That
you
know
that
that's
employed
through
the
city
right
now
that's
available
is
out
working
for
us
and
removing
snow,
but
I
just
also
want
to
announce
that
during
snow
events,
the
city
has
a
snow
parking
ban
and
basically,
as
of
right
now,
it
is
still
in
effect
until
tomorrow
evening,
at
8
pm.
E
This
will
allow
the
hopefully
keep
cars
off
the
street
and
allow
the
plow
trucks
to
get
their
job
done,
and
I
do
want
to
thank
the
all
the
drivers
for
the
amount
of
work
and
amount
of
hours
and
and
so
forth.
They've
been
busting
their
butt
out
there
trying
to
keep
the
snow
and
the
road's
clear
so
that
people
can
pass
so,
but
that's
all
we
have
at
this
point
in
time.
Thank
you.
Thank.

An
ordinance
authorized
administrative
officer
to
enter
into
an
agreement
with
gpd
group
for
professional
engineering
services
in
connection
with
the
construction
management
and
inspection
of
the
2022
road
program
and
driftwood
cherrywood
reconstruction
in
an
amount
not
to
exceed
120
750
dollars.
Thank.
F
F
I
have
a
first
and
a
second:
is
there
any
discussion
on
the
waiver
I'll
I'll
start
with
that?
As
I
stated
last
week,
this
is
something
got
started
in
november.
The
auction
was
in
december
and
I
know
that
the
resident
who
made
the
purchase
is
wanting
to
get
moving
on
their
construction.
So
that's
why
I
made
the
motion
any
other
discussion
on
the
waiver
clerk.
Please
call
the
role,

Resolution
determining
to
proceed
with
the
submission
of
the
question
of
an
additional
tax
levy
in
excess
of
the
10,
mil
limitation
for
the
purpose
of
the
acquisition,
construction,
improvement
or
maintenance
of
buildings,
equipment
and
supplies
for
police.
Pursuant
to
section
5705.19
zzz
of
the
revised
code
in
declaring
an
emergency.
E
Yes,
I
have
a
couple.
Thank
you.
First
of
all,
we
have
the
adopt-a-spot
program
that
we're
working
beginning
to
work
on
again
this
year,
we're
working
on
getting
letters
out
early.
I
know.
Last
year
they
ran
a
little
bit
late
because
of
covid
and
so
forth.
So
we're
trying
to
get
a
jump
on
that
and
the
letters
are
going
out
to
sponsors.
E
So
if
there's
any
sponsors
that
are
that
are
out
there,
whether
they're,
new
sponsors
or
old
sponsors
that
we've
had
in
the
past,
we're
asking
for
a
donation
of
150
dollars
for
donations
for
the
sponsorships,
we're
also
looking
for
volunteers
for
planning
and
care,
taking
that's
of
the
for
the
flower
beds,
so
we've
got
about
18
to
20
different
beds,
so,
depending
on
sponsorship
and
volunteers,
will
depend
on
how
many
we
actually
get
to
and
able
to
put
a
set
set
up
for
this
coming
this
coming
year.
E
Excuse
me
also,
I
want
to
announce
that
we've
got
clean
up
day.
Cleanup
day
is
set
for
april
23rd,
and
then
we
have
a
rain
date.
Also,
if
the
weather
is
in
climate
for
april
30th,
the
following
saturday
and,
like
I
said
more,
details
will
be
forthcoming.
It's
just
wanted
to
get
that
out
early
so
that
people
can
start
to
plan
accordingly.
F
H
Mr
towsley,
so
I
just
want
to
remind
council
that
the
deadline
for
the
resolution
to
proceed
for
the
election
would
be
before
your
next
council
meeting.
If
you,
if
you
miss
next
week's
meeting,
if
there
is
no
meeting
next
week,
okay,
that's
the
february
second
deadline,
just
to
remind
council,
that's.
D
Mr
president,
I
moved
to
to
reconsider
resolution
number
four
2022.
I.
F
So
the
clerk,
please
call
the
roll.
D
F
D
Public
knows
this
is
just
to
submit
this
question
to
the
voters.
We
are
not
passing
a
tax
here.
We
are
not
endorsing
attacks
here.
We
are
just
putting
this
before
the
voters.
F
I
will
second,
as
this
will
not
go
through.
If
we
don't,
I
have
a
motion
in
a
second.
Is
there
any
discussion
on
the
waiver.
C
Yes,
mr
president,
when's
the
primary
in
the
primary
may.
H
C
Well,
I
had
one
more
sure
did
we
did
we
ever
get
that
information
as
to
how
many
new
homes
will
be
included
later,
an
estimate
on
that.
H
Or
existing
either
abatements
or
tiffs.
I
did
email
the
fiscal
office
after
our
meeting
two
weeks
ago,
whatever
it
was
and
asked
them
if
they
could
provide
that
information.
I
did
not
get
hear
back
from
them.
I
can
send
you
that
email,
so
you
can
see
it,
but
I
can
follow
up
with
them,
but
I
don't
have
that
information
tonight.
A
Is
mr
kernan,
yes,.
F
C
D
I
will
second,
mr
president,
if
I
may
sure
there's
I'm
sure
the
public
has
a
number
of
questions
about
this
particular
legislation
and
those,
I
hope,
will
all
be
answered
before
an
election
comes
along.
That's
what
elections
are
for
some
estimates
as
to
how
many
houses
might
be
built
in
the
future.
Who
knows,
I
hope,
a
lot.
H
D
And
that's
what
I'll
be
telling
people,
but
those
are
all
questions
that
are
for
the
electorate,
not
for
us
probably
to
debate
here
tonight.
So
that's
why
I'll
be
voting
to
put
it
on
the
ballot
that
people
should.
The
people
should
have
the
right
to
vote
on
this.
C
E
F
A
F
C
F
At
this
time,
I'd
like
to
make
a
motion
to
temporarily
adjourn
our
council
meeting
to
enter
into
executive
session
to
consider
appointment,
employment,
dismissal,
discipline,
promotion,
demotion
or
compensation
of
a
public,
employee
or
official
or
the
investigation
of
charges
or
complaints
against
a
public,
employee,
official,
licensee
or
regulated
individual
is
defined
in
ohio,
revised
code,
subsection,
121.22,
g1
and
section
3.121
of
the
norton
city
charter.
F
F
There
will
be
no
slate
of
action
taken
this
evening
upon
return
from
executive
session
for
the
public's
knowledge,
while
the
council
is
in
executive
session,
the
audio
and
the
video
is
recording,
live
and
uninterrupted.
If
you
don't
want
your
conversations
recorded,
please
exit
the
council
chambers.
The
meeting
is
temporarily
adjourned.
