework
company.
We
do
gosh
the
the
Washington
Monument
4th
of
July,
the
National
Show
for
the
Washington
Monument
their
world
champions
day,
big
company
and
the
big
thing
that
I
wanted
to
relay
to
everybody.
L
I've
done
the
cider
festival
fireworks
since
its
inception
and
every
year.
They
know
that
this
is
my
hometown
and
they've
always
pulled
the
stops
out
and
sent
way
more
material.
What
the
budget
was.
This
is
gonna,
be
no
exception
and
the
first
thing
out
of
their
mouth
was:
we
want
to
WoW
everybody,
so
I'm
really
looking
forward
to
this
to
be
able
to
do
a
you
know,
a
decent
sized
show
like
this
for
my
own
town.
So.
L
My
plan
and
actually
that's
why
I
wanted
to
get
it
in
relatively
early
because
in
the
in
the
firework
industry
you
know
they
have
a
lot
of
shows
going
on
and
I
wanted
to
know
that
we
were
definitely
gonna
do
this,
so
we
could
start
putting
some
of
the
good
material
back.
You
know
this
is
after
the
fourth
of
July
and,
as
I
said,
they
have
a
lot
of
shows.
So
if
we
know
this
is
gonna
happen,
I'll
have
that
stuff
put
aside
now,
so
that
it
doesn't
get
used
up
over
the
4th.
L
Yes,
the
largest
budget
we
did
for
cider,
fest
I
believe
one
year
we
did
10,000
and
keep
in
mind.
It
goes
up
exponentially
because
once
you've,
once
you've
paid
for
the
insurance
and
you've
paid
for
the
shipping
and
you've
paid
for
the
help,
all
of
that's
already
there,
so
every
dollar
you're
spending
goes
directly
to
the
fireworks
and
believe
it
or
not.
The
fireworks
are
one
of
the
cheapest
part
of
the
firework
show.
The
insurance
is
the
big
one.
So.
F
L
Yeah,
and
actually,
who
was
I
I,
was
discussing
this
with
someone
already.
It
might
have
been
Mike
Schultz,
the
area
that
we
have
back
there.
It's
all
about
the
size
of
the
shells
that
you're
shooting
and
we
are
right
at
the
cusp
or
we
could
put
a
six-inch
shell
in
there
and
I
I-
would
rather
err
on
the
side
of
safety.
We're
only
gonna
shoot
up
to
five.
That
way,
even
if
I
tried
to
do
damage,
I
probably
couldn't
reach
any.
You
know
anything
that.
L
L
Do
we
just
want
a
big
long
show,
or
do
you
want
fire
and
fury
for
22
minutes
set
to
music?
So
there
you
know,
there's
a
lot
of
variables,
but
that
can
all
be
worked
out
after
the
national
contract
is
signed
and
then,
if
it
does
get
choreographed,
we
can
pick
our
own
music
and
that's
another
time
very
tie-in
sensitive
thing.
If
we
go
that
route,
we're
gonna
need
to
pick
music
now,
so
it
can
all
be
choreographed
when
it's
done
right,
it's
pretty
spectacular.
D
I
I
I
C
I
M
M
I
D
N
There's
one
slight
complication:
we
want
to
improve
the
pavement
surface
prior
to
the
construction
of
the
building,
we're
hoping
that
some
of
the
damage
that
was
done
by
the
movement
of
dirt
will
include
a
repavement
of
our
parking
area
and
we're
shooting
for
May
mid-may
and
to
May,
but
with
the
with
the
caveat
that
we
want
that
fix.
First.
Mr.
C
C
F
L
N
F
M
I
I
I
N
And
just
to
clarify,
mr.
president,
just
one
item
of,
if
you
look
at
one
of
the
proposals
that
you
see
before
you,
you
will
look
and
notice
that
the
total
sum
is
just
shy
of
the
other.
If
you
notice,
though,
that
on
the
one
we're
recommending
it's
based
on
22,000
square
feet
of
pavement
in
the
bid
was,
was
21,000
square
feet,
it's
a
difference
of
two
thousand
dollars,
but
rods
at
gink
actually
did
bid
a
little
bit
more
asphalt
than
the
twenty
one,
and
that's
why
the
recommendation
to
go
with
them.
N
Actually
comes
down
to
measuring
because
what
I
mean
who
measured
it?
Okay,
the
the
engineering
EDG:
they
are
the
ones
that
measured
this
the
asphalt
company
went
on
their
own,
have
kamesh
heard
it
themselves
and
they
came
up
with
that
number,
but
we
know
the
number
to
be
closer
to
the
22,000
according
to
our
engineers.
Okay,
that's
why.
K
E
N
N
D
N
D
N
J
D
Down
so
one
other
question
that
I
have-
and
this
is
just
a
general
question-
but
this
reminds
me
when
we
repave
do
we
not
put
like
berms
on
those
I
mean
some
of
those
roads
are
if
blacktop
boomin,
it's
there's
a
shelf
there
and
I
think
do
we
not
need
those
berms
to
help
keep
that
from
cracking
off
at
the
edges
correct?
We
do.
D
N
E
D
D
N
I
just
wanted
to
make
one
other
point
clear
that
that
80,000
has
a
10%
contingency,
just
in
case
there'd,
be
issue,
but
I
I
want
to
say
that
that's
the
maximum.
We
have
some
optimism
that
that
may
be
part
of
that
project
would
be
paid
for
by
other
sources
of
funding.
So
I
don't
want
to
elaborate
much
more
but
I'm
very
optimistic
that
the
total
general
fund
impact
will
be
about
thirty
five
thousand
dollars.
Ultimately,.
N
I
I
I
M
We've
been
financing
the
purchase
of
the
police
cars
out
of
fund
140
because
we
take
that's
where
we
take
the
money
in
from
the
rental
of
our
officers
and
the
vehicles.
I
can't
write
checks
out
of
the
revenue
side.
I
have
to
write
checks
out
of
the
expense
side
in
the
past.
I
have
not
budgeted
fund
140,
because
I've
always
taken
in
revenue.
The
auditors
pointed
out
to
me
rightfully
that
what
I
should
be
doing
is
funding
both
sides,
the
expense
side
and
the
revenue
side.
I
did
budget
for
the
revenue
side.
M
66,500
did
not
budget
anything
in
the
expense
side,
figuring
I
would
just
work
out.
You
know
the
revenue
would
keep
the
fund
whole
and
we
would
spend
only
what
was
in
the
fund
based
on
the
cash
fund.
Well,
every
year
they
dinged
me
for
it.
So
I
finally
got
wise,
so
I'm
asking
Council
to
give
me
permission
to
budget
sixty
six
thousand
five
hundred
dollars
in
fund
one
forty
on
the
expense
side.
That's
basically
all
that
is.
I
I
I
N
J
I
I
D
H
H
H
Oh
Dada
is
looking
for
resolutions
of
support
to
say
if
they're
gonna
do
this,
we
we
support
that
in
our
community
in
Norton
and
they
would
be
responsible
for
constructing
and
whatever
is
to
be
constructed
along
Greenwich.
That's
for
them
to
figure
out,
but
that's
the
proposed
bike
route
and
there's
looking
for
support
so.
H
H
H
A
I'm
all
for
a
bike
path,
any
place.
They
want
to
put
it
but
I'm,
not
in
favor
of
blocking
off
a
section
of
the
road
with
a
line
that
intrudes
into
the
road
itself
if
they
want
to
come
through,
are
they
going
to
put
four
foot
of
asphalt
right
and
left
and
indicate
that
it's
a
bike
route,
or
are
they
just
going
to
put
like
they
do
in
some
cities?
A
line
like
the
state
law
now
says
you
have
to
be
three
foot
away
from
from
a
bicycle
on
the
highway.
A
So
if
they
put
a
line
from
the
edge
of
the
road
in
three
feet,
there
wouldn't
be
enough
room
for
cars
to
pass
without
being
with
you'd
have
to
be
six
foot.
Is
what
I'm
saying
six
foot
towards
a
white
line
from
the
side
in
order
to
be
legal
to
pass
a
bike?
So
if,
if
they
are
planning
on
actually
installing
a
four
foot
wide
bike
path
through
the
city
of
Norton
on
Graham,
which
Road
I'm
tickled
to
death,
if
they're
not
going
to
do
that,
I'd
be
a
hundred
percent
against
it.
A
I
N
Has
standards
for
four
width
of
lane,
so
it's
practically
impossible
for
them
to
do
that
and
I
understand
I'd
be
concerned
about
that
too.
That's
why
I
said.
Typically,
it's
just
marked
as
a
bike
route
without
any
separation
where,
where
there
can't
be
in
fact,
bicycles
still
have
or
do
have
now
the
share
the
road.
If
a
person
is
on
a
bicycle,
you
have
the
right
to
share
the
road
up
there.
They
have
the
right.
You
know
we're
without
designation,
so
I
I
understand,
I'd
be
I'd,
be
in
the
same
boat.
E
B
D
M
D
D
D
They're
probably
doing
the
same
thing
that
we
do
when
we
look
for
funds
from
the
state
and
passing
a
resolution
supporting
something
hey.
We
support
this,
give
us
your
money,
they're,
probably
doing
the
same
thing
with
the
federal
government
to
some
degree.
The
other
thing
I
would
point
out
is
I
mean
you
know,
you
know
I
think
we
can
put
this
on
for
a
first
reading.
D
G
N
K
D
G
G
A
One
thing
I'd
like
to
read:
I'd
like
to
read
a
section
of
minutes
that
we
counsel
this
is
from
August
of
our
council
shouldn't
take
long
I,
just
there's
a
lot
of
discussion
about
Nash
Heights
and
the
I
know.
I've
talked
a
couple:
people
about
the
I
put
something
on
Facebook,
trying
to
sort
of
tell
the
people
that
you
know
there
are
those
grants
available
through
the
county
and
stuff
and
back
in
August
Holly
Miller
was
here
if.
I
A
There
was
a
presentation
by
mrs.
Miller
from
Summit
County
Department
of
Community
Economic
Development
regarding
the
various
various
Community
and
Economic
Development
programs.
They've
got
to
offer.
Some
of
the
programs
are
eligible,
just
going
to
skip
through
it
for
residents
of
the
city
depending
on
their
income
and
everything
for
the
grants
for
these
sewer
lines,
sort
of
septic
repairs
and
such
and
one
of
the
one
of
the
main
things
was
just
for
an
example.
Mrs.
whippy
or
miss
Whitley
asked
at
that
time.
A
That's
not
being
spent
anyplace,
it's
strictly
on
their
income,
1040
income
that
they
follow
with
the
federal
government.
That's
one
of
the
main
things.
There
are
different
things
available,
but
mainly
that
I'm
talking
about
the
tapping
fees
since
that's
not
what's
allowed,
you
can't
go
on
your
tax
duplicate
and
such
then.
They
was
discussed
at
the
meeting
that
mr.
Pierson
matter-of-fact
asked
if
their
office
has
any
assistance
as
far
as
our
assessments-
and
they
said
no,
of
course,.
A
Mr.
markey
suggested
that
he
meet
with
Miss
Miller
to
discuss
the
details
of
what
is
considered
a
contract
and
I'm
saying
that,
because
I
skipped
over
part
of
it,
the
part,
if
you
already
have.
If
the
people
already
have
a
contract
in
place,
there
was
a
question
as
to
whether
they
could
still
qualify
for
these
grants.
If
they
already
had
a
contract
and-
and
this
says
miss
Miller
stated,
it
depends
on
what
is
worded
in
the
contract.
Mr.
A
K
A
Are
so
everyone
can
hear
this
and
know
it?
There
are
grants
out
there,
and
preferably
now
is
the
time
before
you've
entered
into
a
contract
with
anyone
before
you've
entered
into
a
contract
with
anyone
don't
sign
any
contracts
until
you've
contacted
this
Miss
Miller
at
Summit
County
and
filled
out
the
application
to
see
if
you're
eligible
for
these
grants
and
I
remember
at
the
time.
A
I
can
only
see
it
here,
but
I
remember
the
time
she
said
that
those
grants
would
be
up
to
and
including
100
percent
of
the
tap
in
fees
and
an
installation
of
your
scepter
sewer
from
city
sewer
to
house.
She
indicated
when
she
was
here
at
that
meeting
on
I
was
there
and
I
actually
asked
her
and
the
other
lady
I
forgot
her
name
now.
That
was
with.
A
I
asked
them
questions
about
that
and
they
verified
that
that
they
it's
possible,
that
they
would
pay
on
hundred
percent
I
understand
just
from
reading
your
pamphlets
that
you're
passing
out
out
here
there's
an
income
of
like
thirty
six
thousand
for
one
single
person
and
a
child
or
whatever,
and
you
know,
there's
indications
of
what
the
amounts
are
so
I'm
just
trying
to
as
I
said,
I
put
it
on
Facebook
and
a
lot
of
people
don't
go
on
my
Facebook.
So.
A
Enough
people
will
see
this
and
hear
about
it
to
where
they
will
absolutely
go
and
apply
for
these
grants
before
they
get
a
contract,
because
once
that
contract
is
signed,
sealed
and
delivered,
they're
not
going
to
be
eligible
for
those
grants
and
I.
Don't
know
how
many
people's
in
that
area
that
qualifies
as
far
as
financial
income
1040
income
per
year,
but
I'm
I
would
hope.
But
there
are
a
few.
A
It's
not
terrible,
so
I
hope
it
to
people
that
are
having
problems,
and
you
hear
about
a
lot
of
people
having
problems
complaining
about
the
cost
and
everything
I
hope
they
hear
this
and
go
ahead
and
apply
for
the
grants,
because
there
are
some
grants
available.
So
please
hear
it
and
apply
for
one
thing:
the.
I
Last
time
we
discussed
this
like
he
said
it
takes
about
45
days,
so
we're
certain
we've
already
just
wrapped
up
one
section
there,
so
those
people
have
been
notified
that
they
can
tie
in.
So
they
want
to
make
sure
that
they're
doing
this
as
quick
as
possible,
because
there's
a
window
there
that
they're
getting
a
discounted
rate
already
for
that
action
connection.
So
we
have
any
information
like
that
on
the
website.
Actually.
C
J
A
Right,
perfect,
it's
all
covered
in
there
plus
I
want
to
give
Vivian
credit.
She
absolutely
explains
this
I
mean
I,
heard
her
telling
two
or
three
different
people
that
came
up
for
their
pamphlets,
so
she's
doing
a
really
good
job
of
explaining
it.
But,
as
everyone
knows,
you
can't
possibly
reach
everyone.
Some
people
are
too
old,
they're,
invalids
or
whatever
they
don't.
They
don't
watch
the
meetings.
They
don't
come
to
the
meetings.
They
don't
read,
half
their
mail,
that
they
get
and
I
don't
mean
to
belittle
them.
That's
just
a
way
of
life.
A
That's
the
way
people
are
and
and
if
I
think
it's
it's
up
to
us
to
do
everything
possible
to
get
them
to
understand
that
they're,
not
it's
not
theirs,
that
there
are
places
to
go
for
help,
and
one
of
them
is
these
grants
at
the
county,
and
it
needs
to
be
neighbors
like
dutifully
and
maybe
could
tell
her
neighbors
about
it.
She's
here
all
the
time
and
knows
about
it,
so
I
would
appreciate
it
if
you've
dropped.
A
P
J
I
B
Electric
aggravation
nope
I
be
sending
stuff
out
real
soon
right.
It
should
be
soon
I
received.
B
N
B
B
B
N
Wanted
to
make
counsel
where
I
know
miss
whip.
He
brought
it
up,
beat
me
to.
It
seems
to
have
a
intuition.
What's
on
my
mind,
but
I've
asked
the
city
engineer
to
prepare
the
bid
packets
for
the
the
parking
lot
out
front
and
the
and
the
rest
of
the
third
way
there.
My
intention
is
to
get
them
out
this
week.
N
The
the
requirements
under
the
hire
vise
code
is
14
plus
one
day
my
goal
is
to
have
them
back
I
believe
it's
the
22nd
of
March,
which
is
a
Thursday
at
that
point,
I
would
have
my
director
of
Law,
hopefully
have
an
ordinance
prepared
to
enter
into
the
contract
and
that
we
could
get
that
done
quickly.
The
reason
that
I'm,
asking
or
bringing
this
up
at
this
point
now
is.
N
N
Now,
that's
all
based
on
he's
not
booked
yet,
but
but
when
we
go
out
to
bid
I
anticipate
that
it
would
be
a
lot
of
people
that
haven't
got
a
lot
of
work
yet,
which
is
why
I'm
just
making
it
known
now
that
my
goal
is
to
try
to
get
something
early,
so
we
can
get
it
past
so
that
we
can
get
that
contract
and
try
to
save
some
money,
so
I
just
wanted
to.
Let
you
know
that
you
know
that's
something.
N
A
O
N
Know
I
look
today
there
I
told
the
mayor
when
he
came
in
I,
said
they're
clear
down
the
end
of
the
parking
lot.
Now.
That's
you
know.
Hopefully
the
lateral
should
be
done.
It
went
from.
Ron
will
tell
you.
There
was
a
time
when
there
was
a
steady
flow
of
trucks.
Now
it's
one
every
couple
hours
because
they're
just
doing
the
tie-ins
laterals
there
I'm
hopeful
that
the
truck
traffic
would
be
done
this
week.
Actually
I
thought
it
was
supposed
to
be
done
last
week,
but
I
think
with
the
rain.
B
I
Before
we
redo
like
the
pavement,
is
there
any
way
that
we
can
work
with
Wooster
to
try
to
get
their
equipment?
Things
like
that
in
here,
where
maybe
we
just
do
the
part
where
the
the
pavement
where
the
garage
is
gonna
set,
and
then
that
way
after
it's
done,
then
we
go
ahead
and
do
the
rest.
So
we
don't
tear
up
I'll.
