C
A
D
E
F
G
A
And
if
we
have
any
questions
for
larry
robert
can
handle
those
okay
we're
ready
to
go
good
to
go
all
right.
I
will
call
the
committee
work
session
for
monday
october
5th
2020
to
order
please
rise
for
the
pledge
of
allegiance
in
a
moment
of
silent
prayer.
C
I
A
Here,
did
we
have
any
communications
from
the
public
come
in.
A
J
Yeah,
I
got
one
question
here:
pam
is
this
something
we're
gonna
be
doing
every
year
and
just
stretching
it
out
another
five
years?
Have
we
done
in
the
past
joe?
Do
you
know.
F
Correct
and
there'll
be
modifications
to
over
you
know.
Next
year
there
may
be
projects
that
we
had
projected
they
were
going
to
do
and
that,
for
whatever
reason
those
funding
sources
don't
come
through
or
emergencies
come
up.
We
may
have
to
delay
certain
projects,
but
yes,
it
will
be
here.
I.
I
Think
it's
great
sorry!
How
much
was
the
budget
adjusted
by
it
for
this
year
due
to
co
good.
I
How
much
was
the
revenue
adjusted
by
this
year
due
to
covid.
G
Point
I
got
a
question:
go
ahead,
paul
just
under
the
police
department,
we've
got
cruisers
four
of
the
five
years,
but
2023
doesn't
show
any.
Is
there
a
reason
for
that.
K
G
I
And
chief,
based
on
the
list
of
vehicles
that
we
received,
do
you
plan
on
replacing
that
truck
with
another
truck?
K
Are
you
talking
about
the
the
gray
one
and
I
think
it's
68.
A
K
Yeah
yeah,
we
do
primarily
that
one
there
gets
used
on
on
midnight
shifts
by
our
sergeant.
I
don't
know
if
you
guys
know
sergeant
dennis
mcdonald
he's
six
foot
four
that
one
there
seems
to
be
the
one
best
suited
for
him.
We
will
end
up
replacing
that
one.
It's
under
one
of
the
cruiser
lists.
K
That
probably
will
be
slated
for
next
year,
because
it's
got
a
lot
of
miles
on
it
right.
The
mechanic,
let
us
know
which
vehicles
he
thinks
should
be
replaced.
I
All
right
yeah,
I
just
saw
that
one
getting
up
there
kind
of
out
of
the
range
with
everything
else,
and
I
didn't
know
if
we
were
going
to
try
to
get
that
replaced
this
year
or
if
it
was
going
to
roll
into
next
year.
Yeah.
K
It
it'll
probably
be
next
year,
but
when
we
talked
to
the
mechanic
he
thought
that
that
hemi
engine
had
at
least
another
solid
year
in
it.
So,
okay.
A
I
I
had
a
chance
to
look
at
this
over
the
weekend
and
then
a
little
bit
more
today,
and
I
just
I
mean
I
don't
have
any
questions.
I
don't
see
anything
that
gives
me
any
concerns
I
just
miss
keener.
I
I
appreciate
your
effort
in
putting
this
together.
This
is
this
is
fantastic
as
a
planning
tool.
This
is
the
kind
of
thing
that
we
need
moving
forward.
So
thank
you
so
much
for
doing
that.
I
And
miss
keener,
as
as
we
move
along
and
those
updates
anything
that
changes.
Will
this
get
updated
right
away
and
like
resent
out
in
an
electronic
file
just
highlighting
the
area
that
changed
or
are
you
looking
at
maybe
periodically
every
quarter
or
every
half
updating
it.
I
I
would
only
request
that
if
it's,
you
know
something
major
something
significant,
I'm
fine
with
the
one
update
a
year
unless,
like
I
said
it's
something
significant
and
then
if
we
could
get
update
at
that
point
in
time,
that'd
be
awesome.
A
L
I
do
have
a
question
about
the
items
on
page
one,
just
it's
really
just
for
me
to
understand
on
the
road
program
fund
170,
it's
kind
of
an
alternate
staggered
550
versus
600
000.
What
was
the
reason
for
alternating
it
like
that.
F
F
Well
now,
let's
make
sure
we
we
build
up
the
revenues
and
that
and
that
fund.
So
that's
why
it
was
staggered.
Each
year.
I
And
I
echo
joe's
sentiments
definitely
very
well
received.
We
needed
something
like
this
for
quite
some
time,
so
nice
job.
Thank
you.
Pam
thank.
F
A
We
don't
want
to
leave
you
out,
then,
mr
fowler,
so
thank
you
any
other
questions
or
discussion.
Is
this
something
that
we
need
to
move
and
accept,
or
is
this
for
our
information?
How
do
we
move
from
here
miss
keener
mr
markey.
A
Okay,
so
just
under
committee
the
whole
justin
does
this:
it
doesn't
require
legislation,
just
a
motion
to
accept
correct.
M
That's
correct
we're
looking
for
a
formal
policy
for
the
city,
but
the
motion
is
fine.
As
we
said
it's
a
document
they'll
be
updated
from
time
to
time,
so
we
want
to
do
legislation
every
time.
It's
more
of
just
a
informational
document.
A
Okay,
so
what
we
can
do,
then
carrie,
if
you
will
just
add
this
under
committee
of
the
whole,
for
the
next
council
meeting,
we'll
go
ahead
and
take
a
look
at
it
then
and
adopt
it.
Then.
B
I
On
one
one
question
before
we
move
on,
I'm
sorry,
that's
all
right.
I
don't
see
it
specifically,
but
is
the
fire
is
their
piece
of
it,
reflective
of
the
passage
of
the
new
levee
or
is
it
with
the
current
levy.
F
F
F
B
F
A
Yep
letter
b
asks
me
service,
tentative
agreement.
Mr
fowler.
N
Yes,
you
all
got
copies
of
both
tentative
agreements.
We
discussed.
N
Week
the
service
workers
came
to
agreement
on
friday,
not
much
different.
I
sent
everyone
a
copy
of
the
tentative
agreements
and
I
just
asked
for
a
motion
to
approve
those
and
then
we'll
have
the
we
will
have
the
full
bargaining
agreement
come
before
council.
A
Anybody
have
any
questions
regarding.
I
know
we
didn't
talk
about
this
last
week.
Anyone
have
any
questions
or
comments.
L
I
do
have
a
question:
it
doesn't
affect
the
document
at
all.
I'm
just
kind
of
curious
if
you
wanted
to,
if
you're
willing
to
discuss
it
the
columbus
day
holiday
elimination
does
that
have
anything
to
do
with.
What's
going
on
in
columbus,
ohio
and
purging
of
columbus
statues
was.
Was
that
a
factor,
or
was
that
just
no
a
date
that
was
pulled
out
of
it
personally.
B
N
N
A
All
right,
I
will
then
move
to
approve
this
tentative
agreement,
looking
forward
to
the
full
agreement
coming
before
council
I'll.
Second,
there's
a
motion
in
a
second
to
approve
the
tentative
agreement.
Is
there
any
further
discussion?
A
B
G
A
All
right,
moving
on
to
letter
c
asks
me
clerical,
tentative
agreement,
mr
fowler.
N
Yeah,
essentially,
the
same
parameters,
same
increase,
same
weight.
A
A
D
B
G
A
All
right
anything
else
under
committee,
the
whole
moving
on
to
next
work
session.
Just
a
quick
question,
miss
keener:
when
are
we
I
mean,
I
know
normally,
we
started
looking
for
budgeting
to
start
in,
I
think
we
usually
did
at
the
beginning
of
december.
Is
that
we
looking
at
that
same
time,
schedule.
A
Right,
okay,
so
we
will
need
to
add
that
carry
on
to
the.
F
A
Anything
else
that
we
foresee
coming
from
administration
at
this
point.
I
Just
really
kind
of
a
question
for
the
administration
for
both
chiefs
with
covet,
you
know,
being
so
contagious
and
everything.
How
are
we
doing
with
the
rotating
people
within
vehicles?
I
D
Each
one
of
our
vehicles
is
wiped
down
by
the
two
personnel
that
leave
in
it
when
they
return.
Okay,.
D
Everything
gets
cleaned
after
every
run.
If
it's
someone
who
we
suspect
is
a
coveted
patient,
there
are
a
lot
of
times
that
vehicle
be
out.
It
will
be
out
of
service
for
maybe
an
hour
while
they
really
take
it
apart,
but
things
are
getting
clean
between
each
run
and.
D
K
Are
being
wiped
out
as
well
after
every
shift,
and
we
use
the
same
cleaning
solution
that
the
fire
department
uses
we
bought.
We
bought
that
stuff
in
bulk
in
the
beginning
of
this.
I
All
right,
I
haven't
heard
of
any
issues
I
mean:
are
both
departments
running
smoothly
with
this.
D
Yes,
we're
we're
doing
fine,
we've
had
one
part-time
individual
who
had
to
be
tested
that
is
full-time
in
a
bigger
city.
His
test
came
back
negative,
so
we've
we've
been
extremely
cautious
and
extremely
lucky.
So
far,.
I
All
right
and
contingency
plans
in
place
if
somebody
would
either
be
exposed
or
whatever
obviously
you're
supposed
to
quarantine
for
14
days
then.
But
what
about
the
people?
They've
come
in
contact
with
things
like
that?
K
We
we
pretty
much
know
who
our
officers
come
in
contact
with
just
by
our
dispatch
records,
so
we
would
be
able
to
come
up
with
a
plan
easily
for
that
we
do
have
a
contingency
plan.
If
we
get
a
couple
of
officers
or
an
officer
that
comes
down
with
it
on
replacing
that
officer.
K
D
Yeah
we
have
a
a
plan,
is
also
in
place,
those
that
we
have
transported
that
we
know
for
sure
were
positive.
The
the
guys
had
enough
ppe
on
that
they
weren't
they
didn't
really
have
an
exposure
issue.
Okay,.
I
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
in
case
there
was
some
type
of
outbreak
that
we
had
enough
personnel
or
neighboring
cities
would
be
willing
to
assist
where
necessary.
Things
like
that.
A
Okay,
very
good,
I
don't
believe,
there's
anything
else
on
the
agenda.
Is
there
a
motion
to
adjourn
so
moved
all
in
favor,
say:
aye
aye?
We
are
adjourned.
