D
Okay,
mr
mayor,
I
addressed
the
intersection
of
tickets
and
shelter
several
weeks
ago.
As
far
as
a
female
right
turn
only,
and
I
still
don't
have
an
answer
and
I
think
the
residents
are
entitled
to
know
the
plans
of
the
city
I
mean
it
affects
all
of
us
and
I
mean.
Is
there
something?
That's
a
simple
question.
D
E
It
is
my
understanding
that,
like
that
was
on
a
monday,
I
think,
on
tuesday
or
by
wednesday,
an.
B
We
must
be
having
an
issue
with
your
email,
because
I
don't.
D
D
D
The
council
should
be
responsible
for
protecting
citizens.
Despite
the
mayor
and
the
administration
you're,
not
a
part
of
the
administration,
the
council
should
not
be
a
part
of
the
administration.
It's
it's
an
intimidation.
I
don't
understand
it.
Only
this
city
would
still
design
private
property
by
the
way
and
have
regal
have
a
glove
to
charge.
The
owners
for
getting
it
back.
D
What
happened
to
freedom's
speech
premise
speech,
I
see
signs
all
over
new
orleans
plenty
of
science
and
you
know
political
signs,
strong,
fighting
whatever,
and
but
I
was
unaware
that
norton
tax
dollars
are
paying
for
a
sign
patrol
to
protect
the
city
going
around
to
citizens,
homes
and
pulling.
F
I'm
curious
too.
I
know
I
also
got
the
same
email
you're
referring
to
from
the
planning
committee,
and
I
know
what
the
planning
committee
said,
but
is
that
road
actually
going
to
the
right
has
have
we
got
any
confirmation?
I
know
what
you
know.
They
said
that
they
wanted
to
have
done,
but
have
we
been
out
there
and
actually
seen
where
it's
been
make
sure
they
can
only
turn
right.
G
Can't,
mr
president,
so
the
asphalt
company
finished
the
road,
the
base
layer,
it
will
have
a
right
turn
only
lane.
G
D
D
B
D
That
to
begin
something
or
don't
give
you
any
kind
of
an
explanation
or
something
answered,
it
makes
you
look
more
deceitful
than
you
agree
that
it
can
be
so
you
know
if
you're
supposed
to
be
working
for
the
residents.
I
don't
understand
why
they're
not
more
open
communication
with
resonance,
and
I
think
it
should
be.
F
And
I
think
that's
failing
and
I've
also
been
hearing
a
lot
of
scuttlebutt
about
the
sign
I
looked.
I
couldn't
find
anything
so
I'd
kind
of
like
to
have
an
explanation
as
to
why
all
of
a
sudden
it
was
an
issue
as
well,
because
it's
been
up
there
for
what
the
last
two
or
three
years
had
it
been
moved.
H
G
I
I
will
get
with
the
zoning
inspector
and
get
the
proper
ordinances
under
which
it
fell.
Okay,
the
short
of
it
is,
you
can't
have
a
commercial
sign
in
a
residential
neighborhood,
there's
specific
ordinances
to
the
size
that
you're
allowed
to
have,
but
I
would
be
doing
a
disservice
to
try
to
quote
those
off
without
asking
the
zoning
inspector
first.
B
D
J
J
B
B
B
So
next
I'd
like
to
make
a
motion
under
new
business
to
go
into
an
executive
session
for
the
reason
of
preparing,
conducting
or
reviewing
negotiations
or
bargaining
sessions
with
public
employees
concerning
their
compensation
or
other
terms
and
conditions
of
their
employment,
as
defined
in
ohio,
revised
code,
subsection,
121.22,
g4
and
section
three
one:
two,
four
of
the
norton
city
charter,
I'll
make
a
motion
for
that.
Second,
I
have
a
motion
in
the
second,
the
court.
Please
call
the
rule,
mr.
F
B
I'd
like
to
remind
everybody
that
during
executive
section,
the
micro
microphones
and
the
video
will
still
be
recording.
So
if
you
do
not
want
your
conversations
recorded,
please
exit
the
council
chambers.

G
G
G
G
G
In
article
26
section
5,
the
we
had
also
agreed
to
some
language
that
states
any
bargaining
unit.
Member
appointed
to
the
position
of
acting
fire
chief
shall
not
exceed
a
period
of
365
days.
G
B
Anybody
on
council
have
any
questions
or
comments,
okay,
because
this
has
to
be
voted
on
pretty
much
tonight
to
get
this
back
to
them,
and
then
an
ordinance
will
come
through
before
council
to
which
we'll
take
our
multi-legislative
slate
of
action.
So
with
that,
I
will
make
a
motion
to
adopt
the
tentative
fire
contract.
B
F
B
B
J
Okay
good
evening,
I
think
I'll
start
by
just
kind
of
the
process.
J
J
So
then
I
went,
went
ahead
and
got
started.
Getting
quotes,
there's
not
a
lot
of
people
that
sell
blue
mowers.
So
my
go-to
was
a
contractor
and
the.
J
Well-
and
he
gave
me
he
gave
me
the
quote,
and
then
I
inquired
about
training,
and
so
when
I
talked
to
craig
business
name,
I
talked
to
craig
and
I
asked
him
to
give
me
an
idea
what
kind
of
a
trade-in
value
you
might
seek
to
get
for
the
room,
so
I
mean
I
was
hoping
my
mind
to
get
somewhere
in
the
20s
without
even
knowing
anything
about
it.
J
But
you
know
he
came
back
somewhere.
I
think
if
my
memory
is
somewhere.
J
And
then
craig
just
happened
to
be
talking
to
the
city
of
macedonia.
J
I
think
that
was
the
same
one
that
he
used
but
anyways.
He
looked
it
up
and
he
gave
me
a
solid
number
somewhere
between
25
and
30..
He
thought
that
was
a
very
you
know
very
ritual
number,
so
he
put
myself
and
the
macedonia
representatives
together
and
they
came
out
and
they
came,
they
came
out
and
they
looked
at
the
tractor
and
they
really
liked
it
and
it
was
going
to
fit
their
their
need,
and
so
they
brought
mechanics
with
them
as
well
and
they
looked
at
the
machine.
J
We
knew
that
there
were
some
issues
with
it
and
I
told
them
what
we
knew
about
it.
They
noticed
that
there
was
hydraulic,
leaks
all
over
the
place,
and
then
I
knew
that
the
air
conditioning
didn't
work
in
that
machine
and
if
you
don't
have
air
conditioning,
you
can
only
use
it
certain
times
of
the
year,
but
it's
just
an
oven,
and
so
you.
J
J
Needs
to
be
fixed,
would
you
consider
25.?
So
I
said
yes,
I
think
that's
kind
of
a
fair
price
for
both
of
us,
so
we
we
decided
to
just
to
pursue
that.
So
I
let
the
administration
know
that
we
were
going
to
go
ahead
and
and
pursue
that
at.
J
Probably
I
don't
know
exactly
what
point
the
number
that
we
were
going
to
use,
because
30
was
always
what
we
hoped
to
get.
The
number
we
actually
used
was
never
communicated
very
well
I'll,
be
by
me,
and
so
that
being
said,
there's
a
little
confusion.
So.
J
J
So
what
we
did
then,
is
you
know
I
I
didn't
think
it
was
that
big
of
a
deal
I
think
it
was.
You
know
just
a
clerical
thing
that
was
going
to
be
rectified,
so
we
just
went
ahead
and
it
didn't
happen
right
away,
but
down
the
road.
They
really
wanted
the
machine,
and
so
I
just
sent
it
over
to
him
and
that's
kind
of
a
nutshell.
J
So
in
the
meantime,
so
in
the
meantime
I
reached
out
to
the
city
of
macedonia-
and
I
told
them
what
had
happened
and
they
were.
They
were
like
more
than
gracious
about
it
and
basically
what
they
did.
J
So
that
is
what
is
on
the
table
right
now
we
have
a
purchase
agreement,
invoice
everything
that
they
should
have
to
us
in
just
a
few.
G
Mr
tause,
I
just
wanted
to
clarify
one
thing:
larry
did
say
we
got
an
email
from
the
gentleman
who
was
snow
plowing
and
he
wasn't
in
the
office.
That's
why
we
didn't
get
the
contract
back,
but
he
did
send
me
us
an
email
today
saying
that
they
are
good
to
purchase
the
motor
you.
I
will
get
this
sign
and
back
to
you
as
soon
as
I
can.
Thank
you
again.
J
G
G
J
B
F
B
I
K
Mr
president,
I
just
want
to
say
that
I
know
a
lot
about
tractors
and
it's
kind
of
what
led
me
on
this.
I
wanted
to
come
down
and
check
that
tractor
out
and
see
the
hours
and
make
sure
that
the
residents
were
getting
the
tax
dollars
value
that
I
that
I
thought
we
should
get.
K
I
know
council
voted
on
it
in
september,
but
the
purchase
agreement
wasn't
signed
so
that
put
some
liability
on
us
on
the
senate.
So
you
know
I
just
asked
that
we're
a
little
more
diligent
and
making
sure
those
things
happen
in
the
future
going
forward
absolutely.
B
K
B
C
B
I
H
H
Thank
you
to
mr
kernan
for
stepping
up
to
do
that.
A
little
bit
of
somebody
had
to
do
it,
but
we
thank
you,
but
I
would
like
to
add
that
tonight's
agenda,
with
emergency
language
and
waive
the
readings.
B
B
I
B
B
F
G
G
So
I
sure
counsel,
the
mayor
and
larry
and
I've
had
discussions
about
what
we've
discussed
here
at
the
council
floor
I
wanted
to
let
you
know,
I
don't
know.
If
we
publicly
announced
this.
I
know
there
was
a
amats
release
that
we
did
get
seven
hundred
thousand
dollars
for
greenwich
road
and
seven
hundred
thousand
for
cleveland
maslin
road
north
of
the
highway
for
road
resurfacing
for
the
next
two
years.
So
next
year,
cleveland
maslin
road,
north
of
the
highway
will
get
resurfacing
and
the
following
year.
Greenwich
road
will
be
resurfaced.
G
G
G
U
e
and
half
the
salt
from
odot
and
the
reason
we
did
that
is
odot's
going
to
get
their
guaranteed
contract
and
when
cue
didn't
a
few
years
ago,
we
were
left
high
and
dry,
but
we
ordered
our
allotment
now
from
cue.
I
believe
that
was
ordered
last
week.
I
can
confirm
that,
but
we
have
not
received
any
from
of
that
allotment
and
we
we
can
order
80
up
as
little.
F
G
G
E
Thank
you.
I
just
would
like
to
report
that
the
parks
master
plan
that
is
being
put
together
by
jeremy
from
ohm
here
over
the
next
couple
of
weeks.
I
anticipate
that
information
will
be
coming
forward
for
for
your
information
and
to
hand
out
here
shortly
in
regards
to
what
they've
come
up
with.
As
far
as
the
master
plan
goes,
so
it's
beginning
to
be
put
together
and
it'll
be
available
for
you
guys
here
in
the
next
couple
weeks.
H
I
Mr
fowler,
you
had
indicated
that
we
got
a
grant
for
greenwich
road.
Is
that
all
of
greenwich
road.
G
Correct
so
we
discussed
breaking
up
into
two
projects,
because
it's
quite
lengthy
and
expensive,
but
amats
changed
their
grant
application
this
year
and
if
one
thing
we've
discussed
is
our
goal
is
to
maximize
how
much
grant
money
we
can
get
here
and
when
they
change
their
grant
applications
to
maximum
of
two
per
community.
G
G
If
the
city
performs-
and
I
promise
you
we
will
perform
because
there's
one
thing
you
all
know,
I
can
spend
money,
provided
we
do
that
next
year
we
get
an
extra
ten
percent,
which
would
mean
seventy
thousand
dollars
per
project,
because
what
happened
last
year,
some
of
the
projects
fell
off
and
didn't
complete
in
time,
and
if
they
don't
spend
their
money,
they
lose
it.
So
they
know
that
by
rewarding
people
for
spending
their
money,
so
we
have
an
opportunity
to
get
up
to
ten
more
percent.
I

C
G
G
Correct
right,
yes,
sir,
you,
mr
lukens,
had
asked
if
there
was
an
opportunity
to
do
something
like
that,
we
had
had
it
planned.
We
just
we
weren't
ready
to
announce
dates
yet,
but
those
will
be
the
dates
of
the
open
house
and
that's
for.
