Description
11-17--2021 - Park and Cemetery Board
A
As
long
as
there's
you
know,
revolutionary
soldiers
buried
in
that
in
this
cemetery.
A
A
Then,
of
course,
the
department
of
veteran
affairs:
they
will
help
veterans
if
there's
veteran
gravestones
in
there,
that's
not
at
a
national
cemetery.
They
will
help
with
that
I'll
pass
these
on.
Okay,
of
course,
the
ohio
historical
society,
which
is
now
they
called
it,
ohio
history,
connection
mm-hmm.
A
They
got
a
certified
local
government
grant
that
they
will
give
to
cities,
states
counties,
money
for
grants
for
the
senate
for
cemetery.
Now
here's
an
article
that
was
in
the
cleveland,
plain
dealer,
shaker
heights
historical
grant.
They
got
200
16
000
from
them
for
their
200
year
old
cemetery
to
fix
it
up
from
the
historical
society
in
columbus.
A
C
B
E
Yeah
anybody
here
can
do
it.
Let's
I
mean.
E
C
C
C
B
C
B
C
B
B
A
C
B
Then
we'll
you
know,
move
move
forward.
I
mean,
like
I
said,
baby
steps
is
all
we
can
do
it's
better
than
what
we've
had
in
the
past.
A
I
mean,
like
I
said
I
do
a
lot
of
great
great
searching
that
cemetery
is
in
pretty
bad
shape.
I
mean
I
I
I
couldn't
even
find
out.
I
mean
I,
I
know
you
said
something
you
wrote,
you
did
all
the
names
supposed
to
be
up
there
and
stuff.
Like
that.
I
mean
I
couldn't
even
find
a
grave.
Don't
don't
have
a
lot
of
those
names.
A
B
B
Okay,
let's
move
on
to
the
meeting
time.
B
We've
changed
meeting
times
several
times
because
of
various
members
and
talking
to
to
caitlyn,
who
is
not
here,
she
said.
Moving
the
meeting
time
to
six
o'clock
would
really
help
her
a
lot
but
she's
not
here
tonight.
So
I
didn't
know
what
you
guys
wanted
to
do.
If
you
wanted
to
move
it
to
six
or
if
you
had
any
preference.
F
B
D
D
But
at
the
same
time,
I
think,
as
being
a
member
of
the
board
me
going
to
the
parks
myself
can
accomplish
the
things
I
need
to
accomplish.
For
me
I
was
thinking
the
other
day
about
helmik
park.
I
I
don't
know
why
I've
never
been
there.
I
have
spent
some
time
recently
at
columbia,
woods
and
I'm
really
impressed
with
what's
going
on
down
there.
D
B
Well,
this
is
what
I
would
like
if,
if
you
go
into
the
parks
by
yourself,
if
everybody
could
just
take
a
piece
of
paper
and
pencil,
if
you
notice
something
that
is
amiss,
maybe
some
I
noticed
something
I
was
down
at
columbia
was
the
other
day
and
I
noticed
something-
and
I
talked
to
bill
bremen
about
it,
several
things
actually,
but
the
thing
is,
if
you
notice
things
that
are
amiss,
maybe,
for
example,
one
of
the
things
that
that
I
noticed
was
the
the
breaker
box
was
not
locked
and
I
think
that's
a
problem
so,
and
I
mentioned
it
to
bill.
B
I
said
the
breaker
box
is
not
locked.
Could
you
make
sure
it's
locked,
that's
in
the
pavilion,
so
he
he
said
he
would
check
it
out.
So
if
you
see
screws
that
are
missing
out
of
some
playground,
equipment
or
something
of
that
nature
or
something
that
needs
the
attention
of
the
service
department,
you
know
maybe
just
write
some
things
down
and
we
could
take
it
from
there,
maybe
get
it
to
shannon
or
the
mayor.
C
Weather
and
when
all
of
us
go,
we
also
I
mean
we've
had
a
wish
list
for
years,
but
I
mean,
if
you
see
it
from
a
different
perspective,
it's
just
bouncing
ideas
off
of
each
other
and
being
able
to
go
okay.
You
know
this.
Is
this
just
kind
of
having
a
general
outlook
from
from
everybody
different
perspectives?
C
B
But
it's
like,
I
said
in
the
meantime,
if
you,
you
know,
just
keep
a
running
tab
of
some
things
jot
down
things
that
you
could
see.
That
may
be
a
little
bit
out
of
place
or
you're
questioning.
That
would
be
great
okay,
we're
going
to
move
on,
and
since
the
mayor
is
here,
maybe
he
can
update
us
because
I
don't
think
we
were
able
to
attend
the
meeting
at
finis
and
I
wondered
if
there
was
any
type
of
update
on
the
master.
E
There
were
few
people
there,
not
too
many,
but
at
that
point
in
time
I
think
since
then
now
a
second
survey
has
been
put
on
our
city
website,
so
we
would
encourage
everyone
to
go
to
the
city
website
and
take
the
survey
again.
It's
a
it's
a
parks.
It's
a
master
plan
survey
for
the
park.
It
gives
jeremy
from
ohm
who
is
who
was
hired
to
work
on
our
behalf,
an
opportunity
to
gather
some
more
information
that
he's
he's
trying
to
re.
E
You
know
that
he's
requested
in
ordering
to
move
a
little
bit
further,
so
I
said
numbers
were
down
for
whatever
reason
whether
it
was
a
time
or
it's
just
people
are
just
not
comfortable
getting
out
yet
or
whatever,
and
I
know
we
heard
that
that
evening
that
it
was
as
even
as
far
as
advertising
for
it,
but
I
mean
other
than
announcing
it
at
the
meetings.
E
The
signs
the
newspaper
I
mean,
I'm
not
sure
how
else
to
get
the
information
out
there
for
for
residents
to
take
an
opportunity
and
but
don't
have
to
go
to
the
website
in
order
to
get
the
survey
to
do
an
online
survey.
Okay,
so
that's
kind
of
where
we
are
at
this
point
we
are
things
are
moving
forward.
F
E
I
said
I
know
that
you
know
you
guys
are
all
aware
of
the
stage.
That's
been
back
there,
the
trail.
The
trail
is
pretty
much
complete.
I
think
grass
is
finally
starting
to
grow
a
little
bit
around
around
the
the
parameters
and
so
forth.
I
know
that
there
will
be
a
little
bit
more
work.
That
will
be
our
intent.
E
That
will
get
done.
I
won't
say
between
now
and
spring,
where
the
basin
is
this
drainage
basin.
So
I
know
we're
still
going
to
do
some
down
there
with
that
and
if
we
could
get
some
of
that
done
over
the
winter,
it
might
be
better,
but
once
it
starts
to
freeze
it's
going
to
hurt,
you
know
be
hard
to
move
dirt,
but
anyway,
one
of
the
other
things
I'd
like
to
talk
or
just
let
you
guys
know
but
mention
bringing
up
to
speed
on
is
there
is
a
mental
health
pathways.
E
That's
actually
we're
working
and
I'm
trying
to
remember
the
name
of
the
group,
but
it's
it's
through
the
schools
through
norton
city
schools,
and
but
they
came,
we
went
robert
and
I
went
to
and
they
put
on
a
presentation
with
the
school
board
and
news
media
and
so
forth.
It
was,
I
would
say,
maybe
last
year,
but
it
was
done
in
in
the
board
of
education
meeting
room
and
then,
after
that
the
kids
came
to
city
council
and
met
and
put
on
a
presentation
for
city
council
members.
E
Basically,
they
applied
for
a
grant.
I
will
tell
you
that
they
applied
for
and
received
a
grant.
I
think
it
was
close
to
10
grand
to
do
to
put
on
to
put
this
project
together,
so
we
have
been
working
with
the
schools
and
just
helping
them
kind
of
guiding
them
along
the
way.
As
far
as
you
know,
their
their
project
and
it's
it'll
be
my
understanding.
The
high
school
kids
are
involved
in
it.
The
junior
high
school
kids
will
be
involved
in
it,
and
the
grade
school
kids
will
be
involved
in.
E
It
is
al
as
well
as
it
goes
through
the
phases.
So
for
right
now,
if,
if
you're
out
there
in
the
in
the
park
you'll
see
the
masonry
class
has
put
in
there's
some
benches
that
we've
we've
purchased
and
put
in,
I
think
if,
if
they're
not
all
there
yet-
and
I
didn't
get
out
there
today,
we
were
I
was.
But
if,
if
all
the
benches
aren't
there,
I
think
there'll
be
a
total
of
eight
benches
that
will
be
out
there.
That
will
be
part
of
this
project.
E
There's
a
an
additional
couple,
other
brent
benches
that
are
being
requested
as
memorial
benches
and
I
think
one
of
them
or
two
of
them
have
been
out
there
too,
since
well
over
the
probably
last
year,
or
so
I
know
as
people
pass
and
and
so
forth.
Family
members
call
the
city
and
and
so
forth.
E
That's
a
wonderful
idea
and,
like
I
said,
is
I
don't
know
that
we
can
have
too
many
benches
as
of
right
now,
we've
got
benches
that
don't
have
backs
and
those
were
put
along
the
tennis
courts
so
that
people
can
sit
on
and
sit
with
on
face
the
tennis
courts
to
watch
tennis
or
they
can
flip
around
and
watch
look
at
the
pond
and
meditate
or
whatever
they
wanted.
But
I'm
just
saying
the
opportunity
presents
itself
down
the
path
towards
the
baseball
fields
a
little
bit
further.
E
E
It's
got
a
brick
inlay
in
the
masonry
class
concrete
and
the
masonry
program
through
the
school
is
working
with
the
the
program
itself
and
the
program
coordinator,
dr
russo,
through
the
school,
is,
I
guess,
a
psychologist,
or
something
like
that,
and
I
I
don't
for
the
sake
of
calling
her
something
that
she's
not
or
whatever
she's
a
counselor
she's.
A
counselor
at
the
school,
as
well
as
my
daughter's,
been
working
with
that
program
pretty
much
from
the
beginning,
but
they
came
to
us
and
said:
hey.
Would
you
guys
you
know
be
interested?
E
This
is
what
we're
looking
to
do
and
but
anyway,
they
applied
for
and
received
the
grant,
and
so
they've
come
out
several
different
times
with
the
kids
and
even
down
into
the
park
and
so
forth.
So
can
I
ask
a
quick
question.
E
E
But
it's
it's
a
mental.
It's
a
mental
health
pathway.
There
is
a
a
monument
signpost
right
at
the
right
at
the
almost
by
cw
3
right
at
the
base
right
at
the
start
of
the
path.
B
E
Again,
what
it
will
say
in
that,
I'm
not
sure
that
it
was
like
they
asked
us.
They
said
all
right.
How
big
can
we
make
the
platform
you.
F
E
Can
we
make
the
concrete
and
it's
like?
Okay,
we're
gonna,
give
you
the
space.
This
is
what
you
got
have
at
it
kind
of
thing,
so
I
mean
but
they're
we're
working
with
them.
They're
working
through
the
program
with
the
kids
there'll
be
flowers
and
stuff
planted
there
in
the
spring.
I
know
there
will
be
a
like
an
octagon
picnic
table
and
stuff
there,
too,
put
out
on
that
that
little
island
out
by
the
water
and
so
forth.
E
I
know
that
they're
working
with,
I
believe
it's
haywood
electric,
to
provide
some
lighting
as
through
the
woods
and
and
around
now
exactly
how
it's
all
going
to
turn
out.
I'm
not
really
I
mean,
and
again
it's
still
in
some
stages,
so
it's
it's
early,
they're
looking
to
have
most
of
it
wrapped
up
by.
E
I
want
to
say
spring
of
next
of
this
coming
year
or
next
year,
so
I
mean
it's
coming.
I
just
wanted
to
kind
of
make
you
aware
of
it,
but
in
in
to
say
that
it
was
in
the
master
plan
or
out
of
the
master.
It's
it's
not.
It's
certainly
not
hurting
it's
absolutely
absolutely
enhancing
the
park
and
what
we've
got.
E
F
E
There's
some
signage
and
stuff
that
will
be
made
and
put
up
there
as
well
as
as
it
progresses.
So
we've
got
that
going
on
as
well
as
of
today.
We
began
to
decorate
for
christmas,
so
over
here
over
the
next
couple
of
weeks.
I
know
that
the
tree
lighting
will
will
take
place
again
this
year
down
in
the
park
december
4th.
E
So
there's
a
lot
going
on
and
I
don't
know
I
didn't
I
know,
but
it's
probably
dark
when
you
guys
came,
but
you
I'm
sure
you
saw
the
big
crane
out
in
front
of
city
hall,
the
the
water
pump
station
or
the
pump
station
pressure
tank
pressure
station
was
delivered
today
and
it's
they
use
that
to
take
it
off
a
trailer
and
put
it
in
place.
So
that's
coming
and
that
will
give
pressure
to
water
city
water
to
push
it
to
the
west,
I
believe
of
the
city.
E
So
it
was
supposed
to
it
was,
I
think,
july
or
august.
It
was
due
so
because
of
material,
it's
been
was
delayed
so,
but
it
was
finally
got
here
today
and
they
were
when
the
crews
were
working
on
on
that
most
of
the
day.
So.
E
E
B
E
I
talked
to
vicki
today
because
they
were
asking
for.
Basically,
the
women's
club
program
will
be
pretty
much
all
outdoors
through
the
lighting
ceremony,
and
so
they
were
asking
about
heat
sources,
and
I
told
her
I
said
we
could
put
a
fire
in
the
fireplace
and
then
we
can
also
put
a.
B
F
E
E
B
B
E
But,
as
I
said,
I
do
know
usually
what
they
do.
They
put
a
the
metal
thing
along
and
they
attach
the
metal
thing
to
the
back
so
that
it's
not
open
through.
That's.
B
C
I
have
one
question:
just
I'm
going
back
in
my
brain.
You
said
that
they
were
going
to
plant
a
garden
down
there.
E
C
E
E
E
C
C
D
I
worked.
The
polls
I
work
at
grace,
the
main
campus.
I
met
joe
blackburn
who's
as
a
scout
master
for
troop
132
and
our
conversation
was.
They
would
like
to
be
involved
in
in
some
way
with
an
eagle
scout
project
to
enhance
the
the
trail,
whether
it
be
through
markers.
D
I
walked
it
and
and
actually
measured
it.
It's
it's
almost
exactly
a
half
mile,
so
maybe
a
quarter
mile
marker,
maybe
the
signage
that
you're
talking
about
along
the
pathway.
I
think
it
would
be
a
nice
resource.
F
D
Have
to
make
it
a
eagle
scout
project
and
and.
D
E
That
they're
discussing
right,
yeah-
and
I
don't
want
to
because
I
don't
want
to
start
throwing
because,
if
that,
if
the
grant
project
covers
and
then
she's
got
certain
requirements
that
they
need
to
do
to
fulfill
the
requirements
of
the
grant,
so
I
mean
I
know
that
was
one
of
the
things
some
of
the
signage
in
that
that
was
talked
about
lighting.
That
was,
I
mean
so
sure,
depending
on
you
know,
I
know
they
were
still
acquiring
costs
and
so
forth
and
seeing
what
you
know
how
to
make
things
work
and
make
things
fit.
E
So
I
know
it
involved
this.
You
know
grade
school,
middle
school,
high,
school
and
so
a
host
of
the
kids,
and
I
think
I
believe
that
was
one
of
the
requirements
to
try
to
involve
as
many
of
the
grade
levels
as
possible
and
so
forth,
which
you
know
they
are
doing.
So
I
certainly
don't
want
to
go
in
and
steal
their
thunder
so
to
speak.
E
B
Yes,
we
we
have
some
things
that
I
would
like
to
see
at
some
other
parks
as
well,
which
we
can
discuss
at
a
later
time.
So
do
we
have
any?
Let's
move
on
to
comments
from
members
I
mean?
I
know
there
was
some
some
concerns
that
was
brought
to
my
attention
and
you
know
I
just
wondered
if,
if
once
again,.
B
It
would
be
nice
if
somehow
the
parks
board
could
be
updated
as
far
as
when
things
are
going
to
be
done
in
the
parks
before
they
happen.
Just
saying.
B
I'm
talking,
I
mean
we're
talking
like
the
concrete
slabs
and
things
like
that.
Well
I
mean
that
was
news
to
me.
I
I
was
like
oh
okay.
This
is
good.
This
is
a
nice
thing.
I
really
like
the
way
it
has
the
bricks
in
the
middle.
It
looks
really
nice,
but
I
mean
stuff
like
that,
would
be
nice
to
kind
of
get
a
heads
up
on
that
before
it
happens.
E
B
E
What
we
weren't
sure,
if
that
was
going
to
be
something
they
were
going
to
do
in
the
spring
or
if
it
was
going
to
be
something
in
the
fall
depending
as
far
as
time
and
as
far
as
I
think,
won
the
grant.
They
actually
received
the
grant
and
kind
of
got
to
that
point.
So
and
then
it
was
it
was
like
after
they
got
the
go-ahead.
E
We're
gonna
get
it
done
before
the
weather
turns
and
breaks,
and
then
this
way
all
that
packing
can
sit
for
over
the
winter
right
and
if
it
settles
at
all
or
whatever
let
the
settle
happen
over
the
winter
and
then
it
gets
finished.
You
know
so
I
mean
we're
working
with
more
than
you
know,
one
body
or
two
bodies
here
trying
to
figure
trying
to
make
it
all
work
so,
but.
D
Well,
I
was
one
of
the
guilty
parties
who
mentioned
that
here
here
we're
on
the
park.
Sport
and
you
happen
to
walk
down
and
you
see
things
happening
in
the
park
and
you
know
I.
F
I'll
just
say:
if
you
guys
ever
have
a
question
or
anything
you
can
always
call
me.
Sometimes
I
don't
get
to
reach
out
to
all
of
you,
because
I
am
on
five
boards
plus
I
have
a
lot
of
day-to-day
stuff
going
on.
So
that
could
be
something
I
do
better
at,
but
it's
a
lot
so
I'm
trying.
So
if
you
do
have
questions,
just
call
me
and
say:
hey,
shannon.
What's
going
on
I'll,
give
you
answers
as
fast
as
I
can
I
mean.
