Real
quickly,
I
mentioned
before
pledge
allegiance
that
we
have
lost
tom
jones
and
I
just
want
to
open
the
floor
to
anybody
on
council
or
administration
who
wanted
to
say
anything.
I
just
want
to
acknowledge
that
he
served
16
years
in
this
community
and
you
know
if
you
live
in
the
community,
whether
you
like
it
or
not,
he
impacted
you
and
I
just
want
to
share
my
appreciation
for
that.
D
Back
in
the
late
90s
I
served
with
tom
and
tom,
and
I
didn't
always
agree
on
everything,
but
I
think
that
tom
always
had
the
best
interests
of
norton
at
heart,
and
I
appreciate
all
the
service
that
he
did
made
to
the
city
of
norton,
and
so
I
just
wanted
to
remember
him
for
that.
Thank
you,
mr
kernan.
B
Anybody
else,
okay,
so
we're
gonna
go
into
swearing-in
of
firefighters,
and
I
will
turn
this
over
to
marzita.
A
Good
evening,
everyone
we
have
three
firefighters
this
evening
that
will
be
taking
a
full-time
status
here
in
the
city
of
norton.
It
is
my
pleasure
at
this
time
to
do
swearing-in
ceremonies
for
all
three
at
this
annalise.
If
you'll
come
up
first.
A
To
uphold
the
constitution
of
the
united
states,
the
laws
of
the
state
of
ohio,
the
charter
of
the
city
of
norton
in
the
ordinances
of
the
city
of
norton
summit
in
wayne
county
ohio,
and
that
I
will
faithfully
honestly
honestly
and
impartially
discharge
my
duties
as
a
full-time
firefighter
for
the
norton
fire
department.
As
per
norton.
Codified,
ordinance,
737.11.

B
Okay,
let's
move
on
then
next
we're
going
to
have
communications
from
the
public
before
we
move
into
communications
of
the
public.
I
just
want
to
remind
the
public
that
this
is
a
public
forum
and
to
please
keep
your
comments
pg
and
to
remind
you
that
your
opinions
are
welcome
and
it's
your
chambers,
but
to
please
keep
the
opinions
not
not
pointed
at
any
one
individual
would
be
appreciated.
G
Last
week
I
addressed
the
intersection
of
higgins
and
shell
hearts
and,
as
you
recall,
mr
mayor,
I
referenced
a
meeting
last
summer
in
front
of
emma's
house
with
her
mother
me
and
you,
and
you
indicated
at
that
intersection
that
it
would
be
a
right
turn
only.
I
know
several
residents
on
shellheart
were
also
told
the
same
thing.
I
don't
know
about
you,
but
they
they
were
under
that
assumption,
and
I
have
learned
my
lesson
about
going
to
city
hall
and
putting
mail
in
somebody's
box.
G
It
doesn't
seem
to
go
anywhere,
so
I
have
a
packet
for
everyone
this
evening
and
a
public
request
for
the
mayor
regarding
that
intersection.
It
may
be
redundant
or
possibly
never
seen
from
some
of
the
council
members,
but
certainly
for
the
three
new
members.
I
think
they
should
be
aware
of
the
contents.
G
D
F
G
G
You
know
we
might
not
like
what
you
have
to
say
about
say
for
the
example,
the
intersection,
but
don't
lie
to
us
or
don't
deceit
us.
You
know
you
hid
behind
covid
and
with
your
lack
of
response.
In
my
opinion,
it
makes
you
look
more
deceitful.
B
B
F
I'd
just
like
to
make
a
comment,
since
we're
not
going
to
be
moving
on
the
mosquito
basement
district
advisory
council
right
away.
Since
the
mat
is
having
a
meeting
this,
I
believe
it's
thursday
right,
I
would
suggest.
F
I
know
we
were
kind
of
looking
at
the
the
newbies,
no
offense
at
being
the
ones
to
take
that
seat.
You
guys,
whoever
may
be
interested,
might
want
to
attend
that.
B
B
B
A
Thank
you,
mr
president.
At
this
time
this
is
in
reference
to
the
christmas
trees
holiday
trees
in
the
park,
the
trees
have,
we
began
start
starting
to
take
stuff
down.
Most
of
the
trees
are
removed.
A
It
was
very,
very
nice,
this
past
christmas,
the
holiday
season,
one
of
the
things
that
we
did
put
up
again
this
year
was
the
memory
tree,
and
I
know
that
there
were
a
number
of
residents
that
brought
in
decorations
to
put
on
the
tree
in
memory
of
a
loved
one
and
so
forth.
We
took
the
tree
down
over
the
weekend
or
we
we
took
all
the
ornaments
off
the
tree.
It
was
a
the
trees
planted,
but
we
took
ornaments
off
the
tree
beginning
tomorrow.
A
A
That's
looking
to
come
back
and
retrieve
an
ornament
to
keep
for
safekeeping
and
possibly
use
back
again
next
year,
we'll
have
that
here
at
city
hall,
for
you
to
pick
up
starting
tomorrow
morning
and,
like
I
said
basically
hoping
by
the
end
of
the
month,
anybody
that's
looking
to
retrieve
one
will
be
able
to
do
so.
So
that's
all
I
have
at
this
point
in
time.
Thank
you
very
much.
B
Thank
you,
mayor,
zita,
mr
fowler.
Nothing
tonight,
mrs
keener.
B
B
C
B
B
C
D
F
Mr
president,
I
should
have
actually
addressed
it
under
resolution
number
four,
but
did
we
ever
get
an
idea
as
to
how
many
new
homes
that
weren't
included
in
the
county's
estimate
that
we
may
have
an
idea?
That's
going
to
be
coming
on
later,
and
also
did
mr
market
get
that
information
on
the
tax
abatement
tied
to
kba
that
we
would
not
be
included
on
this.
F
E
Miss
whipkey,
I
do
not
have
a
breakdown
of
what
that
500
000
600,
whatever
the
value
was
what
it
represents.
I
can.
I
can
request
it.
The
kda
property
is
already
exempted.
It's
been
exempted
debated
for
several
years
now,
so
probably
would
not
be
included
there,
because
this
is.
It
was
indicated
that
was
pending
abatements,
pending
exemptions.
So
it's
got
to
be
new
properties
that
are
going
to
be
abated
in
the
future,
but
I
can
I
can
try
to
get
that
information.
I
don't
know
how
quickly
they
can
get
that
to
us.
Thank
you.
