Okay,
so
we
have
two
applications
on
the
agenda
tonight.
One
of
them
is
SP
r6
2020
and
that's
for
the
addition
to
the
existing
building
at
KD,
a
manufacturing
and
last
week
all
we
had
was
a
kind
of
a
sketch.
Now
we
have
detailed
drawings
bill,
I,
don't
know.
Did
you
see
these
drawings
originally
like
last
week.
C
C
David
said
that
he
had
given
them
to
the
city
engineer
into
Robert,
but
they
must
have
not
been
passed
down
to
the
planning
Commissioner
or
maybe
to
you
so
this
when
I
went
through
these
I
didn't
see
any
issues.
Everything
that
was
in
that
section
of
the
code
that
required
to
be
addressed
seems
like
it's
all
been
added
to
well.
I
should
say
out
of
the
drawings,
but
not
information
included
is
including
these
drawings,
and
these
were
the
ones
that
were
sent
to
the
city
engineer
and
that
he
had
approved.
C
C
I've
gone
through
and
look
at
them
and
I
didn't
see
any
major
issues.
A
couple
of
things
that
I
had
was
that,
theoretically,
your
parking
is
supposed
to
be
1.1
spaces
per
employee,
but
she
don't
really
know
how
many
employees
you
have.
He
only
has
13
spaces
out
front,
but
that
parking
lots
probably
would
hold
70
or
80
cars.
C
Basically
the
parking
lot
now,
so
you
know
you'd
be
able
to
fill
more
people
in
so
I
didn't
have
a
hang-up
with
parking
spaces
and
then
the
other
one
is
like
trash,
dumpsters
and
stuff
like
that
and
on
those
again
we
have
that's
already
established
in
the
existing
building.
So
I
thought
from
what
I
can
see.
Everything
else
seemed
to
address
what
was
required
by
the
code.

Second,
application
is
SP,
r7
2020
and
that's
for
a
free-standing
building
$150,000
building
and
it
was
like
8,500
square
feet
and
it's
a
little
bit
further
down
over
the
hillside.
I
did
talk
to
David
about
there's
a
about
access,
because
I
wasn't
sure
about
the
road
coming
up.
The
north
side
and
David
actually
said
that
that
road
is
on
his
property
and
he
I
believe,
does
a
some
kind
of
a
agreement
for
the
house
itself
next
to
him
to
use
that
driveway
for
their
access.
C
C
Okay,
I
didn't
know
David,
he
can
explain,
I
think
it's
a
something
in
his
deed
that
allows
him
access
to
that.
So
it's
kind
of
interesting
how
you
got
to
that
point
where
you
know
the
neighbor
actually
doesn't
own
that
property,
and
you
know
I'm
not
sure
how
that
came
about,
because
that
houses
has
to
be
there
for
good
Wow
so
but
I
think
his
deed
requirements.

Haven't
really
finalized,
which
sir
we
could
take
it
down
to
Cleveland
Maslin,
because
the
sewer
stops
just
a
little
bit
north
of
our
driveway
now
right
in
front
of
cheers.
So
there
is
that
option
or
the
other
option.
Is
they
take
an
east
and
catch
the
sewer
line
going
into
Union
Street,
it's
going
to
depend
on
which
one's
the
most
okay.

Future,
can
you
ask
Robert
if
it's
possible,
like
if
I'm
out
of
town
and
if
we
have
a
zoom
meeting
and
everybody's
presence,
they
were
back
in
the
council
chambers
for
the
meetings?
Now
you
know,
I,
don't
know
when
that'll
happen,
but
is
it
possible
to
use
zoom
meetings
as
a
tool
for
those
that
participate,
but
yet
are
not
able
to
attend
in
person.
