G
Are
you
okay
to
do
it
after
yeah
yeah,
just
real
quick?
Basically
I
mean
you
can
leave
them
here
and
we'll
make
sure
tomorrow,
but
if
you
want
to
look
at
them
whenever
you
just
want
to
make
it.

E
Mrs
hardy
had
brought
in
a
letter
from
mulch
makers
and
there's
been
she's,
been
having
trouble
with
her
and
her
neighbors,
with
speeding
on
clark,
mill,
road
and
mulch
maker
sent
her
a
nice
letter
telling
her
that
they
will
try
harder
and
that
they
desire
to
be
good
neighbors.
And
I
just
wanted
on
her
behalf
and
all
the
neighbors
that
recognize
them
as
putting
forth
a
good
effort
and
how
much
we
appreciate
it.
And.
L
No
problem,
I
wanted
to
see
if
you
guys
knew
anything
yet
they
gave
me
an
appeal
for
my
sign,
but
I
had
to
send
a
letter
in
because
they
they
know
they
got
the
mayor,
got
it
in
the
mail
on
friday.
Then
we
got
the
certified
letter
saturday
and
the
meeting
was
supposed
to
be
that
monday
and
we
sent
you
guys
a
letter
because
we
couldn't
email.
You.
G
G
L
L
But
it's
it's
been
been
a
week
now
and
I
haven't
got
a
another
appeal.
I
just
told
them.
I
need
seven
days
to
tell
my
employer
if
I
can
ass
off
work
and
my
wife,
but
now
it's
like
it's
on
deaf
ears.
Again,
it's
been
seven
days
and
they
haven't
called
didn't
even
confirm
they
got
the
paper,
but
we
brought
the
paper
down
proven
they
got
it.
Last
monday.
E
L
Yeah,
okay
and
the
other
thing
I
asked
about
your
zoning
inspector,
if
he's
licensed,
did
you
guys
find
anything
out.
L
H
E
H
I
You,
mr
president,
we
talked
about
the
five-year
capital
plan
a
little
bit
last
week
and
wanted
to
put
on
the
agenda
tonight
for
a
voice
vote.
Before
that,
I
I
believe
charlotte.
I
think
you
believe
you
had
some
follow-up
questions
you
weren't
prepared
to
ask
last
week.
I
don't
know
if,
oh
you
mean
well.
A
G
Just
would
like
to
reiterate
if
I
could
that
by
accepting
this
and
passing
that
this
evening
by
a
voice
vote,
anything
that's
actually
in
the
plan
that,
as
far
as
purchase
is
made
and
so
forth,
we'll
all
still
have
to
come
back
to
console
and
go
through
its
legal
ramifications
as
we've
done
in
the
past.
It's
just
a
plan.
That's
put
in
place.
A
Right
are
the
the
police
vehicles
that
are
coming
before
us
tonight
or
those
already
in
that
plan,
because
I
kind
of
looked-
and
I
didn't
really
see
them
there.
I
don't
think
the
price
is,
I'm
not
sure
if
the
price
is
the
same.
I
looked
at
it
earlier
today
and
then
again
going
back
to
the
tiff
fund
495,
and
I
was
asking
about
the
project
on
cleveland
mass
on
the
road
north.
A
Greenwich
and
hometown
road
greenwich
to
the
railroad
tracks,
and
that's
that's
something
that
hasn't
even
come
up
in
front
of
us.
Yet
another
tip-up
and
avenues
I'd
asked
about
was
the
acme
and
mcdonald's
and
arby's,
and
I
should
remember
that,
because
I
remembered
mr
gainer
asking
those
explicitly
to
be
put
in
well
back
but
like
they
said
this
is
just
a
plan,
doesn't
mean
anything's
going
to
happen
in
it.
We
can
always
stop
it
or
change
it,
but
it's
just
giving
them
an
idea
as
to
where
to
start
looking.
I
Thank
you.
If
there's
no
more
questions,
I'd
like
to
make
a
movement
for
a
voice
vote
for
our
approval,
this
tonight.
E
Yes,
mr
talisley,
yes,
thank
you.
We'll
move
on
to
letter
b
police
vehicles,
mr
kernan.
C
Thank
you,
mr
president.
This
is
before
us
to
order
the
police
vehicles
that
were
actually
put
on
hold
before
because
of
a
shortage.
I
assume
that's
why
the
chief
is
here
today,
so
I'll
turn
it
over
to
him.
M
Thank
you
and
thanks
for
having
me
here
tonight
back
in
october,
I
I
gave
council
a
proposal
to
purchase
two
dodge
durango
vehicles
from
fred
martin.
I
I
learned,
I
think
it
was
late
february
first
part
of
march,
that
dodge
had
canceled
those
orders
due
to
a
worse
than
expected
national
chip
shortage.
M
M
I
did
talk
to
the
president
of
fred
martin
and
he
said
that
you
know
if
we
can
find
a
vehicle
out
there,
a
police
vehicle
out
there
go
ahead
and
purchase
it.
It
is
what
it
is.
I've
spoken
with
ganley
ford.
M
They
don't
have
any
access
to
any
vehicles
right
now
we
can
wait
on
the
2023s
which
will
open
up
the
government
price.
It
will
open
up,
I
think,
in
june
or
july,
but
there's
no
guarantees
and
there's
no
pricing
available
for
for
the
durangos
for
ford
explorers
or
for
the
chevy
yukon
chief.
What
was
the
original
cost?
Do
you.
M
No,
that
was
with
the
trade
in
yeah,
so
the
the
total
price
of
the
dodge
durango
would
have
been
thirty
six
thousand
four
hundred
ninety
seven
dollars,
but
it's
not
equipped
we
would
have
to.
We
would
have
to
put
equipment
into
those
vehicles.
M
I
have
not
I've
not
received
anything
back
from
statewide
ford,
they
normally
don't
take
trade-ins,
but
they
were
going
to
work
up
something
for
us.
However,
I
did
reach
out
to
fred
martin
and
they
said
that
they
would
still
honor
the
trade-in
amounts
for
both
of
those
vehicles.
So
we
need
to
trade
in
or
we
we
need
to
sell
the
it's
a
2014
dodge
ram.
Bighorn
edition
four-wheel
drive.
M
I
believe,
they're
willing
to
give
us
twelve
thousand
five
hundred
for
that.
We're
gonna
sell
the
2018
dodge
charger.
That
is
the
last
charger
in
our
fleet
and
they're
willing
to
give
us
14
000.
For
that.
M
M
D
Mr
president,
I
had
a
question:
yes,
hey
chief,
what
is
what
exactly
is
an
interceptor?
What
model
is
that.
M
D
A
M
We
can,
but
we-
you
know-
we've
discussed
this
at
council
before
that
we
want
to
keep.
We
want
to
keep
rotating
our
fleet
through,
so
that
we're
not
spending
a
lot
of
money
in
maintenance.
I
can
tell
you:
we've
got
one
vehicle
now
at
the
garage
waiting
on
brakes,
we're
not
the
only
ones
waiting
on
breaks,
there's
just
a
shortage
of
materials
out
there.
M
M
E
K
Vehicles
I'm
seeing
a
parts
shortage
across
the
board.
You
know
not
only
from
a
logistics
or
freight
standpoint,
but
also
just
from
production.
China's
still
shut
down
even
once
that
starts
back
up.
You're
gonna
have
so
many
containers
here
in
the
us
getting
back
overseas.
K
E
Chief,
what
would
typically,
if
I'm
understanding
it
right,
you
take
the
equipment
off
of
one
and
put
it
on
the
next
correct,
and
now
we
won't
be
doing
that
for
two
vehicles.
What
happens
to
that
equipment
so.
M
We
will
take
that
equipment
out.
It's
the
light
bars
the
partition.
I
don't
know
if
we'll
take
the
consoles
out,
but
we'll
you
know
we'll
store
it
here
and
possibly
sell
it
later.
Okay,.
A
M
Right
last
year,
right
or
we
or
we
would
have
used
some
of
the
equipment
for
the
for
the
new
vehicles
which
we've
done
in
the
past.
C
And
in
the
letter
you
sent
us,
you
indicated
that
they're
looking
to
hear
from
us
as
soon
as
possible.
Am
I
assuming
that
that
administration
would
like
this
past
tonight.
H
Yes,
well
not
past
tonight,
introduce
it
have
it
on
its
first
reading
and
then
pass.
M
E
F
C
A
M
M
E
A
Not
on
that,
but
since
that's
the
last
thing
under
the
committee,
the
whole
instance
we
have
to
keep
captured
at
the
moment
I
want,
and
since
the
levy's
going
to
be
that's
next
week
right.
B
E
J
K
A
Thank
you,
mr
president,
I
was
going
over
like
over
the
language
for
the
levy
and
it's
for
the
acquisition,
construction,
improvement
or
maintenance
of
the
buildings
and
just
for
clearing
it
up
for
the
public
safe.
It's
not
a
new
building.
It's
an
addition
and
remodeling
the
other
one
which,
judging
from
some
of
the
stuff
it'll,
be
about
as
good
as
a
a
new
building,
and
then
it
also
says
it's
that
the
levee
be
going
for
equipment
and
supplies
for
the
police.
A
So
would
that
be
like
for
these?
The
vehicles.
B
M
I
did
I
did
and
I'm
not
so
sure
that
we've
got
any
available,
that
we
can
donate.
So
we
do
use.
We
do
repurpose
some
of
those
vests.
A
So,
okay,
what
I
was
asking
about
is
that
the
state
was
collecting
things
and
sending
them
over
to
ukraine,
and
some
of
the
other
police
departments
had
donated
their
used.
Ballistic
vest.
Is
that
what
you're
doing-
and
I
was
asking
about
ours
if
we
had
any
if
we
couldn't
send
them
over
as
well,
but
obviously
we
don't
thank.
E
E
Anybody
else
before
we
move
on
to
consideration
of
minutes
all
right,
then
consider
consideration
of
minutes
the
minutes
for
the
regular
council
meeting
of
april
11th
2022.
Are
there
any
additions
or
corrections?
E
G
G
One
of
the
things
that
I
want
to
just
we
have
a
news
release
that
I'll
give
to
the
clerk
to
enter
into
for
record.
But
as
far
as
the
release,
it
just
goes
on
to
say
that
the
government
financial
officers,
association
of
the
united
united
states
and
canada
has
awarded
the
certificate
of
achievement
for
excellence
in
financial
reporting
to
the
city
of
norton,
for
its
annual
comprehensive
financial
report
for
the
fiscal
year
ended
december
thirty.
G
First,
the
report
has
been
judged
by
an
impartial
panel
to
meet
the
high
standards
of
the
program,
which
includes
demonstrating
a
constructive
spirit
of
disclosure
to
clearly
communicate
its
financial
story
and
motivate
potential
users
and
user
groups
to
read
the
report.
The
certificate
of
achievement
is
the
highest
form
of
recognition
in
the
area
of
governmental,
accounting
and
financial
reporting,
and
its
attainment
represents
a
significant
accomplishment
by
the
government
and
its
management.
So
I
would
just
like
to
thank
miss
keener
and
her
staff
for
getting
us
to
this
point
again
for
last
year.
G
So
just
want
to
make
you
aware
and,
like
I
said,
I
will
pass
it
to
the
clerk
to
enter
into
record.
Also.
I
would
like
just
to
just
to
say
thank
you.
What
we
had
our
norton
had
our
clean
up
day.
This
past
saturday,
there
were
members
from
norton's
4-h,
4-h
club
cub
scout
pack.
37-59
there
was
a
venture
crew
2132.
G
There
were
families
and
individuals
who
also
came
out
and
helped
us
pick
up
trash
and
do
some
mulch
work
here
around
city
grounds
we
also
a
tree
was
also
planted
and
for
kim
bergstrom
from
the
memory
of
kim
bergstrom,
and
I
want
to
thank
to
the
the
bergstrom
family
who
all
came
out
for
the
event
as
well,
and
I
also
want
to
just
mention
that
the
parks
department,
the
service
department,
shannon
and
well
basically,
the
parks-
all
participated
in
this,
and
I
just
want
to
reach
out
and
publicly
thank
them,
because
it's
we
couldn't
do
it
without
their
support.
G
J
A
J
We're
working
on
the
access
agreement,
mr
fowler
and
I
this
week
and
we
got
the
title
report
as
you
s,
council
saw
at
the
end
of
last
week.
So
we're
getting
that,
including,
like
description
of
the
work
to
be
done.
The
area
had
to
be
improved
things
like
that.
We
didn't
have
all
those
details
by
the
end
of
last
week,
so
we're
working
on
that
this
week,
we'll.
A
Have
something
for
next
week?
Well,
while
you're
at
it
there's
been,
we've
had
some
discussion
on
a
restrictor
plate
being
put
in
place
up
on
silver
creek
on
this
civil
street.
The
silver
springs
end
that
was
supposed
to
be
slowing
the
water.
Did
anybody
ever
get
out
there
and
make
sure?
If
I
recall
correctly,
mr
guihar
park
said
he
couldn't
find
one,
and
there
was
supposed
to
be
one
in
there
to
slow
the
water
going
on
him.
A
E
I
just
would
like
to
add
that
there's
now
a
sense
of
urgency
so
and
for
me
for
mr
ramirez,
we
need
to
really
move
on
this
and,
in
my
opinion,
so
I
know
I've
had
multiple
conversations
with
mr
fowler
and
he's
aware
of
that
and
hopefully
we'll
be
making
some
progress
very
shortly.
Did.
C
J
Those
are
questions
from
mr
fowler,
so
those
are
some
of
the
issues
we're
working
through
this
week.
Yesterday.
A
E
K
And
mayor,
did
you
see
the
emails
regarding
the
traffic
light
there
at
greenwich,
green
ridge.
K
A
G
H
C
A
D
B
A
Yes,
mr
president,
mr
marty,
I
know
you
you
told
me
that
you
thought
what
I
was
saying.
It
was
like,
like
retroactive,
what
I'd
like
to
know,
specifically
because
I've
been
asked
by
others
as
well:
there's
a
sexual,
deviant
and
they're
looking
to
move
into
a
place
even
before
that
this
takes
effect
right.
H
J
H
J
Part
that
we
added
into
the
ordinance
that's
not
consistent
with
state
law,
but
the
state
law
would
prevent
that
for
the
for
those
school
areas
and
the
daycare
areas.
M
D
J
It's
a
very
good
question.
I
didn't
recommend
the
language,
so
we'd
probably
have
to
put
together
a
map
showing
what
those
areas
are
or
something
like
that.
Yeah.
D
D
D
C
J
H
E
E
D
I
E
H
H
E
G
G
Also,
I
want
to
just
announce
again
that
the
adopt-a-spot
program
is
still
moving
forward
and
we're
still
looking
for
some
sponsorships
as
well
as
caretakers
anyone
interested
in
becoming
a
caretaker
for
spots
of
flowers
in
the
city
once
the
flowers
are
purchased,
then
they'll
be
planting,
weeding
and
just
taking
care
of
the
bed
itself,
so
the
flowers
can
grow
and
we're
still
looking
for
some
more
of
that.
I
also
want
to
announce
the
just
as
a
reminder:
the
prayer
breakfast,
the
kiwanis.
G
Day
of
prayer
breakfast
is.
G
May
5th
thursday
may
5th,
and
if
anybody's
still
looking
to
get
tickets,
you
can
still
get
tickets
and
join
us
at
johnson,
united
methodist
church.
For
that
event,
and
that's
all
I
have
thank
you.
G
C
E
I
Mr
president,
can
I
ask
you
real
quick
question
to
the
chief?
I
was
just
thinking
about
the
the
speed
trailers.
I
know
there's
on
our
website,
there's
a
place
that
we
can
go
out.
You
know
resident
go
out
and
request
that
