C
Well,
we
don't
have
a
quorum
yet
all
right,
we
need
three,
we
need
three.
Let's
wait.
We
gotta
try
and
wait
for
three
so
that
we
can
actually
have
a
quorum
so.
C
E
A
A
C
Right
and
then
the
last
time
we
were
here,
though,
we
talked
about
earth
week
and
cleanup
bay
and
that
and
then
realized.
The
dates
were
wrong
when.
A
B
C
E
B
E
D
F
I
had
committed
to
check
into
some
of
the
parks
I
bad
time
of
the
year
to
do
it.
Yes,.
C
That's
why
I
suggested
we
wait
because
our
service
department,
like
I
said
right
now,
their
primary
focus
is
snow
removal
and
snow
control
and
so
forth
or
snow
patrol.
So
let's
wait.
Let's
give
them
an
opportunity
to
get
out
in
the
park
when
the
weather
clears
and
gets
nicer,
and
then
let
them
kind
of
go
through
and
do
what
they
feel
they
need
to
do.
And
then,
at
that
point
you
guys.
C
F
F
So
other
than
that
yeah,
so
I
I'm
pursuing
that
and
certainly
waiting
for
better
better
weather.
E
Okay,
plus,
you
know,
you'd
have
been
up
to
your
knees
in
snow.
E
Is
that
right?
Okay,
all
right!
Moving
on
parkinson's
cemetery
session
work
session
union,
we
are
stuffing
letters
to
go
out
to
sponsors
and
caretakers
right
now.
C
Yeah,
I
have
a
few
just
a
few
updates,
and
I
said
basically,
we've
got
before
us
this
evening.
Letters
to
go
out
to
sponsors
is
pretty
much
what
that
is
right
now,
caretakers
could
sign
up,
but
these
are
more
the
sponsorships
so
that
if
anybody
wants
to
sponsor
a
location,
we're
doing
things
a
little
bit
different
this
year
and
I
know
in
the
past
last
year
things
got
kicked
off
a
little
late.
Some
signs
got
put
out.
C
Some
didn't
and
part
of
the
problem
was
the
signage
that
we
had
last
year
was
from
the
you
know,
previous
years,
and
it's
like
each
year.
You
almost
have
to
reinvent
the
wheel
on
the
signs
that
we
had
because
they
had
a
caretaker
and
they
had
a
sponsor.
Well
then,
some
as
stuff
changed,
then
the
signs
needed
updated,
so
it
was
kind
of
late
to
get
it
started.
So
some
of
the
signs
didn't
get
put
out.
However,
this
year
we
are
on
the
ball
and
we
are
going
to
make
that
happen.
C
The
same
company
that
provided
that
provides
us
the
benches
for
the
park
is
also
going
to
take
care
of
signage.
For
us,
so
what
we're
going
to
do
we're
hoping
our
goal
is
to
have
20
contributors
for
sponsorships,
so
we're
going
to
get
20
signs
made
and,
along
with
the
signs,
we're
going
to
get
20
posts
so
and
from
the
same
company
and
basically,
rather
than
a
you
know,
four
or
five
foot
sign.
That's
it's
hank!
No
we're
going
to
get
low
profile,
they're
going
to
be
professional.
C
Looking
you've
got
papers
in
front
of
you
and
it
says
butterfly
garden.
That's
just
an
example.
C
I
wanted
to
say:
norton
adopt
a
spot
and
then
the
idea
is
we're
going
to
put
one
post
in
the
center
and
put
it
in
the
ground
and
what
and
then
we'll
have
two
like
slots
on
both
sides,
one
for
a
caretaker
one
for
the
sponsorship,
it'll
say
sponsor
caretaker
and
then,
as
the
sponsorships
get
purchased,
then
we'll
get
those
signed
and
we'll
get
those
pieces
and
we'll
slide
it
in
and
if
we
slide
it
in
stick
a
screw
whatever.
C
C
Yeah,
it's
a
decent,
I
mean
it,
it
it'll
hold
up,
I
mean
it'll,
be
good
it'll,
be
a
quality
piece
of
signage,
but,
like
I
said,
the
idea
is
that
we
can.
C
C
I
will
say,
though,
that
my
hope
then
is
this
year
is
to
we'll
have
the
spots
and
in
some
of
the
spots
now
because
of
the
type
of
flower
that
we
plant
each
year
in
the
fall
once
they
die
off,
they're
done,
and
now
it's
it's
bare
in
soil
until
we
plant
some
more
flowers,
so
my
hope
is
to
put
hostas
or
something
in
there
in
addition
to
what
we
normally
plant.
As
far
as
impatience,
petunias,
I
mean
just
to
name
a
few
amerigo.
B
E
At
the
sign,
the
one
that
we
did,
okay.
B
C
I
believe
dayton
nursery
will
work
will
help
us
with
some
of
that.
But
and
if
he
has
to
provide
him,
then
he
I
mean
that
there
is
fine,
but
my
hope
is
that
we
have
something
there
that
will
long
last,
the
flowery
stuff
that
may
be
there
for
a
couple
of
months.
It
dies
off,
but
the
hostas
are
there
up
until
the
snow
flies
so
and
then
like
I
said
they
should
be
they're
already
coming
up
through
the
ground
and
as
soon
as
it
starts
to
warm
up,
they'll
be
up.
C
So
but
anyway,
that's
my
thought
process
on
that.
I
like
it
so
but,
like
I
said,
I
want
to
go
ahead
and
get
the
signs
ordered
and
so
forth.
So
we're
gonna
we're
gonna
get
20
of
those
taken
care
of
so
that
we'll
be
that
much
further
ahead.
Okay,.
C
C
Essentially
so
anyhow,
that's
kind
of
where
we
are
with
the
adopt
a
spot
to
this
point
but,
like
I
said
it's
important
that
we
get
this
the
the
letters
out
so
that
we
can
see
who's
interested
in
becoming
sponsorships
this
year
and
go
from
there
and.
E
C
B
C
I
said
in
the
in
the
in
the
brochure
that
you
have
in
front
of
you
there's
some
custom
signage,
and
I
said
I
don't
know
that
we
we
want
to
we're
going
to
go
real,
real
fancy.
I
think
the
more
fancier
we
get.
C
Okay,
so
we've
got
that
going
on
the
green
up
day.
Like
I
said,
process
of
the
itinerary
for
the
day,
we
haven't
we're
still
working
on
that,
but
it
is
set
for
april
23rd
and
then
we
do
have
in
case
of
inclimate
weather
and
it's
just
downright
nasty.
We
can
we'll
push
it
to
the
following
saturday,
but,
like
I
said,
our
goal
is
to
kick
it
off
on
the
23rd
and
we're
hoping
that
we
can
get
people
interested
in
joining
us.
For
that
particular
day.
E
C
Well,
I
said
basically
at
this
point
if
we
can
get
if
we
need
flyers
the
sooner
the
better
at
this
point,
because
if
we
wait
till
next
month
to
hand
them
out
the
meeting,
that
will
be
the
month
of
march
and
it'll
be
like
third
week
of
march,
and
this
will
be
the
third
week
april.
So
it's
about
30
days.
So
if
we
send
them
out
here
here
between
now
and
the
next
meeting
and
send
them
off
to
the
schools
and
so
forth.
C
But
I
will
start
announcing
that
every
meeting
at
every
city
council
meeting
as
well
and
we'll
get
something
out
there
on
our
website
and
on
on
facebook.
F
Meeting
we
talked
about
on
the
green
day,
doing
some
other
locations
and
maybe
having
a
city
worker
lead.
A
team
is,
is
that
still
in
consideration.
C
We're
still
working
on
that
as
of
right
now,
it's
just
basically
we're
trying
to
get
the
word
out
so
that
people
will
set
aside
that
day
and
see
the
commitment
and
trying
to
get
some
commitment
that
from
from
residents
and
so
forth,
and
then
we're
gonna,
we'll
work
on
additional
spots
and
the
idea
is
I'd
like
to
have
more
spots
than
than
people,
but
I'm
hoping
for
a
bunch
of
people.
So
I
mean
yeah.
F
B
F
C
Yeah
well
in
in
the
past,
what
we've
done
is
if
we
have-
and
it
depends
a
lot
on
this-
the
age
of
the
kids.
If
we
get
someone's
and
I'm
not
going
to,
I
don't
want
to
box
anybody
in.
But
if
we
get
teams
sports
teams,
which
you
know
whether
the
junior
high
school
middle
school,
high
school
kids
or
we
get
whether
it's
sports
teams
or
groups,
boy
scouts,
whatever
like,
for
instance,
boy
scouts
boy
scouts,
always
came
in
and
they
took
585
the
ramp
to
585
and
21
and
and
hit
that
spot
yeah.
C
E
C
F
Trying
to
are
we
going
to
focus
on
the
mulch
thing
again
around
the
city
building
and
all
that.
C
That's
a
part
of
it.
Yes,
okay,
that'll
be
yeah.
Normally
we
do
that.
That's
a
part
of
it!
It's
it's
nice
that
if
they
want
to
do
mulch,
they
can
do
mulch
if
they
would
rather
just
not
do
mulch
and
pick
up
trash,
then
we'll
have
locations
to
do
that.
But,
like
I
said
with
after
and
I
know
from
year
to
year,
like
last
year,
it
didn't
seem
like
we
had
a
whole
lot
of
snow,
so
I
mean
this
year.
You
start
when
the
snow
starts
to
melt,
we'll
start
seeing
trash
everywhere.
F
C
But
hopefully
we'll
get
we'll
get
people
out
here
and
interested
folks
that
will
come
out
and
help
us.
So
I
plan
on
being
here.
E
C
F
Well,
communities.
Excuse
me
community
service
hours
for
the
high
school
kids.
Excuse
me,
you
you
suggested
you
were
going
to
talk
to
the
school
and
and
try
to
get
some
interest.
Oh
yeah,
they
come.
I
I
think
promoting
it
from
that
standpoint.
F
Community
service
hours
is
a
good
thing
that
the
kids
can,
you
know,
can
be
attracted
to
right
right.
F
B
C
Used
to
be
and
right,
but
I'm
just
saying
but
again
it
never
used
to
be,
and
we
always
seem
to
have
a
good
turnout.
Yeah
know
so
hopefully
we
can.
We
can
get
back
on
track
and-
and
I
know
with
covid
kobe
kind
of
gave
us
a
you-
know
a
little
downfall
for
a
year
or
two,
but
I'm
thinking
that
things
are
starting
to
kind
of
knock
on
some
wood
but
move
forward.
And
hopefully
we
get
beyond
that
and
go
that
route.
C
Anything
else,
oh,
that
is
all
I
have
this
evening-
okay,
well
one
more
thing
I
would
just
throw
out
there
and
before
I'm
sorry,
to
interrupt
one
more
thing.
As
far
as
the
parks
master
plan,
I
told
council
on
monday
night
here
this
week,
we're
we're
beginning
to
get
some
information
in
here
so
probably
by
by
next
month
for
sure
we'll.
C
Their
recommendations
and
a
packet
together,
I
still
I
I
got
one
I
just
haven't-
looked
at
it
yet
so
I
didn't
even
talk
to
console
on
monday
night.
We
just
got
it
on
monday,
okay,
so
I
haven't
even
had
a
chance
to
really
go
through
it.
So
I
would
like
to
before
I
start
talking
about
it
regarding
the
master.
B
E
Was
that
surveys
that
denise
mullins
brought
up
at
the
last
parksberg
meeting
was
that
taken
down
yeah
it
expired,
so
they
automatically
came
down.
Okay,
yep,
that's
what
happened!
Okay,
and
I
did
tell
her
that
what
I
was
gonna
ask-
and
I
forgot
split
my
mind-
but
are
we
doing
pizza
that
you
know
like
we
did.
C
We're
doing
some
sort
of
a
breakfast
and
whether
it's
inside
I'm
not
we're
not
going
to
commit
to
that
as
of
yet
but
we're
going
to
do
some
sort
of
a
breakfast
and
then
we'll
wall
gather,
we'll
get
paperwork
and
all
our
materials
we'll
get
a
small
breakfast
and
then
we'll
send
everybody
out
when
they're
done
they
come
back
and
come
back
in
and
and
like
I
said,
we
may
shorten
the
time
a
little
bit,
but
then
we'll
have
to
try
and
have
pizza
or
something
here
for
lunch.
Oh.
