Yes,
Neva
I'm
here
Ruth
here,
Caitlin
here,
Rick
here
and
Bob
here.
Thank
you.
F
I
want
to
get
him
in
and
out
of
here
as
possible,
so
we're
gonna
have
him
do
his
presentation
for
us,
if
you
don't
mind
doing
being
the
first
on
the
agenda.
G
G
G
Okay,
the
other
one
had
like
the
bigger
pictures
but
I
think
we'll
be
able
to
pull
this
off
and
it'll
probably
go
a
little
bit
quicker:
Jamie
Lukens,
2867,
Oakcrest,
Drive,
Norton
Ohio
and
here
to
give
kind
of
a
condensed
version
of
our
Veterans
Memorial
that
we've
been
working
on
for
the
city
of
Norton.
G
We
did
have
a
the
same
presentation
back,
probably
three
or
four
weeks
ago
for
city
council
side
on
just
getting
getting
The
public's
opinion
trying
to
get
the
word
out
on
what
we're
looking
to
accomplish
and
the
different
options
that
we've
discovered
this
far.
So
we
had
an
ordinance
for
this
Woody
Williams
Monument.
G
Maybe
you
know
you
guys
have
seen
it
in
the
paper
or
seen
the
pictures
of
it,
and
we
just
got
some
quite
a
bit
of
feedback
and
advice
on
hey.
You
know
you
know.
Maybe
we
could
make
this
Monument
more
more
inclusive
for
the
different
military
branches,
and
you
know,
maybe
we
should
look
at
some
local
companies
that
would
give
a
bid.
G
Maybe
we
should
do
you
know
different
designs
instead
of
something
just
that
does
the
gold
star
family,
so
we
we
I,
took
the
advice
that
we
were
given
and
the
critiques,
and
we
regrouped
this.
This
PowerPoint
is
part
of
that
process,
and
then
we
decided
to
come
back
to
the
Parks
Board
and
wanted
to
get
you
guys
on
board
and
just
feel
like
it's
the
right
way
to
do
this,
and
also
to
have
you
guys
included
as
well-
and
you
know,
make
this
a
reality
for
the
city
of
Norton
all
right.
G
So
first
slide
there,
the
city
of
Norton
proposed
gold,
star
families,
Monument
or
similar,
put
similar
on
there,
because
we're
not
100
tied
to
just
the
gold
star
families
Monument
we're
willing
to
to
look
at
other
options
as
well.
The
second
page
there
pending
decisions
to
be
discussed
same
thing
as
before
mining
provider.
We
have
three
different
Monument
providers
that
we've
we've
discussed
with
and
got
different
work
that
we're
going
to
show
here
on
this
PowerPoint
and
just
kind
of
seeing
what
everybody's
input
is
on.
G
That
is
another
discussion
that
needs
to
be
made.
Decision
needs
to
be
made.
Is
the
location
not
necessarily
here
tonight,
I
guess
I'm,
actually
giving
you
the
wrong
directions,
I'm
still
on
the
first
page,
but
it's
sorry,
yeah
I.
A
E
E
G
G
Okay,
so
sorry,
I
won't
jump
the
pages
there
yeah
Monument
provider
location,
is
another
big
thing
that
we're
gonna
have
to
eventually
decide.
We.
We
have
a
couple
locations
in
mind.
First
one
was
the
Williams
peace
Park,
not
williamsfield,
Williams
Park,
not
Williams
piece
directly
north
of
Circle
K
there
at
the
corner,
we've
also
looked
at
Columbia
Woods.
We
have
a
couple
different
options
in
Columbia
Woods.
G
We
actually
met
with
one
of
the
possible
Builders
to
just
kind
of
walk
down
there
and
look
and
say
hey.
What
do
you
think
looks
like
it's
a
POS
possible
locations
down
here?
G
You
know
where
there's
room
for
the
seating
for
the
for
the
concerts
and
such
and
I
was
like
could
look
like
an
open
area
that
could
possibly
work
but
then
probably
not
going
to
work
with
all
the
different
concerts
and
people
being
all
in
the
you
know,
sitting
in
the
middle
of
the
monument
and
such
so
as
you
go
further
down
around
the
corner,
almost
towards
the
gazebo
at
the
back
of
the
Columbia
Woods
Park
there,
where
the
kids
sled
right,
sometimes
down
that
Hill,
the
monument
Builder,
we
talked
to
also
said:
hey,
maybe
back
there,
where
that
that
Hill
levels
off.
G
Thank
you
because
the
property
line
does
go
back
a
little
bit
even
after
that
Hill
level's
off
he
said
wow.
You
know
this
really
looks
like
a
good
spot.
You
know
you
could
level
off
a
little
bit.
Have
it
up
top
there
be
away
from
everything
we
always
have
to
be
mindful
of,
like,
unfortunately,
vandalism
or
people
messing
with
The,
Monuments
or
whatever.
If
that's
possible,
then,
in
that
next
option
is
coming
back
around
to
the
right
after
you
go
through
the
circle
coming
back
and
I.
G
Have
this
stuff
printed
off
I,
just
wasn't
able
to
like
I
said
I
just
had
back
surgery
and
I
have
been
kind
of
limited
on
what
I've
been
able
to
do,
but
back
when
you
come
around
on
the
right
hand,
side
right
behind
the
tennis
courts
and
then
in
between
there
in
the
lake,
where
that
other
small
walkway
goes
out
with
the
picnic
tables.
What
is
that
called
peace,
peace.
G
Open
area
there
back
behind
the
tennis
courts
that
we
looked
at
as
well
that
so
we
kind
of
have
three
perspective
areas
that
we
can
I'm.
G
Recommend
that,
as
this
goes
forward-
and
we
work
with
the
monument
designer
that
we
will
have
a
design
that
works
for
all
three
locations
and
we
won't
be
tied
to
a
location
as
far
as
we
have
to
figure
it
out
ahead
of
time,
I
think,
ultimately,
we
can
decide.
Okay,
does
this
Monument
work
for
our
city?
Do
we
like
this,
and
then
we
can
figure
out
where
we
want
to
put
it
funding?
G
Another
thing
we
need
to
discuss
and
then
ongoing
phases,
so
right
jump
into
the
picture
of
the
Gold
Star
Monument.
G
Know
if
you
guys
can
see
that
at
the
bottom
that
tablet
a
little
bit
bigger,
but
that's
the
first
option
that
we
were
looking
at.
Originally
the
price
quote
on
that
was
68
640
for
that
Gold,
Star
Monument.
So
really
you
know
a
special
meaning
behind
that
with
the
gold
star
families.
That
would
come
with
that.
Monument
that
you
see
with
the
four
panels,
then
also
four
benches
and
also
a
description
marker,
which
is
in
the
following
Pages.
G
You
can
see
the
the
back
side
of
the
panel
and
then
there's
different
examples
that
was
available
for
trying
to
kind
of
customized
to
your
city
and
what
you
would
want,
and
then
there
at
the
bottom
of
Explorer
marching
again.
It.
D
G
With
the
description
panel
that
you,
you
can
kind
of
cater
that
it
has
some
different
literature
on
there
about
the
gold
star
and
everything
that
that
means.
And
then
you
can
add
things
on
there
for
your
own
city
as
well,
and
then
the
benches
on
the
next
page.
G
I
think
it
was
like
a
little
bit
of
an
error
there.
Yeah
there
we
go
so
there's
the
benches.
The
benches
were
included
in
there.
There
was
four
benches
and
that
was
going
to
be
68
000,
so
that
was
our
first
option.
So
as
end
of
the
discussion
kept
evolving,
we
felt
like
it
was
our
our
due
diligence
and
our
responsibility
to
at
least
look
at
some
other
vendors.
You
know
local
local
vendors
and
see
okay.
Well,
we
we
see
what
that
that
can
get
us.
Let's
look
at
what
else
we
could.
G
G
So,
at
the
bottom
of
page,
three
option:
number
two
was
the
midwestern
memorials
from
Wadsworth.
This
was
a
a
monument
they
did.
I
think
this
was
out
in
Smithville.
As
you
can
see,
they
had
go
ahead
and
turn
the
page
to
page
number
four
little
different
design
here
they
had
included
in
in
this
package
with
these
black
pedestals
that
you
see
with
the
different
military
logos
on
here.
G
G
They
were
offering
pedestals
as
well
pedestal
benches,
as
you
can
see
the
different
prices
on
those
and
what
they
were
able
to
offer
each
one
a
little
different
and
then
a
little
different
in
in
price
as
well,
so
that
was
or
Midwest
memorials
and
yeah
I
didn't
actually
calculate
the
whole
entire
price
on
what
that
would
have
been.
But
as
you
can
see,
it
would
probably
be
I
can't
do
the
math
right
now,
five
times,
four
twenty
Thirty
Thirty
forty
thousand
dollars,
probably
with.
G
G
Many
you
want
to
just
multiply
the
you
know
price
on
how
much
you
want
to
spend
so
then
that
third
option
here
was
Midwestern
memorials
also
had
said:
Hey.
Listen.
You
know,
if
that
if
the
gold
star
Memorial.
D
G
Really,
what
you
want
and
that's
what
you
guys
are
looking
at-
we
can
offer
that
as
well,
and
that
was
what
was
on
top
of
page
six,
and
this
was
kind
of
a
smaller
version
of
the
gold
star
monument
and
the
two
panels.
As
you
can
see,
it's
got
the
gold
star
families
on
there
and
some
other
language,
and
that
was
going
to
be
49.
G
995,
so
basically
50
000
for
that
and
got
the
different
dimensions
and
it
was
same
options
with
the
panels
on
the
back.
G
So
on
to
page
seven,
so
we,
the
last
Monument
Builder
that
we
met
with
was
Summit
memorials
recommended
to
us
pretty
highly
from
a
lot
of
different
sources.
If
any
of
you
guys
ever
been
to
Clinton
Veterans
Park
they've
done
all
the
work
out,
there
I
think
they're,
like
almost
exclusively
done
all
the
workouts
at
Clinton,
Veterans
Park,
so
I'm
familiar
with
their
work,
I've
been
there
for
years,
enjoy
the
work,
think
it's
beautiful
stunning.
G
Summer
models,
just
because
there
was
a
lot
to
choose
from
you
know
the
other
monument
companies
had
given
us
their
some
of
their
pictures
and
stuff
and
I.
You
know
tried
to
do
my
best
to
Showcase
what
everyone
had.
This
was
a
little
easier
because
there
was
a
lot
of
work
down
there.
So,
as
you
see
on
page
seven,
we
actually
have
our
own
bench
down.
There.
G
I
didn't
even
realize
until
I
started
talking
to
the
owner
of
the
company
down
there,
that
the
city
of
Norton
was
the
first
sponsored
bench
at
the
Clinton
bench.
Park
I
didn't
even
know
that,
so
we
were
the
very
first
ones
to
sponsor
a
bench
down
there.
Very
cool
yeah
I
thought
that
was
kind
of
cool
there's
another
one
city
of
Barberton
and,
as
you
not
only
did
I
showcase
this
work
and
it's
local
and
I
think
we
can
relate
to
it.
G
But
the
pictures
aren't
that
big,
but
you
can
see
that
the
the
quality,
even
in
the
pictures
these
size,
like
with
the
with
the
barbed
in
like
the
beautiful
purple
and
the
white
and
the
gold-
and
you
can
see
your
reflection-
it's
it's
black
India
Granite.
It's
really
high
quality,
long
lasting
work.
That
is,
it's
just
met.
It's
going
to
last
a
lifetime,
probably
outlive
all
of
us.
So
that's
the
kind
of
quality
that
if
we
get
the
chance
to
get
it,
that
we're
looking
at.
D
D
G
So,
on
page
a
here,
here's
some
more
examples
of
their
work:
the
gold
star,
father
Monument
on
the
top
and
then
the
gold
star,
mother,
Monument,
approximately
twenty
five
thousand
dollars
I
mean.
Obviously
these
are
very
high-end,
very
elaborate,
unique
custom
work,
not
saying
that.
That's
something
that
we
we
need
to
have
or
that
I'm
even
saying
that
we
get
it.
G
I
just
wanted
to
to
showcase
the
quality
that
these
monuments
that
were
made
there
by
some
Memorial
are
exclusive
and
there's
nowhere
else
in
the
country
that
even
has
these
distance
designs
that
they
made,
and
it's
just
that
high
of
quality,
so
the
Gold
Star
Monument.
You
can
see
that
with
the
the
gold,
the
lettering,
the
black
granite,
the
high
polish.
All
that
you
can
see
all
that
in
those
pictures.
G
G
You
know
any
guys
that
are
ex-military
or
even
know
anything
about
the
military,
all
the
military
ribbons,
the
colors,
the
blue
for
the
Infantry,
all
the
military
ribbons
across
the
front
it
just
it
really
gives
you
a
beautiful,
beautiful,
finished
product
when
you're
done.
They
also
had
the
Purple
Heart
Memorial
down
there,
World
Purple,
Heart
cities,
I.
Think
that's
relevant
I
think
we
would
want
to
tie
in
some
aspect
of
the
Purple
Heart
here
in
our
in
our
Monument
once
we
get
you
know
get
to.
G
If
we
get
to
that
level,
I
think
that's
kind
of
important,
so
I
want
to
put
that
there,
the
pow
Mia
Monument,
another
beautiful
aspect
that
would
be.
You
know
little
touches
that
we
could
when
we
go
with
a
custom
builder,
we
can
add
this
stuff
and
you
know
kind
of
cater
to
what
we
would
like
to
see
in
our
city,
all
right,
page
10.,
some
more
of
the
custom
Paving
Stone
options.
This
is
a
real
popular
and
just
a
good
thing
to
do.
G
You
guys
have
seen
the
paper
stones
out
there
at
the
pathway,
or
maybe
you
haven't,
but
they're
out
there
I
know
Snow's
there.
The
other
day
just
gives
the
the
citizens
or
anyone
that's
coming
a
chance
to
customize.
G
G
The
papers
I
didn't
I
can
get
them
and
we
can
get
those
and
that's
really
kind
of
I'm,
not
gonna,
say
after
after
the
fact,
but
that
would
probably
be
like
okay,
let's
get
the
Monument
done
and
then
you
know,
but
we
can
definitely
get
a
price
on
those
those
paving
stones.
G
G
G
F
Out
on
that
clarify
something
Jamie,
some
memorials
also
did
the
Plain
Township
Memorial,
as
you
said,
that
Midwest
did.
C
G
G
I
stand
corrected,
then,
because
I
don't
argue
with
women,
you
guys
are
right.
I
don't
want
to
be
in
trouble.
G
So
at
the
bottom
of
page
10
here
this
is
the
Plain
Township
Monument.
This
is
almost
18
feet
tall.
So
this
this
picture
doesn't
even
give
Justice
to
how
big
this
Monument
is.
This
18
foot
tall
black
granite,
you
see
the
top
of
the
picture.
That's
like
a
gold
Eternal
Flame
up
there,
Plain
Township
wanted
to
tie
in
some
some
parts
of
the
gold
star
aspect
of
their
Monument
that
was
kind
of
important
to
them.
G
So
you
can't
really
see
in
the
picture,
but
at
the
base
of
this
Monument
on
the
left
and
the
right,
there's
a
silhouette.
So
on
the
right,
the
right,
you
can
see
a
little
better.
It's
like
a
grown
adult,
walking
hand
in
hand
with
a
young
child.
You
can
almost
just
see
the
silhouette
out
on
the
right
and
then
on
the
left
side.
G
The
cutout
is
the
soldier
saluting
like
in
the
Gold
Star
Monument,
so
they
tied
it
in
to
their
Monument
that
way
and
was
able
to
accomplish
what
they
wanted
for
their
city
and
just
took
the
because
the
gold
star
aspect
of
it
is
not
necessarily
copyrighted
in
any
any
way.
Like
you
can't
say,
gold
star,
you
can't
have
a
gold
star,
it's
just
you
know.
Obviously
you
don't
want
to
totally
copy.
G
You
know
copyright
someone's
design,
but
other
than
that
you
can
see
what
we
can
do
to
specialize
it
to
our
needs
as
well,
and
that
Monument
was
approximately
fifty
five
thousand
dollars,
but
I
mean
18
foot
tall,
beautiful
India,
black
granite,
really
stunning
beautiful
yeah.
So
here's
the
Smithville
one
top
page
11..
G
This
was
another
Park
that
was
done
by
Summit
Memorial.
This
park
was
approximately
seventy
five
thousand
dollars
just
a
little
bit
above
what
we
originally
were
looking
at
with
the
Woody
Williams,
as
you
can
see
in
the
first
picture,
those
monuments-
one
it's
one
for
each
well,
you
can't
really
see
but
I'll
explain
it
to
you,
the
black
monuments,
one
for
each
branch
of
the
military.
G
We
get
a
little
bit
of
better
pictures
as
we
go
down,
but
like
the
big
Veterans
Memorial
introduction
sign
there
and
then
the
wreath-
and
it's
got
some
other
inscribe
inscribing
on
by
the
wreath
there
at
the
bottom
of
page.
11
I
can't
really
read
that,
but
you
can
see
it
somewhat
in
the
picture
and
then
page
12..
You
can
see
the
different
military
branches,
for
you
know
these
different
pillars
like
they
had
it
for
the
Marines.
G
You
can
see
on
page
12
in
the
middle
picture
there
you
can
kind
of
see
the
Marine
Corps
logo,
it's
not
quite
as
big
as
I'd
like
to
be,
but
you
can
kind
of
get
the
picture
of
the
color.
The
stunning
color
I
mean
it's
all.
It's
like
very
lifelike,
it's
nothing
about
it!
That's
dulled
or
like
it's
just
very
Vivid.
You
can
see
it
even
more
so
on
the
one
at
the
bottom
of
page
12,
that's
for
the
Navy
and
see
how
it's
got
the
ship
engraved.
It's
kind
of
it's
etched
into
there.
I
C
I
G
A
Can
really
see
some
of
the
probably
really
expensive
too,
not.
G
D
G
But
down
at
the
bottom
of
page
13.,
when
I
was
at
Summit,
Memorial
and
I
went
out
and
walked
through
the
the
shop
with
them.
This
was
some
stuff
that
they
were
working
in
the
back
and
even
from
these
little
two
three
inch
pictures.
You
can
see
the
quality
of
the
the
etching
with
the
flag,
and
then
you
know
the
international
firefighters
logo
and
then
the
Akron
firefighters,
local
branch
logo
there
on
both
those
pictures,
just
the
colors
and
the
the
quality
of
the
pictures.
G
It's
just
I,
haven't
seen
anything
else
like
it.
So
you
know,
like
I
said
we,
we
had
a
lot
of
pictures
on
here
from
some
of
the
memorials
just
because
the
quality
has
has
spoken
for
itself,
and
we
just
wanted
to
share
that.
So
that's
kind
of
the
end
of
the
PowerPoint,
but
the
main
goal
like
I
said
here
was
just
to
to.
We
heard
the
opinions
of
like
hey
all
the
different
things
that
were
were
brought
up
to
us
about
the
location
and
about
you
know.
Well
what
about
a
local
vendor?
G
What
about
including
all
the
military
branches-
and
we
felt
like
it
would
be
a
good
time
to
start
to
kind
of
not
necessarily
start
the
process
over,
but
come
back
to
to
the
Parks
Board
say
hey.
This
is
what
we're
looking
at
at
this
point.
I
believe
what
we
would
like
to
do
is
meet
with
someone
Memorial
and
have
them
design
us
a
monument
that
we
could
use
at
any
of
those
locations,
because
I
I
think
something
basically
probably
30
foot
in
circumference.
G
We
would
not
need
anything
more
than
that
for
any
of
those
locations,
I
mean
a
30-foot
circumference
Monument,
concrete
pad
is
probably
what
basically
the
size
of
this
room
out
here
like
we
can
fit
everything
we
need
into
an
area
that
big,
so,
whether
it's
at
Williams
Park
or
whether
it's
back
over
at
Columbia
Woods,
maybe
not
necessarily
behind
the
stage
but
over
by
the
tennis
courts.
There.
G
C
I,
excuse
me:
I
I
got
a
question.
Sure
I,
don't
know
it's
I'm,
thinking
about
it.
It
once
the
memorial
is
up.
Is
there?
Is
there
ability
to
add
names
somewhere
to
the
memorial.
G
G
I've
thought
about
this
I've
thought
about
that.
Just
you
know
that
same
thought
as
well
that
well
what?
If
we
have
this
monument
and
people
come
forward
and
say:
oh,
you
know
what
hey
I,
just
moved
back
to
Norton
I've
been
gone
for.
However
many
years
and
oh
my
son,
you
know,
got
a
Purple
Heart
in
Iraq
and
you
know
I'd.
D
A
B
D
A
C
And
and
some
of
them
died
and
some
of
them
are
still
around
today
and
they've
dealt
with
a
lot
of
issues
and
fortunately
a
lot
of
them
have
done
quite
well
with
their
lives,
but
you
know
they're
originally
from
Norton
and
do
we
that's.
G
I
B
C
B
G
You
could
have
an
area
for
you
know
if
we
do
have
some
gold
star
families,
because
you
know
when
we
had
the
last
meeting
we
had
a
Mr
Nichols
come
in
from
from
Barberton
I
think
he
was
the
director
of
the
VFW
and
he
said
we
do
have
at
least
two
that
have
been
killed
in
combat
from
Norton
and.
G
G
D
G
That's
and
I'm
glad
you
brought
that
up,
because
that's
part
of
what
I
heard
too,
that
you
know
you
know
the
parks,
you
know
board
and
bringing
it
up,
and
you
know
maybe
there's
Parks
board
members
that
have
felt
slighted
or
haven't
been
listened
to
or
or
whatever
the
situation
is
I'm
here
and
I'm
doing
the
best
that
I
can
do,
because
this
is
something
I'm
passionate
about
I
feel
like
it's
within
our
ability.
You
know
we
have
budgets
for
all
different
kinds
of
things
throughout
the
year
and
I
just
really
feel
like
this.
G
D
A
One
in
Smithville
that
says
what
page
you
on
now:
11.,
okay,
that's
yeah,
I
mean
something
similar
or
whatever
yeah,
but
I
mean
okay,
75
000.
Is
that
prep
block
monuments?
G
Well
and
understand
also
when,
when
we
had
talked
to
Mr
noon
at
Smithville,
that
Smithville
Veterans
Park
was
very
beautiful
and
but
he
told
us
you
know
you
got
to
understand.
That
was
a
very
specific,
very
detailed,
like
the
etchings.
That
stuff
takes
time
and
works.
A
A
A
G
Something
like
that,
I
think
you
know
and
me
and
Mrs
Gibson
are
on
the
same
page
where
we've
discussed.
This
is
where
you
know,
there's
certain
certain
things
that
I
think
would
work
good
for
our
city,
where
we'd
like
to
have
something
a
monument
of
some
sort
for
every
branch
in
the
military,
and
then
you
know
you
have
a
front
and
back
to
a
lot
of
these,
these
Monument
pillars.
G
And
then,
if
we're
in
a
situation
where
we
can,
we
can
do
this
right,
we
can
do
it
right,
the
first
time
like
yeah.
Maybe
we
will
add
to
it.
You
know,
as
years
goes
on
or
you
know,
we've
discussed
you
know
maybe
there's
some
kind
of
a
police
and
fire.
You
know
Memorial
aspect
of
this
down
the
road
or
or
whatever
that
might
look
like.
G
D
G
A
To
be,
you
know
different
phases
too
and
I
absolutely
you
know,
but
I,
just
my
personal
opinion,
I
think
if
you
start
gearing
it
towards
our
local
you'll,
get
more
support,
possibly
so.
G
A
F
Agree
with
you,
Charlotte
I
think
it's
on
the
I
think
the
Smithville
ones.
You
can
actually
see
them
better.
On
page
12
and
13.
G
H
Okay,
Cindy
webble
three
one,
five,
two
Toronto
Road
regarding
the
bricks.
We
did
a
brick
sale
at
the
stadium
and
if
you're
going
to
the
stadium,
where
the
big
sign
is
underneath-
and
you
know
alumni
that
kind
of
thing
we
raised
25
000
with
that,
so
you
can,
you
can
do
you
can
make
a
lot
of
money
on
it
and
then
it's
the
same
thing.
H
D
H
G
Had
thought
of
that
as
well,
but
it
was
like
well,
can
we
fundraise
for
something
before
we
actually
know
if
we're
going
to
have
it
or
not
like
that
was
the
problem
at
that
point
in
time,
but
yeah
I
like
where
you're
thinking
with
that,
but
the
paving
stones,
and
then
you
know,
obviously
I
don't
want
to
go
too
far.
I
have
a
crazy
details.
You
know
until
you
know
we're
kind
of
getting
to
that
point,
but
like
even
like
our
beautiful
city
logo
like
that,
would
look
beautiful,
like
on
a
black
black
granite.
G
The
white
lettering
for
like
the
growing
Community,
like
all
that,
like
there's
all
little
special
touches
that
we
can
when
we
look
back,
you
know
when
we're
older,
whatever.
A
G
We
can
touch
on
it.
I,
don't
see
any
reason
why
we
can't,
like
I,
said
we're
looking
at
look
first,
let
me
just
kind
of
tell
you
my
stance
on
it:
I'm
not
locked
in
any
any
location
in
particular,
I
like
it's
not
like
I
gotta.
Have
it
here,
I
gotta.
Have
it
there.
I
just
would
like
to
see
see
this
Monument
if
possible,
I'd
like
to
see
it
become
reality.
So,
whether
or
not
that
means
Columbia
Woods.
That
means
Williams,
Park
I
think
each
one
has
its
own
pros
and
cons.
G
Williams
Park
is
a
great
location.
When
you
talk
about
like
Realty,
it's
location,
location,
location,
I
mean
you
can't
beat
it
for
location.
In
my
opinion,
like
thousands
and
thousands
of
people
drive
past
and
see
it
every
day,
no.
G
To
have
people
there
by
the
hundreds
every
day,
we're
not
we're.
Gonna
have
a
lot
of
people
there
on
Memorial,
Day
and
then
intermittently
in
between
so
could
we
could
we
alleviate
that
by
having
police
there
and
you
know
just
walking
or
maybe
even
just
shutting
down
the
road
I,
don't
know
it's
I,
don't
know
if
that's
reality
or
not,
but
I
mean
we
do
it
for
the
Labor
Day
or
not
the
labor
day,
but
the
cider
Day
Festival,
like
parade.
We
know
we
shut
it
down.
Could
we
do
that
for
more
all
day.
F
We
have
done
that
in
the
past.
Yeah.
G
G
Me
right,
yeah
and
you're
going
to
have
a
park
to
you
know:
let's
face
it
most
of
our
not
most
of
them,
but
a
lot
of
our
our
military
ex-military,
especially
your
wounded
vets
and
stuff
or
they're
they're.
Getting
up
there
they're
older,
you
may
be
a
walker
or
a
wheelchair,
so
we
drop
off
location.
We
can
do
something
like
that.
There's
definitely
ways
around
it.
So
that's
that's
kind
of
the
pros
and
cons
of
that.
So
then
you
get
over
to
Columbia
woods
and
you
say:
okay!
G
Concerts,
there's
room,
there's,
definitely
room
back
there
for
that.
There's
parking
back
there
there's
accessibility,
it's
an
area
that
is
kind
of
conducive
to
growth.
Right
now,
like
we're
kind
of
running
out
of
area
to
do
things
back
there,
but
this
would
fit
and
it'd
be
something
we
could
do,
but
on
the
same
hand,
do
we
have
to
worry
about
possibly
like
maybe
some
vandalism
or
people
being
back
there
messing
with
it
when
they
shouldn't.
If
they
did
nobody's,
probably
going
to
see
it,
we
don't
really
have
a
whole
lot.
G
You
know
people
don't
go
back
there
that
much
at
night
at
least
that
I
know
of
so
that's.
Those
are
the
kind
of
the
main
concerns
that
we
have.
F
Do
you
need
what
do
you
need
us
to
do?
I
mean
I,
I'm
I
know
that
I
for
one
am
very
much
in
favor
of
this
I'd
like
to
hear
from
everybody.
If,
if.
F
G
I
just
two
things
before
and
then
I
kind
of
want
to
hear
what
everybody
else
say.
So
the
two
things
that
I
I
would
I
would
Express
first
off
is
that
it
is
my
interest
and
then
I
would
say
council's
interest
as
well,
that
we
would
keep
this
moving,
that
it
just
wouldn't
come
here,
and
then
it
just
stalls
out
because
whatever
disagreements
or
you
know,
can't
come
to
conclusions
on
things
like
I,
don't
want
to
see
it
just
because
I
mean
we
well
I.
G
And
we
were,
we
were
on
this
going
on
the
second
reading
and
we
we
stopped
because
it
was
like
okay
or
is
the
Parks
Board
left
out
of
this?
Have
they
not
been
able
to
you
know,
did
we
do
we
dump
jump
in
the
step
in
the
process
here
you
know
like:
let's
go
back
and
let's
okay,
if
it
puts
us
off
for
a
month
or
two,
then
let's,
let's
that's
fine
but
like
let's
keep
moving
forward.
G
So
that
is
the
main
thing
and
I
don't
say
that
as
in
this
has
to
pass
I
just
say:
let's
you
know,
let's
look
at
this,
let's
figure
this
out
and
let's
move
forward
and,
however,
it
plays
out
that's
how
it'll
play
out
and
then
the
the
second
point
I
was
going
to
make.
Is
that
I
totally
forgot?
My
other
point:
I
had
something
else
good
too,
but
yeah.
G
G
Tied
down
that
wasn't
part
of
the
ordinance,
so
I
don't
know
that
the
location
100
has
to
be
figured
out
beforehand,
because
everybody's
got
their
own
opinion.
Everybody's
got.
You
know
their
different
perspectives
and
whether
or
not
I
would
hate
to
see
the
project
not
come
to
fruition,
because
people
can't
decide
where
it
should
go
because.
G
D
G
G
So
I
think
that
you
know
that
what
we
would
want
from
you
is
okay.
What
would
your
recommendation
be
for
a
location
and
then
also
I
think
we're
going
to
meet
with
Ken
the
owner
of
summit,
memorials
and
say:
hey
start
to
design
us
a
monument
that
would
be
fitting
for
our
city.
That
would
incorporate
all
the
different
elements
that
we
want
to
see,
and
you
know
whether
it's
just
a
drawing
or
an.
F
A
G
D
E
Think
I'm
gonna
agreement
with
you
on
Columbia
Woods
I,
think
that
has
the
most
access
and
there's
a
lot
of
just
attention
and
centrality
to
Columbia
Woods.
E
C
I
I,
like
the
central,
Memorial
and
I
agree
with
Charlotte
the
the
pavers
at
the
base
of
the
memorial
that
can
honor
those
that
were
lost
or.
C
Those
that
had
purple
hearts
or
whatever
whoever
needs
to
be
honored
so
as
opposed
to
the
whole
layout
that
they
have
representing
each
division
of
the
military
service
that
they
have
in
Smithville.
I,
like
the
single
with
the
pavers.
A
C
Can
still
honor
all
the
divisions
well.
C
I
Of
the
national
cemetery
in
Rittman
there
they
just
they.
Last
year
they
put
up
the
Merchant
Marine
flag,
yeah
they're,
starting
to
honor
the
merchant
marines.
So.
G
A
D
C
See
the
room
for
the
location
hearing
all
the
pros
and
cons
parking
access.
G
G
It's
just
continual
more
work
right
like
we
could
do
it,
but
we
could
also
do
it
at
Columbia
woods
and
there's
no
prep
work
to
that
at
all.
Drive
up
in
your
car
pull
up
and
get
out
right.
There's!
No,
you
know,
I,
don't
think
you
really
have
to
have
any
police
down
there,
maybe
worst
case
letting
people
out
like
of
the
main
drag.
G
Please
stop
and
you
don't
have
everybody
turning
right
when
they
come
out
of
Columbia,
Woods
or
whatever,
but
a
lot
less
trying
to
figure
out
parking
and
accessibility
and
wheelchair
access
and
all
that.
So
my.
F
Concern
with
Williams
I
have
several
one
is
parking.
Obviously,
that's
that's
a
no-brainer
another
one
would
be
noise,
I
think
when
you
have
a
memorial,
I,
I
kind
of
go
with
what
your
vice
president
of
the
council
said
at
that
one
meeting
where
he
said
when
you
go
somewhere
to
look
at
a
Veterans
Park,
you
want
to
reflect
you
want
to.
You
want
Serenity,
yeah
and
I.
D
F
A
G
Right
so
it
sounds
like
we
have
a
pretty
unanimous
recommendation
for
that
and
then
I
would
say.
The
next
step
obviously
would
be
to
just
start
the
process
of
of
meeting
with
the
builder
like
I.
Don't
even
really
think
he
was
going
to
charge
us
for
that
he's
like
yeah
I'll
design,
something
for
you
guys
and
kind
of
show
you
what
we
have
to
offer
and
we
can.
G
We
can
tweak
it
as
we
go
and
then
bring
it
to
you
guys
and
then,
if
it
looks
like
what
you
think
is
going
to
be
in
the
best
interest
of
our
city
and
what
our
what
our
citizens
will
want,
and
we
can
move
it
forward
to
council
and
and
go
forward
and
then
either
the
city
wants
it
or
they
don't.
At
that
point,
I.
F
C
As
of
now
I
get
it,
but
what
would
be
so
wrong
with
having
all
branches
of
the
military
on
two
sides
or
foresight
so
or.
A
C
A
four-sided
with
army
marines,
other
side,
Navy
Coast,
Guard,
Coast
Guard.
D
G
C
G
That
is
what
I
would
want
to
touch
on.
The
last
thing
was
the
cost.
Obviously
everything
comes
down
to
cost.
We
have
to
be
mindful
of
the
taxpayers.
Dollars
can't
just
spends
to
spend
money
recklessly,
but
I
think,
like
even
this
level
said,
you
know
with
the
paving
stones.
That's
not
even
talking
about
any
kind
of
a
corporate
sponsorship.
The
range
of
kind
of
a
business
sponsorship
right
I
have
to
believe
that
there's,
there's
businesses
entities,
private
owners
here
in
the
city
of
Norton.
That
say,
Okay
I
want
to
be
a
part
of
this.
G
You
know
whether,
because
I
was
in
the
military
or
hey
I,
don't
talk
about
it
much,
but
you
know
such
and
such
in
my
family,
but
it's
been
an
effective
time
for
our
country.
Like
you
know,
this
is
the
least
that
we
can
do
and
and
then
to
be
able
to
like
I
can't
quantify
it.
We
can't
say,
oh
for
sure
we
could.
G
We
could
fundraise
a
certain
amount
or
we
can
do
this
amount,
but
I
just
have
to
believe
that
even
you
know
I'm
not
saying
a
significant
effort,
but
even
just
you
know
minimal,
fundraising,
maybe
stones
or
maybe
a
couple
fundraising
events
here
at
the
city,
Community,
Building
or
or
whatever
that
we
could
really
offset.
This
cost
and
I
haven't
even
been
told
that
we
probably
could
get
the
whole
thing
paid
for
it's
that
much
of
a
special
thing
to
people
that
would
want
to
get
involved.
G
A
G
G
A
A
D
G
F
I
think
so
the
thing
is
the
neat
thing
is:
we've
got
obviously
nothing's
really
going
to
happen
until
probably
spring
I'm
thinking,
but
but
the
ground
yes,
but
the
fundraising
aspect
and
that
kind
of
planning.
D
G
A
G
And
that's
what
I
think
is
my
next
plan.
I
think
we
need
Mrs
Gibson,
we'll
probably
go
over
to
to
talk
with
him
and
okay.
Let's,
let's
start
this
design
process
yeah,
you
know.
If
we
touch
back
and
I,
don't
think
it
should
take
months
and
months,
but
you
know
we
can
okay.
This
is
what
it
looks
like
when
you
guys
think
and
just
keep
the
ball
rolling.
Okay,
I
think
that's
the
next
step,
and
then
we
come
back
and
then
based
upon
you
guys
recommendation
here.
We
like
this
design.
D
F
D
I
A
F
Go
back
to
the
number
one
agenda
item:
it's
old
business,
which
is
update
on
the
cemeteries
I
met
with
another
person
from
Home
Depot
and
we
have
I
met
with
Precision
fence
and
I
met
with
Home
Depot
and
Carla
or
not
Carla.
Carrie
excuse
me,
I
know,
I
got
covered
on
the
bridge.
Carrie
got
some
quotes
for
me
from
a
couple
other
people
and
the
person
that
I
would
recommend
to
do.
F
His
name
is
Wade
gilkerson
and
he
is
a
Precision
fence.
The
quote
that
he
did
labor
and
material
to
install
510
feet.
F
Was
highly
recommended
to
me
by
several
different
contractors?
Was
the
aluminum
it's
fifteen
thousand
four
hundred
dollars
for
the
fencing
and
from
what
I
understand
he
used
to
work
at
Lowe's
and
he
went
out
on
his
own
and
I
know
somebody
that
worked
with
him
and
they
said
he
is.
He
is
very
meticulous
and
he
will
do
a
phenomenal
job.
F
At
the
Norton
Center
Cemetery,
okay
and
Summit,
Memorial
I've
already
worked
with
that
gentleman,
the
one
we
were
just
talking
about
for
the
plaque.
He
does
all
the
engraving
it's
going
to
be
done.
I
do
have
to
do
a
couple.
Other
things
that
I
need
to
investigate,
which
is
a
map.
F
I
want
to
do
some
type
of
map
like
they
have
at
the
Metro
Parks
and
the
Plexiglas
case
with
the
location
of
beach
cemetery
I'm
working
with
Joe
Blackburn
of
Boy
Scouts,
because
I'd
like
to
have
Eagle
projects
they're
looking
for
Eagle
projects
and
I
want
them
to
work
with
the
sandstone
monuments
that
are
already
there
and
I
have
a
picture
that
I
wanted
to
show
you
guys-
and
this
is
what
I
also
I
wanted
to
work
with
Boy
Scouts
regarding
if
I
can
find
it
is
this
where
we
can
and
then
we
want
to
put
a
coating
on
it.
F
A
B
D
F
Just
took
some
pictures:
I
was
up
at
the
Fairlawn
Fairlawn
Cemetery
a
few
several
well
about
a
month
ago.
Now
and
I.
They
had
some
of
these
up
there
and
so
I
took
some
pictures.
So,
but
that's
what
I'd
like
to
see
with
some
of
the
stones
that
we
can't
fix
is
lay
them
by
the
grave
and
put
them
there
in
the
ground
and
with
some
type
of
name,
placard
still
researching
that
it's
hard
it's
hard
getting
those
man
and
they're
expensive,
so
I'm.
F
A
A
Yeah
I
just
I'm
thinking,
you
know
money-wise
that
might
have
to
be
phased
in.
Yes,
exactly.
F
A
map
of
the
general
location:
it's
it's
unfortunate
because
I
was
over
there,
the
other
day
and
I
saw
and
the
very
far
front
corner
by
Cleveland,
Massillon
Road,
there's
graves
in
that
area
as
well.
There's
gravestones
and
it's
all
covered
up
with
brush
and
stuff.
That's
where
I
want
the
Boy
Scouts
to
also
be
involved
with
cleaning
that
area
up
so
I
just
talked
to
Joe
Blackburn
on.
A
C
I
have
a
comment:
yeah
I,
don't
know,
I
think
the
fence
contractor.
We
should
open
that
up
for
more
discussion.
You
you're
making
a
recommendation
and
it's.
C
Can
say:
okay,
I
haven't
heard
about
the
other
bits,
but
I,
don't
know
what
type
of
fence
you're
talking
about.
I
know
you
said
aluminum
but
I,
don't
know.
There's
lots
of
different
types
of
aluminum.
D
C
C
C
Then
reuse,
the
fence
on
the
south
side
of
the
cemetery.
F
Yes,
we're
just
going
to
use
that
I,
don't
know
what
they
did
with
the
fence.
That
was
there
before,
but
probably
trash
right,
I,
don't
I
heard
it
was
donated
somewhere.
I,
don't
know
so,
but
we
need
I
mean
I.
Don't
I
would
love
to
do
more
decorative
fencing
but
I'm
trying
to
stay
within
our
budget,
which
is
what
we
have
well.
F
D
H
F
All
right,
let
me
tell
you
what's
going
on
with
that:
I
asked
about
that
and
I
was
told.
I
said:
why
don't
we
do?
Why
don't
we
finish?
The
back
of
Western,
Star
and
I
was
told
that
they
wanted
to
purchase
more
land,
okay
and
that
that's
why
they
haven't
put
the
back
fencing
up
yet,
however,
I
talked
to
Ralph
Beto
the
other
day
and
he
pretty
much
said
I'm
not
selling
any
land.
You
might
as
well
put
your
fencing
up
so
at
any
rate,
I
thought
I
would
just
share
that.
F
F
F
No
I
already
checked
on
the
back
getting
that
finished
and
that
fencing
did
come
from
Lowe's,
but
Lowe's
does
not
do
that
type
of
fencing
anymore.
As
far
as
they
only
do
Residential,
they
will
not
do,
but
we
could
have
our
own
city
workers
put
it
in
I'm
sure
they
could
get
that
type
of
fencing
in
how.
F
Used
to
be
all
four
I
mean
it
used
to
be
rectangular,
and
then
they
took
the
fence.
The
fencing
was
got
destroyed
with
some
trees,
so
they
took
all
the
fencing
out
of
it.
I
think
it
was
a
chain
link
fence
before
wasn't
it
Jack,
it
was
a
chain
link
fence,
they
took
it
down,
don't
know
what
they
did
with
it,
but
the
truth
is
they
got
new
decorative
fencing
from
Lowe's
and
it
was
relatively
cheap
at
that
time.
It's
a
lot
more
expensive.
Now,
unfortunately,.
F
Good,
it
looks
very
nice,
but
it's
vinyl,
it's
not
the
aluminum
so
but
it
is
vinyl
and
it
breaks
it.
There's
some
bad
spots.
D
B
D
F
F
F
That's
fine,
okay
and
finally,
moving
on
do
we
have
anything
else
on
the
cemeteries
at
this
point,
okay,
let's
go
to
The
Cider
Festival
I
was
in
Columbus;
I
did
not.
Unfortunately,
I
did
not
get
to
make
it
to
the
cider
Festival.
Could
somebody
tell
me
how
the
cider
Festival
was.
I
A
A
It
was
very
well
attended,
it
was,
it
was
cool,
but
it
did
not
rain
on
Saturday.
So
after
the
parade
football
started,
they
did
the
football
cup.
It's
youth,
football,
Barberton
versus
Norton
and
so
games
were
being
played
from
11
o'clock
till
6,
30
or
something
it
was
a
long
time,
but
that
brought
in
a
lot
of
people
which
I
thought
was
really
great,
with
Robert
and
bean
so
local.
You
know
a
lot
of
people
came
in
to
watch,
kids
or
grandkids
or
whatever
watch
the
games.
A
So
I
thought
that
Saturday
was
very
well
attended.
I
did
not
go
Sunday,
so
if.
F
F
But
there
were
food
trucks
and
they
were
very,
very
I,
I'm
sure
they
were
much
appreciated
by
everybody.
I
heard
it
was
probably
the
most
people
that
have
attended
ever
all.
E
I
D
A
F
Okay,
members
have
any
comments.
A
F
A
E
Want
to
get
you
home,
Shannon
I
know
yes,
Ruth.
Yes,
yes,.
