B
D
E
D
Dennis
says
mr
mcloan
is
excused
this
evening.
B
D
D
Anything
I'd
like
to
add
one
item
to
tonight's
agenda:
it's
for
the
approval
of
the
paving
contract
of
the
safety
administration
building
here.
D
Any
questions
on
that
I
know
we've
discussed
it,
they
had
the
bid
proposals.
You
should
have
all
those
in
your
packets.
A
A
A
D
See
none,
then.
I
will
move
to
add
this
to
tonight's
agenda,
with
emergency.
D
Motion
and
second
to
add
it
to
tonight's
agenda
for
its
first
read
roll
call
please.
I
D
Anything
else
from
the
committees
all
right,
communications
from
the
public.
We
have
one
john
cedode
yeah.
You
would
state
your
name
and
address
for
the
stenographer
and
you
have
five
minutes.
B
J
At
three
four
six
five
higgins
drive,
so
I
guess
I've
connected
to
the
sewer
city
sewer
probably
about
a
month
ago,
and
what
I'm,
what
I'd
like
to
try
and
get
some
assistance
on
is
the
repair
of
my
concrete
driveway.
J
So
a
little
background
I
moved
to
norton
about,
I
think
it
was
july
of
2014
and
at
that
time
we
were
supposed
to
have
the
engineer
come
around
to
the
properties
confirm
where
your
septic
system
was
try
to
figure
out
your
connection
and
your
shortest
run,
and
when
we
got
when
I
moved
in,
I
think
that
was
all
in
process.
So
I
tried
to
get
the
engineer
out
to
our
house.
J
Don't
know
if
they'd
been
out
before
they
may
have
been,
but
not
when
I
was
there
so
tried
to
get
that
done,
wasn't
able
to
and
then,
whenever
the
connection,
whenever
the
crew
got
out,
rudzic
got
out
there
to
work,
saw
the
engineers
drawings
and
they
had
my
septic
system
in
the
opposite
place
in
my
property.
So
it
was,
they
had
it
marked
in
my
backyard
instead
of
front
yard.
J
So
connection's
been
done,
I've
got
the
concrete
really
just
like
an
eight-foot
section
taken
out
to
make
the
connection,
and
now
I
just
have
gravel
filled
in
so
don't
know
the
process
but
want
to
see
if,
whenever
the
drive
aprons
are
repaired
out
there
or
at
some
point
I
can
get
the
concrete
replaced.
J
Let
me
see
what
else
can
I
tell
you
to
bring
to
give
you
an
update?
I
think
that's
really
it.
I
don't
know
if
there
was
an
issue
at
the
property
before
I
lived
there
with
access
could
have
been,
but
I
had
tried
for
a
while
to
get
somebody
out
to
try
and
shorten
the
run,
but
I
think
it
was
too
late
when
the
engineer
got
out
there,
so
I've
got
a
photo
of
my
property
with
some
things
I
marked
up.
If
you
want
to
see
it,
if
that
helps
anybody.
D
Oh
yeah,
I'm
not
robert.
Do
you
want
those
or.
H
We'll
take
them
there's
a
lot
it's
more
complicated
than
than
it's
being
presented
at
this
point.
Okay,.
D
J
J
J
D
J
Sure
yeah
any
other,
any
questions
for
me.
I
guess
from
anybody.
D
Evening,
consideration
of
minutes
minutes
of
the
regular
council
meeting
of
march
12
2018
any
corrections,
additions
or
alterations
to
those
minutes
hearing
none
those
will
be
approved
as
submitted
any
corrections,
additions
or
alterations
to
the
minutes
of
the
committee
work
session
march,
19
2018.
E
E
Ms
holly
miller
will
be
here
on
thursday
march
29th.
That's
this
thursday
from
9
00
a.m
to
11
a.m,
and
then
she
will
be
here
again
on
tuesday
april
3rd,
from
5
pm
to
7
pm.
We
actually
have
information
posted
on
our
city
website
as
well,
but
the
applications
we
have
applications
here
on
at
the
desk.
For
those
who
don't
have
a
printer
and
don't
have
access
to
printing
them,
but
the
the
application
themselves
are
also
on
our
website.
E
No,
and
then
I've
got
excuse
me,
then
we
have
the
the
cities
this
year,
the
city's
fourth
year
of
the
adopt-a-spot
program
we've
got.
We
sent
out
sponsor
letters
looking
for
two
hundred
dollars
for
sponsorships,
it's
150
goes
to
the
adoptive
spot.
Fifty
dollars,
then,
will
be
put
towards
the
city's
bicentennial
events
if
any
resident
is
or
business
is
interested
in
doing
so,
and
the
fifty
dollars
then
puts
your
business
name
on
an
adopt-a-spot
sign
located
at
selected
spots
for
this
year's
season.
E
The
second
part
of
the
program
is
a
will
consist
of
volunteer
groups,
service
organizations
and
youth
clubs
or
family
members,
and
basically
those
particular
will
be
for
to
plant
water
and
weed
those
are
caretaker
groups
that
we
also
need
we
have.
I
would
like
to
announce
what
I'd
like
to
do
is
announce
the
green
up.
Norton
community
workday
that
will
be
held
on
saturday
april
28th
from
8
30
to
1..
E
Volunteers
will
once
again
meet
here
at
city
hall,
for
coffee
and
donuts,
around
8,
30
and
then
travel
to
in
groups
to
their
locations
for
clean
up,
and
then
this
year's
tree
planting.
We
will
plant
a
tree
afterwards.
The
tree
planting
will
commemorate
all
individuals
who
have
fostered
the
foundation
of
over
the
200
years
of
our
community,
and
that
ceremony
will
take
place
at
columbia.
Woods
park
at
12,
30.
E
And
then
we
have
arbor
day
foundation
on
behalf
of
the
arbor
day
foundation.
We
are
2017,
we
were
named
tree
city.
Once
again,
it
was
a
foundation
in
honor
to
commitment
to
effective
urban
forest
management.
Norton
achieved
tree
city,
recognition
by
meeting
the
programs
for
requirement,
it's
establishing
a
tree
board
or
department,
a
tree
care
ordinance,
an
annual
community
forestry
budget
of
at
least
two
dollars
per
capita
and
an
arbor
day,
observance
and
proclamation
which
we
have
done
in
the
last
couple
of
years.
E
D
D
B
B
D
Motion
in
a
second-
and
this
is
for
the
transfer
of
the
fees
to
take
care
of
the
what
would
have
been
the
cleaning
of
the
barber
road
trunk
line
before
we
handed
off
ownership
to
barberton
this
cleans
up
and
finalizes
that
piece
of
it
roll
call
please.
Mr.
D
B
D
D
D
D
D
I
D
D
A
D
Think
the
exhibit
a
is
just
blank
anyways,
but
the
ordinance
shows
march
31st
20.
A
G
A
A
D
A
A
Okay,
we're
picking
it
up
this
year
march,
31st
correct,
so
we
would
owe
them
the
three
months,
so
the
contract
itself
is
actually
going
to
run
through
march.
31St
2019,
correct
correct,
so
it
would
where
we
would
be
lacking
would
be
the
three
months
this
year
then
because
it
actually
should
have
ended
in
january.
K
A
K
A
K
And
mr
towsley
I
apologize
they've
been
coming
to
me.
They
have
fulfilled
that
requirement.
K
I
need
to
pass
them
on
to
the
mayor
and
mr
fowler
to
review.
Sometimes
they
forget
and
sensitive
items
that
they,
you
know,
are
reporting
that
we
don't
want
to
be
out
for
public
edification
council
excluded
in
that.
I
think
it
needs
to
be
reviewed,
but
we
can
get
those
to
you.
So
I
heard
last
week
when
I
was
here,
I
heard
you
asked
that
question.
C
G
C
C
I
B
B
I
G
B
B
G
I
I
B
D
B
B
G
D
I
would
just
like
to
take
the
opportunity
to
thank
mr
spiezak
and
jesse
prather
for
for
their
service.
D
We,
we
kind
of
go
through
a
lot
of
this
in
norton,
where
it's
tough,
to
get
volunteers
to
set
on
these
various
committees
and
commissions,
and
so
anybody's
service
is
greatly
appreciated.
Roll
call
please.
B
B
D
Mr
pilot,
yes,
and
we
have
added
ordinance
44
2018
for
its
first
reading,
falls
under
my
committee,
like
to
offer
it
for
its
first
reading.
Ask
clerk
to
read
it.
Please.
D
Introduction
of
prior
legislation,
ordinance
28
2018
for
its
second
reading,
falls
under
my
committee
like
to
offer
that
for
its
second
reading
and
ask
click
to
read
it.
Please.
D
C
If
I
could,
I,
as
I
recall
when
mr
meadon
was
here-
and
we
were
discussing
this-
I
thought
that
he
said
the
sooner-
that
they
had
the
contract
in
hand
the
sooner
they
could
begin
planning
the
fireworks
and
that
we
might,
we
would
likely
get
a
better
show
because
there
would
be
more
fireworks
available.
F
C
I
Other
comments
from
council
I'll
support,
mr
kernan,
simply
because
it's
it's
donated
money
as
well.
