Communications
from
the
public
before
we
get
started,
mr
ramirez,
were
you
wanting
to
speak
tonight?
No,
okay!
I
know
you
spoke
the
last
couple
times.
I
want
to
give
you
the
opportunity.
Okay,
first
up,
we
have
diane
hardy.
J
B
B
And
then
that
hole
in
front
of
my
house
when
it
fills
up
with
water
after
it
rains,
then
they
drive
through
it
and
they
through
all
that
the
stuff
that
they
catch
the
road
with
it's
all
over
my
yard.
I
just
talked
to
your
road
group.
They
were
out
there
march,
2nd
and
by
march
the
8th
they
patched
it
by
march
8th.
There
was
a
big
pop
and
walk
there
already
and
once
they
get
it,
then
they
drive
them.
E
Actually,
I
was
kind
of
thinking
along
miss
harding
is
that
it
I
was
coming
through
there
the
other
day,
and
they
have
some
really
really
big
trucks.
E
From
that
tree
service
I
mean
they
are
huge,
and
the
first
thought
to
my
mind
was:
is
this
road
even
able
to
handle
these
kind
of
loads
to
begin
with,
and
then
might
be
a
good
idea
to
put
that
little
speed,
checker
that
we
have
out
there?
I
would
request
that,
at
the
very
least.
L
And
we
are
having
major
water
issues
in
our
backyard.
The
hill
that
was
built
is
constructed
right
behind
our
backyard,
so
the
flooding
is
occurring
as
a
result
of
the
construction
between
the
property
line
and
the
hill.
Well,
the
hill
is
now
25
feet,
long
behind
our
house
and
on
our
property,
so
I
have
emailed
in
the
last
week,
multiple
people,
but
as
of
may
2019,
we
bought
this
home
so
right
in
the
midst
of
the
sale
of
the
property
to
summit
metro
parks
in
november
november
18th.
L
We
were
told
that
the
start
time
of
the
project
was
at
that
time
was
unknown,
which
we
came
to
come
to
find
out
was
not
the
truth,
because
it
started
one
week
later.
On
november
22.,
I
emailed
my
concerns
about
the
misleading
information
we
were
given
at
our
in-person
meeting
to
then
become
ascended
by
mr
fowler,
saying
that
my
concerns
were
not
valid
and
nothing.
L
Leading
up
to
that
day,
as
of
today,
the
plan
was
always
that
there
was
going
to
be
an
l-shaped
dirt
down
around
our
property
with
trees.
On
top
as
of
today
that
dirt
mound
is
about
halfway
done,
it
does
not
wrap
all
the
way
around
our
property
and
the
trees
are
one-third
of
the
way
across
the
top
of
the
property.
There
is
no
grass
on
our
side
of
the
hill.
L
It
is
all
over
growth
from
whatever
they
dug
up
to
begin
with
over
the
duration
of
the
time
frame,
I
emailed
back
and
forth
with
concerns
asking
about.
If
that
hill
was
going
to
be
continued,
everyone
told
me
yes,
it
would,
because
that
was,
as
the
plan
submitted,
the
project
manager
for
guys
construction.
He
also
reiterated
that
this
hill
would
be
continued.
28Th
was
the
first
day
that
our
septic
backed
up
into
our
home.
This
was
not
an
issue
in
the
water.
L
I
emailed
that
night
with
the
copy
of
the
video
to
mr
zito,
mr
fowler,
the
hr
director
of
clinton
aluminum,
mr
towsley,
and
the
only
person
that
has
responded
to
me
at
this
point
is
mr
kelsey.
So
I
thank
you.
He
did
come
out
to
our
house
on
friday
to
see
the
saturation
he
dressed
appropriately
wearing
boots,
because
that's
the
only
thing
you
could
wear
in
our
backyard.
L
There
were
gentlemen
from
clinton
aluminum
who
were
out
inspecting
the
next
morning,
but
they
have
yet
to
get
back
to
me.
I
have
called
them.
I
plan
to
stop
in
this
week
as
well
to
talk
to
them,
but
at
this
point
we
are
here
asking
for
any
assistance,
because
the
hill
is
washing
out
and
it's
a
safety
concern
as
long
as
it's
ruining
our
whole
and
our
property.
Thank
you.
L
E
Yeah
I
came
by
there
saturday
and
I
didn't
really
see
any
water
there
are
you
at
the
corner
house?
Are
you
down
for
this.
E
I
really
wouldn't
have
gotten
a
good
look
if
I
recall
correct.
I
know
those
questions
was
asked
about
the
drainage
and
issues
way
back
when
they're
supposed
to
have
drainage
and
things
set
up
because
those
exact
questions
I
know
I
asked
it
when
you
put
up
a
hill
like
that,
that's
going
to
be,
and
you.
E
Clinton
aluminum
no
longer
owns
that
property,
they
sold
it
and
I'd
sent
that
email
out.
I
will
reiterate
again:
we
need
to
start
putting
some
pressure
on
somebody,
our
administration
needed
to
step
up
to
the
plate
and
make
sure
that
they
did
what
they
were
supposed
to
be
doing,
but
we
were
guaranteed.
This
wasn't
going
to
happen.
I
think
they've
got
what
two
or
three
retention
ponds
out
there.
E
If
I
recall
correctly
from
when
we
were
working
with
that,
because
I
think
that
was
one
of
the
questions
that
had
come
up
too,
if
they
were
going
to
be
able
to
handle
that
load,
I
think
that
would
have
been
in
planning
committee
meetings.
If
I
remember
correctly,
mr
dowling
was
sitting
there
and
dialing
us
on
planning
right.
E
J
A
Thank
you,
mr
president.
This
is
a
proposed
ordinance
to
for
us
to
enter
into
our
annual
assault
allotment
through
odot
administrations,
asked
us
to
look
at
this
and
add
it
to
tonight's
agenda
for
our
first
reading,
just
for
time's
sake.
In
order
to
opt
into
this,
we
have
to
be.
We
have
to
have
this
passed
by
april
25th.
A
M
J
Yes,
I.
H
Said
I
understand
we
buy
salt
from
the
two
companies.
We
split
it
because
and
several
years
back
we
were
only
buying
just
from
the
one
and
then
weren't
able
to
get
it
during
the
salt
shortage.
So
after
that
now
then
we
buy
from
a
little
bit
from
both
so
then
to
ensure
that
we
get
allocations
that
we.
J
J
It
we
buy
from
a
certain
company
and
we
have
to
buy
90
of
what
we
bought
from
that
our
own
company
from
these
guys.
Is
that
what
that
means?
Okay,
that's
that's
where
I
get
hung
up
on
that.
Every
time
it's
we're
not
purchasing
90
of
our
total
salt,
it's
90
percent
of
what
we
purchased
from
someone
else.
Okay,
I
don't
know
if
that
helps
anybody
else.
I
just
want
to
make
sure
I'm
clear
with
that.
J
F
H
E
D
J
M
J
J
J
J
H
Thank
you,
mr
president.
I
do
have
a
couple
this
evening.
First
of
all,
the
norton
city
schools
will
be
putting
on
a
high
school
musical,
the
addams
family.
It
will
be
april
21st,
22nd
and
23rd.
They
will
have
a
special
breakfast
performance
for
the
community
on
april
20th
at
9
00
a.m.
H
I
think
different
pricing
comes
with
the
reserves,
adopt
a
spot
program,
contact
us,
shannon
here
at
city
hall,
or
to
see
the
news
flash
on
the
website
if
you're
interested,
there's
caretakers
can
also
apply
by
calling
city
hall
or
that's
also
included
in
the
news
flash
as
well.
Also
norton
green
update
is
scheduled
for
april
23rd,
that's
from
9
a.m,
to
12
noon,
and
the
only
other
thing
I'd
like
to
just
announce
is
a
tree
city
in
the
year
and
for
the
at
least
the
last
eight
consecutive
years.
H
For
that
there's
different
things
that
we
have
to
maintain
throughout
the
year.
F
H
Gets
us
that
tree
city
status
and
once
again
as
of
2021
for
last
year,
we
were
recognized
again
for
another
continual
year.
That's
all
I
have
at
this
time.
Thank.
E
Thank
you.
I
just
felt
like
this
is
a
good
time
to
bring
that
in
or
not
be
doing.
E
H
J
E
This
first
reading
only,
I
think,
we're
still
looking
to
waive
the
third
reading
on
this.
I
haven't
heard
anything
different.
It
contains
emergency
language
for
public
information.
I
did
look
into
the
company
a
little
bit
and
they've
actually
been
in
business
since
the
80s
and
again
this
runs
from
cleveland
mass.
It
looks
like
it
runs
from
gardner
can
amer.
Can
you
help
me
out.
F
H
H
E
Because
then
I
start,
unfortunately,
I
started
looking
at
that
again
and
I
come
up
with
some
more
questions.
I'd
like
to
have
answered
before
we
get
to
the
point
where
it's
too
late,
there's
some
homes
involved
in
that
replacement
line,
as
well
as
some
vacant
cab
vacant
property.
There
are
we
putting
in
new
laterals
for
them,
or
these
people
already
collect
connected
to
the
sewer
and
if
we
are
putting
in
the
new
laterals,
where
exactly
are
those
going.
H
E
I
asked
this
because
in
the
past
and
parkway
and
that
area
down
there
is
a
perfect
example.
They
put
in
new
water
lines,
saying
that
it
was
due
to
the
water
pressure
which
the
residents
said.
They
didn't
have
any
pressure
issues,
but
when
they
did
that
those
people
were
assessed
for
that
line
that
went
through
there.
So
that's
why
I'm
asking
because
I
I
there
had
been
more
houses,
they've
all
come
down.
E
Basically,
a
lot
of
that
property
already
belongs
to
one
entity,
one
person,
so
I
see
that
all
going
in
to
industrial,
but
for
the
time
being
there
would
be
some
kind
of
a
cost
involved
with
making
that
accessible
and
being
able
to
build
up
on
it
and
then
are
we
using
128
fund
money
on
this
miss
keener.
Can
you
help
me
out
there.
E
I
E
E
C
E
E
G
H
E
Well,
yeah-
and
I
just
remind
the
the
public
here-
we
need
to
find
this
out
because,
if
that's
the
case
whoever's
thinking
about
running
for
and
instead
of
getting
petitions
ready
to
go
by
june,
you're
going
to
have
to
have
them
ready
and
in
before
long
before
may,
probably
march
anyway.
I'm
thinking
something
like
that,
but
very
a
lot
earlier
what
you're
used
to
so.
We
need
to
get
that
information
as
soon
as
possible.
Thank
you
again.
I'm
dead.
I.
D
E
E
How
how
exactly
is
that
going
to
work?
You
know
how
how's
that
work
for
the
registered
prior,
I
know
we're
looking
you
can't
make
that
retroactive.
I
think
these
people
register
continuously
a
little
different
instead
of
the
next
time
they're
registered.
Is
that
already
registered
for
registering
and
seeking
to
move
into
a
designated
area,
because,
if
they
happen
to
be
in
in
between
those
points
of
registering
once
they
get
in
there,
what
are
you
going
to
do?
Yeah.
G
I
believe
they're
required
to
register
every.
I
don't
know
that
time
period
90
days.
E
E
I
don't
know
I'm
not
real
familiar
with
some
of
these
laws
other
than
I
felt
that
we
needed
to
have
it
out
there.
But
I'd
like
to
have
that
clarified
a
little
bit
I
mean
once
they're
in
and
before
this
goes
in
it's
too
late,
but
if
we're
saying
they
were
registered
before
then
they're
just
re-registering
right.
E
A
M
I
have
a
couple
questions
on
this
one
kind
of
a
follow-up
on
what
miss
whipkey
was
asking
earlier.
M
J
J
A
C
J
D
E
E
Thank
you
before
I
call
for
a
vote
on
this
just
for
the
public's
information.
This
is
for
a
sewer
line
to
be
put
down
into
the
old
park
land,
which
is
what
we
call
the
commerce
park
now,
where
clinton
aluminum
everything
is
built
up
at
and
we're
looking
going
to
be.
Looking
to
who
says
we're
going
to
look
the
wave
third
reading,
but
is
what
I
have
down
here.
E
This
is
going
to
start
over
by
off
on
eastern
road
at
the
pump
station,
barberton
sewer
pump
station
and
go
north
over
behind
the
church
in
which
the
church
is
getting
their
lateral
and
tie-in
we're
giving
it
to
them
due
to
the
fact
that
they've,
given
us
an
easement
to
put
this
in
my
only
question:
did
we
get
met
with
the
school
on
this
and
didn't
get
the
answers
from
him.
E
E
E
Yeah
yeah
because
I
believe,
there's
an
abatement.
That's
going
with
this.
That's
remember:
I'd
asked
about
an
abatement
deal
as
to
what
that
was,
and
he
said
he
had
to
meet
with
the
school
and
I
believe,
on
prior
wins.
We
had
to
get
all
that
information
before
we
could
actually
move
forward
with
the
things.
J
E
I
thought
that
was
all
kind
of
pending
on
that
yeah.
Okay,
so
we
don't
know
if
we
have
an
abatement
on
there
now
and
then,
if
and
when
we
find
out.
I
wonder
if
there's
a
compensation
agreement
for
the
schools
and
have
we
already
filed
the
easement
for
this?
Has
it
been
filed
already
again,
probably
don't
know
if
it
hasn't.
I
would
like
a
copy
of
that.
Easement.
D
E
I
thought
that
mr
fowler
had
said
that
if
we
wanted
a
copy
of
it,
we
could
get
a
copy
of
one
way
or
an
executive
session,
but
I
could
be
wrong
anyway,
whenever
I
would
like
a
copy
of
it,
the
thing
of
it
is:
is
we're
going
to
need
to
put
this
in?
Are
we
using
128
funds
for
this.
E
J
D
K
D
J
J
J
D
J
J
B
E
Mr
president,
before
you
go
on
to
adjourn
short
thing,
I
forgot
I
keep
asking
I've
been
asking
about
the
tax
incentive
review
committee.
Turk
I've
asked
several
times
when
they
last
met.
I
still
haven't
gotten
an
answer
on
that.
I
would
still
like
to
have
it
since
it
is
involved
with
the
housing
council
and
the
cra
with
the
abatement
monies
and
such.
J
J
G
J
Whip,
you
saw
she
would
know
better
than
I
before
I
make
a
motion
to
adjourn.
Is
there
anything
else
for.
I
Me,
mr
towsley,
mr
hess
indicated
there's
2200
tons
right
now
in
salt.
